Just wanted to go on record for http://burstmultipool.com

I have been mining there for a few weeks;
-  I bought shares in the pool, and have received a dividend payment for my share purchases in the pool
- If I  ever had a question, or needed support, it was available promptly.

A+

I will be purchasing more shares in the pool to show my support.

How often are the dividend paid?

I would like to know as well, I am for sure the biggest investor, and I don't think I have seen a payment yet from my assets... guess I could have just overlooked it. but yea.

is paypal an option? I have high rating, verified address, and I'll even sign a contract saying I won't try to do stupid chargeback on you... lol. but seriously.
2283  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] Computer Hardware - PSUs, GPUs, HDDs, RAM, Motherboards, and CPUs. on: September 23, 2014, 07:56:57 PM
Will you take paypal and 60 dollars shipped for all 4 500GB drives? I have 118 and 100% positive feedback both buy and sell on ebay, and verified paypal address and account.

edit: I also may want the DDR3 (depending on brand and clock speed) and I will toss another 25 bucks for that.

Can somebody help me. I'm newbie.
My plots folder is:

6875908045611806854_163821_163820_1000
6875908045611806854_327642_163820_1000

6875908045611806854_655284_163820_1000

Are this plots ok?

I will help you.  Save yourself the aggravation and frustration of trying to mine this crap coin.  Look at its price chart on C-CEX exchange.  The party was over several weeks ago.  Find another coin to mine.

Tim, why the hell are you still here? If the coin sucks so much, leave already.

THIS GOES FOR ANYONE ELSE WHO WANTS TO TALK SHIT ABOUT THE COIN IN THE COIN'S THREAD OR DEDICATED FORUM.

SHUT THE FUCK UP, OR GET THE FUCK OUT.

Leave the coin for the people who actually care to make it better, and do something about it, instead of you idiots who cry about everything and offer nothing in return to assist.

The coin is NEW. The whole system is NEW, the mining style is NEW... there ARE GOING TO BE SOME ISSUES that need to be worked through, but we will get through them.

This coin WILL succeed, and you fools talking shit will realize your error, but honestly, if you think the coin sucks and the time of BURST is over, then sell me your coins, I will buy them all at 50-100 sats and get you out of the game. PM me.

i'm asking for this too!!!

better official pool V2 or uray's poll??

Urays second pool http://burst-pool2.cryptoport.io/ has problems, but http://burst-pool.cryptoport.io/ works just fine for me.

http://burst-pool.cryptoport.io  works here just fine as well

I am mining there and have had 50 coins in 3 days. always says failed to submit nonce after first submit sucess. was working well untill few days ago when pool front showed we were on block 3000 ish. been fud ever since.

best pool - http://burstpool.ddns.net/

What do you want to have said?

only amateurs thought price of 800+ satoshi would hold.. it was so obviously going to crash.. If you need some random twitter dude to tell you that then maybe this isn't your game.

Are you one of those "cut supply in half and reduce reward by 90% so I can sell off this coin and profit" ?

Also funny how they're talking about parasitic coins winning, I HIGHLY doubt that CLD will overtake burst. No way.
2287  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][BURST] Burst | Efficient POC Mining | New version 1.1.2 on: September 23, 2014, 03:30:42 AM
also tim's disks are from tim.  Roll Eyes

I don't see any reason so far to think that Tim would trade in bad faith.

Nah, he wouldn't trade in bad faith, i'm sure... But every time I looked at the computer with those drives, I would want to tell it to shut the fuck up. haha.
2288  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] 1 S3 US on: September 22, 2014, 10:52:03 PM
no unfortunately, since because of the chargeback feature and i dont trust it. period.

Yea, I understand. Even though I would never do anything like that, you have no reason to believe me other than my trust here and my high rating on ebay.
2289  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][BURST] Burst | Efficient POC Mining | New version 1.1.2 on: September 22, 2014, 10:49:41 PM
We will get there, the community behind this coin is GREAT. The DEV is great, all of the other devs are GREAT! There is only a simple matter of time, before this coin is as well-known as LTC, and worth a fantastic amount.

I for one, will continue to hold my burst and buy more and more until I can't anymore. I want to hold 20 million by Jan. This coin is THE only new coin worth watching IMO.
2290  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][BURST] Burst | Efficient POC Mining | New version 1.1.2 on: September 22, 2014, 10:12:15 PM
ANNOUNCEMENT:

I have stopped mining this piece of shit crapcoin.  I hadn't had a payout for DAYS with 10.43 TB of disk space pimping away, I was tired of the piece of crap Java miner hogging 9 GB of ram for two instances of mining, I'm tired of the developers' half-assed miner and having to do half the programming work just to compile and run the damn thing.

My 4 3TB Seagate Barracuda hard drives are on ebay right now for a VERY fair $340 and free shipping in the USA.

Furthermore, I predict that this crapcoin will never see 500 satoshis again.  Anyone who tries to talk it up by saying things like "to da mooooooon", is a fool, an idiot, and a moron.

So screw this crapcoin and everything about it.

Basically whe you say screw everything about this coin you are telling us all to f*ck off...
Thats not very nice of you.

+ a billions!

I have been mining and minting and whatnot more than 30 altcoins the last half year, and nowhere have i seen more competent developers and a more productive main developer but here. I am staying. I don't mind other ppl leaving cause that means my plots generate more coins. In the long run this one will be one of the main altcoins, in fact, it already is, only not so many have found out yet.

My 20TB will be shipped on the 24th and will be operational a few days after that. I would really love a price crash and some of the more childish people leave, cause that will leave more burst to be had by the ones who are in for the long haul. Looking back at how short a period of time this coin has been live, the innovation and the development (and the quality of software developed) is lots higher than what i see in the  professional software development world. I surely hope the dev team behind this coin like good beer, cause there might just one day happen to drop a large box of said liquind on their doorstep. (not now... down the line..)

BTW seagate barracuda disks (at least the 3TB version) are  extremely crappy by my experience. i've had two of these crash in short order, while all my other 3TB drives have been working flawlessly. I hope for seagate that they've gotten their shit together reg. their 4tb drives.

It's amazing to see how many ppl are actively contributing to the coin and the software. Cheers to every one of you.. it is very much appreciated.

2291  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][BURST] Burst | Efficient POC Mining | New version 1.1.2 on: September 22, 2014, 10:10:30 PM
i dont get why everyone requires such much memory to plot.
i created a few 100 tb plots splitted in 2gb files with stagger 8191 and 8191 nonce which work great.
even the java plotter only used few hundred megabytes ram during plotting.
a 2 tb disk is read in less than 20 seconds during the mining and each miner instance runs with Xmx750m without crashes.
would i have any advantage if i would merge my disks and run eg. 10-30 tb plots instead of 120 miner instances reading many 2gb files in the cluster?

Only 100TB?
129*1.9tb for now as spare parts which i can mine with for 6 month or more as testcase.
also awaiting new hardware arrivals  Cool

Just try not to kill the price any more than it already has been killed, please kind sir.

On a negative note....

Today my 9 month old baby pulled one of my brand new 4TB drives to the floor while it was plotting in an external dock... The drive hit the ground without any protection at all, while spinning AND writing... I had my fiance try to plug it back in, but no luck with the drive showing up, hopefully it's something else and I can fix it when I get home, but I'm sorta leaning towards my drive being broken...

ironic, my first burst drive to break, is not from mining burst, but from my baby son.

so the moral of the story is burst and baby does not mix ?

Lol, well, sorta, but actually more like this... Don't leave your plotting drives in an external dock anywhere near where the baby can reach it. It's all bad for the life of the drive. xD 4TB down the drain captain.

Interested, would you take paypal? I'm a little low in BTC at the moment. I have high trust rating on ebay, verified address on paypal, etc.

Paypal can work.  Please PM to work out the details.

Join http://burstpool.ddns.net people
30% of the fee will go towards developers of the windows GUI AIO tool.

You just lost all your *nix miners. Tongue

lmfao, the thing is, 'nix users don't need a GUI. They usually prefer command line. lol

Also, a GUI for newbies will bring more people overall to burst, which is good for everyone!

I would be willing to make a straight donation of 20 dollars.

Also, FYI, your link is not working, getting server error.
