Vector Asset

Vector is a asset trading asset. It will place buy orders and sell orders on assets and help to promote the trading of assets. The asset will pay 75% of its earnings and 100% of its assets dividends, as monthly dividends. The last 25% is going to be reinvested.

Vector will start price at 15 burst each. Each month it will increase the issued price on the asset by 1 and update the amount of asset issued from the asset holder to 100'000.

Vector will buyback all assets, the price that Vector will buyback at, is determined by: current price of asset issuer/2. The asset will buyback 50.000 assets monthly, with only 10.000 locked at any given moment. If Vector dies or it creator lose the interest, it will buy back at highest issued price.

Vector will place buy and sell orders on assets, the buy and sell orders will be 1 burst apart. If more people place buy or sell orders on vector it will adjust it's prices, to promote other peoples use of the asset exchange.

Very happy to see new assets emerging. Keep up the good work.

I soon hope to release another asset that will be shares in Crowetic Computers, LLC.

Since going back out doing local computer work as opposed to doing online stuff I was before, I've been doing much better than I thought I would have by this point.

I only went back out local in August, and my income since then from my company alone is already approaching 4,000 USD. This is much more than I had envisioned for a mere 3 months into getting back to local IT related work.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------idea for an asset based on my company...

The asset will be shares in the company, basically making it like other public traded companies.

However, this asset, will pay dividends.

The dividends will not start for a set period of time, giving me a bit more time to solidify the income, and make sure everything continues to go as planned, or better.

---sidetrack---some info on what is going on now with Crowetic Computers, LLC.---

I already have a partnership with another company that is just starting to really take off, and they're currently giving me pretty steady jobs doing various IT contracting work and installations of their VoIP phone systems.

There would be options for sales of these systems as well, with a nice commissions package, or a straight up bonus check. I already have a client in the works for this that if goes through, will mean a check of 2,000 USD or so. If I decide to start pushing sales further in this area, I could end up with a sweet residual from just that.

Not entirely sure if I'll go that route, but it is a very viable option. For now, I will continue with my own clientelle, and contracting IT for them.

Recently built an extremely nice custom watercooled gaming machine with 12 core i7, 64GB RAM, and TitanX HydroCopper for a client. He was extremely happy with end result, and so was I.

Everything is going very well in my company, and with much more gusto that I had anticipated. This means too though, that I'm extremely busy.

...

sorry, got a little sidetracked there, continuing on with my asset ideas...

I would like to give a percentage of my monthly income through my company, back in the form of a return on the asset. I was thinking a percentage between 2 and 10% most likely based off the amount of total income in that month. I would take that percentage in USD, purchase BTC (at the right time Wink) then use that BTC to purchase BURST, and/or place a buy wall, then once completed, pay out the payment to asset holders.

I would not put this on a strict schedule, but it would be either monthly or every 2 months. May be better to do two, and average the two months into a single percentage. I'll figure that out soon.

I would offer the asset for purchase likely by December, possibly sooner, and it would begin to collect funds for its initial payout (thinking first payout would be 3 months later, so March sometime...) which would be likely a larger percentage than the rest as it will be both 3 months of income averaged, and, since it is the first payout, I would make it larger on principle simply to create benefit for early buyers.

I will offer purchase of the asset in BTC and BURST. I have yet to decide how many will be released.

I may also end up giving some sort of investor suggestion section, where the shareholders could give ideas of direction for the company, and maybe even help with certain projects (with pay of course. Wink)

I think some of you with programming experience could come in very handy at times, as I think one of my next projects I'll be taking over (discussion with partner tonight about this) will require programming. I'm teaching myself to write code, but I'm not a pro yet, so having some sort of consultant in matters like that would be very beneficial.

There would also be room for assistance in Sales of the phone systems for my partner company, which comes with quite a substantial commissions possibility. Seeing as the systems are possible to be fully cloud based, there wouldn't even be necessity for on-site installation. However, if you were to make the sale to someone local, you could go onsite, and we could remotely help you, and you could do both the sales and installation yourself. This could end up becoming something of a job for some, with ambition Wink **I would need to speak with my partner company, but I believe there should be no issue with this. I could even run the person under my company's name contracting for them, so they don't have to worry about multiple people, I would work it out in one way or another.**

Anyway, that's basically the rundown, sorry I have a tendency to go on and on, but when I get an idea, I tend to run with it. I think this sort of asset could end up being huge for BURST, and possibly even bringing a whole new level of investors, and possibly something that would create some excitement. I would also be able to contact investor companies, for investment into my company, and they would be able to see the financials, and invest into the company via the asset exchange too.

The release of the asset would be structured in phases, with prices changing based on how the company is doing at the time.

since the payouts would come from USD, there is a big variance possible in the amount, but it would also be good for BURST having fresh USD influx constantly.

There aren't many assets with backing of legit companies, and I don't know of many at all that have a structure like this, and I believe firmly that it will succeed. Even simply offering the company as an asset for 'going public' would be good, but with benefits and possibility to make real money with it from being part of the investor group that'll have insider info and opportunity, it could become something really awesome.

Let me know what you all think about this. Feel free to throw out some suggestions. I'm all ears Wink

Hello everyone,

Just wanted to apologize for my inactivity here, I've been very busy with other things, but I'm still around, and not planning on going anywhere. I'm going to be getting things rolling on a few different aspects here ASAP. Not entirely sure how soon, but just wanted to let you all know that I wasn't disappearing.

Also, the ByteEnt asset will be paying out within the next couple days, sorry for the lag here as well.

Thank you for your understanding.

The very interesting part about trading with VIRAL, is the burning. The supply on this coin decreases INSANELY fast... as soon as there is a steady market of people wanting to use it for promo, the price will be nuts. My 2 V Wink

You and I and some others realize this... $$$$$$

I'm still sitting on my initial VIRAL that I had after making my initial investment back from the Crowdfund. I do not plan on doing anything other than this sitting, for quite some time. Wink

I have always had, and will always have faith in you brother. Do your thing!

So BurstDev left the project, right ? In that case, why not you (all the biggest BURST contributors) all organize to form a real new dev team to push the coin forward ? If this come to happen I could be your French representative.

Thank you. I know this will happen at some point, but for now there are a lot of other things going on and people are just busy.

Sounds awesome, I think you will be the savior of this coin and you're the only hope left for us Burst bagholders  Smiley

Thanks, I appreciate that. I'm doing what I can. I'm one of the busy ones right now though, so my apologies for not doing more at the moment, but I think the building of my company will play hand in hand with helping BURST if I can get the things implemented that I'm attempting to.

But, don't just baghold, invest in assets, trade the coin, keep volume up, do what we can with what we have, buy things on the marketplace, keep making use of the stuff we have now, and then there will be more things to make use of in the future, but just sitting on coins isn't helping anything. just breached big number in BURST, it does not appear there is anything wrong with the coin, in fact the whole alt landscape is depressed (temporarily)

if you do fork you better have a very good reason to do so, if you do fork, I sure hope all that work that I have done can be transposed onto new blockchain

in any case, I would not fork and instead enhance this as is

yet to sell a single BURST because at these levels it is down right stupid to do so, even couple of thousands of dollars is not much these days , if you think it is you better find something else to do

We already have cloned to a new git, we aren't planning on forking. I've spoken to Poloniex and gotten them to follow the new git. I will do the same with trex once we can get some people doing active dev.

I'm going to suggest a small change to put up a new version and get the exchanges going with the new git, then we'll start actively making changes that are bigger, and get the ball rolling again in the right direction.

As I've always said I'm not going anywhere, but I've been really busy lately and haven't had much time to focus on anything more than my own company.

That being said, I'm already getting very close to a point that I'm going to be offering shares of my company for sale on the AE, and eventually pay a dividend based on a percentage of my company's income.

I will write up the details on this and make the new asset soon. I am doing very well since the refocus/restructure/change in direction of my company, and I'm growing at a rate much faster than I thought I would.

Currently I'm going to be building an extremely awesome custom watercooled system with a Titan X in it for a client. I'm also working with a partnership with a telecommunications company. I firmly believe that my company will be an extremely good investment when I get this asset structured and started.

Everyone knows that the assets I release are stable and have always done exactly as they have been structured. This new one will be no different.

I'm hoping to bring BURST into 2016 in a very solid and well-defined manner, with ease of use and overall use skyrocketed. I firmly believe the AE is a very great method to accomplish this. As is the marketplace. Automatic transactions will be as well, once the ease of use is fully setup there, and the basis of uses is expanded, and people made aware.

be on the lookout for the asset release in the near future, and invest into Crowetic Computers, LLC. We will not let you down. Wink

This makes me very excited for the future of Burst!

Thank you! I should have some details regarding this up sometime soon, don't know exactly, but I'm planning it all out now.

Unless original dev comes back I don't really see this coin going anywhere, has anyone tried contacting him yet?

Of course.

I disagree about him being the only one who can develop the coin, and even made a suggestion myself as far as a structure, new main dev, and roadmap for future of the coin.

Unfortunately these suggestions couldn't be come to an agreement upon.

Now there is not all that much forward momentum with the coin, and I think there are ways still to make this happen, but without structure for the team and delegation of project parts to complete for each, I'm not sure how well this will be completed, nor how fast.

I have plenty of ideas myself, but I'm extremely busy right now with my company, and simply don't have much time to do anything regarding BURST right at the moment. This should change in the near future, so hopefully then this will make changes to the overall direction things seem to be going right now.

Regardless, there are quite a few people invested fairly heavily in this system, and don't want to see it fail, the main issue I think is that we can't really dedicate any sort of 'full time' work to the coin, because there's no pay involved and people have to make money to survive. This is my issue at least.

I don't think the coin is dead by any means, but I do think there is a lot that could be done to help things get back on track, if we had the money to hire people to do it, or someone willing to do it without pay. (which was part of my suggestion as well.)

So for the moment, we've gone to an 'open development' system, which I didn't think would work out that well, and thus far has proven true. Hopefully this will change, but I'm not sure.

I guess we'll just wait and see what happens, as this is really the only option we have during a time when no one can agree on some solid suggestion, nor suggest another in its place.

we all have high hopes, but the thing that needs to happen is action, not hope. Without the time for this action to be accomplished, nor the people willing to make the action come to fruition, there's an air of uncertainty that looms strong in the atmosphere of BURST.

We are making huge profits with INCOME, and very likely pay the 2nd dividends this weekend:

https://burstforum.com/index.php?threads/ann-income-asset-decentralized-referral-empire-based-income.839/page-6#post-6227

We made 47.82% ROI since we started trading. From now on trading will be the main income source of the INCOME asset, since it is showing magnificent results so far.

Are you planning on being transparent with the trades you are going to make? Maybe in a private group that asset holders only can see? I would be interested in seeing this.

Thanks!

Quote from: Elmit
Will be Bittrex next?

After some time - sure.
BURST is approaching to its end of cycle - death.
All coins behave the same way despite of their innovations or algorithms.
Nobody needs that algs and innovations. Number of coins increases, investments do not increase. Soap bubble.
Even etherium goes exact the same way.

I'm not so sure that ALL coins go this way. There will be a lot that do, and there will be a lot that survive, and there will be a lot that have tech that survives, but the coin itself may not, all in figuring this game we call cryptocurrencies out.

Every coin right now is extremely low in value, but I don't think (as you do) that this is a permanent situation.

Even if BURST gets delisted (which I don't think will happen btw, there ARE people who will spend the volume on their own if need be. Even though I don't think CCEX is important anymore to BURST.) the coin isn't dead until the network stops. However, BURST is so cheap to run the network, I see it continuing quite some time. Hopefully by then there will be services that make use of the coin and get people using it. If not, however, then there will be possible issues, but like I said, nothing is dead until the network stops.

I do also think, that since there aren't many people who are able to work for this coin in a 'dedicated' fashion, the time taken for the services we all want and would love to see to be developed is going to take longer, the issue I see here is that the decline in reward is fast, and if these services can't get put in place before the mining is 'finished', making it necessary for transaction fees (meaning we need more volume in tx) that is where I see a real potential for issues.

Although, the coin IS very cheap to mine, so BURST in particular is going to be very interesting either way.

I'm surprised though, that this mining style hasn't taken off more than it has, I think it is just people not wanting to believe it is possible. I know this is true because there are many who try to say that the algo has issues, but no one is able to back this up with any proof at all. So they're just (mad? for lack of a better word...) that the algo is available and makes their algo seem 'pointless' when it comes to power consumption.

I do still believe that in one way or another BURST will live on, either directly, or through a clone that will make use of all the innovation, just going a direction that BURST didn't. But no one can tell the future, there could be things that are in the works that no one is aware of, and could take the whole scene by storm.

I just think that there is a lot of pessimism right now in the crypto world, but I do think this is temporary.

Just my 2 BURST.

I received 1 of my asset payouts and loving it. All my complaining has come to an end as i can see the whole burst experience now.
This is great and everyone should take a portion of there burst and invest in an asset.

This beats POS any day and there isn't a wallet that needs to be open to stake for pos. If you want pos than buy into an asset.

ByteEnt (which is a combination of 100% of the largest burst pool's fee, burst.ninja, and a 30+ TB miner I run, which totaled IIRC something like 400k+ BURST for October's payout) payouts will be done as soon as tiga gets his stuff finished synching and ready.

I agree, everyone should invest in more BURST assets.

I'm hoping I can start another asset based on my computer company IRL here shortly. Want to make sure it is all planned out and structured correctly tho.

I was going to participate, but unfortunately due to this and a few other scams I've not got the cash, rather unfortunate timing really. Is what it is I guess.

Looks great, I have a couple of questions. How is the mining profitability? (E consumption vs price, disregarding buying hdd) Any favorites among the non-standard protocol for pools? Is there a POC whitepaper? Anyone developing PoS/POC?

Currently mining profitability isn't super great, but seeing as the only real cost is the hardware (and maybe plotting for a couple days max depending) the mining itself doesn't cost much at all, and thus is always gonna yield something. The way it is truly good, is if you're sitting on empty space now. Any computer can mine BURST.

Of course my pool (burst.ninja) is my favorite, especially considering I commissioned the development because I didn't really like the structure of the only open source pool (uray's code) that has admitted bugs, and will need modification to get working correctly. Eventually when the code is what I would deem as 'worthy' I will likely release the code for ninja, but as of right now I still think there are some things that can be done first.

I also think the overall structure of the team and the coin and development needs to be more put in place before I feel like release of the code will have a beneficial effect. Which is when I would prefer to release it.

There will be a Whitepaper, but right now we have a small team, and they don't have a ton of time each to be working, we are all doing what we can. We're going to get the new OP going, and there has been a couple offers for assistance with the white paper, but we're going to need someone who can go through the code and fully understand the algo then make an informed writeup. This may end up costing money, and since the coin wasn't premine or IPO, there isn't much of that to go around. So we're getting there as quick as we can. Any coders willing to help are greatly encouraged. Thanks to our newest member Kleinstein Smiley

That idea has been tossed around (@PoS/PoC) but as far as I know there isn't anything being actively done with it. As of right now, we're looking to build the core of developers and allow the coin to be able to grow, and allow for more ideas to be thrown out and carried out. There are a lot of good ideas possible, but not quite enough active devs to make everything happen as quick as we'd like.

We have another account setup, specifically for posting of the new OP that the team will have ability to modify, so the same situation such as this, not having access to modify it when a single person isn't around, doesn't happen again.

As this old thread has developed we simply can not have it.

The redesign must be possible to integrate in the new thread, right? Or Boba closes that for a new one?

This one can simply not continue with trolls and constant personal argument.

Fine, however, boba quit the team, and therefore doesn't talk to us about things directly anymore. He shouldn't be moderating the thread as a single person without being able to directly consult others. Since he has quit, taken his site down, and charges for guides, I'm not sure I understand why he would take it upon himself to start a new OP... let alone without asking any of the members people know to be the active core members.

This is a move I would understand, but don't when it comes in a situation such as this.
