2341  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Arbitrum Hype on: March 21, 2023, 06:28:13 PM
Most of the arbitrum users received the airdrop. My self too. Did you compare the with the optimism market cap?  Arbitrum should pass the optimism market cap to reach the $5-$10 value. Otherwise, it can not.
I've seen the people who are got in are excited if it goes $10. Imagine that you're eligible for 1000 ARB and then you're expecting it to be $10 in value so let's do the computation. That's an easy $10k for someone who's got those ARB and how much more with those that have more than that example? Well, it's too much hype and that's worrisome honestly but I still see that many are optimistic about it since it's just an airdrop and it's free cash for everybody who's waiting for the actual market of it to be released on March 23. It's just a few days away so every rumor and speculation is making it more on the trend and active traders are also waiting for it since it's been announced on different exchanges that they'll support it. But just like the term hype, it's temporal and everyone must secure their profits.
2342  Economy / Speculation / Re: Price is looking positive green on: March 21, 2023, 05:52:38 PM
Back over months is reddish, I could hardly think about bitcoin as anything good soon but it seem like there will be positive green movement this mid of the year coming. Bitcoin can never be overrated sometimes it will destroys your feelings, sometimes it will bring excited, dudes, is been a while we reap the juicy part of bitcoin. 3 days now is looking greenish with improvement I hope the pump starts soon enough, this green looks real positive
Bitcoin is only disappointing if we're going to base it on the current dumps. But overall, other assets have never done something that has been ever done by bitcoin. Yes, it's positive and green now, and much more likely that it will continue until it breaks another barrier which is the $30k. I now see people mocking those people that have mocked us before and never listened to advice that they should have bought when it's still low. Also, there have been people that are mocking those that have said they're waiting for the dip like around $10k-$12k. I don't want to say that they should have been mocked but many of those folks took it literally but it's gonna be a never ending argument. We've got prices on our head on when we shall buy but hopefully, all of us gonna get what we all wanted with bitcoin and soon, we'll see the actual another crazy bull run for it.
2343  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How much these features weigh most when you choose your favorite casino? on: March 21, 2023, 05:28:37 PM
If a new casino provides top-notch services, amazing customer service, or customer satisfaction, and has some great games that the community would like to play more than other games available at different casinos, they can very quickly gain trust and build their reputation and they will also build a community very soon this way.
That's true, that's why for most new casinos or just launched that's what is needed for them to have. Getting players that will come to them is through giving them the first best experience so that customers will go back after experiencing it.
It's like having the best already on the first try on them so that they'll have the impression already from their players turning into customers and not just bypasses.

KYC is something important that keeps us in one casino. If the casinos don't require their members to do KYC, we will continue to use the casinos to gamble. But when casinos start changing their rules, that's when we will look for other crypto casinos that will be less strict when it comes to KYC.
It will serve as basis for the many because if a casino starts to force require KYCs, we've got no choice but to stop using them and we have no confidence having these companies have our identities when it's not necessary.
2344  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Staking advice needed on: March 21, 2023, 04:59:58 PM
For a long term holder / investor, what are the risks available with staking coins and tokens that you plan to hold for a long period of time? I want to know if its safe to keep your coins in staking instead of just holding them in a wallet when your ultimate plan is to hold for long term.
Just choose the staking that is flexible so that if the value of that coin increases, you can easily sell them and that's how you'll make money from it.

SEC Commission have been warning with several staking token have potential scam later due price dropped drastically, I don't think good ideas when staking with token or coins without good reputation exactly new coin/token launching and brave giving more than 300% staking reward.
But with this news about SEC looking at those staking coins then you have to choose the best possible coin you can ever have. And this is also the importance of having it on a flexible term, so that you're not forced to do it and you can get out if needed much.
2345  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trade up capital: $200 on: March 21, 2023, 11:38:27 AM
I wants to begins trading but I don't have money in coven, I took my wife's $200 to put it into trading wallet pending where I will do good in trading returns my wife's's money. Could this be enough to start trade?
My wife's mum's has suspect me of taking my wife's money and she didn't know I have already confess to my wife but my sweetheart doesn't wants her mum to interferes in our family matter that she knows am the one who took the money. So what do I do now that the money is legal in my hand?
That's a terrible way to trade, you shouldn't get someone's money even if she's your money without her permission and consent. You don't know how to trade yet and you've taken 200 bucks from her without informing her.
Outside of family matters, if it's only between you and your wife, the mum shouldn't intervene with whatever you do with both's money. Whether you take hers or she takes yours, what's important is both of you are giving consent to each other or at least giving each other the idea on what you'll do with the money.
2346  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Given an option between Bitcoin and Fiat which do you prefer? on: March 21, 2023, 09:28:35 AM
As a bitcoin enthusiast having the knowledge of bitcoin and it's potentials compared to the fiat as a local currency and means of exchange or payment for services rendered what is your take and preference on it?
I wouldn't go that far, I prefer to have both of them. While I use fiat for spending it for our daily needs, I've got bitcoin for the sole purpose of being an asset and investment of mine that shall be held for a long time until I decide to start selling it.

And how long do you think it will take for bitcoin to be accepted as a digital legal tender world wide?

You opinions and thoughts are welcomed, let us discuss.
I'm not thinking about that anymore. What's good with the situation right now about bitcoin is that, there are more people that do like and know it unlike years ago when it's being feared upon of related to illegal activities and dark marketplaces. But today, it's all good and way different and likable by many.
2347  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Coins.ph- another "enhanced" KYC documents and process. on: March 21, 2023, 08:39:39 AM
Another reason why to leave coins.ph  Sad I like supporting local pero di na masyadong good for it's consumer given na nag aask na sila ng additional information like what is requested to you. Matagal na din akong user ng coins.ph at ngayon almost inactive nako sakanila dahil may mas better options if you are only considering cashing out or cashing in and isa dun is Binance. Last time I checked coins.ph is ibang iba na at parang hindi na user friendly pero if you are consistently using it for sure alam mo na every features nila. But for me, Di ko na masyado gusto yung coins.ph at mas prefer ko yung competition nila also having this kind of KYC issue.
2349  Economy / Speculation / Re: How much return are we expecting next bull run? on: March 20, 2023, 10:57:33 PM
What is everyone expecting in 2024/25 bull run? Is a 10x a good return or should we be hoping for more?
For bitcoin? I'd expect 2x-3x of gain but not that much of 10x but who knows if that's going to be seen. So, if we're to calculate that 10x gain from now on so that would be around $200k-$280k for the next bull run.
That seems to be a lot but that's possible although our only contender is to know if that's gonna be seen once we're back on the bull run because if not, then we're good at whatever it is right now and you might get that 10x gain from the other investments that you've got on your portfolio. But my hope is that if bitcoin reaches $100k then I'd be good already with that and whatever gain that's going to come after that is already a bonus.
2350  Economy / Economics / Re: Benefit from Higher Education? on: March 20, 2023, 10:26:06 PM
Higher education is more aimed at companies that require ability and intelligence in order to get the expected salary for someone
Google, Amazon, Tesla and other known companies have been changing that tradition that has been known for ages. As long as you've got the qualities and skills for the position that they're about to fill, you'll get in and just pass the interviews and stuff of tests and what not.

but for entrepreneurs I don't think it's so important because in entrepreneurship persistence, self-taught creative ideas can be used as a basis for starting a business you don't need higher education
It's 50/50 on this one.
Those successful entrepreneurs still give their time to study and get a degree for some reason. But there are other successful entrepreneurs too that have stopped their college studies and pursued what they've started on what they've believed will make them thrive with the business they're starting.
2351  Economy / Economics / Re: Could Bitcoin one day become the global reserve currency? on: March 20, 2023, 09:55:03 PM
I would say that it is a "reserve currency" for the people, maybe not so much for the governments, that could be the case in this situation. I agree that there are a lot of people who have savings in bitcoin right now and that is definitely a great thing, definitely something to cherish because it means the idea of "peoples money" instead of being America's money or brits or French or German's money, it's global, and that matters a lot.

I personally believe that the best thing to do today would be having some sort of understanding that we could be seeing some governments pick this up and realize people love it and eventually start investing into it a bit.
Yeah, I'd agree that it is for the people including us. We do like the concept of it and it's really actually for the people and that's why this invention is totally getting to the nerve of the governments. Some are just against it but the majority are liking what's with on its value.
That just can't be stopped but who knows if we get to see that a big country would announce that they're making bitcoin as their reserve just as par with gold being a reserve. That might be a crazy idea to think now but everything that's happening with bitcoin right now have probably thought by early adopters to be something crazy as well so, who knows then?
2352  Economy / Gambling / Re: Gambler Loses 1.4 million USD in a bet with lower than 1.01 odds! on: March 20, 2023, 09:27:54 PM
Sometimes we think that it is very easy for us to make a winning just like we usually think. Gambling is always unpredictable that is why we need to know.what we are doing so that we will not go and use our money that we supposed to use for a better thing for something that will make us lose completely.
That's why odds whether they're at the lowest, you may still potentially lose that bet. And having that much money seems to be freaking out when you seem to have nothing else to do with it. It's just rich problems and I don't think that I'll come up to that point in my life that I'll be doing that even if I'm sure with my bet that it's well-researched. Still, I don't trust that since gambling is genuinely unpredictable and games have a lot of unexpected outcomes.

Indo try my best to make sure I gamble responsibly.
You should really do it because if you don't, you won't notice that you're losing more from what's expected on your budget.
2353  Economy / Speculation / Re: Dare to take such gamble? on: March 20, 2023, 08:55:56 PM
I wouldn't take the bet but I'd be watching the bet whoever takes it. Whether it goes $1M or not, I'd just be happy to witness and see that it has happened.
I've seen too many speculators and popular ones that have never exactly hit the predictions that they've made even with bets. We all know that it has started with *RIP - John McAfee and then the rest follows. But if Balaji really knows what he's saying or this isn't just all about the hype and exposure for bitcoin through this bet then good luck to him and we're all gonna be beneficiaries if it happens in 90 days. Honestly, I've just taken a peek on his Twitter account and there are a lot of insightful things about what's happening in the banks and US markets that he's sharing about.
2354  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Can old trading strategies work again? on: March 20, 2023, 08:31:15 PM
Thinking about how trading strategies need to always be changed and how one strategy may not work for a long time, what do you do with the strategy that you are about to change. do you just forget about it completely once a new strategy starts working for you? or do you keep it in remembrance for the future. If you have experienced this before; has any old trading strategy that you decided to apply work for you?
Just retest it every time you think that something is changing. We can go back on it every time we replace it with a new one.

Is it possible that old strategies may work in the future again?
Yes, very possible. They may seem to look old but strategies are just there and they'll never be obsolete unless the market entirely changes but it seems not. That's why these old strategies if ever you've got one might still work and thus, you can't just forget about it when it has come to the point of time that it has helped you a lot from your trades.
2355  Economy / Economics / Re: Money is for the important things on: March 20, 2023, 07:59:27 PM
There are some things that are not really necessary to I just want to stay in a comfortable house, not really big and not really small, I want to have like two nice cars one for my wife and one for myself, am having a business am running already, I will want to expand it, I don’t need any branded drinks, to me it’s just waste of money and I don’t need gold, am not the type that values gold.
We all want to be secured with all of these possessions that we're hoping to have and that's the majority of things that everyone wants to have. But agree that it's all about how we're going to spend our money on these important things that will make us convenient and confident with tackling our daily lives. And for those people that are struggling in life, they may see the beauty of it if we're able to help them and show them that we've been there and a lot has changed because we're able to help them and soon that situation will also happen to them. They might be in a bad situation right now but it won't be the same forever and soon, they'll pass on the blessings to the others that they'll encounter and they'll remember all the good things happened to them so, it's just like passing all the good vibes and sharing it with others through helping if it's necessary to the right people.
2356  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Low demands as bitcoin declined in price. on: March 20, 2023, 07:29:55 PM
I'm also confused about why OP is telling that the demand for bitcoin and its price is correlatively low because they're not. But I do agree with the latter part about what he said that it will be better no matter what happens. I'm not so sure if this is because after hitting $28k it didn't proceed too quickly to $29k which he might be thinking that it's going to happen so fast without any stopover. But let's come to that point that if it's looking low based on what he said then we're seeing that due to the major issues that these banks have shown lately, people are coming up with the idea that by having bitcoin, you have your own wealth with you wherever you are and there's no worry that it's gonna file bankruptcy since it's decentralized. Anyway, if by some little movements of bitcoin's price we're too discouraged to think that it's an actual decline, look where it has come from.
2357  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Arbitrum Token Initial Price Speculation on: March 20, 2023, 06:57:29 PM
Are those wallets and balances that have got 89k in ARB tokens something real? I've seen people posting their stuff and eligibility for this token and even if the token just goes $1, that's already a massive win for those people that will receive thousands of this token.
I guess those speculations about it starting with $1 is good enough and that's what you can get from the initial price of it once it's already in the market. Many will sure start to dump ARB once it's being launched and distributed all of the tokens for the eligible participants since many exchanges have already expressed their listing for this token.
Those are real since some hunters are using multiple wallet and yes, it is expected to dump right away as many will take their profits as much as possible, official listing price are not sure as well but if its a $1, that can still be a huge profit to many. I was not able to participate on their airdrop, maybe I can just wait for its price to normalize if I really see good opportunity here, there’s a good hype but I know it can be more risky if you will buy at the listing date.
Yeah, it s for sure a big profit for those that have taken a lot of it and I've just seen some updates of it that Binance is going to list it as well so that's for sure big liquidity is coming to this token. I'd probably just buy and profit from it while it's early but still, we need to keep researching.

I see this too, but I know there are truths that are even scarier than that. Some MMO teams have exploited the ARB campaign before, some groups that I know of they released thousands of wallets that received the airdrop.
And not only from arb but I see in the arbitrum ecosystem there are also a lot of projects with airdrops.
Just a little calculation, I can see that they can earn millions of dollars after each airdrop event like this. Indeed, with the normal use of tasks, professional cheaters can absolutely earn huge amounts of money, indeed this is a way to earn a lot of money.
Well, they know how they're making money on it and no doubt with first, the developers are going to earn huge on this. And for those cheaters that do abuse airdrops like this, it's temporary that they'll earn quite big but soon, they'll be caught and might disqualified with the distribution. If, the team conducts another testing and checking of the eligible participants.
2358  Economy / Economics / Re: Scarcity of money on: March 20, 2023, 06:27:42 PM
When a country has a good economy then it means that there's sufficient money in circulation for their people. There's no actual scarcity of money for the entire world, there is even a bunch supply of money for most countries. What's scarce is the opportunities, resources, and land.
That's for sure that we've got limited for those things and that's making it hard for those people, especially in those countries that have limited opportunities as they barely survive every day. The resiliency of these people is greater than what can we think of because they've used to living like that even if it's the hardest.
And this is especially true if the rich which have a lot of fiat decide to change the form of their wealth and begin to buy real estate and other assets which are in short supply, this increases the demand for them and reduces its supply which increase their price, making even harder for the average person to acquire those assets, and with the economy being in such a bad shape I do not see this changing soon and it seems as if things are bound to get even worse.
That's what they really are doing since the age of time. They understand that if their wealth stays on fiat, it will be lessened made by inflation and that's why it's best to put it into more scarce assets like real estate properties.
They're wise and I guess we're also wise just like them by investing in bitcoin because we do get the same thoughts of having limited supply and there will be only a few of it that will be distributed globally and as of now, we're close to reaching that 21M supply but it will only be fulfilled a hundred years later which is for the few bitcoins that's remaining to be mined. Well, on this age, we have to look at those opportunities and whether we're not genius as them, we just need to understand the basics of it, scarcity and being the first to step on those opportunities are a great advantage for us.
2359  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do Anyone Think Luna Will Recover? on: March 20, 2023, 05:58:50 PM
of course not, because in my opinion there is no hope for Luna anymore, so if I were you, then I would not think about investing in Luna, because it is difficult to get profit from invest in Luna, since many investors have been disappointed with Luna and don't believe to invest in Luna again, therefore I'm sure that Luna won't be able to recover or maybe the percentage for Luna can recover by 0.1% (this is my opinion).
There are investors that want to play in a hot tub through reinvesting into these projects that have been already proved to be a scam and no signs of recovering.
Well, the thinking is that who knows if it recovers and then they hold thousands or millions of it. That's why it's like the thinking that they'll be getting a jackpot with these projects.
But IMHO, instead of getting into these projects like Luna or Lunc or UST, it's pretty much saving time if they just avoid and ignore projects that have already collapsed.
2360  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: can we return the stolen wallet? on: March 20, 2023, 05:21:42 PM
Hello guys long time not see, my wallet was got hacked. All my token was stolen to the hacker wallet
i dont know why but can i still secure it? i hope you guys can help me. Thanks you
and for hacker i hope you have some beautiful children that die from cancer
Sorry, you've lost it forever. Transactions in cryptocurrency wallets are irreversible and that's why if somebody hacks it, it's gone and you can't retrieve it anymore unless the hacker sends you back the wallet or the FBI arrests the hackers and finds the hacked funds in their wallets so they can release it back to their victims. Can you remember the activities that you've done prior to the hacking of your wallet? Because if you can remember what you've done, you can trace back that it's the reason for your being hacked. Did you enter some airdrops or wallet giveaways that have asked you to enter your private keys and seeds? Because if you do then you've been a victim of phishing forms that have been hidden in the form of airdrops and this is a common style of those hackers. So, think of where you've fallen and from there maybe you can have an idea that they're the cons.
