Ja, die Kugel dreht sich auch ohne Menschen. Die Bedeutung der menschlichen Existenz ist unter Berücksichtigung des gesamten Universums ohnehin total überbewertet...  Ich denke es gibt unterschiedliche Abfolgen von Generationen, deren Jugend sich abhängig von den Umständen, unter denen sie mehrheitlich aufwachsen unterscheiden. Z.B. hat die Nachkriegsjugend mit Sicherheit andere Verhaltensneigungen gehabt als die heutige Jugend. Es ist immer die Frage, ob die Jugend in einer Zeit des Mangels oder des Überflusses aufwächst. Das prägt das Verhalten. |

I noticed that are a lot of people complaining about confirmation times recently. However when you take a close look at it, you will notice that these complaints are almost always made by people who do very small transactions with very low fees. This smells like propaganda of the big blockers.
In life, not everything is free. I don't feel any pain paying adequately for the great service Bitcoin offers.

What doesn't get into my brain with quite a few plane crashes is the fact that there are often survivors with relatively minor injuries. The energy that's set free in such a crash is enormous, so I would expect not a single survivor. The five people who survived the crash must have had the hugest luck.

The best time to buy Bitcoin is every day. At least if you only have fiat to loose. Selling Bitcoin makes no sense, unless if you didn't understand the concept. Bitcoin is a much better, more honest and more sustainable form of money than fiat. I stopped considering Euros or Dollars as a reliable measurement of value quite some time ago. These currencies will be inflated to death, that's a certainty. With Bitcoin however, you will actually improve your wealth, because even if the amount you hold stays the same, you will be able to buy more with it in the future. Indeed, they don't know what they are doing, because if they were competent they would know that blockchains are not suitable for the use case they imagine. For all centralized use cases, the most efficient solution is a centralized database. The only reason why Bitcoin has a blockchain is to make a decentralized currency possible. I don't find that article very useful. It's pure speculation without any interesting research actually done. The influence of any referendum on Bitcoin price is greatly exaggerated in my opinion, since Bitcoin is a niche market compared to other safe haven investments like gold and silver. Before being able to invest in Bitcoin, people have to learn how it works. That pretty much rules out quick capital flows in the direction of Bitcoin.
World markets already assume a negative outcome of the referendum. The author got that right. But he draws illogical conclusions from his own theory: If market expect a negative outcome of the referendum and the referendum has an impact on Bitcoin prices, traders will already have bought Bitcoin prior to the referendum. This makes further price increases after a negative outcome not very likely.

Wobei nicht ganz klar wurde, ob Auktionen jetzt als eine weitere Unterkategorie eingefügt werden sollen, oder eben nur über Tags im Marktplatz enthalten sind (ich bin für letzteres, einfach weil Auktionen sich keiner großen Beliebtheit erfreuen).
Wie gesagt, mein Hintergedanke war vor allem die Übersichtlichkeit zu erhöhen, Redundanzen zu beseitigen und damit den Erfolg von Angeboten zu steigern.

We will keep pay attention to this if more complaints are coming. Your case is now closed". However they have no enforcement power. So if you were screwed by bank, you would always lose. Don't trust them in the first place.
Yes, banks are the extended arm of government. You can see that if you consider their role in the fiat money system. They create money from debt. So I don't think it's surprising that you don't receive help from anybody. All these consumer protection agencies have no legal power for good reason. They can only issue laughable recommendations. Government and banks are doing what they see fit with people's finances. So it's about time to bypass them and switch to Bitcoin. In future, it may even become a question of survival. |

Jemand möchte unter Beibehaltung seiner Privatsphäre Bitcoins erwerben. Da Bargeldgeschäfte in seiner Gegend nicht angeboten werden, erwirbt er gegen Bargeld oder Online Amazon-Gutscheine zum tauschen.
Der Käufer dieser Gutscheine hat jetzt zwei Optionen: entweder er handelt selber mit den Gutschein-Codes und hat eine gewisse Marge daran oder er löst sie - wie MrLehmann das macht - auf seinem eigenen Amazon-Konto ein, um sich dann selber etwas zu kaufen oder Auftragsbestellungen auszuführen.
Ich denke, dass dabei sowohl professionelle als auch private Käufer unterwegs sind.
Denkbar wäre es. Allerdings erscheint es mir eher unlogisch, dass Amazon-Gutscheine ein liquideres Handelsgut sein sollen als Bargeld. Die Unterteilung von Suche und Biete finde ich gut, das mit den Auktionen finde ich aber überflüssig.
Mich würde jetzt, falls gegeben, natürlich auch eine Begründung interessieren. Wie gesagt, die Befürchtung, dass Angebote zu schnell auf Seite 2 rutschen kann ich nachvollziehen. Allerdings lässt sich dieses Problem leicht lösen, indem man den reinen Währungstausch, der einen großen Teil der Anfragen ausmacht in einer Subkategorie zusammenfasst. |

I tried again, but get the same error message that animations aren't allowed. I even tried renaming the animated gif to .png, but it was still detected as animated gif. I still don't know, what animated gifs would have to do with security. Edit: Was able to upload an animated png (APNG). However that only is shown as animated in a few browsers. |

Chip implants for people are already coming. There are already people who do it voluntarily for club access and other retard applications. Just look at the current trend with fitness bracelets. People are getting used to measure their bodily functions and share it with the Internet. That will be the sector where chip implants will first be introduced: As a useful tool for various health applications. First it will be voluntary. But after a few years have passed, authoritarians around the world will demand such implants for every newborn under the pretext of healthcare. |

Auktionen uneditierbar ist auf jedenfall gut und sinnvoll und damit ist auch eine Zusammenlegung der 3 technisch nichtmehr sinnvoll. Bleibt noch das Zusammenlegen von "Suche" und "Biete". Ich finde die Trennung ehrlich gesagt gut. Wenn jemand Waren doer DIenstleistungen anbeitet und dafür eine Zahlung erhalten will, dann postet er ins "Biete" Forum und wenn er Waren oder Dienstleistungen sucht, dann schreibt er ins "Suche" Forum. Es ist schwachsinnig im "Suche"-Forum einen "Suche Bitcoin" Thread aufzumachen und dann reinzuschreiben, dass man einen alten Pi 2, eine Waschmaschine, einen Nussknacker, Gedichte mit Wunschthema und Übersetzung von Schwedisch nach Albanisch anbietet. In dem Fall wäre der weder der Titel aussagekräftig, noch würde die Sektion "Suche" hier passen.
Eine Außnahme sind hier Exchange-Anfragen oder -Angebote. Klar kann man "Suche Bitcoin biete Bargeld" genau wie "Suche Bargeld biete Bitcoin" in beide Sektionen schreiben. Statt also beide Sektionen zusammenzulegen, schlage ich vor nocht eine art "Währungstausch" der "Exchange" Sektion anzulegen.
Im allgemeinen sagt es mir auch sehr zu, dass die Angebote bzw. die Gesucht nicht so schnell auf die 2te Seite rücken, da sie getrennt sind.
Kann die Argumentation leider nicht nachvollziehen (sie basiert imho nur auf Deiner persönlichen Empfindung): Für mich sind z.B. "biete Pizza, suche Bitcoin" und "suche Bitcoin, biete Pizza" ein und dasselbe. Ich würde jedenfalls, wenn ich Pizza anzubieten hätte immer in beiden Kategorien posten, weil ich die Reichweite maximieren will. Auktionen werden kaum genutzt und sind ohnehin momentan editierbar. Es wäre für ihren Erfolg einfach besser, sie in eine Kategorie "Marktplatz" miteinzubeziehen, weil dann mehr Leute draufschauen. Das Problem der Editierbarkeit lässt sich zumindest insofern abmildern, wenn die Interessenten und der Anbieter wechselseitig Angebot/Gebote zitieren. Noch nachvollziehbar ist für mich das Argument, dass evtl. die Angebote zu schnell nach hinten rücken. Da sehr viele Gesuche/Gebote sich auf BTC-Kauf/Verkauf beziehen, wäre eine Unterkategorie "Währungstausch" evtl. sinnvoll. Im übrigen haben auch alle anderen lokalen Boards eine "Marktplatz"-Kategorie und kein "Biete"/"Suche". |

Apparently the Chinese government wants to squeeze out VISA and Mastercard to pay license fees. I'm sure it will be easy, considering that China is a huge market for them. Another motive could be boosting use of the Yuan and to get rid of USD dominance in the marketplace. A lot of card holders will be annoyed by this move for sure. The question is who they will blame for it and if they may even start looking into Bitcoin. |

Die Wahrscheinlichkeit abgezockt zu werden dürfte überall ungefähr gleich hoch sein.
Thema Amazon-Gutscheine: Mich würde mal interessieren, wo die ganzen Massen an Gutscheinen herkommen. Gibt es etablierte Aufkäufer oder Markplätze, wo die gehandelt werden? Oder sind die alle mit geklauten Kreditkartendaten erschlichen worden? Ich wäre jedenfalls sehr vorsichtig, von wem ich einen Gutschein abnehme...

Fuel cells have been in the talks as potentially green technology for car engines since decades. However today, vehicles with battery storage seem to be the norm. However fuel cell are not dead, these are attractive because vehicles could be tanked with liquid gas instead of carrying a heavy battery all the time.
