241  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][HASH] HASHBON ROCKET is the first CDEX fuelled by HASH token! on: September 01, 2021, 09:57:20 AM

Thank you for your constructive criticism, it is duly appreciated. If you have any additional concerns, please feel free to share them with us at any time. Smiley

I appreciate your willingness to accept my input. With this issue tackled, I'd like to move to issues about your project itself. If I may ask, the reason why you put  a brake in your project back in 2018 was due to the cryptowinter, so why restarting the project now? Crypto has resurged since early 2021, if not even earlier. So, wasn't it a bit behind from the train? To further emphasize this question about decision on "launch date", you've made a bounty thread (reddit) back in February, so why'd the ann thread were made 6 months after?

Miiike, thanks a lot for your question – it gives us a chance to talk more about Hashbon’s history here and on our Medium afterwords.

Since 2016, the company has been operating in the CeFi crypto field with two products — a payment gateway and a crypto wallet. In 2018, Hashbon’s team was about to launch a business blockchain framework project but froze it due to the “crypto winter” as we shared before. During this period, Hashbon’s CeFi products have been live and used by thousands of users and merchants, then in late 2020 an idea to enter DeFi sector occurred.

We have been developing Rocket since early 2021 and didn’t put a single brake on the crypto market these years. This February bounty campaign (dedicated to HASH token’s launch) was proof of this unstoppable project development as far as we can see. This fall brings Hashbon to the DeFi era and enriches the token with value inside Rocket, being a part of the whole Hashbon FiRe ecosystem (CeFi + DeFi).

Hope this brief immersion into our story could shed some light  Smiley

I'm not sure I understand your company well, so please correct me in places where my statement is wrong:

You've been around since 2016 as a crypto payment and wallet, decided to create your own chain in 2018 but got tackled by cryptowinter, so you paused your project for 3 years, and re-initiate it again in 2021?
242  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] R223; CRYPTOCURRENCY LAUNCHED TO TOKENIZE AND INVEST IN REAL ESTATE. on: September 01, 2021, 09:37:52 AM
This is quite interesting. Just to be sure, one of your project's main selling point is token holders are entitled to the properties in R223, is there any specific term on this "ownership" and like it only happens virtually and not in real physical world? Or investors got them in full package like if they bought property conventionally; land deeds and all.

The platform allows to have partial or total ownership of a property through R223 Token, this is done through a trust constituted in each Latin American country where the R223 project operates, this trust keeps a relationship using the blockchain between the physical property and the virtual representation of that property (the r223 token), so one person or multiple people can acquire a tokenized property and enjoy the benefits of the valuation of the project and land as well as the valuation of the R223 token.

In addition to the above, each property will have a particular use, some will be for sale, others for rent and others like the hotel, will be to offer services, food, beverages and events, the money generated will be to operate each particular project and the profit will be injected into the R223 ecosystem through the exchanges.

But the properties will be in their name? Or will it be under r223's name? If the former applied, what'll be the case of taxes in their respective country? Will and should the ownership counts and included in their annual taxes as their properties?

If I may temporarily switch our topic to location and decisions taken regarding it, as known by visitors of this thread that you're based in Mexico and you planned to target mexico and latin america (and worldwide, as you also stated, but the main target market are the two former ones), and that you have already explained that you choose indoex because it's friendly and quite known, and that it will rather reaching too high if you aim for binance, etc. But how about your own local exchange? Wouldn't it be better if you conduct your ICO on latin america local exchange? I assume it'll be more preferred and accessible by your target market instead of indoex which based in UK. I didn't say the decision is poor or anything, I was just interested to know the process behind this decision making

yes, definitely having our own exchange is something that is coming in the near future, in fact it is in the whitepaper, but, as you say, why start with foreign exchanges? its because although the assets are in latin america, the investment comes from where is more money... europe, united states and of course asia, that is where the most important capitals of the crypto world move...

In latin america there are some exchanges, but in principle, the investors we are looking for are from other countries, people who are interested in investing in tokenized properties located in mexico and latin america...

and, as incredible as it may seem, Latin investors always ask if we are in an international exchange before investigating a little more about the project... it's a stoper.

You're launching your "fair launch" tomorrow, but you doesn't seems to bother clearing things up here, abandoning this official ann thread, and just hired the obvious bumping service, a red flag seemed to popped into the radar
246  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] R223; CRYPTOCURRENCY LAUNCHED TO TOKENIZE AND INVEST IN REAL ESTATE. on: August 29, 2021, 06:02:44 PM
You said you're backed by real estate, but I couldn't find any info about  this real estate (other than it's in mexico) or even the company owning and building the assets. Can you please enlighten me on this matter?

Of course, thank you for asking.

The first project is called "Lot 223" because it is one of the lots resulting from the lotenization of the land called Ex Hacienda Jesus del Monte in Huixquilucan, State of Mexico. The owner of this land is Oscar Barbadillo Mier, one of the main investors of R223. However, the investment partners have ownership of incredible projects, a wonderful hotel that we are going to restore (mentioned above in this forum), a gold and limestone mining project in guerrero, many hectares of land in yucatan, and many more.

We will be uploading to our site (https://www.r223.io/public/whitepaper.pdf) all the papers that prove the property and we will be posting news of the progress all the time.

There are already private investors entering the project with apartments and houses to receive their value in R223 ... and soon you will hear about people from the show business who are already investing in this project....

What's the token address?

What's the address of the token?

This is what I can gather from their telegram discussion, although I don't really understand why they need to keep the contract address from being public. If they're concerned that people will try to get the token via PCS before their official launch, wouldn't all they need to do is holding their PCS liquidity until the launch date?

We didn't publish our contract address yet kindly don't trust on contract which isn't published by us.

Hello Smiley
Launch is at 09/1 (6 PM UTC) and Contract will be shared on GitHub before launch.

I have to agree that I don't quite understand, I hold 200 TINY, in my private wallet, and I'll get ADA, BUSD, and ETH without having to do anything because of the auto-claim feature, where do these rewards generated from?
251  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] 🔥🔥 Tr3zor - The first global lost and found blockchain network 🔥🔥 on: August 26, 2021, 09:03:18 PM
Tell me, what items are exactly you have on your mind when you drawing a concept for this project? Like a watch? Dog and other pets? Suitcase? Car?
252  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Official Wrapped Widecoin - WWCN Project on: August 26, 2021, 12:27:45 PM
Yes, we just had one more partnership between Widecoin and Surge for operational marketing.

No reply to my question? It's still unanswered and I'll argue that it's kind of critical point that needs to be addressed and explained as it'll help people understand (and measure) your project. I really hope you didn't deliberately leaving them unanswered because you don't exactly know your next steps.

You could ask Admin in detail via Discord: https://discord.gg/GnNaAHra7Q
Thanks you.

And as previously said, I will prefer to have the conversation here where it can be read by anyone who wanted to know. You can explain it here right away instead of keep suggesting to talk in private. I'm sorry, but your persistence started to create an impression that you tried to avoid this from being a public knowledge. I hope you can prove me wrong and we can tackle this issue right away because I still have other technical questions that's hopefully public will find them helpful
253  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [Ann] Continuum is an idyllic world where you can collect plenty of resources! on: August 26, 2021, 10:16:51 AM
For those curious and wanted to know more, this is what I can gather about them:

Parent company website: https://playchain.com/
Company address: 6 Raffles Quay, Singapore (shared office tower)
Company registration number: 202006810R, registered since 28.02.2020

Playchain is indeed listing "continuum" as one of the game developed by them. Their CEO, Enrique Dubois, also retweeted continuum's post (made by account listed on this thread opening post) which strongly suggest he's aware and acknowledge @continuumworld twitter handle as their officials and this thread owner is not hitchhiking their project.

Although, I'll be more satisfied if playchain team or continuum admin posted something on their twitter or other official media mentioning this thread, just to further validate this thread's official-ness

255  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: CUMINU The Future Of Decentralized Porn (A Topic Designated For Crypto Seniors) on: August 24, 2021, 08:23:20 PM
Well looks not bad, so far they have funded the platform using their personal capital and without any token sale nor presale. It's all with fair launch and even getting results so far with a pretty lively community, awesome. "There are no burns or liquidity fees built into the $CUMINU token. Buyers keep 100% of their token purchase." See the details in his whitepaper

Most of the adult-related projects here can't achieve the success they want.
If they are using their own pocket money, maybe they are seeing bright future for this endeavor.
Let us admit that not many dev team venture in this industry because up until now, you can't see a blockchain related project to be really successful on this.
And also, maybe the OP can improve their presentation here by buying copper membership to post visual images of their project.
I believe people will be attracted if they see images here and not just wall of texts.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=credit;promote

I would beg to differ on this matter. True that team didn't plan any ICO, but it doesn't instantly means project is worth investing, at least not without proper due diligence.

One matter that should be addressed is how they change their course from a meme token (which we could strongly assume that, although quite late, the idea was birthed from doge's previous rally) to a serious project on porn industry which I strongly suspect was coming from OnlyFans recent decision. One would see this abrupt decision as an ability to see chances in changes, but other thing that's also heavily implied on this decision is a possibility that it'll be a pattern and team will change their project in the future when opportunities open their gate to them
256  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: CUMINU The Future Of Decentralized Porn (A Topic Designated For Crypto Seniors) on: August 22, 2021, 09:49:57 AM
You mentioned that you're rebranding from your old project cum-inu (a meme token) to cummunity (a porn project) while retaining the old tickers. I can't find any ann thread about the previous project, cum-inu. Does it didn't have any?
257  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][HASH] HASHBON ROCKET is the first CDEX fuelled by HASH token! on: August 21, 2021, 04:43:37 PM
Oh, my.... Several red flags on this one.  Cry

If you have any concerns, please share them with us! We're an open book and we'll be happy to address any questions you may have Smiley

If I may jump in, one of the most glaring issue is your bounty payment (rest assured, other things will be brought to you after this). It was made aware to me by jumping through your threads that since 2018 when you went under due to (borrowing your words) crypto winter, you've made several bounties, like this one and this one, and that in spite of your claim that you've made multichannel announcement about this, I can only find one (your link to altscointalk on that post as well as other altcoinstalk links are broken by the way, so there's no way to check what you're trying to show us) that's written on February 2021, in a completely different bounty thread from the one held on 2018, so not only it's too late, but it's also nearly impossible to effectively reach every single participants of 2018 bounty. You didn't make this form available since 2018, which effectively made me believe you left the 2018 participants hanging.

You also didn't bother announcing or explaining this issue on your old ann thread, although several people were demanding explanation. I believe you're aware that people are posting on your old thread, but apparently you were more interested to contribute on something mundane like this instead of clearing your past.

First of all, we much appreciate you sharing these thoughts and concerns with us.

We have made an active effort to pay all of our bounty participants as we do appreciate all of those who contributed to our program – since 2018 to this particular moment. In 2021, we designed two bounty campaing dedicated to the launch of HASH token and our owned DeFi platform with the announcements on Bitcointalk, Airdrop.io, and our own social media channels. We are doing our best to proceed with the proper measures and to ensure that all of our members are informed.

As part of our increased efforts to reach out to every contributor, we have created a new post and updated our Februaty campaign post to include information for participants that weren’t able to retrieve their rewards. We’ve also made our current bounty announcement more clear including relevant information on our 2018 bounty campaign.

Thank you for giving us this idea as we have considered the announcement complete and reachable enough – there is always a room for improvement Smiley

Sorry, I don't know how can I say this without sounding rude, so I'll just go on. Below are your active efforts to reach your bounty participants on 2018 campaigns:

1. Created a post in the new campaign thread in February 2021
2. Updating the opening post of February 2021 thread with announcement.
3. Updating the old 2018 bounty thread opening post with this announcement, at the very end of the sea of words (very easy to be missed)
4. Updating the old 2018 ann thread opening post with this announcement, at the very end of the sea of words (very easy to be missed)
5. Created a new thread announcing that you opened a form to claim payment

Oh gosh, I wonder if this is the best effort given and that can be thought of by a team who fully intended to play fair and pay what they due... if only there's a more effective way to reach the entire 2018 participants and make sure their eyes instantly landed on the announcement instead of some slight chance because the said announcement is buried within sea of words (if you ask me, reading the opening post again after 3 years will not cross my mind in the first place).

Ohh wait! But there is! There is a way to get a better chance reach all of them if you're really serious to pay them fair and square, like posting at the very last post of those 2018 threads, you know, the ones that mostly people will go to and read when they get a notification that there's a new reply to their posts.

The fact that you didn't think of it really baffles me, it is a very simple and most logical way to reach them if you're completely honest and wanted to pay their rights. And because you didn't... couldn't think this very simple method, i can't decide if you're lacking of vision or or honesty. Both are a red flag for a project, FYI.

So uhh... your solution to regain the initial 1:1 ratio is... go big and the market will take care of it?
--snip--

Our group is not gained anything for wrap progression. --snip--

As this is the second time it happens, I am sensing a possible misunderstanding and a language barrier. I assume English is not your main language? It's fine, it wasn't mine either and I didn't try to point it out as a weakness or anything, just wanted to be sure we are on the same page.

Please confirm that you do aware and understand that when I said "regain", I am referring to a situation where you managed to achieve and return the ratio to their initial value (1:1, and not the current 1:1,000) instead of trying to say you "gain" something from the action, like profited or acquiring some fee.

Please find the WRAPPED/UNWRAPPED Procedure for your reference: https://discord.com/channels/835303977646161920/866596213556903976
You can DM us via Discord any detail clarification. We are welcome to answer your question.

I'll prefer to have and continue the conversation here to be freely consumable by public, thank you. Now, I'll assume you did misunderstood what I mean by "regain", so for future reference, I'm referring to "returning to the initial ratio" when I use those words. And with these straightened up, I'd really appreciate if you could revisit my previous question: what steps will you take or planned to take to regain the initial ratio?

I can point out many other "coincidentally matched" sentences throughout your whitepaper, but it'll be just an old song; we point it out, you denied them and blamed it on your outsourced writer, and so on. So, giving the benefits of doubt and assuming you're legit instead, I'll go to technical details. As everyone is aware, there are tons of lending platform, p2p with secured collateral and all, so what's so different about you? You mentioned permissionless, but I can't find an explanation about this, is this the feature you proposed?
