Trendon may have actually found a lawyer to represent him:

Znam osobiście sytuacje gdzie ktoś zrobił większy zakup (samochód czy mieszkanie)

5 bitcoinów to nie "większy zakup" Wink Przy kupnie samochodu czy mieszkania mógłby mieć wezwanie bez żadnych donosów, bo po PCC, który by płacił mogliby wywnioskować, że wg deklaracji podatkowych nie mógł mieć tyle pieniędzy, więc pytali by się "skąd?".
2503  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: web base mining on: June 03, 2014, 12:28:21 PM
The ones I linked use GPU(s) to mine, JS miners are two orders of magnitude slower because they will only mine using your CPU.
2504  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Storj - Decentralized Storage on: June 02, 2014, 04:55:07 PM
When's the updated whitepaper going to be published?

Any ETA on a working alpha release?

2506  Other / Meta / Re: Accuracy down to 98% on: June 02, 2014, 03:47:37 PM
For example, reporting a thread and stating "wrong forum" isn't always helpful, because they may disagree, but putting "Wrong forum, move to service discussion" for example is giving your opinion on where that thread is better suited. They may disagree with you or might not but it's showing that you think it's better if it would be moved.

If you simple state "wrong forum" and the topic in question is moved either by the OP or by a mod to the right forum section, then a different mod seeing the report might mark it as a "Bad report", unless they (we) can easily see that the topic was initially in the wrong forum section. If you're certain it's in the wrong forum, but unsure where it belongs, just write "does not belong in x".
2507  Other / Meta / Re: reporting fake account : lightningasic` on: June 01, 2014, 04:28:15 PM
Can we report this type of accounts too or only the person who is getting mimicked can only do that ?

Yes, please do so.
2508  Other / Meta / Re: Donators on: June 01, 2014, 05:19:47 AM
Do you count losing the Bitcoins you donated as a 'loss' or do you not regret your decision to donate. Why so?

I hadn't donated, global moderators can also have custom titles under their forum handles.
2509  Other / Meta / Re: Donators on: June 01, 2014, 01:36:31 AM
And the right to change your name. I agree with you it isn't that exclusive, but it must be a high honor to be a Donator, as if a Earl.

and an access to a Donator/VIP/staff-only forum section (it's not very active)
and a custom title under your forum handle if you're a VIP
2510  Other / Meta / Re: Donators on: May 31, 2014, 11:46:19 PM
I think it was more of the 2010-2011 era, since it was only worth $10-$80.

Q3 2011 was when theymos started collecting donations in exchange for a Donator/VIP rank.
2511  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: web base mining on: May 31, 2014, 03:52:14 PM
You could try with WebCL-based miners, but at current difficulty it could only be profitable if you have a botnet or lots of visitors on your website(s) (they must also be using browsers that have WebCL support, and AFAIK currently no browser natively supports it).

2512  Other / Meta / Re: Who is moving this ? on: May 30, 2014, 12:57:11 PM
I thought they are in queue to be moderated. Now as they are moved, why my accuracy has not gone up ?

I think I moved those topics and handled your reports yesterday or the day before yesterday, so you accuracy should have gone up. You probably checked it not long after I handled it (that's when it's should have gone up), and checked it now again, so maybe this is why you think it hasn't gone up.
2513  Other / Meta / Re: Reopen Topic on: May 27, 2014, 01:12:28 PM
Contact them to open it for you, or start your own topic.

It would be great if someone could reopen it and become the moderator.

That topic was not started with the self-moderated option ticked on, so that's not possible.
2514  Other / New forum software / Re: When will the new forum soft. get released? on: May 24, 2014, 07:06:09 PM
Probably sometime next year.

Yes.
2515  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bitstamp is the next MtGox... on: May 24, 2014, 06:14:04 PM
As for btc-e, I find it incredible that they have managed to get away without doing AML/KYC checks in this kind of regulatory climate.   They only way that I can explain it is that there is something shady going on there.

They won't bother you with AML/KYC if you use one of the payment systems (middlemen), afaik they'll only ask for it if you want to make direct wire transfers.

I see that GBP isn't too popular on your site, any plans to add the BTC/PLN currency pair?

It has received many votes of support in your last poll:

No... he got FREE negative trust AND got FREE 4100 bitcoins...
Now THAT'S an attention whore Roll Eyes

More than that, actually. 4100 was only from inputs.io, don't forget Coinlenders and BTCInvest.

But back on topic. OP, why bother?

I am moving this topic to Games and Rounds because this is more of a raffle.
2519  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Forum moderation policy on: May 21, 2014, 09:53:36 PM
What about defamation/slander of someones character?  Or do we just send them some Trollcoin?

1. Free speech - you can say anything as long as it is relevant and presented in a calm and polite manner. Swearing, SHOUTING etc. make your post more likely to be removed.

If it's off-topic it may be deleted (depending on the on/off-topicness of the rest of the post), if it's clear they are lying it may be considered trolling, and trolls can get banned, although it's not easy to get banned for trolling.

Byłem w piątek, wygląd odlotowy, ale latem będą musieli coś pomyśleć co zrobić z ciepłem z koparek, bo już teraz jest ciepło.
