2561  Economy / Gambling / Re: SportOdyssey bitcoin sports brokerage has no kyc? on: August 21, 2019, 11:30:55 PM
Foosball Champ on SBR has received a $1550 payout from them without issues. I haven't seen any complaints about them so far, so they seem pretty legit. No telling if they're here to stay though.
That is good confirmations and I do think there are genuine. Kyc was not intended to be there from the beginning of the cryptocurrencies' business development like Sportodyssey but scams activities left us with no other options. KYC should not also be a reason why lottery sites or gambling sites should be rate as good as we have many bad stories about those projects and sites that require KYC but are a scam.

Most of the sites requiring KYC from their customers are really not legit and should be taken with caution. A lot of them are anonymous so how can they require their clients to accomplish KYC requirements? In this digital age, being anonymous is easy but building the reputation and credibility is hard.
2562  Economy / Gambling / Re: MintDice – Bitcoin Casino With Online Slots, Bitcoin Crash & Bitcoin Investment on: August 21, 2019, 10:56:25 PM
Is the site safe?
Lying about its license is a huge red flag and according to yourself red flags are a high risk of losing money! Cheesy

Quote
marlboroza alleges: Due largely to the factors mentioned in this topic, I believe that anyone dealing with game-protect is at a high risk of losing money, and guests would be well-advised to avoid doing so. This determination is based on concrete red flags which any knowledgeable & reasonable forum user should agree with, and it is not based on the user's opinions.

Support: yahoo62278

The extremely mentally ill bitcointalk account yahoo62278 believes that anyone dealing with game-protect is at a high risk of losing money, even though we are since 3,5 years active with over 500 online casino scam reports received and no one ever lost money while dealing with game-protect! Cheesy

But the new Mintdice with a real huge red flag is safe! Cheesy

What do you mean by lying about its license? As far as I know yahoo, if he knows that the site has a shady background, he will not tolerate such behavior and he will surely not accept the signature campaign. But I'm curious what real huge red flag are you talking about here?
2563  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Get to know all about the Pieta Ecosystem (100% Bonus Near To End) on: August 21, 2019, 09:09:58 PM
Yeah i have been studying their project from quite long now and yes they have resources to cope all these achievements and the results i am hoping will be amazing

yeah but can you tell me where they will implement the project as they said in africa but to be honest africa is very vast and they should be specific so that it's more understandable

thank you for the question they will implement it in Egypt as they are based in egypt and there are some energy crises so that's why they have a good chanvce to get a hype there

This is great to know if they will truly implement this system in Egypt. It is not everyday here in crypto that we encounter a project that comes from Egypt. I hope they will deliver their promises and make this country proud of their initiatives to their own country.
2564  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are we in a silent bull run?? on: August 20, 2019, 11:59:04 PM
I think it is still too early to say that we're on the bull run. The prices keeps declining whenever it rises just a little bit. It's so hard to identify but if we have the opportunity to buy good altcoins with lower price, then I think that we can't miss that moment.
decline and increase will continue to occur. but remain vigilant with some bad news related to bitcoin and crypto from several countries like what has happened from America. I hope the rest of the year will run smoothly.

My take on this price movement - just a normal up and down scenario in the btc market. This is good for btc so we know what will be its real value in the market despite of bottlenecks or struggles it encounters along the way. With these situations, it will make the btc position more solid and more versatile.
2565  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [PRE-ICO] KRYPTOREDEEM - Blockrewards platform and loyalty token on: August 19, 2019, 11:15:06 PM
Where can we see your plans for this year? You only have roadmap for 2020 and beyond. How about the items to be accomplished for 2019? This app will only be useful to many consumers if you have a lot of merchants or shops that are on board or listed in the app. So when can we see that list so we know if it would be significantly useful even to ordinary consumer?

More love from the Pundi X community towards the Virtual Rehab team. Thank you kuzoIV (Twitter Account) for this great piece of artwork. We truly appreciate it 🙏

I am curious when it comes to actual implementation for this project, how many customers are going to use their platform in real life? Usually, the project is great in nature, but the actual scenario is very different.
2567  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Are airdrops profitable and worth my time ? on: August 18, 2019, 09:58:00 PM
There is time for everything, I think the era of profitable Airdrops is almost gone. Airdrops was quite popular during the emergence of ICO's and was equally profitable but hardly can one find any good ICO much more an airdrop that will worth the effort

Exactly true. I don't think airdrops nowadays are worth your time. They might be generous with the amount of tokens but you don't have any idea if they will ever get to an exchange or in case they will be listed, the corresponding amount that you will get is few bucks and take into account the withdrawal fee.
2568  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Some bounty managers have no experience on: August 17, 2019, 11:35:03 PM
That's right. Bounty Manager, though not related to the team, but he also creates certain opinions about the project. If a bad bounty Manager, it can ruin the reputation of the project. Therefore it is necessary to appoint the checked people to this position. But what about the newcomers, there's nothing wrong. Them, too, when the need to same to start. Therefore, I believe that if the bounty Manager, though new, but it normally does its job, then it is quite possible to rely on.

Somebody needs to start from somewhere, right? But even if you are a newbie, you should at least educate yourself from the basic rules and regulations here in the forum. Give time to read those basic rules. At least you know what items your participants are violating and so you can advise them also. Being a bounty manager is not all about the compensation that you can get. As time goes by, you are building your portfolio, so you should be a good example as a user also.
2569  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling habits that will cost you on: August 17, 2019, 10:55:33 PM
most of the pints that you have listed are very valid, but i feel that there is meeting that is missing which is greed, or is greed not also a bad habit that usually cost gamblers a whole lot in gambling?
I think that it’s even the most dangerous habit and that is probably what the OP meant by his fourth point. You can never mention deadly habit in gambling without adding this to the list even though majority of gamblers are guilty of this.

Greed is also mistaken for aiming high or dreaming big but realistically it is not good at all and as players, it’s better to settle this habit before even coming into gambling. Anyone that is greedy will definitely have problems in gambling because  gambling on its own has a way of making responsible people become greedy and it takes discipline to overcome this and then it becomes even more difficult for those who are by default naturally greedy.

Greed is a human nature and we really can't avoid it. If someone is winning, he wants more of it. The contentment is nowhere to be seen in this scenario. I guess we are all guilty of that at some point in our lives. And we need a good learning experience before we can say to ourselves that we already have had enough.

But such greediness is fine with me as long as you are using your own money and not a borrowed one. If you are already loaning your money just to gamble, then that situation is already different.
2570  Economy / Gambling / Re: MintDice.com – The World's Best Fully Featured Casino. Play or Invest! on: August 17, 2019, 10:16:00 PM
just joined and immediately tried the FAUCET, I was very surprised that there could choose FEDERAL RESERVE DOLLAR or BITCOIN.  The green colour makes me very comfortable exploring the platform.. very good work  Wink
Just keep exploring the platform of Mintdice because it is one of the good new gambling site in 2019, also the faucet is different to the others but Im not using that because I did not want to spend or waste my time in faucet but I play in mintdice and I notice the player will grow for sure since they created a signature campaign that manage of one of the best campaign manager here in the forum.
of course I do, yesterday I spent 5 hours exploring mintdice. This new site makes me like a new kid full of curiosity especially on the bit.rocket Cheesy, good luck for us  Grin

Bit.rocket game is a fun game and you can easily addicted with it. If someone wants to try it first without depositing money, they can use their faucet to try the features of this site. This site is pretty simple to use. I guess many players will try this also.

Your online shop has only few items listed as of now, rose oil, rose water, when are you going to add more items like tea tree oil at least? An online store should have wide range of products. Where can we see the database of your rare herbs? Link please. Thanks.
2572  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Ethereum getting old? on: August 16, 2019, 11:45:57 PM

I would not call it getting old because there are other coins that are older than Ethereum yet still performing well. But because we live in a fast-paced world where technology reigns supreme, I think Ethereum will come good again if they can update and continue to innovate on their blockchain. Launching the PoS Consensus upgrade will be the first step towards achieving this

Few months or couple of years in crypto is like lifetime already of so many altcoins ever existed. So having ethereum up until today means that they are not like any other crap coin out there. But being old? There are much older coins than eth. But eth already cemented its position in the community because of the changes they brought to the crypto space. And up until now, they are in continuous pursuit of advancing their platform. They hype might be over but the dev team is still active in doing their respective jobs.
2573  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling as a profession: there's people who live out of gambling? on: August 16, 2019, 11:01:05 PM
It is possible but such people are not that much in the society particularly if you compare them with those who usually make lost in gambling through either poker game, spotbet and casino game. Most bof the people I know do it as another source of income and not there main source of income though the profit they make from gambling is just a little over the lost they make over time.

There are several articles or blogs that you can find about this kind of living. Few individuals made it as a living but in sports betting area. The chance of winning is higher in this aspect especially if you know the sport by heart.

2574  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Betting feature at exchange on: August 16, 2019, 10:54:14 PM
Wouldn't the exchanges need extra legit licenses to run a part of gambling site? I'm talking about the good and top-rated one's and not Yobit. They abide by the AML policies and probably pay taxes. There is no way they will be allowed to carry gambling operations without proper legal permission.

Having said that, they will just need to convert their traffic into gamblers by providing lucrative offers to rewards. They already have the traffic, it's a win-win situation.

Maybe they have respective licenses as I've seen several exchanges integrated by casino games like crex - they have dice and blackjack. But I don't know about their licenses if they do have. If they are running legit, more than likely they secure their gambling permits as well.
2575  Economy / Economics / Re: What is the best advice you ever heard in case of investments and all on: August 16, 2019, 12:11:32 AM
Based from my personal experience, diversifying would be my best advice for starters.

I've never agreed with placing it all on one thing, because this market is too open to abuse.   I have to agree, the best advice is never be all in one place.   The fact is when you vary risk, sector and your allocation size it puts you in a better frame of mind.
You will see value best when contrasting it to your best performance.

As the famous investment line says - "Never put all your eggs in one basket." Also, you should familiarise yourself in the trading market as plunging to the unknown is like trading blindly. That will cost you money if you do such practice.
2576  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is Technical Analysis Bullshit or Not? on: August 15, 2019, 11:43:06 PM
people who dont understand technical analysis say its bullshit

people who dont understand investing and trading say investing and trading is a bullshit

here is the reality none of the trading system is 100% accurate

people who understand and practice the analysis will make money , i my self making profits using technical analysis

just ask yourself how much you have learnt and practised technical analysis , dont believe in this post you will get 100s of posts saying technical analysis will work and will not work , and knowing other things on whats going on with market is also important

TA will help you one way or another in making decisions in trading. They might not be accurate but it will help you in analysing the trend of what's going on. To put it simply, you are not dumb of what's going on in the market as you know the basic know-how in trading. So I would not call it as a bullshit knowledge. I just don't like those people who are very arrogant with their speculations in trading using their TA skills and later on, nothing ever comes true.
2577  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are ICOs dead? on: August 14, 2019, 11:55:30 PM
In reality, so many people already left ICO, but fully dead still Not because we see so many projects using ICO but i think the relevant is almost dead. People prefer choose IEO project than ICO. Until now, i don't see any ICO project become so success

I would say, projects that are successful with their ICOs are very rare nowadays. I think those who achieved success during their ICO stage have big whales that were already backing their financial status to begin with. But they are not completely dead yet. There are projects who are still trying their luck via this crowdsourcing method.
2578  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Bitcoin gold constant price decrease means it's completely dying? on: August 14, 2019, 11:22:42 PM
This is put some ends those coins that are trying to replicate Bitcoin. Though it won't be simply as that since developers will trying save their ass and putting back the trust of their investors. Anyway, I don't mind if this coins will becoming dead since I've never put money on this.
Lets find out how it makes a change before the end this year..

They are just imitating bitcoin in the first place. And what is their use case again? I have never encountered any application of it in the market so more than likely, they are only after for the trading of this another copycat of bitcoin. No surprise if the developers will abandon this project because they already ripped money from their crap project.
2579  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: John McAfee Believes Dogecoin “Will Go To The Moon” on: August 14, 2019, 10:57:28 PM
Dogecoin has not much prospect of development in the future, I just see that every year it has 1 or 2 times big pump. It is possible that it was listed on Binance, supported in terms of advertising thanks to tweets by Elon Musk and John McAfee. But now that altcoin is still falling, I choose a safer option than investing in ETH, ADA, BNB, ...

The positive comments from both Musk and McAfee may have brought the decision of Binance to list Dogecoin in the first place. But the reasons could vary, as crypto land is highly unpredictable. One thing for sure is that Dogecoin serves great as a cryptocurrency for performing quick trades and sending micropayments at a fraction of the cost. Maybe that's why there are still many exchanges supporting Dogecoin even after being abandoned in development for quite some time. Compared with other alternative cryptocurrencies on the market, Dogecoin seems to have something unique that's loved by many crypto enthusiasts worldwide. Even Ethereum's Vitalik Buterin seems to be quite optimistic about the same.

While it's unlikely that Dogecoin will reach higher prices in the future, it could reach the moon in terms of user adoption soon. People will begin to notice the true benefits of Dogecoin, making them join the cryptocurrency revolution. After all, Dogecoin is much easier to obtain than most cryptocurrencies on the market because of its inexpensive nature. It's never meant to be taken seriously, since it was created only for fun by the founders themselves.

Nonetheless, with McAfee sharing positive comments related to Dogecoin, we should experience a boost over it's mainstream adoption soon. Things will become better for the cryptocurrency as other popular celebrities embrace it every step of the way. Despite this, Dogecoin needs true development and innovation in order to reach new heights. Just my opinion Smiley

I have the same sentiments towards doge also. This is the altcoin I always go for whenever I need to transfer money from one exchange to another. And yes, this might be also the reason why even small exchanges list doge as it is one of the most common altcoins among exchanges, which you can trade easily. Even if the developments are at halt, still the use case of doge in trading and transferring purposes are still significant.
2580  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 76% of dark market using Bitcoin on: August 14, 2019, 10:28:38 PM
Strange to see Monero and other privacy coins being so unpopular in darknet markets, is Bitcoin mixing good enough these days, or are privacy coins suffering from some problems? Maybe it's hard to convert them to BTC or fiat without raising suspicion?

There are currently some researches floating around that put Bitcoin illegal use at 1-2%, but the fact that Bitcoin is so popular sure means that something is wrong with those researches.

They should try using monero and other privacy coins. I believe they are not as hot in the eyes of the scrutinizing public as compared to bitcoin. Most people wanted to trace where bitcoin goes while other altcoins are just being ignored. Why not try those other privacy coins?  Tongue
