1661  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crowded Casinos - Play or not? on: April 17, 2020, 11:07:16 PM
Is it as busy as a real casino?  It was a surprise to me, because in my place there was no casino.
Playing gambling with the crowd like the picture in the OP in my opinion will only make our gambling concentration disappear.  If it were like that, I might never go to a casino to get away from such a crowd.
And I will decide to play online, considering that online gambling is classified as a lot.

There are actual casinos that are like what the OP shown in photo. But I don't think it will be that kind of scenario once this lockdown is over. People are now more cautious with their surroundings. Also, just take a quick look of Macau casinos and how they are responding after their lockdown. Limiting the number of players and use of face mask are observed now. I think it will be the same with other casinos worldwide when they re-open again to the public.

1662  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 🚀🔥🚀[ANN]BITTO 6 IN 1 EXCHANGE(LICENSED)HYBRID ECO-SYSTEM v4.0🚀🔥🚀 on: April 17, 2020, 09:56:59 PM
But the exchange itself is not up and running as when you sign up, it says coming soon? So when will this exchange be live? I thought you are already live as there was a post in January that you already obtained the conditional licensing. Also, what does it mean by conditional licensing here? Where did you get such license?

Good Day,

We were live for a while, but had to stop as one of the requirements for obtaining the licensing is not to be LIVE BEFORE the license is fully provided. But good news is that we have already obtained the conditional licensing. We are moving forward to have more utility implemented for BITTO token in 2020. We look forward to sustainable growth in both value and utility!!
1663  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is USDT Tether safe? on: April 17, 2020, 06:52:34 AM
Today, the tether continues to print 250 million tether, raising the tether's market capitalization to more than $ 2.7 billion to reach the top 10 coinmarketcap. People say that every time a tether is printed, the bitcoin price increases because the tether pumped USDT onto the floor to push the bitcoin price. What do you think about this and keep the USDT safe?
USDT prints of the whales are one of their plans. I remember that once USDd was printed an additional 300 million and the price of bitcoin dropped from $ 10k2 to $ 3k7 in just 3 days. The whale's money-making move is very unpredictable, don't trust what it's doing.
About USDT, I do not believe it is one of the reputable stable money funds. whales are constantly making money without worrying about inflation. Sooner or later this is a scam coin and you should be careful in storing it too much.

From the time when they admitted that they are really not fully backed by what they are claiming to have, I started not to trust this stable coin. It is like you are dealing with a stable coin that at anytime it will collapse. They should have been honest about their true assets to begin with. Now, are you really sure they are saying the absolute truth about their holdings? So just be careful in holding this for so long, you have no assurance if they can keep what they are supposed to be as stable coin.

1664  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎰 COINSAGA.COM 👑 BITCOIN CASINO - START YOUR SAGA 🏆 CRYPTO ACCEPTED on: April 16, 2020, 11:14:29 PM
its sad to see that many countries are black listed upon checking on the list  .

why whats the reason for this  ? gambling on most of those countries arent even restricted but i think people can still use vpn to bypass the site  . other than that , i like the little goblin design on this site  . it makes me feel the vibe of clash of clans game before ,  brings so much memories   .  the game has a different concept too to claim  bonuses  , i think only few gambling sites are doing thi so far

Seems they are just protecting the possible consequences that they might encounter if they will allow those countries that are not online-gambling friendly. Maybe, later on when they are already stable and doing good, they can go back to these blocked countries and study if they can lift their restrictions on some of them, because I've seen countries on the list that they are allowing online gambling as long as it is licensed by local gambling authority or foreign authorities.
1665  Economy / Gambling / Re: New online casino - GreenSpin.Bet! on: April 16, 2020, 10:10:24 PM
Hey Andry!
That's just what I've suggested to you. You have added an image and since you know how to do it, you may want to edit the first page of this thread so that you can include images to make the opening page of the casino attractive to the visitors.
It's important because if the visitors sees some catchy images, they will not hesitate to try it.
No doubt messages passed through pictures stick better in the memory of readers. But a will not make the project and better or any less.
It's just for the visibility and gamblers who will try them can determine if they're good or not. And it's for them to decide if greenspin is good or not.

It won't be necessary for the OP to be edited for picture sake right now
Well, it's just for me and my opinion because most of the casinos that are making and maintaining their threads here do have it.

Users here will check the opening post first so if it won't hurt from the dev's side, I think it would be better to provide some snippets of their website. I don't think it will require too much time to do that. I agree that most of the online casinos here are keeping up with their threads and they usually update their OP as it is like the face of their gambling website. But up to them, if they will do that simple task. This is just a simple suggestion.
1666  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Google has removed 49 cryptocurrency wallet browser extensions! Good move? on: April 16, 2020, 12:55:02 PM
I mean, it should be pretty obvious that everyone here thinks that it's a good move..

- Noo, this is a violation of freedom of speech, you can't just remove 49 extensions from Chrome web store, people should learn to review every line of code themselves, they can't just rely on a centralized entity. Why won't you think of the hackers, they need to feed families too.

- Haha, chrome web store banhammer goes brrrr.

I thought at first you were serious about it and then when I read this - "Why won't you think of the hackers, they need to feed families too."  Grin

But really smart move from google. I bet the number will be more than these, but it is already a great start. It means, google is recognizing the reports or doing their job to protect their users from these scammers. I wonder how many wallets had been hacked by these 49 crypto wallet browser extensions. Hopefully, users will be more vigilant when using browser extensions. As much as possible, just limit your usage to known legit ones.
1667  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: First Glance of China's Digital Currency on: April 16, 2020, 05:33:27 AM
The concept is totally the same as crypto has. It needs an app and wallets as well. But as it is handling by the government, it must be centralized. Anyway, will they use banks to manage it as it is still a part of China's national currency? Or there is a government exchange to support it? I'm a bit curious about the parties the people talked on the twitter.

Definitely, just another way for Government to control our assets here. So I wouldn't be surprised if there are no support from the Chinese themselves, unless the PBOC or the government will enforce it like sort of fiat system, just like what Maduro did with his Petro.

We will see how it goes if their government roll it out in the next coming months. All eyes are in China now as we all know that they have this hate relationship with bitcoin.

I think people will use it even if it is controlled by the government as there are people who want to avoid the use of their fiat/paper money as the virus is still not totally contained. So those who want to pay via online transactions, which a lot of them are already exercising, they will have this another option, which is their digital currency. And for those who will adopt this payment method, more than likely they will look into bitcoin also. So it may also drive crypto adoption in general.

No website for UFO?

Can't wait to see on tv shitcoin creators killed by butthurt investors.

People should know by now how to spend their money wisely in crypto projects. If not, their fault not only the project's creators. Before, we usually blame those crap devs, now, the investors themselves are to be blamed if they do not do their due diligence.
1669  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 🔥Flame.Exchange🔥 - Next generation DAX based in New Zealand on: April 15, 2020, 06:39:07 PM
Your website flame.exchange is still not up? Getting 404 page not found here. And it is stated that you are based in New Zealand, so are you also licensed by the New Zealand's Central Bank to operate as crypto exchange? It is better to operate as a licensed one because whenever I encounter a crypto exchange from New Zealand, I always remember what happened to Cryptopia.

Your 404 error might be occurring because you are going to the wrong url. Make sure it is https://www.flame.exchange that you are going to.

And yes, we are based in New Zealand but are not registered with any authorities (yet). We are working to get approved as a New Zealand financial service as soon as possible.

I got the link from the OP but now it is already working. Thanks.  It is better to get your license in place as people are paranoid now when it comes to crypto exchanges. They don't know which one is to be trusted or not. Also, since you are having free listing for coins in your exchange, what are the major factors that you are considering for a project to be listed in your exchange? I hope you will not just list all those applications as a lot of them are short-lived projects that wanted to dispose their coins. Few weeks and their dead.
1670  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Joltee - Drive electric, behave well and pay less on: April 15, 2020, 09:25:03 AM

Do you plan to attract investments from state venture funds?

We don't have any information on that at this time, however, Tierno Tall (Joltee advisor) is a venture capitalist at Starchain Capital where he supervised a 12+ blockchain investments and helps Joltee with its investor relations.

So you attracted investment from Starchain Capital?

How many tokens have already been sold?

No that hasn't been stated.. No information has been shared regarding the concluded private sale!

Do you have a business angel?

Where did you get the finance for developing a startup for months?

Joltee have several angel investors from different backgrounds - working in insurance, in legal field, or as entrepreneur - that are very interested in their solution and are financially supporting them.

If they can't disclose how much they raised during their private sale, do you think they can deliver their objectives here if in case no more additional funds is collected from the public? As it is hard to collect funds these days, I am assuming that they will rely whatever funds they have in their possession to continue their developments.
1671  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can POLIS surpass DASH and become nr. 1 in the payment industry? on: April 14, 2020, 11:31:51 PM
1st.

This is also the very first time that I've heard about Polis.

2nd.

The feature that it offers isn't different from the existing and third party services that we have today.

3rd.

Why compare something we don't even heard of to Dash which is commonly known and popular ever since?

Though I have heard Polis before but it doesn't come close to the popularity of Dash. They will have a long journey to even compete with Dash in the market. Just looking the overview between Dash and Polis in CMC will give you idea how far they are -

Dash - Rank 20 vs. Rank 384

vs.

I am not considering the markets that they are listed with. But if you will check both of them. Dash has a lot as compared to few exchanges for Polis. So nope, right now, Polis has a lot of things to do to even achieve half the popularity of dash.

The history of the company begins with an idea.

Ideas for creating a perfect investment mechanism at the junction of the economy and modern technologies.
For several years masters of their craft - programmers, engineers, economists and mathematicians - have been working on the creation of this investment tool and the Si14Bet platform.

The successful testing of the platform was the first milestone in the history of the company - the foundation of Si14 (element of the periodic table Si 14 Silicon Mendeleev).

Now, I understand where you got your name for this platform. Are you going to run marketing campaigns for this project as it seems people are not commenting on your thread? This is a good opportunity to promote your project as there are a lot of people stuck on their computers at home. And a lot of gamblers are checking online for their options as almost all physical casinos are closed worldwide.

Updated ANN with new explorer link, exchange links, socials, & marketcap links. Also fixed broken Discord invite link.
Stay tuned for more updates & Rock On!!  Grin

You have 40B premine and infinite supply, no wonder this is very very cheap in altmarkets. In dtrage, there are no buy orders even in doge. Do you think something will change this year for your coin? Aside from updating your links, are you going to improve your website?
1674  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Demand for Bitcoin online courses explodes by 300% on: April 13, 2020, 11:28:17 AM
Recently I told a friend of mine that, online courses will have a bigger hit this time and he told me that, he's not sure but few weeks into the lockdown he called me that he has more orders than year now. This is just a confirmation of what he told me and am very happy to see this happening at this time of the year(Bitcoin Halving). With this ongoing, there is a possibility of the community to have a huge adoption after this pandemic and new investors are much likely to be see with the community again, like in 2017.
After the end of this pandemic many people will think of creative ways to invest their money and time and online courses and bitcoin are one of the best options out there. The old and traditional ways are now outsmarted by the technology and now anyone can learn new things with the use of courses that are available online.
I also used to go to offline classes for some extra activities that I was interested in but now I have to watch the online classes only due to the pandemic.

Aside from learning and investing in crypto, they will find later on that there are a lot of ways on how to earn crypto especially if they happen to stumble here in the forum. If they will browse the services section alone, they will get the idea on how to earn crypto if they have set of skills like in programming/coding, design, or just participate in bounty programs. And going around in this forum will already give you tons of knowledge and information that you can't get from any crypto website.

But seeing the demand for bitcoin online courses go up, it means at least some of them will be crypto users very soon. More crypto users, more demand, hence, in the near future, contributing in the increase of bitcoin's price in the market.

1676  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Why is Telegram associated with fraudsters on: April 13, 2020, 05:01:44 AM
Actually it is not the fault of Telegram, majority of people are using it exactly for what it has been developed but you know that bad guys are everywhere and telegram has millions of active users so some of them try to be extra smart and try to scam people. I would just say that do not be greedy and stay watchful and never send your coins to anyone or leak your sensitive data.

Right, but just like any other social media sites we have, Telegram have been exploited as well by the cyber crooks to lure and victimised people specially beginners. It is being used by large groups to create bots and they we have the cyber criminals, give fake promotions and fake give aways. And then impersonations, so as users of Telegram you must be very very careful who you talking to, because you don't know, maybe one day you will fall for their trick.

The telegram itself has many uses to a lot of people but yes, with the vast number of users, scammers find it a good playing ground to catch victims of their fraudulent activities. Also, because you can disappear or delete your account anytime, it is easy for them to create accounts without a trace. Those who are new in crypto will find good promotions or giveaways to be attractive, especially some airdrop of new coins. They won't realized it that they are only getting few pennies in exchange of their kyc info (if in case that project is asking for kyc details). It is not worth sending your docs to unknown people in telegram. There are so many instances that these scammers are using this social media channel. If you find one that you are suspicious about, a person or channel, report them via pressing the report button under the info of that channel/user. This will be a small way of helping removing those scammers in telegram. I've done this quite a few times already. Maybe you can opt for others - if that person is trying to scam users

edit : just like what Bttzed03 has shown above
1677  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Get to Know All About Cowrium Project & Cowrie Coin (50% ICO Bonus) on: April 13, 2020, 02:38:28 AM
I'd like to highlight a fact that you had a bounty back in 2018 for the same project, and then went off the radar with little to no update for about one and a half year. Why the hiatus and what pushes you to re-emerge? If it was a silently working on the background instead of the long pause, what milestone acuired during the past one and a half year?

I thought I was the only one looking or their forgotten ANN thread here. They now have a new bounty campaigns too.

To recap, they do have ICO from JAN to MAY 30 this year. This thread however is left without a word of what had happen during those months but today they are about to to a campaign promotion. Seem very silly to do it right now. What's going on?

Can we get response from the team for the above mentioned queries? I am interested also on what happened to their sale from Jan to March this year? Did the team raise some funds and how much? Also, as they are running 1-month campaign and allocating huge amount as per $ equivalent of their tokens, which in reality, maybe much lower than their target price upon listing in the exchange. And as mentioned also by holydarkness, this project was launched way back in 2018, why they decided to re-launch the project in time of pandemic situation?
1678  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][EVOLUTION] Evolution-Project coin on: April 12, 2020, 11:58:36 PM
I understand that you are developing this coin using your own money. But what do you have in mind to survive long in crypto space? What do you think will give sustenance to your coin? Also, I hope you will not list your coin to other substandard exchanges. You can list them to 1 or 2 exchanges, and build your coin from there. Please do not list it to free to low fee exchanges without volume..If you want this coin to develop into a stronger one, you will focus on what you can do to this coin to be valuable in the market.
1679  Other / Archival / Re: Betnomi 🏆 Truly Decentralized Betting/Gambling Platform 🏆 on: April 12, 2020, 10:31:44 PM
All we ask for is objectivity and we greatly appreciate yours. Anyone who is objective and will actually look into our project for a second will immediately come to the conclusion we are legit and our platform is running on a transparent provably fair RNG. Regarding the issues in the past, we initially wanted to to raise funds for our project through an ICO which we canceled due to some complications and decided to self fund the project. The summary of what happened regarding the ICO was, the project Adviser was trying to extort money from us which of course we refused and he then spread negative comments about our project.  I gave an extensive explanation to what exactly happened on page two (2) of this thread.  You can review it.

Thanks.

Only time will redeem you from past issues. If you will continue this project, expect more issues to be thrown at your project. But if you are sincere and want to move forward, you will address every single problem that your player will encounter on your gambling platform. And gaining players right now would be your challenge as they are still having negative impression from your past issues. Also, since you have gambling license already, one thing you can do also is run a sig campaign maybe and hire known reputable BM here. Maybe they will change their outlook towards your platform.

edit : Nice, you are running a review campaign under yahoo. He is a trusted BM here. Smart choice.  Wink Good luck!
1680  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: PRIZM (PZM) on: April 12, 2020, 09:28:06 PM
pyramid, I do not advise anyone to invest in this Scam, if you do not want to lose your money, the devs of the project are scammers who have already deceived a sufficient number of people and now they have come to the crypt with their PRIZM that would again deceive people

Do you have references that can support this allegation? I have read the trust summary of the OP, but no solid evidence is provided that they scammed people. They are still active in the market but I don't think I will join the trading. But to have rank 216 in CMC says they are at least doing good as compared to others.
