1641  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Sheng World: The Game Changer for Lifestyle and Wellness Industry (ANN Thread) on: April 23, 2020, 10:40:19 AM

I also have not found information about the details of the Sheng project token sale time, how many stages the IEO will carry out and when it will take place on the Biki exchange. The information I found was that the second stage of IEO Sheng on the Probit exchange will live for 5 days (2020-05-07 08:19 ~ 2020-05-11 21:59 (GMT + 7)
Based on telegram information, SHENG world will be have 4 rounds IEO times. No exact date for 3rd and 4th atm, stay and follow SHENG telegram for further information or if you have other question and need answer from core team.

Sheng dev said that they will push thru their listing disregarding even their 2nd round of IEO. If in case they will hold the 2nd-4th IEO, listing in exchange earlier than the IEO dates for these stages will affect their price. If the price is lower upon trading in the exchanges, how can they dictate the price for their 2nd - 4th round of IEO if it is available in exchanges at a much lower rate?

The IEO Second Round is currently being negotiated in the team internally. However, disregard of the second round of the IEO, the project will go for listing which has already been confirmed on the respective exchange whereby we did our IEO. So giving this notion of project being a failure is speculation. We hope you refrain from it.
1642  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] AB Token | AltBarter.com | Passive Income | ROI | Exchange | Crowdsale on: April 22, 2020, 09:36:29 PM
Passive income is only true if the token will have good price in the market and maintain this in the long run. Most projects offering passive income is only good in the beginning and once the value decline in the market, the expected passive income is not true anymore. But since you are running a crypto exchange also, maybe you can pull off this kind of business, however, it still depends on how much traders you can attract to use your exchange. And that is to be seen once you are up and operational.
Pardon me but you did not understand the point, passive income comes from generated fees and for that you need to have your AB token locked. If you buy and later sell, no share cut for you after you sell AB token.

Generating fees is the hardest part also. In today's risk, no one in their right mind will deposit and trade to new exchanges. It's going to take years to build trust from users. There is one exchange that patiently does it like the Vitex exchange which is also offering passive income by staking but even today they struggle to find traders.
Exactly that is why we're not asking for millions in ICO money.. And offer it for a low price. Fortunately we're Altbarter, and not Vitex

Even if you are not asking millions in ICO, still the bottleneck would be those users that are willing to buy your AB token and lock it for certain period of time. People are impatient nowadays because of so much happenings in crypto. You need to convince users that they will really get something from their locked AB tokens. Let us see as you were saying you're an Altbarter and not Vitex, if you can pull more traders on your exchange and have good volume later on.
1643  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is Crash game more risky ? on: April 22, 2020, 08:54:11 PM
no it isnt . crash game is just the same on other gambling games  .

you only loose because you got greedy and that makes you think crash game is more risky   . you better know your limits next time and cash out on realistic payout multiplier because that is the only way to win more often than looking for impossible ones which will only cost you more  . to be honest i rarely play crash and limbo but i enjoy other games than these although these games have the highest multiplier if your on the hunt   .

You have point on this, because based on my experience playing with crash, I usually start with low multiplier and most of the time you are winning with low multiplier but when you start to increase because you want more, that's when you will start to be on the losing side. But it is the same with other gambling games, based on luck. And this is one of the games that I play in manual mode. I like to change the multiplier according to my instincts.

1645  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Running an online Bitcoin gambling website on: April 21, 2020, 11:26:34 PM
In my knowledge, if the site is hosted in a country that doesn't restricts online gambling then players who access that site and plays online gambling will be violators and gambling site itself will not get any penalties because the government doesn't have jurisdiction of the site.

But i think it's better to consult the devs and lawyers if they have other perspective to the case.

Players who want to play gambling but he afraid of breaking the law, he can try to use VPN to hide his IP when he wants to visit on the gambling site. I think so far, we don't have a problem with playing online gambling, and we can free to playing online gambling. I think if you want to run the crypto gambling site, you need to find a host which allow gambling, and the site will not have a problem with the law in the country. But the gambling site will need a license from the law to running the gambling website.

Yes, using VPN is the usual strategy of most gamblers if he wants to hide his IP. Also, the OP can look about acquiring gambling license in Estonia, I think they have loose regulations over there, if he wants to run the online casino with at least gambling license attached to it. Also, the Curacao Online gambling license, as it is quick and inexpensive, though I don't know how much is being inexpensive. With gambling license attached to your online casino, you put another level of security to your players. They will trust you more if you have one.
1646  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is Bitcoin set to RISE into the Halving? on: April 21, 2020, 10:27:08 PM
But Rising will happen if the market stabilized because of the flow now it seems that we will having a delay if the Pandemic continues till 3rd quarter.

halving will happen in less than a month, while the pandemic is still going on, so we cant expect that bitcoin will rise if we think that the pandemic is a big factor to hinder the uptrend of bitcoin.  Even until the end of the year, its still possible that the economy will continue to struggle as we need vaccine to get back to our normal life, no vaccine means we are still at a high risk of getting infected.
waiting for the vaccine to come will be a very long time friend, at least it takes 1 year, I think the rise of Bitcoin if it happens later is not about vaccines,
but market sentiment leads to this commodity, I'm 99% sure that Bitcoin is already in the bull zone

I somehow agree your point here, if bitcoin will rise, it is not all about the availability of vaccine but other factors. Though there will be an effect in the market if the pandemic will be contained because people will get back to their respective jobs and crypto users will stop selling their portfolio, but for those who will invest in bitcoin, they should not expect a big change in price for bitcoin. Actually, one should be prepared for what will happen after halving, increase or decrease its price, you should have contingency plans for both scenarios.
1647  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is the main purpose in gambling, always to make more money? on: April 21, 2020, 07:56:11 AM
Actually the aim, objective or the purpose of getting engage into playing gambling depends upon the gambler itself. It is not always about the money because there are gamblers who perceive playing gambling as for entertainment purpose only on which the aim is to relax themselves by playing. Others are playing gambling to learn new games or to gather new experience beyond usual and casual games that we usually play. Then there are also those types of gambler who play for the sake of earning money. Also, there are gamblers who are the combination of those gamblers that I have said above. Whatever the reason is, there are kinds of people who plays gambling depending on their preference and that depends on how thy perceive gambling.

Funny because I just tried gambling my TRX just so I can join a campaign in bitcointalk.  I failed to profit and then lose $135 instead. If I trade it on Polo, I could have profit more which is what exactly my type of thing.  I just joined a campaign yesterday to Bitvest so this is going to be still good earnings but will still buy back that TRX I lost. My purpose is to still make money and I think more than half of us think that way.

I can't disagree with you here. Because let us admit here, a lot of gamblers are hoping that if possible,  they can earn money from gambling. But on my part, I really don't treat gambling as one way to earn money. Maybe because I don't gamble very much nowadays and if I gamble, I use only small amount of money just to try the site or the game. I have learned my lesson well, as I had lost a lot before in gambling. I don't want to regret in my life that I spent a lot in gambling that I should have put it in other important things instead. So from time to time, I gamble just to pass time or just for fun. I can appreciate gambling in that way if I will not put myself in the situation that I have to think that I need to get back the money along with winnings.
1648  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Right time for gambling addicts to come out of addiction? on: April 20, 2020, 11:38:11 PM
I'm very sure all of gamblers out there are staying at their home waiting for an announcement about the quarantine. They are maybe having lucid dreams about playing poker and other games lol.
Well, it should be, they have no choice than staying at home. Too risky for them going outside, and remember that the physical gambling places are closed temporarily. But I think they don't need to dream playing poker or other gambling games, there is online gambling sites providing the same games as physical places have. As they are gamblers, I bet they don't need a long time to learn playing online gambling games.  Grin

People should really stay away on playing outside and should stay home for the sake of their lives. We know that we can play all we want after this pandemic ends and also there were no open gambling places atm so its still useless if you do seek out for you to play and also there are online games which are indeed a better option for you to take.I know the experience wont really be similar but as long you do seek for entertainment then it would
be a considerable option for you to take.If youre already addicted then you will surely play no matter what.

Gambling addicts will always find a way how to satisfy their desires in gambling. And right now, their only option is via online gambling. I believe after this pandemic is over, many of the players that are playing online will stay online as they will find out that there are a lot of benefits playing online. Also, it is really not safe to roam around even after lockdown as there are still silent virus carriers. Unless, you have already the vaccine for this virus and that will not be available in the next coming months. We have no idea when will this vaccine be offered to public. Until then, it is better to play online rather than risk your life outside.

1649  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is good amount to start day trading is 100$ enough?? on: April 20, 2020, 10:38:59 PM
The topic here shouldn't be about how much you can invest into bitcoin to start trading, but the fact that dude basically lost close to a thousand dollars and still wants to invest, maybe we should focus on why you lost to begin with and not how much you should start to reinvest.

First of all I have never seen someone who lost all their money in bitcoin, I have seen people who lost a lot, hell I have seen people who bought at 20k and sold at 5k losing almost third quarters of their investment, yet never seen anyone who have lost all of their money. On top of that I also never really seen anyone who got back up and get in this many times when it is obvious that whatever they are doing doesn't really work. I would say forget about the amount but focus on what you are doing that makes you lose money.

This should be the one he is contemplating with not the amount. If he knows the reason why he is losing, at least the next time around, he will change his strategies and maybe change the course also of his trading results. Whatever amount he will put, he will lose it all if he will not get the root cause of why he is always losing. There is no such thing as good amount in trading, whatever amount you can afford is already good. Because in crypto trading, invest what you can afford to lose because of the high risk involved.
1650  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][KYF] Kryptofranc, the "popular" is released, NGO donation platform on: April 20, 2020, 09:42:40 PM
This video explains which unique features Kryptofranc has that makes this crypto-currency stand out from the crowd. Look at it, and spread the word.

https://youtu.be/5fWga3NxrQc

Do you think you need marketing programs for your project? I think the airdrop thing didn't help much in spreading the word about KYF. I have seen that there is additional entry - Medecins Sans Frontiers in your list of NGOs, however the vote as of now is still very low. With the global situation, we have utmost need from this kind of NGO, however if only few people know about your initiatives here, how can you help this organization?

Hello everyone,

Check out this article published by CryptoHuff about Signature Chain!

https://cryptohuff.com/cryptocurrency/preparing-for-future-adoption-with-signature-chain/
-

If Signature chain will be successful in implementing your actual application and will be used by many users, this will be one of the few projects under waves platform that will gain success in the market. We all know that being under Waves, the chance of making it big is very slim. The platform itself is great but very few can pull it thru. So good luck!
1652  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: List of cryptocurrency exchange hacks on: April 20, 2020, 03:54:31 AM
Im sad that i still have some coins on cryptopia exchange when they has been hacked.
Fortunately i don't have much amount of coins there.
We should not saving coins too much on exchanges because the risk is always there, we don't own the wallet.

The list is very nice to remind all crypto users not to store their coins in exchanges. Also, it shows that even top exchanges like BNB can't avoid hacking incidents from scammers.

And if all crypto exchanges will create their own SAFU (Secure Asset Fund for Users) account like what Binance have, at least in case something happens, like hacking, malware attacks or any of that kind, they are ready to compensate their clients and will not be bankrupt in the process.

1653  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and Education on: April 19, 2020, 11:59:37 PM
For now, there are few universities who taught these courses and most of them are in capital city of each country. If a person is interested to learn this stuff for free, He/She can always read and watch some countless articles and tutorials about it. after he reads most of it, he can start to lool for the universities that have this kind of course. there are some alternatives too that he can always enroll an online class with this kind of lesson that are related to blockchain.

Agree with that. With our technology nowadays, there are a lot of free info waiting to be tap by eager individuals. This forum alone will give you tons of knowledge when it comes to bitcoin and crypto in general ranging from mining, creating a coin/token, understanding blockchain tech and many more. There are even free online courses and it is up to you where do you want to enrol yourself.
1654  Economy / Gambling / Re: Own your Online Casino $2XXXX USD/month on: April 19, 2020, 11:07:48 PM
Cant it be more dodgy than that Smiley

Share some more info and example of your operator, so we can all evaluate

Or not . . .

Running a legit online casino will require you more than that. He didn't even mention about the gaming license per se. So this kinda scammy casino site. Whoever will buy this service, should be ready to lose all your money here. If there is zero manpower cost, who will pay for their 24hr Customer Service Support?
1655  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][FUND]🚀🚀🚀A Smart Index Fund for everyone | BETAFUNDS 🚀🚀🚀 on: April 19, 2020, 09:20:19 PM
It seems that this project will not go far because of the negative trust of the OP, plagiarism and use of fake photos. The "team" should find another way of funding this project. But I don't think users will utilize their platform because of these allegations. If a project is using fake photos, are you going to trust your money on them? I don't think so.

They will have a long journey here in case they will proceed their developments. People will not trust this project easily so the team has so much work to do here to make things right.
1656  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [CHND] CashHand (The Next Giant E-Commerce) on: April 19, 2020, 08:27:50 PM
Dev, please tell your minions not to post here in your local language, this is English thread of your project. Because if they will continue, the mod will just delete their posts. And if you are aiming to be payment gateway provider, you need to tighten your security protocol on your website. Or are you going to create a different site for your eCommerce shop?
1657  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Some casino gambling tips. on: April 19, 2020, 09:20:29 AM
You can still implement this tips even though you are gambling in an online casino.  I am sure you know that physical casinos right now are being closed because of covid-19 and the best choice is to gamble online since gamblers don't have a choice but to gamble online until the covid-19 is cured or gone (recovered).
Well, it is true, like even if you do online gambling you really need to limit your budget since you can just add more money anytime you want as your capital to continuously play gambling.
And about this covid-19 issue, gamblers really don't have any other choice but to play online, but I don't think that most gamblers are actually doing it, people are in need of money and they will save their money for sure instead of burning it in online gambling.

Gamblers should know about their priorities in this situation. But there's nothing wrong for the players to gamble as long as they are not borrowing the money just to supplement their gambling activities. With this crisis, loaning/borrowing money just to gamble is not a very smart choice. So budgeting your funds is very applicable at this time, and plan your contingencies for the next 6 months or so because we are facing a challenge of our lifetime. I bet once this pandemic is over, people will have a different outlook in life, whether how to socialize with people or how they can save money.
1658  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] - IQ Cash - Cryptocurrency (IQ) for Traders, Investors and Miners on: April 18, 2020, 11:48:49 PM
I noticed that this project stole a lot of attention..  I am curious, whether this project is working with the Flits wallet application! because I see IQ Cash has entered the list.  I hope this will be one of the best projects in 2020..  I keep an eye on your project  Wink
yes, of course that will be our hope here, because clearly all are very rapidly developing when they hold a bounty program, many new people are coming into the IQ CASH project, and my position is currently storing some IQ coins, and I want to see if as said can reach $ 0.3, let's look together

Of course, we should always aim for the coin to increase its price, but now the value of the coin seems to be very low, but with the bounty program, it is impossible for the coin to increase its price because nowadays the coin price is based on the activity by their technical team and firstly they need to follow their roadmap development.

It's just recently listed to many exchanges. Bitforex has a good volume of this project in which the coin is paired with USDT and BTC unlike in some market which it's only paired with BTC. I guess percentage and miners are earning in participating in the ecosystem and the anonymity it provides to its users that makes the project interesting. So we'll have to find it out later if things continue to look good.

I have noticed that there is sudden interest on this project because of their bounty programs. And since their price is improving in the exchanges, do you think it is not a decoy or any of that sort? Will the intended application for this coin really have a long lasting impact to traders/investors or miners? One more question here - are there any merchants accepting IQ Cash right now?
1659  Economy / Gambling / Re: BadCoGaming.com - Read our Review and Get a 1000$ Bonus on Betonline (BTC) on: April 18, 2020, 10:57:13 PM

Really? Have you ever visit your website? It looks created in 1990!
The interface of the website looks very inexpensive and outdated. It sounds like you could really do better. Don't be angry with me, I just think you really need to do better.

They can still improve their website. Anyway, they are just starting here.

What are the basis of the reviews that your team have given to each casinos or bookies in your site?. I suggets that you should also add reputed casinos and bookies in your site and in my own point of view that the site that will be mostly used is casino as of current situation due to covid-19.

Interested also what are the major factors they are considering for this review? If they can add known casinos that are here in the forum, they might get the interest of the players here.

1660  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Could Ripple’s XRP could reach $1 in 2020 ? on: April 18, 2020, 08:46:46 AM
As of the moment, the ripple price is at 0.19 usd.. its not far to 1usd.. but the problem is if community or crypto enthuasiast will accept ripple and stock their wallet.. they need news to do the hype
actually in January the price reached more than 0.25$ and i though it will continue to grow before the Huge market fail happens in March mid.

But Ripple already Reached almost 4$ value 2 years ago so if ever there will be a growth at least we are not far expecting 1$ price
If Bitcoin Hits 20k again then maybe we will receive more than that value.

$1 is still a long shot for XRP but that value is more than possible to happen. Unlike, other price predictions that are way too high. If bitcoin will continue to grow, more than likely ripple will increase its price also. Because the movement of bitcoin is followed by many altcoins and ripple is no different. But don't expect to happen this $1 level anytime soon. This will be long journey for this centralized coin.
