I voted for high volatility of BTC.
I believe bitcoin will remain as high valued yet high volatile mode of payment system. There will be mixed people who will be loving bitcoins for using as an alternate to their fiats whereas many other people will love trading it. All the above we can be sure bitcoin will have values in high end like $10k or in millions too.
We can be sure bitcoin will stay with us for sure. Those scalability issue nor government regulations will get resolved over time for sure then probably we do not have any stopping which are to block the bright future of bitcoins.

Just let them play some simple games that pays bitcoin or small amount of satoshi so they will get an idea on how to earn satoshi by putting some effort to play the games that can be found in the internet.
Not bad idea but then there are much better games out there. You won't ever wish a kid spending his childhood learning the technical aspects of bitcoins, and guys seriously who are suggesting that kids should start with faucet are really a disgrace to the community. Would you ask your child to spend his entire childhood just for earning a few cents ? Pity and the worst ever suggestion. |

For me it is sports betting, I know its not a game but really that is the most fair and easy to bet on sort of gambling.
Apart from sports betting I believe any dice game that is provably fair is fair to me since I can verify my rolls and always make sure I got the fair result.
But even though we can verify all the bets, do we actually verify ? NO , hence for me sports betting is the best one !

Addiction is really based on the player or the person. If he has a high level of discipline then he can never be addicted. Or if he is smart, he knows the consequences of his actions when he tries to roll the dice. And usually, smart people don't really gamble since they don't want to risk it, knowing their chances of winning.
Smart people also do gamble but in smarter way of gambling. A problem free gambler must be an addictions-free gambler. I guess a gambler must work on how to safeguard himself from not getting addictions at first place. Because when he is capable of not getting addictions, he might get chances to win in gambling. To be successful in gambling, we must not be into problems. When we are focusing not getting addictions then we can easily achieve success in gambling. |

I think investing is more risky than gambling because most of investing websites are just scam, but in gambling you have better chances to make your bitcoin grow. How about you guys what do you think?
I think investing and gambling are both risky. Maybe depending on people if where they are more accustomed to broaden their money. Preferably have a background check when we invest or gamble on something not to be scam. Much better to invest in bitcoin because I am sure it will not scam and the rate of bitcoin now is very high. Yeah both have their own level of risk but in terms of more risky I think gambling is more risky than investing, we should not under estimate investing because if you will invest today for sure you will earn huge amount in a long run, because investing is for serious people who knows how to become more patient, than gambling because gambling is more on luck and we know that gambling can make you win and lose in a very short time. But the huge difference in the gambling and the investment is that in gambling you will lose all that you have when it comes to loss and in the investment you will hardly face a 100% loss of the capital investment. So, always investment is much better than the gambling. But investments which are made without proper study on where we are going to invest may lead to get us gambling similar results. |

I don't see the point in buying bitcoins. I don't have enough money to buy a lot of coins. I'll keep what I have and try to earn more. I think that the majority of people cannot afford to buy more than a few bitcoins. Such investments will not make you rich, but you will risk losing it all.
If you already have coins, and you're happy with them, then there is indeed no point into buying more. I however have to point out that you shouldn't force yourself to buy 1 or more whole coins. Bitcoin's divisibility lends itself perfectly for people to buy fractions of a whole coin per time. Other than that, the get rich times with Bitcoin are over for the average person -- it's something that they have to forget about. And another thing, you don't lose anything if you aren't selling at a loss.... True if you want to get rich with bitcoin then it is already too late in my opinion unless the price really skyrockets, so it is better to take our chances with altcoins if that is what someone wants, but at the same time the earnings you can get with bitcoin are like nothing you can get anywhere else so if you have big capital you can easily multiply it by investing in bitcoin at the right time. Yeah I agree this surely is the best time to start buying the Bitcoin. But one thing must be clear in this course of time that it is not a short time investment. If you are thinking to get rich with the bitcoin it is good I encourage it but if you think that you will get rich over the night I think you are wrong. In trading and in investing in the bitcoin it is not like that you will but it today and sell it tomorrow on a very high price. |

It depends on when that good solution is achieved. If this happened in the next two months the price would surpass the $3000 for sure and possibly would end up near the $4000, it would even surpass that mark, at least in the Asian markets. If I had to say a figure I would say anyone between $ 3500 and $ 4000.
I guess there will be no reasons which will be stopping bitcoin prices under $4000 levels. I am expecting one or two more countries to join Japan for legalizing bitcoin usage and scalability issue to be solved perfectly in 2017 so that we will be having prices around $10k levels. I know no one could predict accurately well in advance still I feel around $10k seems a logically physiological levels where the pumpers may stop temporarily for 2017  |

My easiest and safest way to buy/sell any cryptocurrency is dealing with my local community. I am into a group of more than 50 members who are all my colleagues/friends and friends of their friends. We have a whatsapp group and we will post our requirements and we are getting solid responses all the times as there will be some one always there to buy or to sell bitcoins or any cryptocurrencies.
I guess dealing there will go further smooth and profitable when we will be extending our group into 100/200 members but all are known directly or through a friend. We deal in person using mobile/laptop and for fiats.

You mean to say, if my tx will be include into a block and that block will be mined by a BU supporter then it means I am a BU supporter ? How I can be responsible when a miner has all the rights to pick my tx even without my knowledge ? Basically the mining scalability consensus never asks a common bitcoiner's opinion. That consensus is only for the people who has considerable hash power and our support/opinion never counts there. |

Casinos bets are more risky than sport betting because in sport betting you place a bet on a team and then wait for match to end but in case of casinos you place bet and you have no idea what will gonna happen and mostly people lost their bets while sports betting you have some knowledge that which team is better and which team will help you to win your bets. So for me casinos are more risky.
We have the same thoughts, I guess casinos bets is more risky than sport betting because on sport betting you can analyze the team that you think will win. Yet, it is easy to identify which team is better unlike casinos has a low chance for you to win. Aside from that I guess casinos have some tricks under their sleeve. I could not understand what you're trying to mean. Listing out all over emotions might be serving us remembering those events but I could not get how it will help us for developing strong controls over our emotions. Probably you will never get time to read them again and could not recall on what situation you are getting those incidents/emotions. But I agree to manage our emotions effectively we must need handsome experience on various trading moments. When we are coming back to same types of emotion failure, out of experience we will be having control to tackle the situation for not affecting our trading plans. |

I only trade a poloniex. I dont see the point of trading at multiple exchanges unless you are doing arbitrage.
Yet again ? How you will trade one altcoin which has not yet listed in your exchange ? You will ignore trading that altcoin or you will go for signing up a new account with a new exchange where that altcoin trading is available ? There are multiple factors which are influencing why we need to maintain accounts with multiple exchanges. Arbitrage cannot be the only one reason for same. Other than above mentioned reason, traders are choosing exchanges based on fees structure and legality of exchanges with the respect to their country. Hence obviously they need to have multiple exchanges. |

If you see potential in cryptocurrency, you should just invest. dont be put off by the volatility and the price going up and down. All free markets will have this kind of price movement, it is completely normal. as long as you have a good reason to invest, you should. Just dont invest if you only expect the price to go up.
Anyone can make use of these volatility by catching possible lower price levels for buying instead of entering in the rising markets. A new investor must look into potential of bitcoin in up coming future then they will never mind what is currently happening with its market prices. I tried to explain t my friends and family on what bitcoin is at first they just laugh at me but now it is getting higher they notice it that it is good for investment, many were interested since it is getting higher and higher.
Lately, last week to be exact, I encountered a random friends who were curious about bitcoin, because she was told that bitcoin is used in black market and used to hack accounts, it was my pleasure that I enlightened her about having bitcoin and use it for good.
It seems this is something not fair. I regret when the first i know about bitcoin that is year 2010 bitcoin worth 50$ only i really regret it. I don't believed on bitcoin that time so that i don't buy bitcoin but now if i can see the price i really feel sad. If that time i buy bitcoin i think this days am millionaire.
Yes even I have made the same mistake for not buying bitcoins at that price even though I was aware about bitcoins but didn't had faith that it will survive or it will go higher in future and if I would have bought bitcoins at that time then I would be holding more then 100 bitcoins at this stage and now its never possible to have 100 btc in wallet. I think so many regrets happen, especially lately, because they sell the bitcoin they've sold at a price of $ 1000 or less. Well, nobody expected that bitcoin prices would be as high as this, in fact I'm also a bit sorry for having sold my bitcoin at a cheap price. The fact is I never thought that bitcoin will go this high in future as I know bitcoins since last 3 to 4 years but never wanted to risk my money by investing in it as I had a feeling that bitcoin will be there only for 1 or 2 years and never thought that it would be this valuable in future. Though, there's no point on regretting that. It's better for us to dedicate our time on earning BTC instead. And yeah, no one exactly knows how bitcoin can be this valuable especially a guy back then who uses his BTC to buy pizza. Many people have been repeatedly saying that bitcoin will surpass $10,000 in the future and I think it's really possible seeing that today, Bitcoin could reach $2,000 dollar within short time span. while I'm here, confusing with my ass and can't decide whether to hold or sell right now. Yeah, the best thing is to work for it to earn it. If someone don’t work for it to earn then they must have regrets because of having an opportunity and they don’t use it or avail the opportunity. I personally believe at the target that I have set for myself to earn from the Bitcoin and sell it when it reach at a specific price and then work to gain more, this is my success. $2300 2 hours ago and now $2307 and from the looks of it market is in a positive mood moving up.
As per bitstamp today's high is $2334 and I am expecting prices to break $3500 before end of this week. At the same time I am also afraid of prices may get struck with some ranges between $2100 to $2350 levels too. Because when market is looking for some strong support to break upper resistance levels, it may remain range bounded for some times. But we are having stable prices right now which must be very good in some sense when recovering from steep down fall. |
