Did you buy a BE 2.0 controller or 1.0 controller? Prisma 2.0 units are not compatible with cgminer and not compatible with the BE 1.0 controller. It's a shame, but I think that's the way it is going to stay unless something miraculous happens with ASICMiner.
For reference, BE 2.0 controllers will display the following version information in the header BE200 String JET Stratum Miner V 2.27 (JS)
If you need to buy a 2.0 controller, let me know. I have a few left over.

Version 2.0 BE controller. Is this an improvement over the ones that shipped with the tubes? I have to use my tubes with an UART. If so, are they available
for sale separately?
I don't think they are any different hardware-wise than the old tube controllers. Just updated firmware. In my experience, the prisma 1.0 units are much more stable with the be controller vs uart to cgminer. I have 2.0 controllers in stock and will sell for $40 shipped if you pay in bitcoin. Contact me via PM if interested.

HELP! Can't get the Rockminer New R-Box to work! It is recognized as ttyUSB0 but the hash rate is 0Kh/s. What do I do???
Can you give us some info, it's hard guess you problems without any info about them. We need at least: miner software used and command line you find in the settings page. Well that's kind of the problem I have no idea what to look for. I am running Minera on my Raspberry Pi. Everything is still at default except my password. It is currently set to use CPUMiner with no preconfigured miner options. As I said before my New R-Box is plugged in and appears to be detected as ttyUSB0 but the status is at grey and the hashrate is at 0. It's most likely just a setting that I need to change I just don't know which one. I hope this is what you where talking about: --gc3355-detect --freq=838 You need to change your miner from cpuminer to cgminer or bfgminer.

Rboxes are sold out. They are no longer being produced, so they are out of stock for good.
I still have a good amount of U3s, a few Prisma 2.0s and some Tubes.

v0.5.0 appears to have some great improvements, I look forward to testing it out in the coming days. For a future release, I'd love to see ckpool integration.
Thanks friend, Ckpool sounds good but I think it needs a bitcoind running and it's not possible to run a bitcoind into a RPI, there isn't available space for the blockchian data, what's your thought? I've run a full node off of a cubieboard. I had to add a couple gigs of swap space and it wasn't really reliable. I'm thinking just a ckpool instance which you could configure and monitor through the minera interface, perhaps in a seperate dashboard. Bitcoind would be running on another system. Any self respecting miner should be running a full node somewhere on their network anyways

I'm still interested in a couple. The only issue with the concept device is the fact that some printer has a buffer which contains the printed data and it won't be deleted.
They don't talk about it but they are saying "use it on a printer that you can trust".
Printer buffers are usually stored on the computer sending print jobs. If a printer has a buffer of its own, it would most likely be stored in volitile memory and cleared once you power off the printer. For maximum safety, you could always throw the printer in a fire after printing your wallet I'm more concerned about the technology producing the entropy. I'm not really familiar with static RAM cell power states as a source of randomness, but hope that the technology was implemented correctly and is generating truly random numbers.

I received a package from China today, addressed to "CrazyGay", which I half expected to contain an ear or something from friedcat.... Fortunately, it was filled with BE 2.0 controllers, so the Prisma sale is back on! Note that BE 2.0 controllers are required for the Prisma 2.0. They can support up to 24 units. Also, for a limited time, I will be selling discounted Rpi model B's($34.99) and A1 Cubies($39.99). I've updated both platforms to Minera 0.4.1 with custom cgminer builds for ASICMiner, Rockminer, and Bitmain included. U3 and New Rbox running together in harmony. A1 Cubie with Minera 0.4.1

Updated pricing for U3 and New Rbox. I'll have a brand new Minera image and Windows installer ready for the U3 within the next few days.

I can't compile the latest git master branch. hashtable.c:30:21: fatal error: lookup3.h: No such file or directory #include "lookup3.h"
Running find ~/src/cgminer -name 'lookup3.h'
returns nothing, but I see the include was added in the latest jansson updates (dd2738163dac0c974ceb8e05f03083d53f3c7e93). Fixed in git, thanks. Also missing hashtable_seed.c. I was able to pull it from the ckpool source to complete the build. CC dump.lo CC error.lo CC hashtable.lo make[2]: *** No rule to make target 'hashtable_seed.c', needed by 'hashtable_seed.lo'. Stop.
