Thanks for sharing the username. Please remember, I will not contact anyone soliciting payment to another address. The address in the original post is the only address I will be accepting payments with. That includes shipping and peripherals.
As far as batch 4 shipping goes, I don't have an exact time line, but it should still be in the range of oct 8th-27th.

Basic networking skills are required. You should have a good idea of what pools you want to use before receiving your unit. If using ASICMiner's Block erupter controller, I recommend looking through dogie's tube guide, skipping to the configuration section. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=769570If using a raspberry pi, I will be providing a custom rpi image for all of my customers. DHCP will be enabled, so you will need to be familiar with finding new devices on your network. I suggest using "Angry IP". The user interface for the rpi image will be Minera. At minimum, I will be replacing the default cgminer build with AMs custom version. If I have time, I will instead modify the selection list and add AM's build as a separate release alongside the main build, including a method to update the AM build. For more information on "Minera" please visit their Github repository: https://github.com/michelem09/minera/

If anybody else had problems running rockminer software on the new pi B+, I found a easy work around.
Use a regular pi B, set everything up in the rockminer webui like you need it.(Make sure it's correct, because you won't be able to see/change it after work around)
Still using regular pi B, ssh to it(with putty or something similar) and put the next three lines below.
Note: The first one takes 2-3 minutes, the second takes 10-15 minutes and comes back with one error.(The error is ok)
Log in: root Password: rockminer
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade
sudo poweroff
Now take the card out of the regular pi B and use in pi B+ It works great, but when u access the webui it's blank(just says "welcome to gnix")
Thanks for sharing your solution. As for the "welcome to nginx" message, I'm thinking the "apt-get upgrade" overwrote some of the web server configs. Make sure this line exists under the "http" section in /etc/nginx/nginx.conf : include /etc/nginx/sites-enabled/*; Make sure you have these two lines in /etc/nginx/sites-enabled/default within the "server" section: root /usr/share/nginx/www; index index.html index.htm index.php; Finally, make sure /usr/share/nginx/www wasn't cleared out or replaced. This is where the rockminer website resides.

We are all waiting to hear. There may be a funded Pi image if they do not get something going soon. The Novak has the outline and research ready to go if need be. :-) If you have shell access, you should be able to grab ASICMiner's branch of cgminer(once it's available), build cgminer, and replace the cgminer binary with your custom build. API calls should be unchanged, so the web interface should work. ASICMiner recommends a maximum of 4 Prismas per RPI. OK, after this reply from Mineras' developer I'm very optmistic. Now it all comes down when AM / friedcat will publish the source code for their patched cgminer fork. Any info on that? Because if I order a bunch of Prismas I want my control units (Raspberry PI with Minera) be ready when the Prismas arrive for immediate deployment. I am providing a RPI image for my customers. If there is interest, I will include the Minera user interface.

I know for most users the following question is a non-issue.
Let me explain why it is a issue for me. I rent rigs out via MRR. I have 16 Antminers currently and each unit has its own user on MRR. This lets me more granularly set pricing and see how rigs are doing. I don't mess in the altcoin space, but am willing to let miners who understand these things pay for hash time.
So here is what I want to know:
1. Can I run 2 Prisma on a single RPi (or Cubietruck) and then assign them to different pools/users with one instance of cgminer?
2. Do they get distinct IDs so feasibly you could start cgminer specifying the device to use?
Thanks
I don't believe cgminer supports tying a pool to a device within one instance. You could load balance over multiple pools, but it would be sending a percentage of work from both devices to each pool. You can start up an instance of cgminer with only the devices you specify by using the "--usb" option. You can then run an instance of cgminer for each Prisma. I am unsure of how many cgminer instances an RPi can handle.

So what's necessary to get MinePeon working with Prisma? Just the appropriate USB driver for Prisma, and where to get it? How many Prismas could possibly be connected to one control unit running MinePeon? It really comes down to the control unit, if the Prisma is a go or no-go. If you have shell access, you should be able to grab ASICMiner's branch of cgminer(once it's available), build cgminer, and replace the cgminer binary with your custom build. API calls should be unchanged, so the web interface should work. ASICMiner recommends a maximum of 4 Prismas per RPI.

Are we still 3/10
I've been debating on getting in on this and was wondering how quickly you guys think this will fill up...
Shipping to me is Oklahoma City to pretty close to home.
Also I didn't read 100% all the responses...What happens if Batch 3 never fires? What is the time frame to get the bitcoin back?
Anyway, tentatively going to do this(I just got a circle account and would have to purchase the coin mind you)
I hope all is well!
Also FIRST POST!
Yes, 7 left. If we don't hit 10 by deadline, I will purchase the remaining spots myself and put the order through.

I have an issue on one of the 3 r-boxes it is running very hot compared to the other 2. Not sure what to do. Not the psu. tested problem is the same unit. set at lower freq 290 vs 320 helped just a bit. I have not disassembled unit to see if heatsink paste needs a change. fans work one unit just runs hot. It did not run hot when it first came. so failing chip or heat sink paste fali are indicated please advise I remember seeing a photo of your 3 units stacked vertically. Is that the center unit by chance? Regardless, try isolating it from the others and see if it still runs hot.
