That was about the fastest I put up a coin (showing how excited I was to see a sha256 coin back ). Of course, since I am not "accepting ZET", I can't claim the bounty .

Oops - my bad. I didn't see it in the beginning of the thread so assumed it wasn't on an exchange yet. It is on my to-do for today.

Cannot sync wallet... I think it needs to be updated!
Works for me, it takes a bit but then the usual tick mark appears.. On a side note, I'd love to see GIL listed on CoinChoose and more exchanges I'll put it up as soon as it is on BTER / Cryptsy / Coins-E / Vircurex or BTC-e.

Coinchoose is a neat gimmick, but there are a lot of profitable coins that don't show up there. Not sure if this is the admins preference, bullsh*t politics, lack of updates, etc.
It is more like there are 10 coins created every minute and hard to keep up (let along find a nice block explorer plus exchange for the coin). Plus many coins don't get on an API with an exchange so I can't list them (CoinEx and PhenixEx don't have API's yet to get order data). I try to have every coin on Cryptsy, BTC-e and BTER.com with the exception of the CPU only coins (because they don't lend themselves to a good comparison between GPU mining coins). What coins specifically am I missing?

Congrats! Glad to see other ways to look at the data!

Would love an API retrieval mechanism so I can get a list of all open orders on the exchange (and use those open orders to extrapolate a BTC price for my site at CoinChoose). Just saying

What's the going rate for a Lebowski? Are they traded on any exchanges?
Each LBW is 0.0000258 in BTC at Cryptsy

You finally got your volume up! Good work!

Anyone know why getmininfo shows "0" for networkhashps ?

Sal, can you implement the possibility of permanent switching off/on of coins graphics? ATM they automatically turn on after couple of seconds due to the data updates/page autorefreshing. And when there is some huge spike of xxx% of some coin it is almost impossible to estimate others at all, and while you are switching off the graph for this coin, after some secs it appears again and you cannot estimate anything. Thanks for your hard work Sal. I've been trying to figure that one out for a bit - looking for a javascript expert to help out on that one as it is a bit beyond my expertise!

Slow confirmation (less than 5 minutes ... booooo), and difficulty change.
Added to CC - is it really 300 coins per block??? What is the current block number?

Done. Also added a few coins last night.

Yeah, I can see now that you've added it again... Well, nice to meet you sal002, I've been using your website for a while now (yes, coinchoose, not coinwarz, i just found out about coinwarz recently), and I am grateful to you for everything you've done. Great job man! But that doesn't mean you shouldn't give people choice whether they want to use one or the other... Just sayin'
You should give them a choice, definitely. Just clarifying that the differences between CoinWarz and CoinChoose is not that CoinWarz has more coins (it has less), but they additional details CoinWarz provides on the coins it has. There is also dustcoin.com (part of the inspiration for CoinChoose) and wheretomine.com (aggregates CC data with other items).

1. If it is not that hard, add www.coinwarz.com/cryptocurrency along with coinchoose.com so people can change between them. Because coinwarz has more coins (Emerald for example, its profitability goes up often, and its not shown on coinchoose anymore) They may have Emerald (just fixed it on CC), but I have more coins

Awesome, but we should be in BTC section.. the only reason we were moved to LTC section on cryptsy was because we had the highest volume at the time and they wanted to bring that volume to their LTC markets. We still have thousands of dollars worth of transactions occurring on a daily basis. not a problem, added GLD to the BTC market as well Need API access to your exchange (as we have discussed ) so GLD will re-appear on the BTC list on coinchoose!

Thanks. I appreciate it and so do all the cgwatcher users who are using auto switch. I'll send you a small token donation as an appreciation for the efforts
Feel free to send that to dreamwatcher as it is his services

Protocol switch complete - Fun watching the coin change diff after each block! With excitement, without problems. Just the way we like it! Looks like the days of loading up on low diff ANC are over. Its going to be hard to mine now with the difficulty keeping pace with the hash rate. Any idea why CoinChoose is showing a 17.42 block reward? Fixed - not sure why I was but was the reward different in the past? The rewards are currently at 5 coins per block. I see CoinChoose still reports it to be 17.42. There was a change made to the coin that reduces block sizes from the original plans, adding rapid dynamic difficulty changes at the same time as block rewards decreases. You can read about the changes in the previous announcement posted here; https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=227287.msg2764735#msg2764735I missed the announcement and now the reward is updated to be accurately.

I do. I have disabled it.

Ha! Since that was awhile ago, perhaps the OP would also be pointing to newspaper articles from the 1800s announcing the succession of former member states of the CSA...almost the same timeliness.

We can't seem to understand proportionality at the national level.
Republics are not supposed to be proportional. House of Representatives is.
