301  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Bitcoin is worth more than Silver on: March 11, 2024, 05:42:20 PM
I think this is a crazy achievement for Bitcoin, with a total market cap of 1.42T vs the silver market cap of $1.38T right now Bitcoin is worth more than Silver.

And is crazy to think, How a virtual asset can be worth more than a precious metal? It's crazy times that we are living in, and money and value are just losing sense. Markets decide what should worth a lot and what should crash.

303  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Bitcoin's Quantum Evolution on: March 10, 2024, 05:09:35 PM
I think the quantum transition involves the encryption used by Bitcoin, sha256 will not be safe enough to keep operating the nodes and address management, so, new encryption algorithms will substitute sha256, the best options now are 3 algorithms: CRYSTALS-Dilithium, FALCON and SPHINCS+, this ones are quantum resistant cryptographic algorithms. And it looks like these ones will be the future of cryptography.

304  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🥊 The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: March 10, 2024, 02:29:44 PM
Sean O'Malley & Dustin Poirier were great fights to watch. Not a bad night for the UFC. I think this will end up being a better UFC than the 300 event they wanted to be so big.

True, the UFC 300 will not be that spectacular event. I see nice names like Pereira, Holloway, Oliveira, Garbrandt, Holms... But i don't see a spectacular fight at all. Maybe they should bring some fighters like: Nate Diaz, Cormier, Werdum... some of those crazy fighters.

I mean, a fight like Cormier vs Werdum for the main event on the ufc 300 would be just crazy fight and something that we all would love to see.
305  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🥊 The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: March 09, 2024, 04:05:42 PM
The past fight from Sean O’Malley was rigged as hell, no one understand how he wins after been a punching bag all the rounds, and this time i have the feeling that he will lose by KO. That's the only option for Marlon Vera because if they go to points it will be a lose for him.

About the other fights i feel Michael Page and Dustin Pointer will win, but we know how crazy UFC can be, let's grab some popcorn and enjoy the event.
306  Economy / Gambling / Re: SmartArena.online - web3 platform for cash battles via smart contracts! on: March 09, 2024, 03:26:43 PM
Fairness - The smart contract guarantees that the outcome of each round will be random and fair!

How? Can you explain step by step how the smart contract validates each round?

I don't see a client seed, and the problem about that is the house can predict the next bet outcome, but i haven't seen the smart contract yet, so, please explain to us how it works. And i feel like you should have this explanation in the site because just saying "The smart contract guarantees..." doesn't make it provably fair.

308  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: More or Less sports betting on: March 08, 2024, 10:29:34 PM
Is the first time i see this kind of betting in UFC, i have seen something like that in Soccer where you can bet in the corner shots and stuff like that but significant strikes its a crazy bet, and i say it is crazy because the fighter could place a bet and just be careful in the number of punches he land, doesn't matter if he wins or loses, in the end, he will win the bet.

And i have mixed feelings about that Sean fight, the past one was rigged as hell, let's see what happens on this one.

We are creating T/C with the details and our KYC will not change over time and no matter how much you win in cash games or tournaments. If we get reports about player(s) for collusion, or multi accounts we will check hands, wallets and emails to keep it a fair play.

The problem I see is that no KYC can lead to collusion, which is the main danger that online poker has for individuals. Even in rooms with KYC people try to make collusions and the big ones have a whole department dedicated to investigate it. Added to that nowadays is the use of AI bots, which are not as bad as the bots of years ago, which were very predictable.

Collusion and multi-accounts is one of the main problems in online poker, and is really hard to avoid it, even if the site has a department focus on that area they will notice after the collusion has been done and that would give a bad experience to other users.

But is great to see a new poker site, i really love texas and will give a try to your site soon.

Ver:
https://facua.org/noticias/facua-denuncia-estafas-que-usan-la-imagen-de-carlos-sobera-david-broncano-y-andreu-buenafuente-para-vender-criptomonedas/

312  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Massive withdrawal of Bitcoin on: March 07, 2024, 10:41:10 PM
When the price is on its ATH is a critical point because it means all the holders are on a profit point, and the only way to win on that situation is by selling. That's why we saw that crazy crash from $69k to $61 in a short period of time, as you say, it means some whale sold a big amount of BTC, And it will happen again if the price gets that high. Some investors are looking to make a profit in the short term. If you think about those who bought at $61k yesterday, if they decide to sell now, then the could walk away with 10% profit, and that's big for 24h.
313  Economy / Gambling / Re: BitRoul.com , Roulette without zero ,earn 100 USD iif you break the Fairness on: March 07, 2024, 04:48:46 PM
Today i tested the casino and would like to report some bugs:

1.- under https://bitroul.com/provably-fair

Please enter the number of the round :
The - and . symbol shouldn't be allowed. It should be sanitized to only allow positive integers, it even allows inputs like "24-3"

2.- The client seed area should be only letters and numbers, as you can see, it allows any character, this way hackers could do some SQL injection or JS injection.

3.- When we place a bet and it's finished, then we move to provably fair, and verify some previous bets, when we come back to the game, it doesn't recognize the bets on the board as you can see in the next image:

4.- If we place a bet, when the animation start we move to the Provably Fair tab, then we get back and the animation gets weird, and the ball moves in a vertical way, and the ball always ends in the same position between 17 and 34.

5.- When you make a deposit, user should not input the amount, the site should only provide a depo address and read the amount when the depo gets confirmed.

I selected a 0.1 deposit on the site and send 0.01 LTC:
https://litecoin.atomicwallet.io/tx/9d3cd3d814eea795f0e3b36d108c78de86ad93cf523cfe3e577bbd312496fde4
Never get the deposit

Update about my depo:

I get 2 mails:

Quote
Hello,

We have received only 0.01000000 of the 0.10000000 LTC for transaction CPIC2OISQPRK00VYAWAYD9V4UU to Bitroule leaving a remaining balance of 0.09000000 LTC. This can happen if you forgot to account for the coin TX fee when sending to us or if you are using a coin that only allows 6 digits after the decimal and didn't round up to the 6th digit.

If you have already sent the outstanding balance of 0.09000000 LTC, you can safely ignore this email.

To complete this transaction send 0.09000000 LTC to MKoGBzshK1YdpX8BMZS2rxRJD7rKffNDub

If you don't send the remaining funds you will receive an email after the payment times out to claim your funds if it is at least the network send fee times two.

You can view the status of this payment or leave feedback for the seller for the next 30 days at https://gocps.net/9z66952q0xxvl7y1455m7b1nk/

Thank you,
CoinPayments.net
Support is available at: https://www.coinpayments.net/help-support

And then the second one:

Quote
Hello,

Your payment of 0.10000000 LTC to Bitroule has timed out without us receiving the required funds.

The transaction with ID CPIC2OISQPRK00VYAWAYD9V4UU has been cancelled.

If you sent funds that didn't confirm in time to complete the transaction, they will still need confirmation on the blockchain and be at least the network send fee times two before we can return them to you. Only after they have been confirmed on the blockchain will you receive an email within 8 hours with a link to claim the refund.

If you don't receive the email 8 hours AFTER getting confirmations or need any help or assistance feel free to contact us at https://www.coinpayments.net/help-support

So, i will have to wait some hours to recover the 0.01LTC, i mean, it was for testing proposes and it wouldn't hurt if i can't recover them, but i don't like at all the deposit system managed by a 3rd party.
314  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Best way to go about making a crypto casino. on: March 07, 2024, 02:59:22 PM
...
So I am wondering if anyone here knows a place where we could whip up a simple MVP crypto casino to be done at a cost effective price, or even partner with an existing one to bring it to market.

Hello ShadApoc, i have a casino software that works without providers, it has 4 provably fair games and works with its own node. The engine has features like a chat with moderators system, and a admin panel. And right now i have 2 versions, one running with Clamcoin and another one running with litecoin (this one is the fresh one). And the software could be adapted to other coins.

My software isn't public yet, but i have a private link for those who want to try it. I will send you my contact info in PM.

316  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔥🔥🔥 BC.GAME - CASINO AND SPORTSBOOK | $1,000 GIVEAWAY LIVE! 🔥🔥🔥 on: March 06, 2024, 05:33:14 PM
Yesterday i had my first experience with this casino, and i really enjoyed it.

I made a 0.25LTC deposit and tried to play Nitropolis 4, but it wasn't available in my jurisdiction, so, i had to choose another provider. I decided to play Master Joker (pragmatic), and there i had some luck sending my balance to 0.5 LTC, after that, i rolled some Plinko bets, but that was a rollercoaster, so, i decided to withdraw my balance, 0.51LTC. The withdrawal takes less than 3 minutes.

It was a good experience for my first time on this casino, i will recommend it to my local friends  Cheesy
317  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Making decisions while betting on: March 06, 2024, 05:12:36 PM
More than working without emotions i think we need a clear goal with gambling. Let's say you make a $100 deposit and your goal is to get $250, if you reach that goal then you can walk away, if you don't reach that goal and you lose it all you can call it a day and try later. And when you have a clear goal things like depo $100 to go up to $1000 and then lose it all, will never happen.

This way you will not feel bad if you lose, and you will have the chance to walk away with money.
318  Local / Español (Spanish) / Re: Este año veremos un nuevo ATH? on: March 06, 2024, 03:59:49 PM

319  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Launched a cybersecurity bitcoin product. Looking for feedback on: March 06, 2024, 12:45:20 AM
I watched the video, and looks like you avoided the thief by doing a double spend, but i don't understand why you have to make manually that second transaction. It would be nice if your service sent the second transaction in auto, but I see a problem here. The second transaction should always have a bigger fee than the first one, other ways miners could give priority to the 1st one.

And maybe it would be better if you offered this as software and not as a service, maybe big companies would be interested in it.
