Blackcoin resembles Quark in that it is practically premined and its price can be decided by the preminers. Quark made the preminers rich when the premine ended and pump began, but it has been going down since taking the sheep with it. Don't buy blackcoin.
You my sir... Risto is correct. Blackcoin will likely fail because the initial distribution of coins was economically inefficient and will not be perceived as legitimate by the larger cryptocurrency community. Although I believe the type of "innovation" that Blackcoin represents shifts marginal wealth away from endeavours that are productive to the cryptocurrency community, I must admit your multi-pool concept produced the most "innovative" price chart I've yet seen. No offense but mister 300k by december has been wrong so many times i take my chances with bc.

why would you set a pool for a coin that had a thread with no updates for a month? Thread was locked last time I tried to post in it... buy support returning, block reward halved to 4.5, chance of becoming a SPICE whale shrinking ... I'm holding 2% of all SPICE myself ![Cool](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cool.gif) You shouldn't say that loud... for most people this is a turn off.

no weak people!!! ![Cool](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cool.gif) weak people have to be there to feed the whales ![Tongue](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/tongue.gif) Swimming alongside whales and munching bits of coins is fun too ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

This coin will be dead before it will see the light of day.
Unfortunately it has seen the light , time to see the darkness.

I am sensing a community takeover in the works.
I smell a dead coin.

nermiss hit the nail on the head. It's kind of circular because I think a lot of people tried it out but then they crunched the numbers and realized the amount of mint they were making in a day wasn't all that great given the current low price per mint on exchanges. No one is thinking super long term here, I would say easily 90% or more of people on this forum are expecting to make some massive profit in a matter of months.
Some people are thinking longer term ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) Unfortunately too few of them

Everyone is thinking of dumping.. Why cant you hold on to that and wait for sometime..
Because people think... sell now , buy back cheaper , profit ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) They might be out of luck tho... some big fish are buying now and won't let the price go much lower before they pump it up again. funny thing is that whales like cheap coin too lol they feed on plankton , no?

The devs are easily reached on the Zeitcoin forums.
It's that hard to keep an eye on this small thread also?

Why THE F*CK does it always drop when I give a buy order ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif) Probably you're just playing their game. They have been playing with the coin since this morning. It moves from33-40 to 29-33 for a bit, then relocates to 25-20, then moves up again. Noob traders will likely buy around 30 and then sell around 23 thinking they can buy in cheaper... Well.. Think again ;-) It's the wales game atm. What was that?

Yeah, once you start using the exchanges, you become somewhat exposed, but imagine running your own multi-pools with some very high-end hardware. And then transferring the coins to someone (a partner with residency) in a country exceptionally low tax rates.... well, you can imagine the possibilities from here. Have a read of this: It is no secret that our current difficulty solution is being exploited by the multipools to take the value of out Feathercoin mining. They use our solution against us to mine without moving the difficulty by much. Wrapper and Wellenreiter have spent a long time simulating our current problem and coming up with better solutions. What we have come down to is a much shorter retarget and the use of two averages compared to just the one.
Unfortunately, because Cryptos are now a serious emerging sector, you have to expect these kind of attacks/exploits more.
In fact, Cryptos are the near-perfect tax avoidance/evasion tool! So you can imagine this kind of stuff happening even more because of the potential high-reward.
Unfortunately it has been proven lately that bitcoin is more traceable that most of other payments. That's why darkcoin project has been launched. Unfortunately mining will be over before everybody gets a few coins. In the case of pos coins it's even more dangerous. And hooping through mixers and having to trust them is a pain in the ass also. Bitcoin and it's clones were from the start semi anonymous. And that should be fixed soon ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) It's the time to end this IPO, So you would have more people to dump to? No way. This is not "get rich quick" scheme. It's "wait a bit, get very rich" scheme ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) More of "somebody will get rich scheme"
