multipool is needed, dumping goes on...
I think that the whole multipool stuff is overrated. Just because it worked in the past with bc it doesn't matter it will work for any coin or it will stop people dumping. It's just too overrated. Many Pos coins means many multipools. Who's going to mine in a period when many don't want their miners running hot. The reason ppl go after POS coins is because they don't want to Scrypt-X11-mine for long periods. I prefer to Hashcow-to-BTC so i can buy whatever i want. The coin already has value given its "rare nature". It's time to look for other outlets where ppl can spend their coins. Only then can a multipool really help. The problem with that many pos multipools , what pow coins will be left to mine? And if the pow coins go down the drain in price ...

We had a mayor who wanted a referendum that his village would become part of Germany also . Wonder how the world map would look like if that would be possible. There is a precedent for it. Look up Baarle-Nassau in Google Maps. Some houses have front doors in Netherlands and back doors in Belgium. They tax by where their front door is. Yeah , but that is a problem with the border. If every village could join what country they want you could go from France,Germany, china, japan,us,Canada in less than 3 km. Half of the population would be border patrols and customs officers.

We had a mayor who wanted a referendum that his village would become part of Germany also . Wonder how the world map would look like if that would be possible. Village is an administrative entity, as well as city, region or republic... It has borders, local authorities etc. So formally it's possible, allowed by law and already has been done many times in the 20 century. But of course, nobody would allow to perform that today due to 'democracy' bullshit. Let's say that the romanian government will allow this. Would any country in this world be insane enough to recognize that village or town as part of it's territory? Germany for example will likely gain all it's African territories with this kind of move but it will hurt them economically more. Just like some russian ask themselves why to pay for Crimea when they have their own problems. And i'm sure there are people thinking like that.

HackCoin is a good coin. Why such a low price. The author inaction. Miners ditched him. Or community power is not enough, why not go and vote mintpal
What the hell is good is this coin with no features no dev no nothing?
|

What I wonder is how much of the pre-mine will be burned.
The dev said he is putting an automated script to do the burning, but looking here -- http://explorer.nigeriacoin.org/address/NigeriaDestroyCurrencyHAhaHAmoSNy2 -- I see the process ends on April 8th and the total burned coins is around 3 billions NGC. And the pre-mine is around 44 billions (almost half of the 88 billions total mineable coins). So will the other premined coins be burned in batches one after the other in the future? And when, how long will it take, what is the algorythum of this burn? Are you still wondering ? There will no burning and no moon for this coin.

So , do you think china will follow the un sanctions? And drive it's whole economy into the ground because of the us?
That depends on who imposes the sanctions. If it is the EU / US, then China won't care. But if the UN agencies decide to impose an embargo or sanction, then even China will be forced to comply with it. Don't they have the right of veto on those decisions? As i remember there are 5 members with this power and two of them are china and Russia.

Who is stopping them and why (if)?
Now they have to get the Russian visa (instead of the Ukrainian visa). May be he was referring to that. Remember that Ukraine has a visa free regime for citizens of the EU, while Russia requires the EU citizens to take a visa before landing in its territory. Interesting. I doubt that Turks didn't need one or us residents , but I might be wrong on them. Besides , did the visa control an papers already started at Crimea borders? Well , that was fast .

Is anything still happening with this coin? Yeah , it's still a good source of jokes.
|
|
|
The situation is complicated by the fact that this year the Crimean Tatar diaspora from Romania, Turkey, United States and several European countries will not be able to reach the Crimea. Who is stopping them and why (if)?

I Dont understand why people ask for reasoning for price fluctuations, or why people answer them. I guess everyone is a psychic.
Because everyone wants to believe that he knows how the market works and how it reacts. Improved self confidence when jumping from a cliff Love that!!!! haha, like a cult! But now , if nobody would talk about what why and when , would the silence be better that people trying to figure out how much they really know and how stupid smart they are? Bright ideas might come from stupid things , you never know

I don't know why billion coin is third most traded coin so far but I bet it has nothing to do with the chat feature...
Pump. No chat feature will bring a constant 1 mil $ trading /day.

nice choice of coin's name but it seems dev not active promoting anymore hope someone create footballcoin
Actually the coin is going the other way instead of developing. Many things that were working at the coin launch aren't working now - block explorer, pool etc. And the developer rarely responds here; also they're way off their 'development plan' they posted on their site. No , the coin is not going the other way. It's dead and not moving a bit.

may be the dev is good, but the coin should be let more pepole involed
Well it looks the Devs are not responding anymore... Look around; they dropped death quiet all of a sudden. Bounties yet to be payed, same for giveaway. I wanna give them the benefits of the doubt, but it does not look good. RL emergencies set aside, this coin died already without the community knowing it yet. @Cataloniacoin: hope you are healthy, please contradict my paranoia http://twitter.com/devnulliusNo paranoia , 10 posts in 10 days in the coin thread .. it seems the enthusiasm is dying. Also , all the nation coins are doing just as bad as this one.

Looking at both sides in the eternal dilemma: if the common sentiment is that we all are waiting for a drop on Chinese news, the drop might not happen at all.
OTOH: there is about one new r/bitcoin subscriber every half hour today, which is not good enough. Also Google Trends index for "bitcoin" is at the lowest in its 90 days and still trending down, with the two biggest countries being Cyprus (I assume because NeoBee fuckup) and Estonia (I assume because of rpietila's purchase in the local newspapers).
You can scratch out Estonia as a potential place for demand. At first, we have a strict stance with cryptos and income tax, so it's not a very friendly environment for bitcoin business. The only guy who publicly sold and bought bitcoins, shut it's business couple of months ago because of the threats from the financial police and from the tax and customs offices. The rpietilia purchase didn't even create minor waves in the news. Last media waves were during the Chinese rally, and even then most of the general public remained very sceptical and and ridiculed bitcoin as an pyramid scheme. You're purposely forgetting about the overstock & co news .
