Hi guys, here is my github wallet fork: https://github.com/pallas1/joincoinIt already includes a fix for compiling with the newer libboost and the multiple wallet per machine fix. There are a couple more things I'd like to work on and let me know if you have any idea for improvement. But I will likely be unavailable in the next 2/3/4 days. did someone try that? did it work? any idea for enhancements? next week I may dedicate some hour to developing my fork of this coin, if there is interest. J X11 Joincoin server starting $ Feb 12 07:32:55.054 [warn] Could not bind to 127.0.0.1:9060: Address already in use. Is Tor already running? Feb 12 07:32:55.054 [warn] Failed to parse/validate config: Failed to bind one of the listener ports. Feb 12 07:32:55.054 [err] Reading config failed--see warnings above. on all but the first wallet, point tor to the first instance by running with -tor=127.0.0.1:9060 looks like that may have done the trick. I'll continue on and test more.

........... EDIT: Might have got the two prices the wrong way around above. But WTF - In all my years of working on financial trading systems I have never come across any kind of arbitrary logic like this, and I am really having difficulty understanding the reason for the price manipulation: https://github.com/tpruvot/yiimp/blob/yiimp/web/yaamp/core/backend/markets.phpfunction AverageIncrement($value1, $value2) { $percent = 80; $value = ($value1*(100-$percent) + $value2*$percent) / 100; return $value; } $price2 = ($ticker->result[0]->Bid+$ticker->result[0]->Ask)/2; $market->price2 = AverageIncrement($market->price2, $price2); $market->price = AverageIncrement($market->price, $ticker->result[0]->Bid); Why not just run of the bid price? That's how long financial market positions are typically valued. Thats the price you will get if looking for a quick exchange. Disabled c11 for now to see how profitability goes not being stuck on that algo. Another EDIT: Perhaps it is trying to provide some kind of market price change smoothing function? Yeah I'm not too sure why it is the way it is. Sounds like you are about right, just some way to maintain some price flexibility? Unfortunately I'm not really capable of re-coding all that and I'm reluctant to starting muddling with it not understanding the full impact of changes.

yes, they are using c=BTC.d=384 for pw. I have 4 s3+, but varying the number of them on the pool, esp with the balance flattening as it has been...
Use a , between options not a . and double check they are all the same. There is one of them that's causing the reset.

I've yet to see a payment from the other day... If anyone else could take a look and see if their status page shows similar behavior to mine I'd appreciate it. http://www.zpool.ca/?address=18855moCFBjUuFqfwP4xYACefZZ2nqDrSU As you can see, as soon as I started mining again, it dropped the ~30,000 sats it showed from previous balance, and it went poof as far as I can tell. And, if you look, you can see it just recently did it again to my confirmed balance, when it was showing ~.0015 for total confirmed/unconfirmed, now it's back to showing ~.001. Honestly I'm wondering if I'm the only one this is happening to. I really like the premise of the pool, but if I'm not getting paid, I'll definitely not stick around, and I'll recommend against using the pool to anyone else as well... I should have gotten at least .005 from the mining the other day, yet I still haven't gotten a response from crackfoo about it other than reply here that it would show up when the coins reappeared, which it obviously hasn't, as you can see by lack of a paid amount on that address. How many miners do you have? Just the one? Do you have c=BTC in as your password? I see this in my logs and it's usually from not detecting the address properly: [2016-02-12 01:32:15] 18855moCFBjUuFqfwP4xYACefZZ2nqDrSU set to BTC, balance 0 [2016-02-12 02:39:56] 18855moCFBjUuFqfwP4xYACefZZ2nqDrSU set to BTC, balance 0 [2016-02-12 02:46:50] 18855moCFBjUuFqfwP4xYACefZZ2nqDrSU set to BTC, balance 0 [2016-02-12 04:50:25] 18855moCFBjUuFqfwP4xYACefZZ2nqDrSU set to BTC, balance 0 [2016-02-12 06:25:23] 18855moCFBjUuFqfwP4xYACefZZ2nqDrSU set to BTC, balance 0 [2016-02-12 06:41:57] 18855moCFBjUuFqfwP4xYACefZZ2nqDrSU set to BTC, balance 0 make sure all your miners have c=BTC Thanks

Hello, for one of my rigs I have a constant message Waiting for work to be available from pools. Work available from pools, resuming. Waiting for work to be available from pools. Work available from pools, resuming. between any accepted share. Any suggestion to fix that? Thank you in advance. Can't say I've seen this error before. Are you setting your own diff?

I've seen that some people would like less frequent payouts, to reduce the amount of tx's in wallets.
how often would you like to get paid and/or how much would you prefer the minim to be?
Cheers!

does anyone have a list of working nodes?
Thanks!
anyone?

by request, for coins that have queued miner payments (coins that show red in the stats), we've added how much we're behind so you can have a better decision to continue mining for that altcoin or switch back to BTC.
Thanks, do we have to wait for the next block to be solved before the payouts kick in? I've still got pending payments in DASH and SYS. Yes, for PoW coins, payouts are from found blocks.

Yes, and it seems every time it resets, it's resetting the 'balance' field on my wallet. I've been mining with between 1-2THs on the sha pool, and have yet to get a payout because of this. Can you assure me that it's going to eventually correct itself on this or have I wasted power for close to 24h now?
It's because some of the coins are offline so the balances aren't registering until they get back online. The shares and balances will return.

So what happened with Fut(X13). Noticed its now disabled and a lot of orphans. Wrong block fork? Presumably some of them must have hit the exchange and cleared for payouts to occur?
Yeah it's got on a fork when we switched it to another server. I've found that the new server I have... seems to be a problem which is leading to the random stratum resets. I'm pulling all the coins off it and having the provider check it out.

www.zpool.caPROP reward system BTC Payouts 2% Fees (1% while in BETA, ends Dec 1) can you check if myr-gr on port 5433 and other multiports too, seems pool fee is 20%, not 2%, just added another mining address with all hashrate mine and I get sum of my shares exactly 80%, which means 20% pool fee Alt coin fees at least seem to be paid along with the transaction. Each transaction has two outputs, the amount paid to you, and the other a fee. I did take a quick look at the Yaamp code and it wouldn't suprise me if there are many holes in it. I saw a bit of code which appeared to reserve 10% of coins, presumably to pay alt coin miners. I do think though that we need an explanation of what is happening here. yes the code seems a bit disjointed and hard to follow and tbh, there are parts where I'm not sure what it's doing. I'm going to see if there is a dev that will overhaul the exchange part. The original yiimp dev chooses not to work on the exchange part and that is fine, as they prefer to focus on direct mining. Sorry to put pressure on you, but we would all appreciate an analysis on this apparent 80% cap. I've used very many mining sites, and this as so far proved the most profitable. However, some sites I have used have implemented merged mining so badly that I question whether they are stealing hashes. Other sites have had disappearing admins that have had problems which seem to coincide with collapsed exchanges, only for a reason to be given that such issues where so historical that it does not match the experience. So as complex (and yet too simplistic) as the yaamp product is, I hope you can provide some analysis to restore confidence. As to some of the issues recently raised, I would suggest people explicitly state their payout currency, and understand that some blockchains (such as Megacoin) can be frozen at high difficulty for a week, only to get the low difficulty mined the hell out of them until the next blockchain freeze. I don't want such known about issues be a distraction. no pressure. as you say, this is the most profitable site. I've mentioned before, I'm not a developer and the src is available. I can't tell where something is getting miss calculated I don't understand all the functions of php. If someone can point it out I can go from there. But the bottom line is what counts and that is, it's profitable for miners or there wouldn't be any. If there were no per coin stats it sounds like you'd be happy by the profitability. Somethings off, but I don't think it's affecting the bottom line and as I mentioned, I'll see if I can find someone to clean it up.

you guys should add feathercoin to your neoscrypt algo section!
We've had it before an it seems to have a high % of orphans.
