A new grand jury report says that internal documents from six Catholic dioceses in Pennsylvania show that more than 300 "predator priests" have been credibly accused of sexually abusing more than 1,000 child victims.
"We believe that the real number of children whose records were lost or who were afraid ever to come forward is in the thousands," the grand jury report says.
"Priests were raping little boys and girls, and the men of God who were responsible for them not only did nothing; they hid it all. For decades. Monsignors, auxiliary bishops, bishops, archbishops, cardinals have mostly been protected; many, including some named in this report, have been promoted."
The lengthy report, released Tuesday afternoon, investigates clergy sexual abuse daying back to 1947 in six dioceses: Allentown, Erie, Greensburg, Harrisburg, Pittsburgh and Scranton.

Pennsylvania's two other dioceses, Philadelphia and Altoona-Johnstown, have been the subjects of earlier grand jury reports, which found similarly damaging information about clergy and bishops in those dioceses.

All of the atheistic scientist cannot even explain exactly how the world began.There are so many loopholes about the creation theories especially on how things started from organism to another. Until now, no one can prove who created the organism which began to evolve to another organism. Still, the gap lead us back to the Bible.

I think all religion taught us good things. It depends on how the person live with it. We can't assume that bad people caused by their religion because all religions are beautiful. But of all religions, i choose buddhism and christian (protestant) because these religions are the most peaceful to me. They have lots of love for others and prefer peace than war.

Haha, you talk about it like there's going to be some battle of "the Gods". If there actually is a God or gods, I'm sure we won't be deciding who wins. Although, I believe that somewhere in the Bible is says that God gets His power from people believing in Him. Maybe that's really how it works, haha. Whichever God is the most believed in will win the battle. I can't say which religion is the best. I think a religion that teaches people to do good things and respect other is cool. I just prefer when they don't try to impose their religious beliefs on others.

The Goldwater Reports: A landmark investigation by a grand jury has identified over 300 "predator priests" in six of Pennsylvania's Roman Catholic dioceses. The findings were revealed Friday when the state Supreme Court ordered the report to be made public. The Supreme Court judges said the report on child sex abuse at the hands of clergy goes back decades and allegations of cover-ups were rampant although the "individual-specific information" of the priests and their cohorts will not be made public in the initial version.
                            Due to the priests and others who have challenged the findings, the court wants the redaction process to be completed no later than August 8, which is when the 800-page report is expected to be released. If the priests dispute the redactions made by the court-appointed special master, the release of the report could be delayed by a week. Currently, some priests and others say their constitutional rights are being violated because they were not able to address the grand jury prompting the Supreme Court to consider their objections.

This is only one US state where a major network of Catholic priests have been discovered in a major child trafficking ring, so this evil is likely anywhere else in America inside Catholic dioceses.

People believe in religion because they were born with it. When they first open their eyes they already have their religion.
