I paid on 12/18 and my units were shipped on 12/23. They spent some time with customs in Tel Aviv, then customs in Cincinatti. They made it to Dallas Monday, but my delivery driver decided to take them off the truck and delay delivery for Tuesday. Someone else at the distribution hub then accidentally sent them back to Cincinnati, where they sit on hold right now. Due to the holidays, I don't expect to receive anything until next week. DHL has done this to me before and I have lost confidence in their US operations.

I would advise using UPS for US orders. I paid Spondoolies-tech 2 weeks ago for a batch of SP20s for resale, and I have yet to receive any units.

Most likely a typo, replace "is" with "should be"

Mining by hand is not the best career decision. An average of .67 hashes per day will net you around 1219 hashes over the next 5 years, while an old Pentium 3 can give you about 390 thousand hashes in 1 second. I suggest sticking to your current IT job and let hardware do the mining for you.

No Y axis? I had a VR headset and Nintendo Power Glove ready to go, but your picture is unfortunately lacking the necessary coordinates...

This is good news for AM customers. I will say that I offered a buyback to my group buy participants out of my own pocket a while back, and the majority of the units I purchased back have been running fine. They are in a controlled environment however, and still sensitive to cold temperatures.

luck is 20% what affect luck anyway... does rising bitcoin hashrate affect luck Walking under a ladder, breaking a mirror, and stepping on cracks are well known to affect luck. I'm assuming that most eligius miners have been doing these three things very often over the past few days.

Copycats?
More like resellers. They clearly say in the specs that it's based on AM chips, so no big secret here. I'm just curious what kind of PSU and controller they provide. XBTec collaborated with ASICMiner on the Prisma board design so technically it was designed by both of them. I believe the V3 is actually comprised of the same board, just in a rackmount chassis. If you look at the end of your Prisma boards you'll notice a label which says designed by stahanov.pro.

So what kind of uptime are people seeing? After a couple/three weeks here my Prisma is stable with a Pi running Crazy's cgAM for 5-6 days before I have to hard restart everything. Today when mine crashed (probably due to 20 degree weather, got too cold) I had to warm it up and then do a few cg restarts to get it back to 1.4TH.
Sounds like my experience is pretty normal, but for those of you with a few of these how do you deal with the stability?
They do seem to like being restarted once in a while. I reboot my Pi every 24 hours but haven't figured out the best way to power cycle the Prisma yet, so I'm just doing it manually for now. I've found that my Prismas don't like to run for much longer than 48-hours in the DC. I've had to restart them from the rPi three consecutive times now, through Minera. That said, if you catch them before they cool down, you don't have to restart cgminer as many times before it "catches." I'm playing with the auto-restart function in Minera--we'll have to wait for it to die again before I can test the settings. Cheers. Try enabling auto-restart and check for 1 dead device that doesn't submit shares for 60 seconds.

I have a few used original R-boxes up for sale. Most run fine but some have louder fans than others. 26gh/s guaranteed.

Crazyguy, imagine that i want to buy a prisma.
I've read the Dogie's guide, what do i actually need to run the prisma?
Suppose that the prisma is fully assembled.
1- Raspberry pi with Cgminer - i've my own 2- Prisma (obviously) - included in your site 3- USB - UART? - could be included in your site ( for what ill use this for?)) 4 -Ethernet controller - what ill use this for ? is this included in the prisma buy? 5 - Power supply - not included in your site
3) This is for connecting to the RPI 4) You won't need this if you are using an RPI 5) I recommend the EVGA 1300

the last part with the switches is wrong !
? Your tube switch configuration image is not suitable for the Prisma. For the Prisma, the least significant bit is switch 1 and switch 5 must not be used at all. Also, there is a maximum of 16 boards for 1 controller, as each board uses 2 addresses.

I'll check with AM on your return. On the 2 board issue above, make sure the ambient temp is not to cool. I've experienced an issue on the BE where boards shut down once it got too cold.
