321  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH wallets which support more than one address? on: May 31, 2020, 08:08:33 PM
I'm using the Exodus wallet, but I wanted to have more addresses for ethereum. Right now, they only allow for one single address.
The same happened with the Atomic wallet.

For you to be able to create multiple ethereum accounts on a single wallet app, you can download imtoken wallet app. It allows creation of up to 7 wallets on it. You can also check Metamask wallet extensions, I don't think it has limits. Or you create multiple wallets on myetherwallet and import their private keys on Metamask extension.
322  Other / Politics & Society / [FACTS] The Hacker Group Known as Anonymous on: May 31, 2020, 06:44:59 PM
Since most people don’t know (or don’t remember) the hacker group anonymous, here’s a thread because they’re a pretty big fucking deal.
So basically anonymous started on 4chan back in 2003. the whole point was to gather hackers all over the world to form a digital “hive”. they’re usually distinguished by wearing guy fawkes masks. Eventually it got to the point where, in 2012, TIME declared they were one of the "100 most influential people" in the world. coincidentally, they were also declared a national security threat because they deadass would not stop hacking american government servers LMAOOOO.

For example, remember back in 2008 when the church of scientology was gaining an insane amount of supporters and celebrity endorsements (tom cruise, john travolta, etc)? where’d they go? turns out anonymous singlehandedly ended the majority of the moment due to ddos attacks, email spams, prank calls, etc) normally this wouldn’t have been a problem but the fact that the group was SO huge meant that the church was getting millions of troll calls a day until eventually nobody took the church of scientology serious anymore bc they couldn’t operate at all.
There was also the “Operation Payback”. it was so fun to watch because they targeted so many important govt branches (Australian Federation Against Copyright Theft, the U.S. Copyright Office, etc) the total downtime of all these attacks was estimated to be around 537.55 hours.Operation Payback eventually led to “Operation Avenge Assange", and Anons issued a press release declaring PayPal a target. attacks brought down paypl for an hour on dec 8 and another brief period on dec 9. this may not seem like a long time that meant MILLIONS of dollars lost.
Beginning in january 2011, anons took a number of actions known initially as “Operation Tunisia” in support of Arab Spring movements. Tflow created a script that Tunisians could use to protect their web browsers from government surveillance. Not only that, but they also target multiple businesses/corporations accused of homophobia. in december 2012, anons published the names, phone numbers, and e-mail and home addresses of westboro church members and brought down GodHatesF***.com with a DDoS attack.
In august 2012, anons hacked the site of Ugandan Prime Minister Amama Mbabazi in retaliation for the Parliament of Uganda's consideration of an anti-homosexuality law permitting capital punishment (he tried to make sentences of 14 years to life if you were caught being gay).

OHHH! they also declared war and constantly hacked sony in retaliation for them trying to sue George Hotz (the first guy to jailbreak an iphone, rumored to be an anon). this was the biggest gaming security breach EVER and left weeks without access to online servers.

323  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: All hope is lost?? on: May 31, 2020, 01:43:09 PM
If I understand you correctly, you invested 14 ETH on a single project and you have lost over 10 ETH worth their token value. Of that's the case, The only way you can recover is to STOP FOMOING, do not invest in pumps.

is this the end of the road for me? Or I still have hope? How can I recover?
This is not the end of the road if it's actually your money and you didn't borrow it. You will only have more problem if you borrowed money to invest. I think the only way to recover here, though you can't recover everything thing back fully or it going to take time, is to sell off and go into trading if you know the ways around and it and you might recover in the long run.
324  Other / Politics & Society / Re: The logic of man in this devastating crisis on: May 31, 2020, 09:58:23 AM
Some people are not used to this maybe because of their extrovert lifestyle. I'm sure most introverts won't have problems with staying indoors.

Some believe that they also have a strong immune system because they are still young. The issue here is the youth not practicing safety among themselves, assuming they are,I think others in that environment will also want to do the same.
325  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is investing in Burency.io/ burency.com a good idea ??? on: May 30, 2020, 09:52:06 PM
I heard about Burency (exchange and blockchain development platform based on middle east) a lot through telegram. They have over 100k members in telegram group. They've recently partnered with huobi. They also featured in a lot of news coverage.

I don't think numbers of group members should be considered when choosing a project to invest with.
Their partnership with Huobi has link no reference on their website. Kindly share the reference here

Their native erc20 token BUY are on ICO. Almost 47% are sold. My question is should I invest in buy token Huh Will it be a good choice Huh Or any exchange token suggestions other than BNB and HT.
That's on you. You should do proper research before investing and not rely on people's advise or opinions. It's your responsibility for anything you do in this space.
326  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Reasons Why I Have Lost 50% Of Bitcoin on: May 30, 2020, 08:59:15 PM
What happened to you was pure greed. You wouldn't have lost a lot. You had a job even though you didn't state what type it is and you earn 0.1 daily. That is a lot from where I'm from.

Investing in HYIP is what I will never advise anyone to do. Luckily, early birds enjoy before it stops paying. But micro tasks was a good option until you decided to state buying altcoins which is a wrong choice. What you need is to do more research before taking steps. You could have asked on this forum.
327  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: [WARNING] Blockchainhalving on: May 30, 2020, 08:19:45 PM
Definitely impersonators, blockchain.info won't have to create a new domain just to share 5$. Their recent airdrop of XLM was distributed through the app and info about it was shared on their official website.

It's just sad for the owner of that website since it is clearly he/she is impersonating the blockchain.info, the design of website is really not looks like blockchain.info at first glance, epic fail.

They might not get the design, that's not their plan. These desperate scammers or only looking for victims and most of the victims are mostly going to be newbies in the crypto spacem
328  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Samsung partnered with Gemini on: May 29, 2020, 09:51:12 PM
This is a great news and happy to see a big tech company showing so much interest in the blockchain community. Last news I read was them adding a crypto app on their blockchain wallet(can't remember the news well). I hope more big tech companies follows in this step which will be good spread of blockchain awareness to the world.
329  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Exodus or Atomic wallet for ether ? on: May 29, 2020, 05:26:15 PM
You should go with Exodus if you want to store your coins and also control the private keys. You can import it to other wallet like Mycellium Wallet. Other coins can also be stored on it.

Exodus wallet supports few ERC-20 tokens not all, but if you're looking for wallet to store your tokens, Metamask is the best option here. You can trade on decentralized exchanges by using your metamask and not by importing your wallet keys.
330  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Newbie need help to understand the forum!! on: May 28, 2020, 08:40:17 PM
This is not a place for money because if it is, everyone here would have being rich by now and no one would even reply to your post.

This forum was created by the founder of BTC, Satoshi. And is meant to be a place to share knowledge. It has a fountain of knowledge since it's creation. I've learned a lot here and also shared too.

Who ever referred you here should be the one to do the job of guiding you properly

331  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Scamming with BOUNTY DETECTIVE name on: May 28, 2020, 06:12:20 PM
Strange that he used Bounty Detective tag but he is not from Bounty Detective. I think the user is trying to defame Bounty Detective or they are trying to use the fame of Bounty Detective to attract more users.

He's not from bounty detective, what's happening here is that he might be trying to gain more participants. Such user/project shouldn't be trusted and think the project itself deserves a negative trust too for allowing the user to use that name to deceive people.

Anyway, it is not possible to moderate scam because they are a lot of scam method and if forum would moderate scam, they would be also liable to pay tge scammed sum.

It's not but with help of scam busters on this forum, they have no chance here. I've seen similar cases get busted within short period.
332  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Deflationary Tokens on: May 27, 2020, 07:28:01 PM
If you're thinking of investing in deflationary token because of it's percentage of deflation or whatever, you should stop. Deflationary tokens was a trend about a year ago, most of them are no where to be found. No use case, just pump and dump.

The hype they have is reduction in supply making it scarce. Imagine 5% burn rate and you lose 5$ for every 100$ you send, it doesn't make sense in any way.

334  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why people are afraid on investing to bitcoin? on: May 27, 2020, 02:31:22 PM
someday it will pass that number and you will have profit. Am I wrong?

Yes you are.
Most of traders are after short term profit, and it's wrong to give such financial advice because it's big risk to put so much amount. What do you think would happen after it refused to hit it's ATH just like when BTC was at 20k
335  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Solution to too many promoters on: May 24, 2020, 05:56:29 PM
bounty hunters should know that they are the only medium that could get them more audiences/investors. That's why most bounties doesn't have limited slot because they know they can get unlimited outreach to more audiences instead of paying popular social media for ads.

So next time you come across any bounty with an unfavourable allocation with no limited slot, just skip it because it may get over crowded.
336  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: FREEWallet.org stole 55 000$! be careful SCAM on: May 24, 2020, 12:57:33 PM
No shame for the freewallet team. They aren't ashamed of walking around this forum with all of the negative tagged they've got. They keep avoiding people's complaints. I don't see them improving their service any time soon because they have been this way since 3 years ago. Reason why I'd advise no one to use their wallet. They have lot of wallet on Playstore and can't provide good service. Maybe a 1 star rating would make them sit tight.
337  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Anyone Solved Satoshi Namakando Myestery!!!! on: May 24, 2020, 11:13:32 AM
Hello Readers as you are seeing that I was thinking that some people are still saying that Satoshi Namakando Satoshi Nakamoto[/b ]live and some are saying that he is dead. And I will be a total pleased at that ways because people are saying that 2009 mined bitcoins have been moved to the Bitcoin Exchanges for selling it trading purposes.

Do you want an answer to know of he is still alive? Yes, but you can't get any. Satoshi, as he called himself went to hideout for some reason. Sure he might have BTC that he's hoarding, but don't think he'll be dumb enough to be the owner of the wallet that moved BTC some days ago.
338  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin Creator Dead on Covid-19? on: May 24, 2020, 06:35:54 AM
Now it's question about if he's alive during this pandemic. No one has any idea about his identity or his real name. He's untraceable which makes him a legend. And a legend like that might still be out there, a legend like him won't give himself to Covid-19 assuming he's still alive.

He left us a big financial tool.
339  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Share your stategy how to grow bitcoin on: May 23, 2020, 02:13:35 PM
If you want to grow(invest) the bitcoin you have as you have stated in the thread, then you will have to invest in trading or mining. But if you are looking to earn more without losing the one you have, you can try the following strategies
Freelancing: using your skills like writing, data entry, graphic designing and getting paid in BTC. You can create a service announcement thread here and get people to patronize you.
Airdrops and Bounties: organized by mainly new projects to gain exposure or to increase audience count. It usually involves tasks like following, retweeting, wearing signature, content creation.
Ambassador: you can apply to an ambassador of a if you have skills like writing, getting people to invest, organizing events for the project and so on.
340  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Wallet for different altcoins. on: May 23, 2020, 09:57:58 AM
If you're asking about storing ERC-20 tokens on Trust Wallet, then you do not need to start creating different wallets to receive. All you need is your ETH wallet address and the altcoin will be displayed in your asset list once you receive any. Same applies to wallet that supports tokens on their blockchain, like the TRC-20 (Tron Blockchain), you're going to need Tron Wallet.

For the mining part, there's no way you can mine tokens on a coin's blockchain, I don't think it's possible. So you're going to have to mine coins that have their own explorer and supports mining.
