My deposit was credited and I received a support message, they seem to be back in business and their finances are hopefully sound.

Anyone selling a sealwithclubs account with high Krill?

Their operations should resume normally; most people will try to withdraw just in case but if there are no other problems, they will recover from it.

That being said, The last fiat deposit I sent on Monday was not credited yet.

You sent a fiat deposit on the day they got hacked? They've probably been too busy to deal with it. It will probably show up soon.

I sent a deposit just before they got hacked, good timing I guess Grin

They sent me a support message 15 minutes ago that was not meant to me or was irrelevant since I didn't send them any support message since January 1st.

Your site has big issue ,kenobi.
we lose money even when win , please fix this issue .
I deposited 0.02btc to account thienhavotuu@yahoo.com but still not receive it in my account

Hi Tlee88, deposit issues have been fixed. Please check again.
thank you , kenobi

The 100% deposit up to 1 BTC is juicy and it should be fun to play and try to predict where the market is going in 15 / 30 / 60 minutes but why only a payout between 1.70x - 1.75x?
387  Economy / Gambling / Re: FORTUNEJACK.COM | No.1 for Cryptocurrency Gambling | Provably Fair | 1 BTC BONUS on: January 09, 2015, 06:36:42 PM
All game are risky or theirs a game where i can't loose my btc ?

You can play without betting and you won't lose anything or maybe they have a giveaway or a faucet sometimes.
388  Economy / Gambling / Re: ➫ ➬ ➫ ➬ LUCKYB.IT ★ +25k BTC wagered ★ Huge Christmas Rakeback :) on: January 09, 2015, 06:35:05 PM
hmm, there is 0.003004% chance to get x999 with max bet BTC0.05 and min bet BTC0.001, but on primedice you can set x9900 on 0.01% chance with unlimited max bet and with min 1 satoshi.. on primedice you can win much more with bigger chance for win..
Well, the difference between dice and plinko  is that , in plinko you get guaranteed retursn .
It might not be the whole amount and be only 0.2x , but there is still a return . However plinko gives the casino a big house edge. So most of the players just play it for fun.

You have a very small chance of having a big return and a big chance of having a small return and you always get a return but if you start at 0.01 and hit x0.2 twice you only have 0.0004 less minus the transactions fees

So fortunejack also has a cryptocurrency exhange feature? Is this new?

Yup. It's relatively new, they've added it around 2 weeks ago.

I don't find the cryptocurrency instant exchange on FJ.

If you make a trade for 0.3 BTC to buy some altcoins then an other trade, the second trade will usually be for a higher price.
391  Other / Meta / Re: Is there cases of members with massive positive Trust that ended up scamming? on: January 05, 2015, 04:22:09 PM
I thought about this a lot when designing the Trust system, but unfortunately there just isn't any way to protect against long-term con men. If someone sets out with the goal of building up trust for several years and then pulling a massive scam, and if he's skilled at hiding his true intentions, I don't think that anything will stop him. You just have to try to minimize the risk and impact of getting scammed by such people.

An important point of increased risk is when trusted people start aggregating BTC from a lot of people. For example, TradeFortess had tons of successful trades, some very large, but through inputs.io he could scam hundreds of people at once. And each inputs.io user was probably thinking, "TF has handled thousands of bitcoins at once without problems -- there's no way he'd steal my measly 0.5 BTC." But since he can steal from many people at once, the scam becomes worthwhile. (I'm assuming here that TF stole user deposits, which I am still not completely sure about.)

Yes he stole user deposits. I think you are quite right. The WWW is the perfect place for crime, there is no skill required to hide your identity (TOR) so we have to use more multi sig escrow!

When you know someone very well, you can make a more reliable assessment of its trustworthiness. If its identity is public or known to many insiders, he is less likely to disappear overnight.

393  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: January 05, 2015, 09:24:18 AM
"Bad news" and we are rising! More please!  Cheesy

20k+ shorts on finex  Cool

If the price goes up enough, the short will need to cover their contracts and everyone will be looking up.

FRESH FIAT MONDAY !

I bet many of us sent money on Saturday or Monday morning, it will arrive on Monday and Tuesday.

feature for 2015 : bigger faucet if you didn't play for a while : if your faucet is 2000s/3min and you don't play for 30minutes you get 10% of what you missed : 10% x 2000 x 10 = 2000s for your next faucet for a total of 4000s

I agree multi sig escrow would solve a lot of the issues. Getting everyone to use it seems to be the only issue at this time.

If a scheme has a trusted owner, it never means it's safe to invest in it. It's better to have a system in place to prevent abuse, hack or theft.
396  Other / Meta / Cases of members with massive positive Trust that ended up scamming? on: December 31, 2014, 12:34:10 AM
I was wondering if there have been cases of bitcointalk members that had a massive positive trust but ended up scamming themselves?

Maybe cases of the account being hacked or sold?

400  Economy / Speculation / Re: $10,000 when? on: December 26, 2014, 09:50:02 AM
Not in a Lifetime. No reason to raise to 10k, unlikely the Dollar Crash to 1/10000 from now. Wink

If the Dollar loses 7% a year for 10 years it will lose more than 50% of its value in 10 years : 100*(0.97)^10=0.48. The inflation on some products have been 7% a year or higher for the last 10 years.

There is a lot of liquidity everywhere; if only a tiny portion of it goes in Bitcoin, a few hundreds millions Dollars, maybe a Billion, the market cap will rise to hundreds of billions and the price of Bitcoin will go higher than 10,000$. It's not science fiction to see a price of 10,000$ a coin soon even if it seems incredible now.
