401  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Confusion About Insider Gambling on: January 30, 2024, 11:39:53 AM
Injuries or problems within the team are information that are very useful, especially on chemistry. Now, the information are already updated, you can check the injury reports before you place your bet but all that is happening inside are not reported, like I mentioned the chemistry thing.

insider's info if you look at on a negative way it could be related to rigging of games, but it's not like that, games are always fair in our eyes, fixed games information are usually not shared.
402  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Inoue vs Casimero (possible fight in 2024) Let's discuss! on: January 30, 2024, 10:49:05 AM
There is no more discussion about Inoue vs Casimero if Tapales wins as that would say that Casimero has past his prime and he is not ready for a monster Inoue. Maybe that time Casimero will stop trash talking or criticizing Inoue because he know in himself that he isn't on the level of the monster.

Hopefully positive things will happen for Casimero and Inoue, so this fight will happen, maybe not this year, but could be next year.

That's not gonna happen because Casimero will not allow to lose against Tapales whom we all saw that his power is not enough to KO an opponent. Casimero is very confident now, and we witness in his previous fights that he really has power, sometimes he was just reckless that his fight would result to no contest. I hope this rumor will come into reality as we haven't seen Casimero fight yet this year, maybe it's too early but first quarter would be fine so Casimero can still prepare for another fight if it's not gonna be Inoue next.
403  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Newbie traders, work on yourself. on: January 30, 2024, 07:04:30 AM
Trading is not actually hard to learn if you are motivated to follow its process and do trading accordingly. But if you trade in an opposite way, puts high emotions whenever you’re trading, and you resort into being impatient when your trades are failing, then you are not training yourself to be a good and successful trader, but you are trading exactly what losers are doing.
Learning could be easy but the problem is in the application and decision-making which I certainly found hard, even old traders make mistakes.
However, as long as we don't give up and continue adopting the situation despite losses we reach the things we wanted to happen (success). Of course, it needs more focus and patience as it just comes.
We have to consider all the bad experiences and losses as a part of the learning process and so newbies must adhere. Otherwise, never do trading anymore.
404  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's the view of an average citizen About crypto currencies on: January 30, 2024, 01:30:04 AM

Bitcoin is a digital currency that has come to stay, as long as the internet stays , most persons that didn't believe in Bitcoin 10years ago regretted it, that will be also be the case for people who don't be in it now come 2034.so think positively take the risk and Investment in Bitcoin today.
Despite the positive output of Bitcoin, many people are still not yet convinced and always think it was a scam or a Ponzi Scheme. But no urge the change their mind nor I would say they will regret it because that was their views and market opinion as well. Once a person is negative, it is hard for them to change but rather stay against it.

Although Bitcoin is popular now, it is not enough to drag people's attention. It is to say that those who want to invest will invest but those who are not are free to leave negative comments.
405  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Wrong Moves With Your Bitcoin on: January 29, 2024, 10:07:26 PM
I can't say it was a wrong move to sell our Bitcoin earlier because what if the price never reached the current price? Let us say it dumps to $1000, I was certain that people are in regret for not selling them as well.

We made a choice to sell or hold and it was not regretting anymore. In fact, we benefited from it as well unless we are selling at panic but I know that the majority are in the profit which means that we are still winning.

The wrong move is that we never invest Bitcoin even though we know it already. It simply means that we are rejecting opportunities.
406  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: As a crypto investor, the less app you install the better. on: January 29, 2024, 01:11:48 PM
One or two are good enough. Besides, it is useless to have 3 different wallets when we just use the two. I have Electrum on my PC and Trust Wallet and 1 exchange site on my phone, and I have no problem in regards to hacking incidents ( I hope it won't happen). If we believe that is all we need, then that is good already.

It was not a sort of app collection that we needed to have them all but what we just needed it the useful one.
We can have them on the other phones but not a single phone for some security reasons.
407  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2024 NBA Season on: January 29, 2024, 12:50:06 PM
Good matchup is Nuggets vs the Bucks. It's going to be Giannis vs Jokic, Nuggets will have the home court advantage.

I would choose the new Bucks here. Nuggets maybe a strong team at home but they aren't undefeated, and based on the last game of the Bucks, I am confident that it will not be an easy game for the home team as Giannis is sure to be unstoppable, even Jokic could not stop him. Lillard has to have an impressive game here, not sure if Middleton will play because last time he was just sitting on the bench, but even without him, I think Bucks are still capable fo winning.

If we are not confident them winning straight up, taking the handicap is the best bet for us. That's +4.5
408  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Inoue vs Casimero (possible fight in 2024) Let's discuss! on: January 29, 2024, 11:43:52 AM
Right, we will not find any news of him going back to MP for sure, as he is already managed by a Japanese promoter. Of course, he will not let go of his brother as his trainer and that he is very proud of himself, as he is known to be that even inside the ring.

I think in this coming year, if he hasn't had his chance then he should look for any opponents or at least forget Inoue for the meantime. He is already great himself and being proud to be a former champion from the Philippines. Maybe if he forget about Inoue, his career will take a turn for good and who knows, and he become a mandatory champion for any of the belt that Inoue has.

This could not happen anytime soon as Inoue has some other business to take care of. However, there are rumors that Casimero could fight Tapales because these two has been trash talking each other and they have created some hype on the fight. It's not a championship fight since Tapales isn't a champion anymore, but this is good for the ranking of Casimero to increase if ever he wins the fight. Though this is just a rumor, but I believe this is a good fight that should happen soon.
409  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: You must have a source on: January 28, 2024, 11:19:40 PM
Adding more sources of income is not a guarantee that will make you live comfortably forever especially if you also change your lifestyle. It is a common problem for most that once a person increases their income, they also change their spending habit turning just like the same in the time that person has only a small income.

We don't need a lot of sources of income but what we need is financial education.
Many people become rich because they work hard and also, control their expenses but if our mindset is one-day millionaire, we still end up broke.
410  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you think gambling every day is better? on: January 26, 2024, 03:37:43 PM
I said No! He then say the more you space the more I missed my chances of winning but what I came to understand is that, the more anyone keeps trying the slimmer such persons turns into gambling addiction becus such person will always want to gamble regularly stirring up some forms of pressure to himself. When there is no money to gamble such person don't mind going extramile to source for funds since he has install this mentality of regularly gambling without giving break.

My question is do you think gambling every day is better? From his reasoning and points of narrations.

Interesting how some people believe that there is "a right time" for luck to come and make money.
I don't judge them, because belief is something that we should believe in or at least respect those who believe in it, but never judge. However, I don't believe that there could be something "mysterious", cosmic events, or something like that, that increases the chance of someone gaining something good.

Regardless of whether I play every day or not, I believe that luck is the same, that it happens "at random" and that there is no right time for it to happen.
Even for those who play every day, how do you know if the "lucky moment" will occur at 9 am or 9 pm?
How to identify whether a sequence of wins is a "lucky moment" or an eventuality that will only serve as "bait" to bet more and lose all the money?
As it comes unknowingly and sometimes when we never think about it. Whether we play every day or not, nothing will change in the chance of winning. But gambling every day is not a healthy practice anymore and the closest chance that we fall into addiction. In this case, we are not gambling hoping for luck but we are now in the situation of fulfilling our wants to gamble. We don't need to wait to fall into addiction before taking action but setting some limitations to avoid addiction is quite necessary. Gambling is good but doing this every day is too much.
411  Economy / Speculation / Re: Best time to buy BTC NOW? on: January 26, 2024, 02:45:48 PM
As you might know, the price of bitcoin reached its lower point since last month.

Should those who want to buy more do it now or do you believe we'll see the bitcoin price get down a little more?

Some here were talking about rumours of BTC being purchased from Saudi Arabia, but well, that's just a rumour.
But people tend to panic and sell, so this might be the best moment to buy as much btc as possible. What do you think?
Indeed, we have given the chance again but can't urge doubtful people to invest, we just let them decide when they are ready. But for those who are missing the chance before the price reaches $40k, this would be, if not the perfect time but a good time to buy.

Whatever the reason for the current dump, it is good to have it but it doesn't really matter to prove it because the price of Bitcoin still looks like this even during the bull season. At least, the price remains high which we could still say the market is healthy despite the dump. Buy as much as you can as long as it don't go beyond your limit.
412  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Has Airdrop season begun? on: January 26, 2024, 01:21:43 PM
And the question is where we could sell them or what exchange/s it was listed?
I do believe that airdrops were valuable before but not today. Some show good prices in exchanges but nobody is buying it and that is still useless. I could say this because I have that experience already and holders want to sell but it can't as nobody is buying. It is a manipulated price indeed just to grab attention from the community thinking that we could make some profit on it.

Airdrops are not worth investing in. They are just free coins that have no real value, it was just serve as a token of appreciation for joining them but never benefit from it.
413  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you think gamblers do retired betting gambles on: January 26, 2024, 10:52:59 AM
Perhaps, it was an individual decision OP but I don't think we have to wait for the moment that we can no longer gamble before deciding to stop.
I believe that oldies are into gambling just for fun so it was not hard for them to stop but for young people that can be a big challenge especially those who are already addicted.

As a casual gambler, I don't think it makes sense to gamble until 70 years old. We are old enough for that age and I don't think it was entertaining anymore.
414  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Playing crypto for many years without holding Bitcoin. on: January 26, 2024, 09:59:46 AM
An investment without a concrete plan or just doing it simply ends up with nothing. Most of us just know how to buy and sell, but never know how to save.
It is just like being an employee, if we don't know how to save and budget our salary, even spending our whole life working we still end up empty.

 - Make a plan
 - educate ourselves about financial management

Knowledge is power but most of all, the application of what we have learned and following our plans seriously. We can't find success if we go elsewhere.
415  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Halving effect on: January 26, 2024, 06:02:23 AM
Whether your views about halving are right or wrong, what I believe is that this event has a significant impact on the entire market, not just on Bitcoin alone. People gain optimism because of halving and we can't deny that prices rise after which is what we really experienced in the past halving. Maybe the impact is not that much compared to the past but it could still not disappoint the holders who are waiting for many years.

Whether you believe it or not, we can't influence you either. People are waiting and hoping for something big after halving, why not be positive about it?
416  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How do i handle my first gambling experience on: January 25, 2024, 09:06:25 PM

Everyone wants to make profits but sometimes we don't have to do that in every attempt. We can make money with luck or good strategy depending on how skilled we are. We don't need to be too out focused or do things by all means for us to make money from the market. We should be ready to take the negative outcome from our bets and that should not be something that will pain us because we couldn't make the kind of profits we expected. There is always a season for everything we don't so we must also plan for the worse nightmare because not everytime things would be rosy for us.

The gambler who want to make money in the gambling site should ready to spend time to learn the game.Gambling or business both need to spend time to shine in that field.Because the gambler learn the game as the beginning stage and create a separate strategy for the game. The random game in the gambling will not help the gamblers, because the gamblers should have their own principle in the gambling. If the gamblers use the casino he need to react differently, because the cash out after the win in the casino was the important one.But the sports betting was entirely different one,the staking will give more money in the sports bet.
Need to learn and accept losses. But no matter what we do, it won't increase our chance of winning higher, luck is still what we need in order to win. Therefore, we don't have to think that gambling could make us rich but rather believe that it will empty our bank account if we are gambling irresponsibly.

For beginners, if ever you win on the first try just be happy but never expect it all to come that way because probably the next thing that happens will be losses. But this is how gambling works, we win and lose. The most important is that we enjoy and we are able to accept whatever the results.
417  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Gaurd yourself this year against crypto scams on: January 25, 2024, 01:52:02 PM
Guard and save yourself, and let the other people do their way. But if you want to keep safe, then invest only in Bitcoin, nothing else.
Yes, you're right --stop listening to influencers as they don't care about people's losses because they did it to perform their task even though it was a big lie/scam. For the sake of money...

Rugpulls are very know after the Tera Luna issue, many projects have followed and many will come next in the future. So we have to think wisely and only invest in projects that have real use cases, not just full of promises.
418  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2024 NBA Season on: January 25, 2024, 11:45:17 AM
^^ What weaknesses do you think they saw though? I mean they are in the winning percentage almost on top of the East and we can say that he is doing good as he put the team in that position. We will understand, if they are below .500 and we can say that they need to fire their coach, they have a bad offense and the system is not working. But as fans or even non-fans of NBA or any other sports will likely be surprise if a coach is fired with a winning percentage in the middle of the season. So I don't know, Doc Rivers might be their coach that could bring them another ring, but we will have to see, if they indeed make the best decision or not.

I think Bucks players especially Giannis are not happy with his coaching, we may not see in the stats because the stats are great, but this article might shed some light on what really is happening inside.

https://www.usatoday.com/story/sports/nba/columnist/jeff-zillgitt/2024/01/23/adrian-griffin-fired-reasons-milwaukee-bucks/72328707007/

But more than any one game, Griffin, 49, wasn’t connecting with players and the team wasn’t making the necessary progress, prompting a change.

Antetokounmpo rarely has been satisfied with the Bucks’ play.

“Once you’re up 20, you’ve got to put them away. You’ve got to put them away,” he said after an Oct. 30 loss to Miami. “We weren’t able to do that tonight. Hopefully, we can learn from this.”
Quote
Following a Dec. 7 loss to Indiana in the In-Season Tournament semifinals, Antetokounmpo said, “The talent level we have is incredible. But we have to be more organized. I feel like sometimes we're not organized at all. We don't know what we try to get from our offense, or sometimes defensively we're not sprinting back.”
419  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022–23 PBA Commissioner's Cup on: January 25, 2024, 10:57:46 AM
Per Bookie live betting, Magnolia is still favored but only a slight favorite as from -8.5, they are down to -4.5 now.

Magnolia won but it was a very close game. I wonder what would be the handicap in the next game. It seems like Phoenix is also a tough team, they were able to keep it close but their inexperience was their disadvantage in closing a game. It's 1-0 now, but this is a best of 5 series, so it's still too early to conclude.

Next game, it might still be the Phoenix covering the handicap, or they might upset the Magnolia to tie the series.

About the 2nd game, it was a nail - biter game. It's a game of run but in the end it was only a 2 points win by the SMB. CZ Perez was the best player but JMF has a huge contribution that game, his offensive rebound help them secure a win.

I like the way both games ends up, those who place on the handicap manage to win  for sure, especially those early birds who take the risk betting for Phoenix's handicap, they manage to cover it as they really played well though just like you mentioned they are still young and inexperienced competing against the team who already established their communication and better plays for executions.
Way too easy for the Phoenix. they always even win the game, they just fell short in the end. they go toe to toe from the first to the 3rd quarter, but they collapse a bit in the 4th. For sure adjustments will be made in the 2nd game and I feel like Phoenix will still be able to cover the spread.

2nd game result, that's what we going to expect against super teams playing against each other, close game and hard to predict, SMB managed to escape and take game 1 but for sure game will be for Gin kings as coach Tim will adjust.

That was a very good game, everyone was sure happy with the way it turns out. Even me, I bet on the losing game but I'm still happen with how Ginebra played the game. I felt that they'll be able to even the series in game 2, so I'm betting on them. Now they are only -1.5, taking it early gives advantage to bettors like me.
420  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dead Coins: Over 50% of Cryptocurrencies Have Failed on: January 25, 2024, 05:57:32 AM
It was said over 50% which possibly means that might only we have 10% of successful projects on the crypto market. This means also that the quality of the new projects is getting low and more chance that they will just be ignored and fail their plans due to no market support. And in the next couple of years, only Bitcoin and Ethereum remain alive and working.

We are not hoping for that for sure but it was useless and shameless to the community if we have a lot of cryptocurrencies but have no useful contribution to the market.
