This is a pretty bad start to the season for Barcelona in my opinion.
Lewandowski was a bit ineffective in this game, but he is still at the beginning of the season. I think it's normal to see performances like this in such periods. I really liked the performance of Gavi, who came on later in the game, he prevented a Getafe goal in the last minutes of the game. Also, Lamine Yamal was very good. He's only 16 but the Barcelona jersey suits him very well. He has a good chance of becoming a star. Barcelona gave positive signals for the new season but didn't play good football in the first game. Next week they play with Cadiz at home. I have no doubt that they will try harder for the three points. I guess women's football is two to three decades behind the men's variety. Back in the 1990s, we used to have such one-sided matches in men's football as well. But now the gap between the top teams and the tier-2 teams have narrowed down. Same will happen with the women's game, but it is going to take some time and a lot of investment from the FIFA. I agree that we will not witness an equivalent of Morocco reaching the semi-finals within the next decade in women's football. Because the women's game is confined to a handful of countries as of now.
I think it is aimed at countries that have money to invest. Contrary to what happens in men's football, where good players emerge with almost no investment, in women's football a strong investment is needed to attract people to this sport. Perhaps African countries will be in the worst position in this field, both for cultural and economic reasons. But things are looking up, and in 10-20 years, it will be an equally popular sport. The women's football is gradually becoming popular and in less than 10 years there would be a lot of investment in it like that of the mens, because i noticed that the number of people that are beginning to pick interest in viewing the competition increased better than the previous times and gradually it would begin to attract investors in the near future. Milan have taken really big steps this summer so far. While not losing many important players they have made 8 transfers 2 of which are free transfers. They spent around 110 million euros for the remaining 6 players in total. This is quite a serious amount as I don't remember them spending this much money in a transfer window for a while.

The match against Wolves is a good opportunity for Man United to get a great start. The likely departure of Kepa came as a suprise but i later discovered that Realmadri chose him due to his age and as a possibile replacement for courtious in case he leaves in the near future and i think Chelsea made the perfect choice when they Choose Roberto Sanchez to replace mendy, he's had experience in the league while praying for Brighton and is also a proven keeper and i think he's going to help Chelsea alot, even though his performance against Liverpool wasn't all impressive but we all know how good he could be when it comes to making good saves. Yeah I noticed that as well right from the pre-season normally in matches against lesser teams vini jnr would always make good attempts to get goals but chances where coming from Rodrygo and Bellingham and this match has shown that Madrid needs a better striker other than Joselu to get more goals if not they'll have to keep relying on goals from the flanks and midfield area I like the fact that the coach is giving younger players chances to express themselves and develop into world class players not all matches that you'll rely on old experienced players atleast they'll rotate them tougher opponets like Athletico Madrid, Barcelona, Sevilla, well as for Barcelona they've been impressive in the pre-season and I think they'll dominant against Getafe since they've got a better squad than last season. |

Seriously, Liverpool vs. Chelsea will be a difficult game to predict. I am also expecting a draw in the match, but I won’t be surprised if Chelsea end up winning the match. If the match does not end in a draw, then any club that wins is going to have a slight goal difference between them.
The home factor might make Chelsea a little more confident. But from the appearance in the EPL the rest of last season, Liverpool have improved more. Pochetino's challenge if he manages to win maybe they will have a better move for the next game. Pochetino and Klopp had almost the same fate last season, this season they have to work hard if they want to compete with Man City. They must seize the moment of transfer to improve club strength. last season and this season is just a few months apart, so lets say that Chelsea required some time to improve from how they played last season, I don't think that improvement must have happened in just his few months between last season and now, So yeah, i have to agree with you, Liverpool has more chances of winning their match against Chelsea today, if not for any thing, but for the fact that they have been the major competitor against Manchester city in the last season's EPL like you mentioned, and i personally think they like to continue with that competition even in this premier league season.. And even looking at the odds for this two teams on the bookmakers, the closeness shows that people are actually confused on which of this two teams to bet on, Chelsea going with 2.80 while Liverpool is going with 2.34, 3.40 for draw, this would surely be an interesting match to watch honestly. If you watch the way Chelsea played in the Pre-season you'll notice that they've really improved from how they performed last season to a better performance and that's the impact of brining in a good an experienced coach into a team and if you noticed what pochetino's did, he first off remove the players that where eager to leave and kept those he'll be able to work with and included some young talented players into the squad, my only fear is the injured players that could affect their chances of winning because in the pre-season i saw that there's a connection between Mudryk, Nkunku and Madueke they understand each other and with Nkunku being injured is a set back for those other two players. If you're to mention the major competitors last season against Mancity then it would be Arsenal who almost won the league if not for the draw against Southampton and few loses that made them bottle the league and finished in 2nd Liverpool didn't finish in the top 4 so I wouldn't consider them competitors of last season. |

Ronaldo has now won his first title and now with in few better players the league championship is also possible. Mane and Brozovic are also getting better. I hope Ronaldo is not injured.

I think both teams have improved but Klopp's team would look more dominant because they've got more quality players in their squad whereas Chelsea have a good number of injured players including Christian Nkunku and that's a very big advantage for Liverpool I won't judge based on their previous meetings last season because they've both included quality players in their squad depth and Chelsea have got a new coach in person of Pouchettino that had experience in the Premier League before now, but i think the home advantage would play a better role in Chelsea winning this match. Both clubs didn't really have a good performance last season especially Chelsea who finished no where close to the top 6 so I think they'll both want to have a better season making both teams to be careful not to concede a goal therefore I feel it's going to be a draw match. |

Real Madrid had a great win at the start of their season against Atlético Club and Real Madrid fans were cheering the match. Madrid won 2-0 in their first match in La Liga, a truly remarkable first performance of the season. We have seen before that Real Madrid lost their friendly games badly with some teams which was disappointing for Real Madrid, how they will win at the beginning of the new season but they have improved their playing style in the beginning of the season. Real Madrid did plenty of attacking in the match though, with Rodrigo and Jude Bellingham both young players scoring goals to delight the Madrid fans. Real Madrid have taken their first win at the start of the season to top the points table and are second with 3 points.
first match that gave the first point with a decent score for Real Madrid. I watched the match when Rodrygo and Bellingham teamed up to try hard to score and succeeded in the first half although a few times in the second half Bilbao defense was a little stronger so Bellingham struggled a little to score more but anyway a bright start to the season for Madrid and hope will be consistent until the end of this summer. next match Madrid will play against Almeria and this is very easy for Madrid because this is not a very strong team even though the match took place at home to Almeria but Im sure Bellingham and Rodrygo can score a lot in this match. betting on Madrid will be very profitable once. I enjoy watching Jude Bellingham play in Madrid and he does it with ease like he's been playing for the team before and has proved that he's worth the amount spent on him, the understanding between Rodrygo and Jude Bellingham is very good for the club and would help each other in scoring goals for the team. I don't think Almeria would stand a chance against Madrid even though they're playing at home Madrid would win with multiple goal about 2.5 goals or more, if you notice in the pre-season Bellingham scored in most matches and I think he's brought that form to the new season therfore I think he might get a goal or an assist in the match against Almeria. |
