review: So my review from a point of view who is not an active gambler, i think this a good and interesting concept, understanding the game in it self is not hard at all once you figure out how it works, and finding that out was the only annoying part, because you don't immediately find instruction on how the game works you have to go looking around the page to find that button that gives you the how to play the game and the details, so what i would suggest is to put that under the game it self to make it more obvious, and the only other thing is that the bet history is bugged on the profile page it shows up empty. Hopefully my feedback would help Smiley
446  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to improve the usability of bitcoin? on: March 02, 2020, 07:59:59 PM
There is a speculative (investment) presence in the current bitcoin discussion scene. Only known and used by a few people.

If bitcoin really wants to become a universal currency payment system, how can we optimize the design for ease of use and make it easy for most people to get started easily and with low risk?
i think that nowadays bitcoin has become more of an investment rather than a payment method, people treat it as if it was any other asset in the market they invest their money in it in order to get profit and they rarely use it for payments, and that is not the image that the creator has dreamed for it, so in order for it to change we have to stop hording it and and start treating it as an actual currency and start accepting it and spending it in the shops and in our daily lives.

449  Other / Off-topic / Re: Ideas for a bitcoin Job or site! on: December 10, 2019, 03:44:27 PM
If there is one skill that is really needed on the internet, is programming, i have seen thousands of online job listings that are looking for a programmer to do something for them, whether it is a software , a website, and especially apps, and they are all paying some good money for it, if you know how to code you will defiantly be able to get some good money from it, so i suggest that you make a list of all the things that you are able to do and than going on websites and offering your services in exchange for bitcoin for a start and than look to expand and make your own projects.
450  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypt is now legal in Ukraine on: December 10, 2019, 03:12:28 PM
Ukraine was already a crypto friendly country and a lot of people there are already accepting bitcoin and crypto as a payment method in their business, and there were no statements before from the government about it, but with the recent news and a lot of countries like Germany, France moving toward crypto, it seems that a lot of European countries are going toward that and accepting crypto as it has a good potential to become somthing big in the future.
451  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: France to launch their own cryptocurrency on: December 10, 2019, 11:40:52 AM
I feel right now that we are entering a new ear of digitalazation, last year we saw that many countries have  started regulating the use and the exchnage of cryptocurencies and bitcoin, just because they had no control over its network and they saw its potential and what it was capable of doing, and today we see many of them like France, China and Germany preaparing to create their own cryptocurrency which is going to be centrelzed, and i am pretty sure that other governments will do the same as well in the near future, and sooner than we know it the whole finincial system and fiat will be replaced by cryptocurrency that are made by governements.
452  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin back to $10k soon according to Bloomberg? on: December 06, 2019, 03:58:47 PM
I mean there are people who make prediction based on nothing but assessment, and other that make prediction based on events that happened or going to happen, i assume when they say that the price is going to go to 10k they only say soon, and soon could be in a week or a month or even next year which makes their prediction useless and adds nothing, after being here a while i have learned that no one knows what is going to happen so never take them seriously.
453  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: In the next decade, BTC and digital currencies will “fully” replace fiat? on: December 06, 2019, 03:23:13 PM
It is obvious that the whole world is changing and moving toward a major change in the way we do things including transactions and money, the fiat is losing it viability that is why governments are trying to find a solution some are thinking of cryptocurrency and a lot of people think that bitcoin is going to be used in that situation, but it is not, not because its is not good or people won't use it, its because governments won't be able to control it and they won't be able to monitor transactions, that is why they will be trying to create their own crypto and force people to use it.
454  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If Bitcoin is a get rich quick scheme, then fiat is a get poor slow scheme on: December 06, 2019, 12:22:24 PM
The problem with the current system is that you are forced to go with what it tells you to do, government will never accept bitcoin or any other cryptoucrrency because they have no control over it, they are unable to monitor the flow of the transactions like from who are coming from and to who are going to because it is decentrelized, sure the fiat system might at some point fall but it would be replaced by another system maybe a crypto that is made by government that they control, and the people would have to use it even if they don't want to because you need to to be able to survive in a society controlled by the system.
455  Economy / Economics / Re: Future without Middle men big way, but big Question? on: December 05, 2019, 04:46:07 PM
First of all the middle man is never gonna go away, there are many things out there that require you to use a third party, like when you pay your taxes when you pay your flight ticket or when you buy your groceries, things like those are always going to require a middle man whether directly or indirectly, and if employment is the concern here there are other things that are effecting it that we should be worried about, like robots and machines that are replacing us, the same way steam powered machines replaced humans years ago in the industrial revolution and caused millions of people to lose their jobs.
456  Economy / Economics / Re: New law enables german banks to sell and store cryptocurrencies in 2020 on: December 05, 2019, 03:27:37 PM
Many people who are viewing bitcoin as a type of investment they would be happy with this news, but for someone who uses it for the benefit it provides anonymity, fast transactions without the need to relay on any other third party this seems contradiction to what we use it for, banks holding bitcoin meaning that you are giving up all the above benefits that it provides and you are letting the government control it the same way they are controlling fiat.
457  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Germany is going to be the Crypto Heaven but Russia Banned- What are the others? on: December 05, 2019, 02:56:48 PM
A lot of countries have been quick with their decision of banning bitcoin and cryptocurrency back in 2017 when they saw what it was able to do and they had no idea how to handle it because they were not prepared, but now over time and after they know its potential and what it is capable to do, they slowly started to accept it and develop it, from unbaning it to creating their own centralized crypto, but either way, with the big developed countries like Germany and united states making it legal with time all the others will do the same.
458  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's the most complicated thing about Bitcoin? on: December 05, 2019, 12:19:24 PM
For many new people who are starting new on the whole cryptocurrency they get really overwhelmed with the amount of things that they hear from other users who are experienced with it, if you try and search for how to start off, you will find a lot of articles and blogs that are saying that you should make an offline wallet and hardware wallet and all of the complicated stuff, sure they offer you more privacy and other options but you don't need them to start off and you can just make a wallet on blockchain or any other online wallet and get going.
459  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: After years in this space...I am now a BTC/ETH maximalist (Both are important) on: December 04, 2019, 12:47:30 PM
I kinda agree with what the op is saying, for most of us before 2017 altcoins were just another shity copy of bitcoin, but after the hype we really kind grown fond of altcoins and especially ethereum, which for me after making researches about it found that it relay has a potential to grow and develop, sure it has problems but it excels at what is good at and that really shows from how all the other coins tried to imitate it and recreate the system that ethereum brought.
460  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why are the world’s governments not using cryptocurrencies? on: December 04, 2019, 12:34:41 PM
I’ve recently learned the many advantages of cryptocurrencies and how they can revolutionize the way we use money around the world, so why are the world’s governments not adopting them to be used as a form of currency?

There are many advantages of cryptocurrencies that surpass fiat currencies that we used on a day to day basis such as better security due to blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies not really being affected by global financial events as it is a decentralized currency

Why are the governments not adopting cryptocurrencies? Is it a world-wide conspiracy by the elite in order to keep in power? Or is it that the people in charge are rather ignorant of the advantages of cryptocurrencies in order to keep the current system of power?

Cryptocurrency is all about decentralization and being your own bank and making transactions without having to relay on any third party, and for governments that is not something that they can afford, because they would have no control over the flow of the money and where or from who the transactions are going and coming from, so there is no point of creating a crypto that is controlled by the government that is centralized, crypto can only accepted by the people because it is controlled by them and used as a peer to peer payment methods, and not as an official payment method made by the government.
