1241  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: what you should do crisis time in trading ? on: April 11, 2018, 08:39:28 PM
I saw many people are struggle with money management in crisis time and loose their attentions. as result many people get frustrated. they will try to get out from this situation very badly ..what do you think how you can manage your money in this situation or what would be your step?
Trading is a very difficult thing to do, because you must have the guts to jump into the unknown and take the risk and have the patience to and to be able to work and keep calm under all the situation no matter how good or how bad they are, and if you don't have none if those and you are scared from a little loss than making the wrong decision will rewin your whole investment, if you made a decision you have to stick with it all the way.
1242  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: List of popular Betting Strategies on: April 10, 2018, 07:58:19 PM
List of the most popular Betting Strategies can be found here: http://sportstatist.com/betting-strategies/
I feel like all these strategies have been tested and have been used for a long time to the point where gambling sites have made systems to counter them, i have been trying strategies in many different betting sites and every time it seems like it is going so well, i start losing not once or twice but 10 times in a row even if the wining chances are like 80% or 90%, i don't know if there is some certain sites where these strategies are fail proof, but if so then i would like to know where i can use them because some people in here seem to have some success with it.
1243  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trader Future life? on: April 10, 2018, 07:18:44 PM
How is trader life in the future?A trader is the country's wealth?
Trading is an unpredictable work, it involves a lot of risks and a lot of jumping into the unknown, and how can you build a country's wealth on that basis, trading should not be something that people make a living out of, as we see these days cryptocurrency traders are always affected by a slight change of price, one day they could be millionaires and driving expensive cars living in big mansion, and the next day they could wind up on the street due to a price fall, never the less trading could get you some good profit to start you up if you don't have that much money, which you could use to start a business or invest in some real estate, the trader's life is very stressful and difficult and requires a lot of patience and dedication to reach the goals that you want, and if you don't have any of those than you want go far in this businesses.
1244  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do ICO's make Airdrops? on: April 10, 2018, 01:44:18 PM
I signed up for an ICO the other day and saw that they were giving away quite a lot of tokens for just signing up with Twitter and Telegram. How do they benefit from this? Do they just want more followers or do they want to get rid of tokens? Or is it maybe just a scam?
It is just a way for them to promote their ICOs, because think about it they tell you to sign up with twitter, the more twitter followers they have the more likely they will become trending which means more and more people will see them, or you sign up and you tell your friend to sign up and he tells hes friend winch keeps the circle going, so instead of paying thousands of dollars to put ads on social networks they let the people promote their ICOs by signing up and pay them with it.
1245  Economy / Speculation / Re: Expected predictions on: April 10, 2018, 08:21:58 AM
I will wait for that time to arrive, because I believe the bitcoin price by the end of 2018 will soar.
I will keep the spirit to collect coins for my future.
although this month, bitcoin prices are worse than December of 2017, but I still believe it.
Can not be denied, the growth of Bitcoin value in 2017 is arguably fantastic. However, this criticism of cryptocurrency is analogous to a 'bubble' (because it continues to fly high but can 'erupt' anytime)

The year 2017 seems to be the period of proof for Bitcoin as the most calculated cryptocurrency. One climax occurs when the digital currency recorded a record high with the value (USD 19,796) on December 17 last.
Experts also predict that with these achievements, Bitcoin has the potential to record a much higher value next year.
"Bitcoin can reach (USD 60,000) by December 2018," said Mike Dumont, Senior Editor of Bitcoin.com

All these prediction, are all based on educated guesses, taking in consideration the price and the situation that bitcoin was in at the time of the statement, the same people who said that bitcoin will reach 60k by the end of this year, are the same people who said that the price is going to fall down to 4 or 5k a couple of weeks ago, the bitcoin and its price are unpredictable and that where its risque comes from, so predicting its price is useless, the only thing that we can predict about it is its situation and how people are going to use it in the future.
1246  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: IS IT THE BEST TIME FOR GAMBLING? on: April 09, 2018, 01:39:11 PM
Ive read some news and threads saying that stocks and cryptos is dropping low and indeed its true. Bitcoins price drops to $7K and is quite disturbing.

Do you think its the best time for gambling? Given these following reasons.

- A certain loss on holding a coin can be obtained if you win on a bet in gambling and can recover what has been lost to you because of the drop.

-  Holding is not that practical because it can be much lowered in the future and better risk it on gambling than seeing it continue dying.

- Trading or Holding consumes more time and risk and it prolongs the pressure of loss in you mind and stress you through out the day and the only way to release it is to risk it in gambling.

As you can see, these things are only successful if you win and much stressful if you dont. What do you choose? What do you recommend? Need some answers.
It is true that holding your bitcoin right and seeing the prices go down everyday can be very stressful, but using it for gambling won't make things better and it is defiantly not going to get you more, unless you get really lucky, holding is the best option that we have because we all know that at some point the price of bitcoin is going to rise up again, but if you don't have the patience you can always invest in icos or other altcoins.
1247  Economy / Speculation / Re: When to buy more? wait till 6000 or 5500? on: April 08, 2018, 01:28:25 PM
Technical data hints that it can go down to 6000 or 5500 level.
What do you think?
No one has any idea on where or at what point would the price stop going down or reach, all the data that you see are just predictions based on educated guess nothing more, choosing when to buy is up to you if you think that the price of 6000 suits you than go ahead you can buy, but waiting for the price to reach 5500 is something that is not a certain thing, if the price goes up than you would regret not investing earlier, it is all up to you.
1248  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin for fast Profit on: April 08, 2018, 11:17:55 AM
Should I invest my 3ETH on which of the below for a quick buy and dump to maximise my profit?

ETH
NEO
ADA
I personally would just chose ETH, i don't really want to risk investing in other altcoins, because they haven't been able to do that much lately, the profit that you get from them is low compared to the time put in holding them, it might seem like ethereum is down at the moment but it has been there, it reached a high value and that makes it a good coin to invest in, and with all the ethereum based ICO that are constantly launching there is a high potential for it to rise again, so this might be the best time to invest as much as you can in it.
1249  Economy / Economics / Re: Can bitcoin help poor children in underdeveloped countries? on: April 08, 2018, 08:48:38 AM
Illiteracy is the cause of poverty. We know a cup of coffee (Starbucks) = 20 notebooks, or a school bag, or two pairs of slippers for poor children in Vietnam.
Poor people or poor children don't care if you give them like 2 btc , they will not know what to do with it, they only care if you give them food shelter or cloths, bitcoin can't help these children directly, however it can help provide them with the things they need indirectly, you can turn the bitcoin into cash and use the cash to buy them stuff and that way you can help them, but recently there have been many charities that are starting to accept bitcoin as donation which mean bitcoin can help.
1250  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling and investment - different discussion on: April 07, 2018, 07:25:45 PM
I can't understand one thing here.
Gambling websites usually promote their sites as best web to visit for gambling and winning. They tell you: Come here and win big but also at the same time they offer investment option and here they say again - invest and profit much. Website profits when users lose money so..
This also at the same time means: Players lose much here, so invest in our bankroll to get huge profit with us.
Can't understand of those casinos..
Well that is what you expect them to tell you, what do you think they are going to tell you play on our site and you might get a chance to win, the whole gambling thing is based on luck, some people get lucky and win big and some others lose, people who are interested in testing their luck they are able to do that and the ones who want a guaranteed money they can invest in this casino. its all about choices you make as a user, and anyone who is trying to gamble knows that he is going to lose at some point.

1252  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Fear for empty balance in future.. on: April 02, 2018, 09:45:37 PM
I am very afraid for my crypto balance. At present I have some coin.I brought this coin previous december month. But at this time my balance to become very small. So I feel fear for see empty balance in future.Any one can advice me now what i am doing. Will I sell or hold my coins?
Well at this point and if your balance is starting to get really low than all you can do is wait, if you sell you are not going to gain anything the worst that could happens is it go down a bit more, i know that these few months have been rough on the cryptocurrency community especially the ones who are holding the small coins, but soon things will start getting better.
1253  Economy / Economics / Re: [ASK] How are you going to handle too much debt? on: April 02, 2018, 09:29:35 PM
what would you do if you had so much debt and that your income was not enough to repay your debt installment?
how will you deal with it?
how to solve it?
Well in that case i would look for another job, when i was in collage i worked part time job which allowed me to pay my university expenses but after that i end up broke with no money to pay for food, so i borrowing from my friends until i deiced to get another job, so i worked as a security guard at a parking at night, i stayed that way until i payed my friends back and finished my collage luckily after that i found out about bitcoin and i was able to start living like a normal person.
1254  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: give your best advice on: April 02, 2018, 09:07:37 PM
I would like to ask for your advice, I have $3000 USD. and I am confused, what should I do with my money?I have an idea, I will participate with ico, and I will invest each $200 USD in each of the ICO.What do you think? is it a wise choice? or better I invested all my money for one ICO? I would like to know your opinion on this subject
I mean why invest it all in ICOs, why not diversify, if you limit yourself to just ICO investing you may not be able to get that much profit and you might be wasting your money, tokens could take months to get listed on exchange and they might even turn out not as you expect them, i am not saying that you shouldn't invest in them, some of them really have some great projects and creative idea, but don't invest all your money into them, my suggestion is to split your cap, invest half of it on bitcoin, because that's obviously the right choice for anyone who is trying to make profit and especially right now since its price is down, and use the other half on etehreum and ICOs.
1255  Economy / Speculation / Re: Falling is not a bad thing. on: April 02, 2018, 08:45:56 PM
A hard hit may not be a bad thing, stopping the irrational game in time to really save bitcoin. It would be a real disaster if bitcoin were allowed to become a highly speculative target.

I think the price reduction is a good thing. What do you think?
Yeah, at some extent i think it actually works in the favor of bitcoin if the price goes down, because remember what chapped last year when bitcoin got all popular and everyone and their dog started talking about it and many have started investing in it, lead to the huge traffic on the network which was not ready, transactions were stuck, miner fees reached high values, i mean it was a mess and it stayed that way for almost a month until it started going down, if the price goes up again we might see such a similar effect, so until thing get fixed or everyone starts adopting LN the bitcoin should stay stable
1256  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Overall view of why April is crucial for crypto on: April 02, 2018, 08:08:12 PM
Not just based on some analysis, but based on the field and the news, it almost you can feel it in the air, the intense pressure and the anticipation, people and i am sure that investors have been holding their patience as they see the price of bitcoin gradually going down and see they money and investments going down with it, and if things continue to go bad it might get even worse and we start to see bitcoin really taking a hit, but we always have hope and we should all stay positive and be wise about our decision so we don't make thing worse than they are.
1257  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin vs Bitcoin Cash on: April 02, 2018, 07:23:13 PM
So after the fork happened and Bitcoin Cash was created, as of today on CoinMarketCap it shows:

Bitcoin
capital $118,038,167,261
price $6,962.42
circulating 16,953,612
volume last 24 hrs $4,671,340,000

Bitcoin Cash
capital $11,306,077,844
price $663.06
circulating 17,051,288
volume last 24 hrs $286,801,000

On every count Bitcoin beats Bitcoin Cash so the question arises, what was the point of creating Bitcoin Cash? Apart from making very rich bitcoin holding people even more wealthier by creating Bitcoin Cash and adding to their portfolio it seems that there was no need for it. I hear about transactions fees and groups of devs so on being better at Bitcoin Cash but in all honestly what was the point?

Did all those advocating the demise of Bitcoin actually exchange all their BTC for BCH? I doubt it.

To me it seems Bitcoin was always going to come out on top of that battle so why did those whales pushing for the fork really do it and create Bitcoin Cash?
The whole poorhouse of Bitcoin cash was to continue the road map set when bitcoin was first created, and that is by making "on-chain scaling" to allow the global adaptation of bitcoin, all these false promises made got people so hyped up so they started holding and buying bitcoin as much they can, thinking after the launch the price will go skyrocketing, but it was just another disappointment that they used to gain more money, in fact it made it worse, after the fork the transactions started becoming slower and miner fees got to crazy numbers, making using bitcoin for any thing nearly impossible.
1258  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Good news and bad news on: April 02, 2018, 06:43:37 PM
The crypto currency recorded a decline during the first quarter of 2018. This condition contrasts with the year 2017 when the digital currency recorded a fantastic rally.

The movement of the crypto currency is very volatile, driven by the flow of news and rapid changes related to investor sentiment. In 2017, the Bitcoin trend for example, has pushed the price up 1.375%. This year on the contrary, the price is swooping.

The positive news for crypto currency, especially bitcoin comes from a company called Lightning Labs, which released Lightning Network, a program that allows users to establish dedicated payment channels that operate in parallel with the main bitcoin network. This product is seen as one possible way to help increase the capacity of bitcoin transactions, which remains a major constraint to its growth.

In addition, in March, Jack Dorsey, CEO of Inc. and Square Inc. Inc., told the Times of London he expects bitcoin to be the global single currency in 10 years.

Despite the sharp decline this year, investors who have had bitcoin since early 2016 have enjoyed a nearly 650% increase.

I think that the most anticipated thing about bitcoin is the LN, ever since last year where the bitcoin transactions took a long time to get confirmed, and miner fees were at high numbers which made micro transaction with bitcoin impossible, everyone has given up on the idea that bitcoin could be used as a global payment method until this LN idea came which supposably will help the bitcoin with these issues, and when it launched i am pretty sure that the price will go up again.
1259  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does ethics count in winning/gambling. on: April 02, 2018, 06:24:47 PM
I'm sure all of you would be aware of Captain Smith and his shameful teammates, who have brought shame to their country and all the respect for Aussies cricket seems to go down the drain.

This has brought me to a important question for all, is winning so important that you let your ethics down and chaeat?

This was cricket have you ever tried to cheat in gambling if yes why and were you able to stop doing it or no.

I have never cheated, won't deny I had the urge to do it but I resisted it nevertheless.

There is no code for us gamblers like the weak ICC has but I feel even we as gamblers are ethical and won't do such shady stuff to win.
Well i never actually tried to cheat in gambling because i never thought it is possible to cheat, i mean i know for a fact that in real life casinos you can somehow cheat, like counting in card games, but in online gambling is that even possible, anyway, cheating is always bad whether you are a gambler or not ,some people are ok with it, others are not, but wining with cheating does not have the same feeling when you win with your hard work.
1260  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Betting in bitcoin is legal or illegal? on: April 02, 2018, 05:22:17 PM
As long as gambling is still easily accessible, I think they will do it or become illegal or legal, not the rule of law in every country, sometimes they like to ignore it for online gambling and profit. transactions using bitcoin will disguise them, as there is no personal data that does billing online bitcoin gambling and becomes a boon for them.
In some countries i think that online gambling is illegal, which explains why most of the domain names for gambling sites is Indian ocean (.io), and the reason why people are using bitcoin for this sort of thing is because not only as you said accessible, but also due to the fact the online gambling with real money has many requirements such as ID verification, certain amount that you can start betting with and other limitations.
