Yes he’s eyeing huge success at Leverkusen this season and it’s very possible. Yes, he has to face higher challenges but that’s not necessarily important if he wins the UEL this season and maybe the league; he can just go home and have a good rest and come back refreshed when he finds the perfect club.
Yes, many European clubs wants him but the rumors were Madrid, unfortunately Don Carlo has been handed a 2 year contract and that already rules out the rumor of Xabi coming in. I feel he should rest a season and come back better and refreshed, maybe by then he'll be fully prepares and sure that he's ready to take the role of a manager in a top flight club, maybe his other previous club Liverpool or still Madrid in future.

The match will be played in their home so I would give them the edge. Mourinho is experienced against big teams so anything could happen. Excited to see these matches every day. The only other possibility would be a draw, Roma will not even play to win, they will park the bus and just try to not lose, and Juventus only has to do is find one goal, if they can find one goal, then Roma will try to attack more and that means Juventus will be doing even better.
I hope that Roma doesn't play that defensive, it is a boring game when they do that, Juventus not being able to score would mean that we would see a 0-0 boring game without much thing. Ligue 1 is like a picnic for Paris Saint Germain. If they hadn't lost the league to Lile a few seasons back, they probably would have won 10 seasons in a row. Marseille, Monaco, and Lile are some of the challenges for them in Ligue 1. But they cannot do much these days as PSG's financials are too good for them. I would say the reason for PSG's dominance is their financial advantage. Every year they get some world-class players, some of them end up being a flop and some of them shine. Mbappe for example is a shining star for them. On the other hand, Neymar couldn't achieve much with them. Julian Draxler was also a young star who flopped in PSG. Due to their financial advantage, they could afford players like Neymar, Messi, and Mbappe altogether. This is nothing easy even for other big clubs. I think Chelsea actually took things easy towards the end because they ended up conceding two goals in a quick time. Chelsea was looking to keep a clean sheet before that. Westham deserved it to win the game and yeah arsenal was not lucky enough. I was saying it was not lucky enough caused by arsenal was not playing so badly in that game. It's caused by in fact that if arsenal has made so many chances but the club was not lucky enough like when saka was shooting the ball but it was hitting the bar. Arsenal have their philosophy which prioritizes ball possession but they usually don't try to find opportunities from far distance. It has actually been changed with Arteta management and they tried to make more distant shots. With Odegaard, they have a very good midfielder who can score goals beyond the box. However it is not Arsenal day and West Ham United actually found their perfect day by taking almost all chances they got to find goals and beat a big opponent in the league. Lyon were able to win three straight games after losing three straight games. The started the season very poorly but they ended the year with good results and if they can build on that they may make it to the Europa play offs. They can even qualify for the Europa league but they're going to work so much to get to that spot because teams like Lens, Strasbourg and Lille want those spots too.
In my honest opinion, I don't think Lyon will get to the top 3 to qualify for the champions league, even the Europa spot would require a miracle. They're currently just 2 points above the relegation zone so they're still a long way from safety, not to talk of European qualifications.

Lyon has earned more points in their last 3 matches than the rest of the season. They won 3 matches in a row putting them out of the relegation zone. But this should not be their position and situation considering their history as a club. They are one of the best clubs in France and have a good history. Everyone is saying that due to the lack of Haaland in the squad, Man city are struggling. Although that is partially true, I think the main reason is not having Rodri in the team. Pep will leave Manchester City one day later and he will find the excited challenge likely become Serie A head coach club or move to Ligue 1 because both top European competition still not try yet. Pep Guardiola will stay until his contract ends and after that he will take another step to lead the team in any league he wants. Pep Guardiola was successful at Barcelona, although he did not succeed in bringing Bayer Munich to the Champions League title and while coaching Man City he again managed to win three titles in one season. I hope he can face new challenges in the French League and Italian League so that he has a good record when he chooses to retire as a coach. The challenge of bringing Italian and French league clubs to win the Champions League will not be as easy as in the leagues he has coached, but he needs to try if he wants to show his abilities. It was interesting when Pep Guardiola was willing to accept offers from these two leagues because he would prove his ability to coach. Yes, I agree with you because I don't think he is going anywhere. He is going to stay with Manchester City. And maybe people might say that he has already achieved quite enough with Manchester City. But I think he is actually going to stay and try to prove himself more. Because people did want to see him actually defend the English Premier League title and the Champions League title successfully this season. Pakistan team is getting weaker day by day. And consecutive matches are losers. If they do not improve their performance, there will come a time when their name will not be included in the cricket match. Afghanistan improves performance. Work hard and struggle. And win matches and beat big teams.Their batsmen and bowlers play with passion and struggle and win matches. Rashid Khan has really forced the Afghanistan team to win more matches and has made their batsmen and bowlers faster and smarter. There is some improvement that I have noticed. First of all, Pakistan was missing some of their main bowlers, such as Naseem Shah. And moreover, their strike bowler (Shaheen Shah Afridi) was out of form even before the Australian tour started. However, during the first match two of their debutant pacers bowled exceptionally well. Both Aamer Jamal and Khurram Shahzad were quite impressive. However, their weakness still remains in batting. Experienced batsmen like Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan are out of form and not contributing. I believe Pakistan has improved from their performance of the first test match. Although the fielding remained the same, bowling and batting have improved in my opinion. But the major problem for the Pakistan squad is that their star players are out of form. Look at Babar, Shaheen Afridi. None of them are at their best. Babar can barely score runs these days. On the other Shaheen can't seem to be doing much with the new balls. But he did create some chances only so that their fielders can drop the catches. It is very unfortunate. But they got some injured players as well. Hopefully, they will be back soon and stronger than ever. |

It seems we are going to see Saudi teams start raiding the top European teams and buying more players from these teams with the huge money they usually offer. During last summer many players joined these teams but there is a limit for the Saudis and they can only use eight foreign players in their teams. Now according to the news from the Telegraph, they want to increase the number of foreign players to ten.  It is not surprising that in the end the Saudi league started to be more ruthless in invading the top European leagues and they did not hesitate to spend funds to get the players they wanted. The Saudi League has everything that European players want, especially large salaries and also the guarantee of abundant wealth if they want to sign a contract with a Saudi League team. It's just that this is not comparable to a more brilliant career in Europe by winning other prestigious titles and I think it comes back to each individual's view. They could come here for one or two seasons just to make a lot of money and if they still get the full attention of the teams in Europe then they will still be able to keep coming back later. The addition of slots for foreign players also proves that the Saudi league still has full control to control the market for all players throughout the world. The money is the biggest factor for these transfers from Europe to Saudi Arabia. Saudi teams are targeting the big players who are above 30 right now or have been in bad form for a reason. They grab them in their team after offering a huge amount of money and probably 4, 5 times more money than they were being paid. I mean this is a huge amount of money and anyone would be considering it before deciding anything. Well, it will only be a disaster to players who are already made and have built the reputations for themselves and not looking for avenues to prove themselves to the global football stage, but for players who are still very young in their career to build a name for themselves, they will definitely put in all the work to make sure they prove themselves worthy of any chance given to them. Manchester United is a perfect ground for any club that is looking to build a name since the club has been underperforming, it becomes easy for any payer that can create a record in matches, so for that I don't see the player moving to Manchester United as a disaster for the player since they have the best chances to create a record for themselves. I think it is actually going to be a big problem for any young player who is trying to prove himself to go to the Manchester United Club right now as well. Because if they goes to man utd with a very big expectations and they are unable to perform under needed circumstances, it is going to be very bad for his career going forward, and he might actually not recover from that quickly, right?. So to any promising player who is young, it is obviously recommended to not go to man utd especially right now. If they appoint a new coach, and he is able to bring results, that might be a different story. |
