if its tags - that doesnt bother me but when people start using bots just to catch raffles instead of actually being active on the forums and engaging the forums - meh.
No I believe you are correct, you can be alerted for stuff with a string in it, but I don't bother since I don't care that much about free raffles, I'll see them when I log in ofc... From the bot's menu options: (Note, I have not tried a "Phrase", just keywords like Lealana and Casascius for example. Or AUCTION etc ... But even no on that one for me, I don't need a phone buzz for that either... For me it's best for manually adding/removing any auctions I'm following so I can see bids when i'm afk etc ... I think instead of worrying about recovering funds or making Yogg's life miserable (which is understandably justified) we should be trying to figure out how to keep this from happening again.

The next sales we are accepting consignments to are our August and November crypto sales. The consignment deadlines for each of these sales are below:

We accept the vast majority of crypto coins, as long as they can be graded by PCGS, ICG, or ANACS. Due to concerns about redeemability and security, we are not accepting loaded Titan Mint or Microsoul coins. If concerns emerge about other series, we will also decline to accept them.

I choose C. After reading everyone's thoughts I think Hiring a lawyer in France could serve 2 purposes. The first is civil litigation to hopefully get a judgement against him. He can take the next 10 years to pay it back. I don't care how long it takes as long as we get the judgement. Second, it may help with criminal prosecution to have someone on the ground in France.
This option is important to hopefully deter people from doing this in the future. If people know were fighters and not going to lay down and take it. They may think twice before scamming the collectables page.
Just find or pay someone who can speak fluent french to call the local police in Rouen FR. I have his address, his last phone number and I know he's broke as hell... So yeah suing him is pointless. Jail sounds better. he's a real pussy anyhow, he couldn't even stand 1 hour where I live in the USA FFS, he has it so nice in Rouen... Edit - I have tried to do this, but nobody wants to be involved whom I know that speaks Francais.... |

Il m'a dit il y a quelques mois, bien avant de voler quoi que ce soit, qu'il avait fait faire des tests. Il a dit qu'on lui avait diagnostiqué un QI très élevé et un autisme léger. Ce QI élevé s'est malheureusement fait au prix de sa capacité à gérer correctement BEAUCOUP de choses dans sa vie avec le recul comme le dit Xprim777... Il ne pouvait pas gérer ses propres finances mais je ne l'ai su que plus tard. .. Il était aussi sur "Effexor" quand je l'ai aidé à relancer le projet il y a environ un an. Je l'ai encouragé à arrêter de le prendre car il ne devrait pas être utilisé avec de l'alcool aux États-Unis, et il n'était plus vraiment déprimé IMO... Après cela, il a baissé lentement, il semblait aller bien, mais il a abandonné et s'en est remis... A partir de là, les choses ont mal tourné mais personne ne s'en est rendu compte. Je ne peux qu'estimer ce qu'il doit à environ 5 utilisateurs - c'est ~ 50K... Sans compter tout l'argent de la tombola et les cartes balayées. Merci |

Anyway, a poll with ranked choice voting & if 2 or 3 have significant votes, we divide the funds up. Maybe a portion can be distributed to people who lost premium or never received their items, to refund folks who didn’t want cygan’s, refund Cygan & personal loan folks etc. The people will show the way… we gotta rip this bandaid off & move on ✌🏼

Premiums are what buyers attach to the product, yes I too paid many times over face for certain cards but how in the living f is anyone gonna prove that or even track it? It seriously boggles my mind, so drop that idea. The best these funds will cover is Cygan's losses out of pocket which should be #1 to me, and the others who never sought refunds from Cygan like myself... Sure many people bought cards on the forum so history can be looked up, but many many others did off-forum deals (PM etc etc) as well. The fact that everyone freaked out and peeled every card they had as a result of only 2 specific sets known to have been swept PROVES this was NOT an orchestrated fraud from the beginning. NO other cards have been swept... So ... That leads to the question, why should anyone be reimbursed for funds that were never likely to be swept? (For the record, Yogg was a genius in terms of IQ, but came at the expense of social skills and other aspects of his life.. So... IMO, I KNOW if he had done this on purpose from day one, all funds would have gone woosh at once for ALL cards ... @Hookzup, all your other cards still funded? And yes, if someone is going to falsely accuse me of being part of some kind of orchestrated fraud, I WILL INDEED leave them negative trust, or at least Neutral... The trust system is not moderated, so anyone who doesn't like it can fuck off too afaic.... The equipment right now is worth about 4K if that, add on a couple hundred dollars in shit like printer ribbons cardstock and other crap like holograms yog purchased right before he went scammed so those are now worthless too. I've been here almost 10 years and you can go back through my history and see how much shit and money I've lost. I lost a 1.6 BTC Gold cas coin in the mail back in 2018. Do I feel scammed of course because the escrow did a shitty packaging job and apparently the coin landed in a bin somewhere in Memphis Tennessee at FuckEx... So yeah I digress , bout point is I know about loss man, it can burn for a long time and literally just fuck with your head... . My advice is to unwatch this thread and just move on if it's fucking with you like this. Well, the political climate for all of this is pretty shit at the moment IMO... Gensler sucks, the SEC sucks, the FED Sucks and ofc banks are just trying to keep up etc... I imagine for Ballet, even obtaining an MSL in every state (if that was the case)? must have cost a shit-load, but if the major banks won't work with a major company because they have or are "branded" as "crypto", I suppose it does no real good. If you have held the coin for over a year, there should be less tax to pay due to long term capital gains versus short term.....
Maybe find out if your buyer can do a wire/ACH bank transfer rather than cash?
