I was really unlucky in the lottery, not even hitting 4 numbers out of 6. The gambling establishment or site is for me not liable for any violations regarding the guy who's family is desperate in over protecting him. I believe this is tricky since a parents will not accuse you of being a chronic gambler if they didn’t saw their child gambling regularly. A simple proof that you are involved in gambling can be used against the court to backup their claim of disinheriting you. Probing that you are not chronic gambler while you are involved on gambling is very to do especially if you are just fighting for money that is not originally yours. The parents have the right to decide who will receive the money. But I doubt this regular scenario in real life since you will obviously temporarily stop gambling if your parents gives you an ultimatum about inheritance. I can wait long time if we are talking about big inheritance money here. |

There’s no way to prevent this since all of us here is anonymous which means we are relying on trust to each other same with the project that launching here in the forum. I believe we can only minimize the damage instead of totally stopping it by reminding everyone to deposit only what they can afford to lose. A project will never be tagged as a scammer if they still didn’t commit the crime. This is same scenario on other businesses outside the forum like exchanges that usually file bankruptcy when they are losing profit. |

I am thinking that leaving behind and not teaching people can make them a prey to scammers, if I have just thought him the right things about Bitcoin he might have not get scammed.
No matter how much you tell others to do their research about Bitcoin some are not very good at it, call it illiteracy or other but it is what it is, should we start turning those who are not so good with finding answers away? Is that a right thing to do? I don't even know why I am feeling bad for this person, I could have saved him though.
It’s not really bas teaching someone that approaches you voluntarily about Bitcoin because you can basic knowledge on how to use and acquire it safely. But also we should remember that we are not responsible to every person so we should stop feeling guilty for not teaching them especially if you knew to yourself that person is a natural high risk. I believe is not having a hard time to balance this roster since he has a full potential roster. The problem is within this superstar players themselves since you can’t win on NBA if all of you is taking charge to offense while defense is literally zero. Clippers line-up is pure offense while most of the NBA team nowadays is very good on 3s due to the Golden State era of 3 points shooting. A team like Clippers that doesn’t have good defense will surely experience a hard time if they fought a team with balance defense and offense since their star players will sooner exhaust and lost accuracy. Clippers should make harden as six man and stay with their regular line-up with PG and Kawhi as starter to guarantee a good play even on late game. Surely they need to distribute playing time evenly if they want this roster to succeed. |
