501  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Scam coins(AVOID) on: August 20, 2021, 03:11:04 PM
Those scam coins are actually elaborate and it's my first to hear of this coin and this modus operandi that they employ where they bait you into buying/upgrading your coin. Good job OP giving warnings to newbies like me in regards to this kind of schemes.
502  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading Strategies changes with time on: August 20, 2021, 02:33:04 PM
~

Some of the old strategy might work but not all, The old strategy was intended for currency or stocks that has a low volatility unlike Bitcoin which is prone to manipulation and easy to price swing.
I am still talking about crypto market in that last post, the old strategies for the crypto market is still working today and I don't seem to see any problem with mine doing the same old.I always have volatility in mind but I embraced it and know how to work it in my favor.
503  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading Strategies changes with time on: August 20, 2021, 01:55:15 PM
That depends, most strategies in trading will work no matter how old it is, I think the market is the only one that changes, we just don't perceive it that way so we think that as the market changes, we thought that the strategies change too.
504  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why I'd prefer to be forex trader of my own on: August 20, 2021, 12:50:01 PM
That depends on people, if you don't want to waste time but still make money albeit in small amount, you can chose the option of people trading for you and managing your funds, it's actually a better one to be honest, Index funds and other stocks are like that and people choose that over them being active in trading their own funds. Now that is if you aren't good at trading but if you're confident then you can probably go for it. It's a matter of choice and what you value, your money/profit or your time.
505  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How many consecutive looses can you handle in trading? on: August 19, 2021, 05:02:32 PM
There's no exact number for but if I lose about 50% of daily trading fund that I impose when I trade, I would probably stop trading that day and collect my thoughts and ready myself for the next day. I think that will be the only way to survive in trading, you blew off big time, you stop early to prevent losing too much.
506  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why some small coins rise in price for 10%-20% in a day WITHOUT any news? on: August 19, 2021, 04:24:32 PM
Probably not a lot of people are watching them or that the increase is just too small that it's going to be difficult to make an article that can hype it up. Plus, there's so many coins out there and most articles don't really cover them all.
507  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: 5 Tips for Trading from Beginner, For Beginners. on: August 19, 2021, 03:49:28 PM
Nice tips, these are some good tips. I would also like to add some tips, there's no such things as 10% stop loss or any fixed target amount all stop loss and TP's will be based on your technical analysis and also remember to use risk and reward ratio It's important too.
Those tips aren't from any beginners because as far as I know, beginners aren't supposed to know any of that or at least doesn't have a good grasp of those tips. Yeah, R&R ratio is forgotten by many, if your ratio is just too bad, you might not want to waste your time on that or evaluate your position because some people just get in not knowing their paying more and getting rewarded less and not in terms of money but of their time.
508  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Mobile phone vs. laptop vs. tab...what's your preferred device for day trading? on: August 19, 2021, 03:14:33 PM
~

You can classify PC as laptop since the function and feature is same except for its portability. Trading is better on PC/Laptop because you can clearly see the pattern on charts with a bigger screen unlike phone or tablet. You can setup multiple indicators and change it easily via PC but it doesn't mean that mobile and tablet is not good on day trading. It depends on the situation because you do a good TA too on mobile or tab because you can both use the chart and function on both devices. You just need patience to do it properly.
Nope it's different, why is it called laptop then if it's not portable plus laptops are prone to heating really fast you use it for about an hour or so but PC don't have that problem since there's water cooling, and there's also the ability to upgrade to multiple screens. So no, it's not classified as a laptop.
509  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Small capital and Big capital on: August 19, 2021, 02:23:41 PM
I prefer small capital to start trading for newbies because they have to know about the trading strategies and they also can learn a lot even from their small capital of investment. But they should learn some basic strategies of trading and also they can watch some tutorials on youtube as well.
That's the ideal for a newbie traders given that they already have an adequate experience and knowledge in trading, that's the way it should start and if they can grow that and they become really good with trading, they can start risking a bit more bigger funds to try and make more profit.
510  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you have a strategy to help you determine that the dip is at its lower end? on: August 19, 2021, 01:42:34 PM
There's no definite way to tell that a dip ends or not, but there are a lot of resources that's going to help you which are already mentioned by other users. Technical analysis I think is a good way to tell but not accurately predict if it's the bottom or not, try to also read a lot of articles regarding bitcoin and cryptocurrencies because those news can affect the prices.
511  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Mobile phone vs. laptop vs. tab...what's your preferred device for day trading? on: August 19, 2021, 01:09:40 PM
You forgot to add PC, it's much better than all of them because it has wider screens so you can do more activities and it doesn't heat up like crazy like a laptop and it can even be reduced when you put coolant and stuff. Another reason why PC is better is even the lowest in the market currently can be used compared to a laptop.
512  Economy / Services / Re: Cabalism13's Axie Management on: August 19, 2021, 12:29:46 PM
Yoooo! We both have the same job in a way. I have a friend for manager and I help him find scholars to use his accounts, I get a percentage on the scholarship and the manager side by managing some of them, it's a pretty decent side hustle besides doing this and playing Axie myself. If I ever plan to have a scholarship program, hopefully this service will still be online.
513  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: {Boxing} Manny Pacquiao vs Yordenis Ugas on: August 19, 2021, 10:45:27 AM
~

Let's accept that the Spence vs Pacquiao will not happen anymore, we have Ugas who is also a champion and if Pacquiao wins, he will get back his belt again that was taken from him due to inactivity for 2 years. Also, let's hope that it's not gonna be the last fight of Pacquiao so we will see a Spence vs Pacquiao fight or a Pacquiao vs Crawford which is gonna be the best fight in his division.
Well, dude I didn't have any problems in my post that the fight was cancelled, I was just saying that Spence could've made it a good way to up his career to fight Pacquiao but in the unfortunate events, he can't do it.
514  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are NFT games also another way to gamble your money? on: August 19, 2021, 10:13:00 AM
~
Axie game is a game that is quite popular for crypto lovers this year, and even many of its users dare to spend a lot of money to play on the game and in my opinion the game really provides a pretty fun playing experience, moreover we have many options to be able to get tokens , in a way that players can breed it, raise, and fight Axies in the universe.
You're lying, there's only three ways to get tokens in Axie, Arena, Adventure and Daily Quest, it would be four if you include the rewards for going to the top. It's not that many but all that you've said is right but given that it's still in alpha stages, there's still a lot of things in store for Axie Infinity.
515  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The connection between gambling and addiction behaviours? on: August 18, 2021, 05:57:58 PM
I think gambling is accompanied by alcohol if you think if you lose a lot of money you will be sad and hurt and will look for a way to numb that pain. Alcohol is what gamblers and addicts think is the best decision for them to help them cope from their losses. Then it is a vicious cycle where they try to get the money they lost back and when that does not work out they go back to drinking.
I don't know if that's coincidental though, probably it's the available thing for them to drown themselves and numb the pain, remember that there's illegal substances too so it's not just alcohol. Addiction is a spiral behavior that can lead you to more and more misery if you let it be that way.
516  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: CRYPTO CASINOS WITH STAKING FEATURE (THEIR OWN TOKEN) on: August 18, 2021, 05:12:56 PM
Betfury is deserving on the number on spot on this list I think it is the only one which I have and will continue to use. I do think it is better for the gambler to use Bitcoin or other altcoins to gamble with instead of the casinos own token because you can profit more on using Bitcoin. If you win 1 Bitcoin that could go up in the future and earn you a lot more money but that is not possible if you are storing your winnings in tokens.
Depends on who you ask, I too think that they deserve that spot but we have to look at it at macro level, there are other people that will probably like more those other tokens and we don't know about it.
517  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Betting on the Paralympic Games? Ethical or not? on: August 18, 2021, 04:27:40 PM
Its okay since we are betting on sports for very long time then don't differentiate the people who are physically challenged wince they also perform every sports even better than an average human.
Exactly, treating them like other people and being overreacting towards their ethics when there's no clear violation is actually much more offensive in my opinion because you basically point out their differences.
518  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: {Boxing} Manny Pacquiao vs Yordenis Ugas on: August 18, 2021, 03:52:18 PM
^^ Hard to tell at this point it someone is telling Spence to back out of the fight not from the sports media industry but from powerful boxing promoters like Ay Haymon of PBC.

In any case though, all we can do is speculate if Spence really has that eye injury (Eye-Gate) or the training camp is shit or something.
I think there's some confirmation already that it's really an eye injury, I don't get why would they lie about that, this match is a good launching pad for Spence if he defeats Pacquiao it's the grand prize but if he's defeated, a lot of people will still see him as someone who fought against a legend.
519  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are NFT games also another way to gamble your money? on: August 18, 2021, 03:18:58 PM
I don't think not all of them, most of them involve some form of strategy so it already discounts the fact that NFT games are a way to gamble money. Take Axie Infinity for example, it's a skill based game with an element of chance in terms of cards, critical hit and skill of the opponent so it's not gambling.
520  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Youtube Scam? on: August 18, 2021, 02:40:53 PM
The most dangerous scammers on YouTube write comments. And in general, you should not believe in too favorable offers.
You're exaggerating, you don't click it and they won't scam you, that's simple. If you think it is then probably you are so gullible to click on them. The most dangerous are those that you don't even know have already infiltrated your system and has started stealing like malwares, social engineering schemes, trojan and ransomwares.
