521  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Be careful and don’t promote a scam campaign on: January 15, 2024, 08:44:25 AM
1xbit as an example of a banned site on the forum, promoting the site is the same as supporting the fraud they are committing.
If you're talking about them as banned here technically, they are not. Most people here just don't want them to advertise (running signature campaign) here due to the scamming reasons. And who would like to see a scammed website here knowing they have scammed a lot of people and they still have the audacity to promote their service here.

It's not like you expected them to filter out stolen coins from clean coins. Once a mixer starts censoring transactions, then it ceases being a mixer
They could, but they choose not doing so. They could at least block transactions or don't accept coins from "known" or "labeled" as "hacker address". Or should i say, don't process the mixing of these coins and just report it to authorities. Censoring "any" transactions and censoring "only criminal" transactions are two different things. And i think, mixers should do the similar like this if they want to last longer in this space.
522  Other / Meta / Re: The effect the mixer ban has had on the forum. on: January 14, 2024, 11:59:08 PM
In relation of traffic and possible income through advertisements, 100% sure, the other one will increase. Theymos as a website admin knows much more than any of us in relation of traffic. That's why it doesn't matter to him anymore he knows such thing already, it starts when he stopped accepting the advertisements here.
And mixers promoting their service is none of his business after banning them here (which he thought about it carefully) so, i said it again it doesn't matter to him anymore.
523  Other / Meta / Re: PMs email-notification no longer available ?? on: January 14, 2024, 12:25:47 AM

Oh my bad, yes.. I didn't pay enough attention earlier! I had it been activated!

meanwhile I am been receiving emails again, maybe it was just a temporary issue

Thank you guys Smiley
Good thing, no problem.

Always to remember when things doesn't work just like it used to, always go to settings and check every possible options you might missed, you might have change those settings a while ago, well, unless it's a technical issue.
524  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: [ASK] About Ledger and Transaction Speed Bitcoin on: January 13, 2024, 11:57:12 PM
Many will understand your concern of having that 10 minutes confirmation time, but that is just an average before a new block is found and developers won't just update because of this and for a reason of it's actually technically possible (i hope im wrong). But instead they could at least extend higher storage size instead of 2 1 mb for every block for more transaction getting catered in every block.
525  Other / Meta / Re: PMs email-notification no longer available ?? on: January 13, 2024, 11:25:19 PM
Check your PM options on settings "Notify by email every time you receive a personal message" and set it as "always".

I always received email notifications once PM'ed. Although email notifications sometimes don't go through for technical reasons but i don't usually experience it yet.
526  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What's The Weirdest Alibi Of Gamblers So They Can Continue Gambling? on: January 13, 2024, 11:08:24 PM
"My time will come".
I don't have my entry but i like this one. This suit for those who bet in mega lottery who could think to be an instant millionaire. But as much possible i avoid dreaming of it or having hallucinations of "what if i win". It's to avoid getting too attached into it, it's where addition begins. Just like any other things like playing games, if you're dreaming of it that means you take a lot of time talking and thinking about it.
527  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Long-term profitable strategies on: January 13, 2024, 03:22:45 PM
"Long-term profitable gambling strategies" I doubt there's something strategy like that, gambling is about randomness of the game result and luck.

If you want a strategy that will result above 60% win, go to sports betting and only bet on the simply 1v1 sports so you could see simply read and analyze the two participants, it's much easier than those team vs team plays/fight.
528  Other / Meta / Re: Just a common sence. on: January 13, 2024, 02:30:13 PM
If you post this thread because of this problem — not getting any merit, then you should read between these lines again.

You as a poster, who need merits...
I'm hoping that this system will increase post quality by:
 - Forcing people to post high-quality stuff in order to rank up. If you just post garbage, you will never get even 1 merit point, and you will therefore never be able to put links in your signature, etc.

And for those who are giver of merit
I encourage people to give merit to posts that are objectively high-quality, not just posts that you agree with.

Now, you should re-evaluate your posts and improve your posting habits.
529  Other / Meta / Re: Did you notice something a little weird? on: January 13, 2024, 01:43:21 PM
Is it that?  Because I've seen the merit stat change without my browser's cache being cleared....I don't know, maybe I'll try a little experiment the next time I'm reviewing posts.  Thanks for that bit of input.
It's case to case basis. Since it's not a server issue or internet connections, it should be just browser issue in the user's end just like the changing of the avatar.
530  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Help me understand. on: January 12, 2024, 11:54:06 PM
Newbies are beginners that have not really read and understood and digest Bitcoin and so involving them in all discussion will make no meaning to them ,they will be lost because there are some terminologies and acronyms that will be used which they will not understand, which make them unable to communicate  and has nothing to offer in the topic
Not all newbie accounts have newbie minds, there are few of them who excel. But since this is a forum, rank restrictions is pretty normal. Most forums do the same like this so it's not new.
531  Other / Meta / Re: Did you notice something a little weird? on: January 12, 2024, 11:40:42 PM
However I noticed that when I send someone some merit for example , it takes a little more time than it used to before it reflects in the users profile especially higher rank members.
That's pretty normal for browsers sometimes it's just cache of your browser that needed a hard refresh especially if you're not fond of deleting it regularly.
532  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Gamer Streamer to Gambling Streamer? on: January 12, 2024, 11:11:09 PM
Yung worst lang dun is mas mahaba pa yung promotional vid nila kesa dun sa content, kaya auto skip or close sakin yan. Kadalasan pa mga suspicious and labeled as scam (dito sa forum) pa mga casino na pino-promote nila.

533  Economy / Gambling / Re: Casinos not asking for KYC to register and play, but do require it to withdraw on: January 12, 2024, 05:57:19 PM
There are big casinos that doesn't ask KYC like Stake
We are talking about casinos that doesn't ask KYC, while Stake does required it's users once it hit its certain limits, detect anomalies on the account, huge withdrawals, etc. so technically they required KYC, no ifs and buts.
534  Economy / Gambling / Re: JustCasino.io | Get the Best Crypto Casino Experience on: January 12, 2024, 05:15:22 PM
With all these countries that are restricted from playing in your casino, who and who is going to play there? Because you have more than 30 countries restricted from playing in your casino, even Nigeria, which I hardly find casinos that restrict people from my country from playing, is part of the restrictions.
I noticed that every game has a list if restricted countries. My country is in the list as well. Well, knowing how strict the agency for casinos here in my country, it's pretty normal, unless they follow regulations here and get a licensed too.

Nothing against JustCasino as they're just listing their terms. Just amazing how many are against online gambling.
My country is not against in any form of gambling, only if the platform follows PAGCOR's regulations and get registered/licensed here. Because my country is in their restricted list too.
535  Economy / Gambling / Re: JustCasino.io | Get the Best Crypto Casino Experience on: January 12, 2024, 04:46:58 PM
Welcome to the forum, guys. This is the first time I am seeing your casino, and it's a good thing you have brought your business to this platform. To get more exposure, I will suggest you guys contract for some campaigns. Some of the best managers I know are Hhampuz, Julerz12, icopress, and yahoo62278.
With all the looks and design of this ANN thread i'm really sure OP is aware how casino ANN threads works here also the marketing — campaign.

Welcome aboard. I like how your menu is placed below in mobile mode instead of top.

Edit: There is a signature campaign for the casino posted just minutes ago.
536  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's the view of an average citizen About crypto currencies on: January 11, 2024, 11:52:14 PM
In my area people view bitcoin as kind of investment, people around the circle of my family knew i invest and have knowledge in bitcoin and crypto so they tend to ask me whatever they have in mind. They are somewhat shock when i'm telling them you can pay things online and offline using bitcoin because they just see bitcoin as just like stock.
537  Economy / Gambling / Re: UNREAL!! Sportsbet.io pays out a $42,000,000 USDT Casino WIN!! on: January 11, 2024, 11:10:02 PM
I wonder how many his lost count before the user hit the jackpot, but regardless it should be paid off knowing how huge that amount.
A huge congrats though.
538  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does signing up with affiliate links gives these benefits? on: January 11, 2024, 10:32:30 PM
is this kind of things is considered shady practice, or is it considered fair in the online gambling world?
This doesn't make sense, it doesn't matter if the user came from an affiliate or known affiliate if the casino is strict or just detect a suspicious activity from the user then it will do things to protect its business. The same thoughts to those casinos that their intentions is really to scam.
539  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: HELP - transaction from crypto.com to ledger on: January 11, 2024, 04:14:13 PM
The problem OP is facing isn't what you understand it to be, OP is facing a problem because he ignored or was ignorant of the instruction that guides the transactions on crypto.org.

I might not be able to help op solve the problem because he has sent the TX already but the problem was that crypto.org doesn't send out CRO tokens to any wallet address that starts with 0x. it can only be sent to any wallet that starts with cro******. So op obviously ignored the warning or wasn't aware that such caution existed.

If OP gets lucky and the TX is reversed then he can create a trust wallet account (or any other wallet that supports Cronos) and generates a CROs address that starts with cro like this below
Code:
 cro1u4kwe9gdpq66whjf6e6gk6f8wpamkj6g9v0sf3
then he can now successfully move it to any wallet of his choice.

I choose trust wallet because I'm more convenient with it. though the native wallet for Cronos is keplr

You are not wrong but you are not correct too. There is CRO as native token on its mainet, and there is CRO as erc20. The transaction shown by OP (txid) is from crypto.com address and was successfully sent to his address (according to him).

Thanks for your help !
So your problem is solved now?
540  Other / Meta / Re: How do I embed pictures or video on my post ? on: January 11, 2024, 03:57:17 PM
I am still trying to figure out a way to embed a YouTube video on my post.  Huh
Please read the replies above, embedding videos here does not work so you could at least put the URL of youtube video on the image on your post. And with all your activity numbers i guess you should know it already.

Edit: i checked your post history and you did tried to post images before so many times just using imgur which is not showing on this forum.
