1061  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Wallet for Android / Re: I'm Looking for android wallet with taproot, ledger and connecting to my node. on: August 11, 2023, 11:33:08 PM
Can't find any android wallet that has feature of custom connect to other nodes much more to a bitcoin code node. Can't find one also with a taproot with ledger feature, if you mean connecting to the ledger hardware wallet.
1062  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can i make 100 $ daily from online casinos on: August 11, 2023, 11:14:15 PM
I see i didn't reply to this thread yet, as for that question. It's a yes and no answer, why? It's gambling.
If you have larger balance or large gambling money like say 10k balance or up, betting 100 bucks a day is easy and you won't feel any pressure lossing once to twice. You just need to bet something you are at least 51% sure to win, say sports betting. Don't ask me how to win in sports betting because no one can predict a game without checking the players behind, their previous games, and that's what you should do, but of course there are still called "upset" in sports so be wary for that.
Transfer from PP to banks or vice-versa. About sa trading side i don't think it will be possible kase diyan papasok magiging stricto ang SEC and other governing bodies sa finance sector baka matulad pa sila sa mga current stablecoins pero lets see parin.

Worst pa since blockchain is public makikita details ng transfer mo, pero depende yan if public or private ledger gagamitin nila.

At isa pa limited lang yan sa BDO users lang yan. If ang BSP ang mag issue ng CBDC at i-require na lahat ng banks na i-accept yun, yun ang mas maganda. Pero since may instapay na which you can transfer local banks to other banks is parang di ko need na ang ganyang features, since controlled din naman nila. Mas magiging advantage lang ang CBDC sa government side not to users for privacy-wise, business-wise possible na malulugi ang mga banks.
1065  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin as good store for value on: August 11, 2023, 10:30:24 PM
The comparison is way-off useless.

Bitcoin is a store of value,  it can converted from one currency to another without losing any value.
Tell me you don't understand bitcoin without telling it, huh. Have you ever exchange bitcoin to another currency? Or you just read/heard this bitcoin maximalist statement somewhere else? Bitcoin is too volatile it changes its value anytime even before you exchange it
1066  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Price, Where Next on: August 10, 2023, 10:46:30 PM
The OP asked this question/posted since june, yet we still have almost the same range now in august which means it really become stable. I don't think the barrier will break anytime soon unless some big good news happened or the other way around. But usually ber months always do the uward trend, i'm not saying it always the same, and it will be this time but i hope it will.
1067  Other / Meta / Re: What’s the real use of this forum feature? on: August 10, 2023, 10:36:05 PM
I just notice that if you will click the icon, It will display the thread that received a reply for today but I became confused on its real feature because it doesn't show some of the thread that received today post.

FYI, The icon will gray out when you scan all the thread that has a today replies on the thread. Anyone using here this feature in the forum?
It doesn't show threads that you already read (after visiting the thread) after having new replies, and that's the reason why it gray out, which means there's nothing for you to read on that particular board on that particular time.

I usually didn't use it and i prefer using the Show unread posts since last visit.. Actually, it's more like the same but just in particular board.
1068  Other / Meta / Re: Whats your take on adding 2FA key as a Bitcointalk account security features. on: August 10, 2023, 10:21:20 PM
... I don't  think Theymos has the intention of implementing 2FA authentication in this forum anytime soon.
He is, and theymos already give a thumbs up on what PowerGlove is creating[1], it will be up anytime soon actually. But let's see until theymos implement it successfully coz it's something a pain in the as merging to the current forum.

1069  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: FAKE ONLINE GURU ELOY RIVERA on: August 09, 2023, 10:57:01 PM
Can you share your convo with this scammer or promotions for scams, i see nothing like that on his instagram account, post, reels and story. Although there is a thread already about him scamming here.

Edit: there is a post for nft promotion wayback 2022 dated almost the same on this scam accusation post[1].

1070  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Please put your gambling threads in the correct section!!!! on: August 08, 2023, 10:58:29 PM
Too many of them do that, mostly higher ranks which we assumed knows already about this but looks like they didn't.
Some thread i found their reasoning is to post it on gambling section to have more views, but had a note below "if you feel this is not the right board please correct me so i can move the thread" like i don't know if they understand the rules or not.
1071  Economy / Exchanges / Re: *warning* Huobi insolvency rumours on: August 07, 2023, 11:55:19 PM
Overall, i think we should not panic and do not recommend others to withdraw there funds until they make some announcements because such panic and quick withdrawals will left that exchange no other choice but bankrupt only.
Do you want their users becomes like what FTX users? Waiting to get refunded for months already. It's better to be safe than sorry. If most people withdraws, and the exchange go bankrupt, its not their problem already. BS practice and ways to make business is the keys of failing the business.
1072  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is for everybody but we must accept it before it can be ours. on: August 07, 2023, 11:35:58 PM
On Bitcointalk I have seen topics that say Bitcoin is not for everyone maybe that thought is based on their own opinions, but I totally diagree with it, if I may ask who will see something good and reject it? No body, even if some people rejected it, it might be because of the laws from the higher authorities like government or military.
No matter how someone accept bitcoin if someone is not financially literate, don't know how to store it in a safe place, don't know how the difference of custodial to non-custodial wallet, techinically bitcoin is not for everyone.

It doesn't end on just having it, protecting your bitcoin is your sole responsibility, if you can't do it, again, bitcoin is not for everyone.
1073  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: can Bitcoin provide food for our table on: August 07, 2023, 11:19:55 PM
Laszlo bought 2 pizza over 10,000 bitcoin way back 13 years ago.
So yes, it can provide food if you buy using it, you don't need to think critically over it.
1074  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Anong P2P exchange ang may pinaka fair price? on: August 06, 2023, 11:38:59 PM
Walang ganun when it comes to p2p, kase nasa user yun if what rates ang gusto nila i-set for particular time. And most recommended way para ka maka tipid or maka hanap ng magandang rates is to have multiple options na platform, pwede kase sa binance, kucoin at sa ibang exchange na meron. Also check yung coins na available kase minsan mataas rates if i-trade sa ibang coins except sa bitcoin or usdt. Say xrp may magagandang rates na bigay with xrp p2p trading kesa ibang available na coins, tamang timing lang talaga.
1075  Economy / Gambling / Re: Why don't land-based casinos have an online version? on: August 06, 2023, 11:25:12 PM
Some of them have, but you cannot see a crypto-related well, coz all of them in fiat-based one coz most or all of crypto-related are in online platform. This happened when the pandemic hit, most land based casino (with hotel and resorts) stop operating so their choice is to have an online platform to continue their business.
1076  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: How do I secure my wallet on: August 06, 2023, 11:18:20 PM
Well said brother, because I aslo tried explaining this particular issue to a friend who is here on the forum as he carelessly misplaced the paper to which he wrote his seed phrase on and was desperately angry saying it was stolen but I just told him it's all his fault because securing your wallet is a sole responsibility of you and you alone so you can be using a non custodial wallet and still let's lose the security to the wallet.
Why he just wrote in a single paper then, if you're going to make a backup at least make two of them and put it on a safe place, maybe where your personal documents are too since you need to keep safe too or on a place where you think is much safer.
1077  Other / Archival / Re: KuCoin can still be used without KYC on: August 06, 2023, 04:52:38 PM
IIRC binance did this kind of level verification before they mandatory required KYC with small limit of withdrawals (for basic info) and 100 btc limits for full KYC.
For Kucoin, it will be just a matter of time before they ask full KYC, maybe just few months or a year.
1078  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: Buying Expired Apple Developer Accounts (250 dollars) on: August 06, 2023, 03:49:16 PM
I take the account first, then I pay the money. If you want payment first, sorry I can't pay 250 usd to everyone who text me. There is too much risk for me. But you will get the money after you give the account information. We're doing this job for a long time
What's the assurance that you will pay for the account after taking the account first? Nothing. You have no trade activities, no trusts at all as you are just newbie account. Why not do it with an escrow to secure both you and the seller.
1079  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Coinplay are scammers.Scam 665 USDT (8638 TRX) on: August 06, 2023, 01:52:37 PM
Which resources have their official representative?Where else can I go?
Here's their ANN thread[1] but i don't think it would do any kind of help replying/posting on their ann thread when their official representative is inactive.

1080  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: T-shirt Startup on: August 05, 2023, 11:48:11 PM
Opening a business only for crypto tshirt printing will have many cons if you will do it on an area/place where crypto is not fully accepted or welcomed and without a trend, business will at loss. You can as well print simple modern designs that is not crypto related to expand your business' reach. So try to make a research first about your target area, their interests, etc
