Can you share your convo with this scammer or promotions for scams, i see nothing like that on his instagram account, post, reels and story. Although there is a thread already about him scamming here.

IIRC binance did this kind of level verification before they mandatory required KYC with small limit of withdrawals ^{(for basic info)} and 100 btc limits for full KYC.

What's the assurance that you will pay for the account after taking the account first? Nothing. You have no trade activities, no trusts at all as you are just newbie account. Why not do it with an escrow to secure both you and the seller.
