you know i would. cage gave me a decent return on investment in my first months of crypto. twice!! so if this community would like to try a revival i wouldnt mind helping. but i cant promise much. what i do know is that there are hundreds of thousands of dollars that bought in at 1-2 satoshi mark on mintpal.
 

cage would need a serious remodelling. would be nice if we can hear from the dev. if he hasnt totally buggered off i think. this coin was marked in shitcoin cleanup i think and efforts were made to stifle it for being a well "shitcoin". but it was a nice shitcoin for me at the time. there's only one place we can start.

donations. are those bounties still available? i might be able to get someone to do the work necessary. but cagecoin would need a bit more for my support.

no coincap.. that is bad news unless we're introducing POS. and i think we should if we really want to revive this coin. even if it is just a 0.5% pos.. we will use pos simply for the speed of transaction. btc is really pissing me off these days. sometimes it takes a frikking hr for just 2 confirmations.. sigh!

just demonstrating how fud can appear. the idea of someone having a tonne of coins makes some people feel nervous and can be used by trolls to create insecurity. i dont know why people even say how much coins they have. like we're supposed to believe it. not saying that dude is a troll. but u know they like to use richlists to create nervous tension on the markets. say hi to the manipulators who wished theyd got in at 1k lol

well that is your investment strategy. mine is to take part in coins that will actually be used as currency for a future world. i like the idea of being able to travel the world with bitcoin etc. but i know there is much room for improvement. if u check out my thread participation u will see i mainly only participate in merchant accepted coins ;p

yes i know it will take a while.. hence why i held my mined coins and margin trading with a seperate investment since the 30k point. considering myself an idiot for not listening to myself telling myself over and over to buy in at 10k while it was there. but now i margin trade vericoin to multiply my stash and i will "mine my stock" like that up until the $1000 price point.. however long it takes.. but vericoin right now is positioned to replace bitcoin. dont say noone told u anything.

well as someone pointed out earlier.. i am just a small investor compared to them. so they will know what theyre talking about more than me because they have more coins. either way, i am fine with any decision made by the community or the dev. i will just adjust my strategy based on what news i get and my own reading of the markets. all i have done is made some meagre suggestions to help boost the coins value. but if u want to try another route then i will simply observe the results. like i said early in this thread. i prefer a bird in the hand than a bird in the bush. i will have my own project to focus on soon anyway.

this coin stands on the community and the interaction with the dev. it is by far our greatest strongpoint in crypto besides the fair distribution method. too many devs just like to make coins cashout on high price point and piss off leaving the community afterwards.. it just happened to mugatucoin. among a sea of others. so good luck with your shitcoins being grilled by asics. ill be mining the next antiasic coin to be released.. and nothing else. min is probably 1 of just a handful of coins on the market that dont totally suck. min is stronger than them all.. blackcoin included. wouldnt say its stronger than vericoin tho. i will see vericoin at $1000 for one!

well let's put it this way.. i already have a projection of which price point we will hit without anon. and im usually pretty accurate with those on the markets catching the very bottom of dumps and the very top of pumps.  vertcoin just got resurrected from the grave with their new stealth wallet.. otherwise they were going to die and they knew it. some might think this is liquidity.. but it isnt. big buy walls of 10 and 20btc is liquidity. but u guys have your vision for your coin. i am just here for support anyway for what the dev has done. what i will say is the arguments against anon that i am hearing sound really desperate as attempt to shy away from anon. so if that is what you want then you can do it that way. im not arguing about it. just dont be surprised u say "no anon" and the price hits the floor. the promise of anon is what changed 2k from a roof and bubble, to a floor. you werent going to get that kind of investment from guys playing videogames in their mom's basement.

also worthy to note, we have already been beaten to e-sports betting including worldcup betting by another coin.. and well.. the response on the markets was.. well let's just say.. sucky.

that arguement has too many holes in it. does vericoin look like it is suffering for real world adoption? and yes, mintpal has been a place of gross manipulation.. but why does the manipulation occur? because there a couple of devs making coin after coin, some with hidden premines, some that actually multipool and buy coins from them in secret , and some who plan an investment strategy from early on. u cant blame the last group really. it's the miners who are selling to them at ridiculously low prices in the first place. if people would start selling their coins from day 1 at .001btc and stop underselling the market thered be alot les manipulation because it would require alot more investment.

either way, if u want min value to increase you want more volume. if you think u can accomplish that with e-sports betting alone what can i say? i dont know enough about that market to really make a comment. but rest assured im observing to see what the outcome will be. and i can figure things out pretty quickly.

just beware that there are trainers that can hack all these things. i wonder if u knew about that? well i did. from the start. so let's hope the dev does this right and someone doesnt figure out how to win every single bet they make ;p

richlists owned by investors who bought the coin is fine. richlists owned by 100gh asic farm owner are the reason for every garbage coin on crypto atm. but not here in min. if u missed the train.. there's more to go.. we havent even touched 10k yet.

trust me when i tell u most of them who are coming to the thread and saying "dont implement anon its crap" and "dont add it to mintpal the coin will die" actually dont like this coin and know that those 2 things will help greatly. mintpal is the place where we will see 2000 btc per day volume as many people dont feel comfortable sending large amounts of btc to less secure exchanges. the reason why mintpal has such high volume is because of their security. those guys dont miss a beat.

we have nothing to fear with a mintpal add. and anon will just bring the anon interested investors.. additional investors is a good thing imo. we should start asking people to post their wallet address showing they own min to comment. the trolls have gotten alot more sophisticated these days.. sometimes u dont know whether theyre agreeing with you or not LOL

yeah id say 4k is about right for this stage in development. i feel we will have some news within the next 48hrs from the dev. that is if he wants to see 8k within  a week or 2 ;p

4k test was a success. we held for more than 5 minutes above 3.8k. will have to wait for new features and the marketing that will come with it to pull in some new investors.. a mintpal/cryptsy add may be helpful now. tho i am for whatever. add it dont add it whatever lol. strategically tho.. now would be a great time for a cryptsy add.

if people want to create successful coins they will limit hashpower. that is just the way it is now. crypto is too diluted atm for these ridiculous asics.. and there is 500mh scrypt asic being released at the end of summer. every scrypt coin is going to die if it doesnt at least limit hash, change to antiasic/multipool algo. add POS and a multipool. and well the multipool would sort of be pointless if all scrypt coins changed to antiasic algorithm. but knowing coins like litecoin and dogecoin.. they wont change so they can be raped for ever and ever until they finally fall out of crypto at 1 satoshi.

incorrect. it is not the only way. minerals functions on one of my old designs. and even as old as it is you see that minerals enjoys some success.. and i called it.. very early in the thread while miners were still mining. wonder why i dont do that for every coin i mine?
