In order for the NY AG to indict Trump on a felony charge, he is going to have to employ a novel legal theory that may very well end up not working. edit: Then again, he would be tried in NYC, and the jury may simply decide "Orange man bad" and may be willing to convict him, even without a prosecution. Not a lawyer, but the way I understand it, and I might be wrong: A jury would really just decide whether or not the prosecution was able to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Trump did each of the things he is alleged of doing in the charging document. The judge presiding over the trial decides in pre trial (and if convicted then likely in appellate courts) that the alleged actions would constitute a violation of which codes. In this case, we expect the prosecutor to allege that Trump falsified business records to cover up campaign finance violations. Falsifying business records is a misdemeanor crime on it's own. If it's done in attempt to get away with another crime, it's a felony. So the jury would simply decide whether or not Trump falsified records of the payment made to his personal lawyer (who has already gone to prison for making this payment, among other things) and then whether or not he was motivated to falsify the records by the fact that he was a candidate in the upcoming election. It's also possible Trump faces other charges, maybe related to campaign finance law or maybe something else. We really don't know until it happens. I wouldn't be surprised if there's some related evidence that the public has no idea about. Overall though, this case really is small stakes compared to what's looming ahead in the three other criminal investigations that all seem likely to wrap up in the next few months. The state of Georgia will likely indict Trump next and those charges could include: - § 21-2-603. Conspiracy to Commit Election Fraud - § 21-2-604. It's not the idea of win or lose the war that I am scared about. Rather, it's the idea that the Ukraine government seems to want to remove the chance for life in Heaven from Ukrainians. What will an attitude like this bring about? Well, if the people side with Zelensky in this, it will harm them individually in their loss of Heaven. But if the people are against Zelensky in this, and they are in favor of God, God just might bring Zelensky and the Ukraine government down. Note that the Russian government has not tried to stamp out the Russian Orthodox Church. Hum - God does not land on earth to help people - while Russia believe that they are fighting for the historic land. Ukraine believe that they are saving the historic land. They have made the life of people miserable. And they are responsible for the the all the inflation and trouble around the world. God's Spirit is everywhere. God is always here through His Spirit. The earth and maybe the universe would be destroyed if His essence were here... destroyed simply by His presence. Those Ukrainians who are trying to maintain a separate State are being misled and misguided by their own desires. Why? To Ukrainians, ROC is a terrorist organization, not a Christian church. The point is that people have a difficult time finding out about the attributes of God without the Bible. And the ROC promotes reading and studying the Bible. Further, God comes to people through their reading of the Bible more than any other way. The knowledge of Jesus and salvation would be completely absent if it were not shown through the Bible. The ROC and the Bible are a gift of God to man. This means that if the ROC is a branch of the FSB, the FSB might have certain Christian tendencies. To be honest, Ukraine is overly romanticized by the world. Relative to its population size, Belarus was the one that took the most loses. Poland is a country with very tortured past too and yeah, Ukraine but the ww2 was truly fought by the whole USSR and almost every former-soviet union country has sacrificed their men for this war. If it wasn't USSR, a lot of them would be neutral and try not to participate. I think when it comes to Russia, Ukraine and Germany, true nazis for Ukrainians were and are Russians because of The Holocaust in Ukraine and because of current war. There are a lot of parallels between the Russians invasions of Afghanistan and Ukraine. Russia/USSR tries for years to control another country covertly (more or less) by installing pro Russian politicians, propaganda, etc... The people in that country don't want to be controlled by Russians, so the plan doesn't work and they try starting a war instead. Invasion time. The war is a disaster. Biden has come out and said that the American taxpayer is now going to provide social support for Ukraine so that their people can have some “pocket money” for spending. This is absolutely insane. In this case, if the plebs think that the soft-touch was a mistake, it will justify the taking off of the gloves.
