Ladies and gentlemen, For this year's event we decided again to take into account the feedback received from various users, at the previous events, and apply some fine-tuning to the existent rules. Additionally there will also be some new rules. All these will -- we hope -- bring even more accurate results! Therefore, the following rules will apply for Bitcointalk Community Awards event 2023 edition: 1. Votes for inactive users will not be taken into consideration anymore. The event is related to the activity made by users during current year and not for the past. As a consequence, votes for users like Satoshi, Lauda etc. (with all due respect for all good things they did in the past) will not be counted. Of course, this does not mean that a user's vote will be entirely not counted, if he nominates an inactive user. Only the vote for the inactive user is not counted. As a sum-up: if a user makes nominations of both active users and inactive ones, only the mentions of inactive ones will be not counted (in the contest's final results there will be no Satoshi, no Lauda etc.). 2. No merit sending is allowed from nominees to users which nominated them. This should improve dramatically the accuracy of results and offenders will have to support a penalty. For each merit sent, 1 vote is deducted. So for example, if in the voting topic Alice sent 5 merits to those who nominated her in any category, then we will not count these votes (but the rest of the votes that are addressed to other nominees will be taken into account). In addition, if a user voted for Alice in two categories, then the votes for each of the categories will be unaccounted for. 3. You must have 50 earned merits to vote ➥ Note. 4. Copy-pasted votes will not be counted and they'll be reported for plagiarism. This rule was added after some incidents from the past, which led to having a particular user reported for plagiarism. Other changes:Prizes were decided based on community feedback.Please make sure you express the nominations in a coherent manner. Here I'm mostly talking about votes for Event / Fail of the year categories. It's difficult to understand what someone means if nominations have a form like this: "FAILED TO EARN AND HOLD 1btc", "Situación Actual", "Cancel Culture on social media", "Some exchanges are at war", "Get Your Funds Out of Exchange", "BUY THE DIP AND HODL". (For more information about these examples please check this post.) Besides, please make the difference between what an event is and what a fail is. Hello, I have a small question for the mod of Archival board: on Dec 2nd I reported a post made by FIODNederland, with the following comment: "Breaking rule 32. Posting multiple posts in a row (excluding bumps and reserved posts by the thread starter) is not allowed.". This post was the second post in a row made by the above mentioned user. However, my report was flagged as "Bad":  Just curious: why was it flagged as "Bad"? In the past I reported hundreds, if not thousands, such consecutive posts and my reports were flagged as "Good" and the posts were deleted. However, now the opposite happened. I would appreciate if the mod in charge will explain me this resolution. |

there's a lot of work to be done and these copy cats hopefully don't multiply anymore. Although the recent announcement does not look good at all for mixers advertised on the forum, I believe that we can still give a hand of help to UniJoin until the end of the year, in trying to get rid of its copycats. We should bear in mind that, by doing so, we are helping users, in fact, not just the company. This is because we can help others from not being scammed by phisihing websites. I know that the news came as a shock for some which really depended on the money paid by mixers signature campaigns but this should not stop us from trying to protect other people by reporting fraudulent, imposter websites. |

Pai imediat ce au aparut problemele celor de la Sinbad a si aparut aceasta clona... am citit undeva printre randuri ca ar fi confiscat de catre autoritati (nu stiu daca serverele sau altceva), iar cei care faceau reclama aici pe BTT nu si-au primit ultima transa de bani pe acest motiv. Da, am citit si eu. Aparent, autoritatile olandeze si-au facut cont pe BitcoinTalk Oo Si exista sanse faorate mari ca nici castigatorii ultimei runde de la acest concurs Sinbad nu isi vor primi premiile. Citisem chiar mai devreme undeva ca platile vor fi facute totusi... poate de Royse. Acum insa nu mai gasesc postarea. Topicul lor oficial a fost inchis si mutat in Archival... Organizator: HalabReguli: Iti creezi un portofoliu imaginar format din cel putin 4 monede alternative, fara bitcoin (sau wrapped bitcoin), totalizand 1000$. Nu ai voie sa pui mai mult de 50% din portofoliu intr-o singura moneda. Nu ai voie sa pui mai putin de 5% din portofoliu intr-o singura moneda. Ai voie maximum un stablecoin. Portofoliul trebuie sa contina cel putin o moneda care este dincolo de pozitia 100 pe Coingecko. Se vor compara preturile de cumparare din 01.01.2024 cu cele de vanzare din 31.12.2024, iar cei carora le va fi crescut portofoliul cel mai mult vor fi castigatoare. Interesting how ChipMixer leftover fund is pretty legitimate and not sanctioned at all and SinBad leftover fund is not okay at all... Nobody said that CM leftover funds are legitimate or not. But the main difference between these 2 cases is the fact that one manager (Royse) came immediately with a statement for the funds from Sinbad campaign, while the other one (DarkStar_) did not bother to do same thing even 8 months after CM was shut down. As a plus, he also moved the leftover funds from CM campaign ( 1.3 BTC) to another address, which contains 50+ BTC. I believe that if he would come up with an explanation as well all things would become more clear about what he had (has) in his mind. |

Eu zic ca te-ai descurcat mai mult decat rezonabil la facutul pozei, iar cardul este intr-adevar frumos. Felicitari! Merci, NeuroticFish Mi-am dat toata silinta. Acum astept sa fie incarcat cardul cu suma de 0.001 BTC de catre MixTum. Nu stiu daca se vede bine in pozele acestea (daca nu, se observa mai bine aici), insa nu este laminata toata suprafata cardului. Ce se vede pe el ca o tipla (initial m-a indus si pe mine in eroare) nu este tipla, ci partea laminata. Din ce am inteles de la cygan, nu exista un echipament care sa permita laminarea in totalitate a cardurilor. In orice caz, arata foarte bine! Sper sa prind suficiente sanse cat sa castig si eu unul Iti tin pumnii |
