How do I avoid uncle sam to stick its hand in my cookie jar and takes the tax share? What if I don't report it?
Face to face trades. Of course, not paying your share into a system that you benefit from makes you a freeloader (or at the very least a leech).

Eminent domain laws in the US are theft (in a way). The government has to pay "fair market value" for private land it wants to buy for roads and stuff, but don't require consent by the private land owner for the sale.

The question is "Is Bitcoin ready for the world?"
At the moment, the answer is no.
This. Too many scaling problems right now...BTC can barely handle satoshi dice, much less an entire nations economy.

I think that when you sell, you pay taxes on whatever profit was made (this would be considered "miscellaneous income" and filed on a 1099).
That said, I am not an accountant...you're best off seeking tax advice from a professional rather than random internet strangers.

Wasn't there an SR type site for guns that took BTC a few years ago? Or maybe it was on SR?

Crashes coincide with increased volume, no? If the lag does not exist on high volume moments when it is shooting going up, then maybe you have a point.
Have you ever seen an hour lag on an upswing? In 2 years, I haven't. Prop up? People are panicking and MtGox makes the selling more extreme.
How so? When they start slowing down peoples ability to sell off, the price drop loses momentum.

Every time the BTC price crashes, Mt.Goxs' API goes to shit and trades slow to a crawl (or completely stop like it did for an hour this morning).
I can't be alone in thinking that this is price manipulation meant to prop up the price.

mtgox is completely tradeable if of course you are not trying to do panic selling or buying. orders are executed in the order they were created.
I'm doing neither. An hour long lag like there was earlier this morning is ridiculous for an exchange, period. It would piss me off even more if I'd had my bot on (because it wouldn't have allowed me to trade or my bot to move with the market). Matching and executing orders in a timely fashion is their job, and the fact that they fail to do this on every crash makes it look like they are trying to prop up the market.

Fucking A....MtGox is useless, especially during crashes (which I am sure is just a coincidence ). After the dust settles and we are back in single digits (or wherever we end up), I'm moving everything to bitstamp or somewhere.

An $11 price drop in around 2 hours? That is insanity, even with a price recovery.... ...you should all probably panic.

Investing is little more than a fancy word for gambling. Borrowing money to gamble is a bad idea. You don't want to find yourself here in a few weeks asking for a loan to "win it all back". Remember only speculate with what you can loose.
This.

I am not seeing people buy bitcoins mainly to get products or services except for drugs and gambling. For example, i am tired of western unions hefty fees. I will buy 100 btc to send to my family in the philipines. They can get pesos with them to spend on food or rent. That is not what i am seeing and where bitcoin really should be doing well in.
This.

(Don't be greedy and believe the ones that say it's $20 - they themselves will buy at $25 and leave you nothing..)
Hey now, don't be giving away my secrets!

I'm guessing within the month, if not sooner. I think we are in a bull trap now.
Then again, I thought the top would've hit a long time ago, so take my opinion (or anyone elses for that matter) with a grain of salt.

what you suggest personally as i don't have inner knowledge of btc so i am not sure to hold btc or sell them?
The worse thing you possibly could do is take financial advice from strangers on the internet.

I have a buy order at around $20. I'm thinking it will get filled fairly soon.
