A few months ago I think about more than 6 months ago I faced the same issue and that was not a much higher amount but I was only sending about 0.12 BTC to one of my exchange address and for that I wait about more than 24 hours I was wonder that why is it happening but after coming here on this forum I found from one of the post that the crowd of transactions is much higher in these hours that is why that delay is occurring.
Can you tell me more about the hours where crowd of transactions are in ? It would be a great information to tell here As for longest transactions, I didn't really ever have a long transactions as I would always put my fee to highest amount possible, maybe mine was set around 150 satoshi/byte The longest one took me about 3 hours to confirm but that rarely happen  |

I suggest you to make it pay-per-catch.
Your client won't know if you really played 2 hours a day without any means of verification.
So I think it's better if they pay for every pokemon you caught for them.
