Bitcoin went from 120$ to 1200$ in a month. It was 10x increase. From 500 to 5000 is also a 10x increase yet some absolute morons with no knowledge of history at all think that it would take LONG TIME for BTC to jump to the next order of magnitude. A month is not a long time. It can happen at any time, without warning. And by soon I mean in 2016 (Spring 2017 the latest).

They're raising it to unload every single one of their mined Ethers at insane bubble prices before the BTC halving and the Eth DAO dump causes Eth to crash. Then they take those Eth profits and use them to pump BTC for their larger and more important BTC mining farm.
But what if this is a market-driven bubble ? What if stays to this 0,03 BTC range, after a new consolidation ? Some predicted that it will go back to 0,01 BTC, but nothing ever happened... Too much euphoria always attracts bad luck. The ETH party will probably end with big bad news. Polo getting hacked, SEC going after Vitalik's butt for unauthorized DAO creation, insiders dumping their eth, BTC halving, you name it. |

Someone who has a stake in both Bitcoin and ETH manipulated the Bitcoin market to move some money out of Bitcoin and into ETH, sending it to a new all-time high recently iirc, and now we'll see the same people buying more Bitcoin, selling their ETH and waiting to do the cycle all over again.
The value of Bitcoin is going back up, and that means that investor confidence wasn't shattered.
When the Ethereum mafia announced that they have spent all their IPO funds, they lied. They had plenty of BTC left from that 30 000 they raised and they were going to use it to manipulate borth the ETH and BTC markets. That announcement was meant to make people sell their ETH cheaply into Vitalik's and his gang's buy walls. Also these fucking "do you need some butthurt cream" memes are fucking retarded, they make you look like a 12-year-old who thinks they're superior to everyone because they think their opinion is "better" than everyone else's. Just have a bit patience my friend. Don't fall for the game they are trying to play with us. I guarantee you a big chunk of that money pumped in Eth and that DAO stuff is going to come back!! This is like the bitcoins are hanging on a tree like apples or oranges and the Eth manipulators guys are shaking it as hard as they can to get as much BTC when they start to dump DAO tokens and Eth on a big scale. Just at the right time, close to the BTC halving of course.  I was thinking the same thing. It's either before halving or before the end of DAO sale. |

it is way too early to predict price like this, i mean even halving in July won't rise price to 5000$, this is unrealistic, as this price is way to large, max price it can be after halving is 1500$
price to 5000$ can go only in huge amount of time, minimum amount of time is 4 years, i think that after halving in 2020 price can go to 5000$ but only if we will be very lucky

Every single time we have reached the old ATH we have entered into a bubble that has increased the price of bitcoin by at least 5 times. Yeah I don't think that price will be achieved in this year as it is very high price may be it can be achieved in next 10 years once we see mass adoption. You have no idea what's going on in the world right now, do you? We don't have 10 years. The economic collapse has begun and that's why BTC will rise so much in so little time. It's an extraordinary global situation and thus extraordinary things such as BTC going to 5k are bound to happen. |

Yeah, take Ethereum for example, their team is an unethical bunch of vultures. They named ethershares just DAO and they sponsor exchanges to add it. Everyone knows that DAO stands for Decentralized Autonomous Organisation and it is a general term. There are many DAOs out there, created long before Ethereum and yet, Vitalik and his gang attempt to claim this 3 letter acronym for themselves as if Ethereum was the only DAO in the whole world. It's sickening me what foul business practises they use. They deliberately mess up their important dates by 24 hours to manipulate the market as much as possible. I hope FBI raids their offices soon enough. This Ethereum filth deserves to die with Vitalik the traitor in the first line. |

Such a price is not going to happen. At the moment we aren't even at 10% of it. So no it is not something to consider however with any rise above the 1k I will join you to sell some of my coins. Never all since i believe there is so much potential. The fact that it's just 10% of the target right now does not mean it won't reach the target in a year. Learn some Bitcoin history before you open your mouth. |
