Seems like the FBI isn't getting a new building after all???

I wonder why Trump ordered the GSA to stop the development deal that would have the FBI move from a dilapidated building into a desperately needed modern, bigger and most importantly not falling apart lol new building.  

It appears the government had a deal with a developer to build them a new FBI facility in the suburbs.  In exchange for the development of the new property the developer would receive the lease rights to the property the current building sits on.  The developer was planning on building a luxury hotel on the site!!!

For some odd reason Trump ordered the GSA to kill the deal which will flush millions of government dollars already spent on the project down the drain.  As a result of not using the equity in the existing property and the building literally falling apart it is estimated that it will cost the US tax payers about $100 million more to renovate the existing building than it would to go get a new building with the deal.
