561  Economy / Exchanges / Re: FTX is now solvent thanks to SOLANA on: December 27, 2023, 01:48:37 AM
These solutions would be realistic if FTX had not applied for Chapter 11 - Bankruptcy, which means transferring custody from individuals to the US government in an attempt to return even a portion of customer funds. This process is slow and requires on average 3 to 7 years, if not more, and even carrying out sales operations is It is in the interest of investors, and therefore prices will be far from the market price. These factors combined indicate that the first asset sale will be starting in 2025, and if clients are lucky, they may be able to recover a large portion of their assets in 4 years.
562  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Usdt/Btc/Ltc uk usa,nepal,congo,caribbe islands, on: December 27, 2023, 01:28:06 AM
It is better to write down the payment method, and if it is final and irreversible, it will be easy for you to find members here. However, if it is reversible, even escrow cannot help you, and here you must be reliable or deal P2P.

BESTCHANGE gives you some options, so try it if there is what you are looking for.
563  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Fraud on Marketplaces when selling a video card on: December 27, 2023, 01:20:43 AM
In many such cases, the problem is solved by returning the product, but since you mentioned that there are logistical problems in returning the product, and then re-shipping the original product takes time, the seller must return the money directly without waiting for the dispute request to be completed, which requires closing the money for a month.
In any case, we cannot say that this is fraud, as both the buyer and the seller did not benefit from this method unless it was not possible for the buyer to obtain a refund or the seller was deliberately selling the wrong products.
564  Other / Meta / Re: Forum growth on: December 27, 2023, 12:58:36 AM
Why can't there be like a jackpot lottery for the forum every year and anyone who participate can win is something like that possible?
If you find someone who supports this event, it can certainly be there. There are many prizes based on luck in which users are not required to buy a ticket or make any payments, but since such events do not generate a lot of money, the value of the prizes is very low, but they are free and do not require Nothing but being lucky.
565  Economy / Economics / Re: Binance: get rich or die trying on: December 26, 2023, 10:50:37 AM
It would be good if this was the end of the Binance story and no further investigations were conducted, because if the snowball starts to move, it will roll violently and then the platform’s bankruptcy is a matter of time.
The best thing that Binance can do is to avoid being the focus of attention of the authorities in any way, and to adhere to all existing legislation, completely withdraw from everything related to the United States, and try to ensure that all internal financial matters are in order, and then try to enter these markets with new employees who have knowledge of these markets.
566  Economy / Services / Re: Need Btc transaction Acceleration (Paid task) on: December 26, 2023, 10:42:54 AM
AFAIK, the only ones who can help you here are Quickseller and macbook-air because they have have access to F2Pool's transaction selector.
I don't know if they still have that access, but if they do, you can contact them.
Other than that, the services that can help you is https://www.f2pool.com/user/tx-acc
567  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: MATIC or DOT? on: December 26, 2023, 09:56:02 AM
There has been a lot of hype around DOT and I haven't heard anything new about them in a while so it's safe to say this coin is dead.
MATIC has seen the same hype, but the project is still shocking and offers low fees. Therefore, when we compare, we find that MATIC is much better than DOT, and I recommend investing in it if you strongly believe in POS.
568  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Buycoin.online: cryptocurrency exchange at the best rates! on: December 26, 2023, 09:52:50 AM
Exchanger buycoin.online has been added to our monitor BestChange.

The information in the link says that you do not recommend this exchange

Quote
Please note that this exchanger was delisted from the monitor on long ago. Currently, we cannot advise using Buycoin to perform exchanges. We will also be unable to provide any assistance in resolving problems, shall they occur. Please be cautious and alert. We recommend choosing trustworthy exchangers among those that are active on our monitor.

The platform's status is disabled and there are no reviews for it, so it is better for no one to use Buycoin.online. Using them may lead you to lose your money.

Do you have access to additional information they didn't share in this thread? They provide nothing to verify from the reserves to their work history. I do think it would be better if you register a new partner that is a bit more open to its customers since they work in a centralized exchange industry. As far as I can see, OP's service is quite questionable for now. It would be nice if you added more details to alert users about the risks.
It appears that there is an error or they have changed the current state and it is not recommended to use it.
569  Economy / Exchanges / Re: The crypto exchange best known for siding with Gary Gensler pushes 2024 launch on: December 23, 2023, 07:32:58 PM
CZ is a bad example of someone who wants to be the face or personality of cryptocurrencies, himself Justin Sun, so I have no problem if they are removed from their positions, and in the end central exchanges are subject to the control of the authorities, and I would be sorry if the Bisq programmers or any DEXs programmers were arrested.
570  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Circle Informs Clients of IRS Inquiry Into $20K Annual Transactions on: December 23, 2023, 07:18:35 PM
Do they mean any balance more than $20,000 during the fiscal year, or is the total number of transactions for each account $20,000 during a fiscal year? What data can they collect? I thought they were just collecting IP addresses?
571  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A good or bad way to avoid high transaction fee? on: December 23, 2023, 03:03:36 PM
You do not get a Bitcoin, but a WBTC token. It is true that its value is currently 1 Bitcoin, but there is nothing that guarantees that value, and it may be less than 1 Bitcoin, so instead of paying $20 to $50 in fees, you may lose everything you own.
WBTC is useful for small payments around $500 and is not a long-term investment.
572  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Judge orders Craig Wright to pay over $1M on: December 23, 2023, 02:57:22 PM
Sometimes I feel him an attention seeker, and the more they get it, the more they lie and search for any convincing justification.
He is not the first person to claim that he is Satoshi, and he will not be the last to claim that, even though we all know that he is not Satoshi.
573  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Just a small simple question. on: December 22, 2023, 11:05:33 AM
Looking at the past may give you a glimpse of the future trend. If a currency rose in the past from a price of $2 to $10 and the price collapsed to $0.1, it is unlikely that the price will rise again, and if it does, $10 will be the peak, quite the opposite of new currencies. The pump can be very high because no one knows where the future price trend will stop. Old projects are usually dead and require more effort to implement them than new projects.
574  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Solana - Is it still good to buy or it's FOMO on: December 22, 2023, 10:35:48 AM
Solana is very centralized and has proven to fail several times, so the hype accompanying it is due to the high price. Everyone is only talking about the potential profit opportunity due to the airdrop and that the price will reach $259. If you have bought it before, you are lucky. Other than that it is time to sell and search for currencies that can It rises at a lower price like LTC.
575  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What exchanges still accept credit card option? on: December 22, 2023, 10:05:42 AM
It depends on your country, but if there is no exchange that accepts payments via credit card, you need to withdraw money to your bank account and use P2P or look for the possibility of integrating the card with PayPal or any other service and then sell it for Bitcoin.
The ease of transfers varies depending on the country, so you will not find a single answer without mentioning your country.
576  Other / Meta / Re: Signature Campaigns in the Service Board on: December 22, 2023, 09:28:10 AM
1. If you use Bitcoin sidechain (layer-2) for payments, you will reduce the fees, keep topic in the Bitcoin board, and you can then use L-BTC or LN using a self-custodial wallet in the Bitcoin service board.
2. ask users to make Bi-weekly/monthly payments.

If that is not appropriate, you can move the topic to the altcoin board and invite users who show interest through PM.
577  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin portfolio on: December 22, 2023, 09:18:43 AM
I see that any FOMO coin is not a good investment. build your investment portfolio based on future news such as new airdrop after a month or two, knowing that there will be a software update,...etc.

Nowadays, I am betting on LTC as Bitcoin fees are high and everyone will try to use it as an alternative to Bitcoin.
ETH will achieve good gains because Bitcoin POW has proven to be easy to spam on the network.
BNB People will leave their coins on the exchange and thus their value will rise.

Above investments are based on the premise of high Bitcoin fees. Take another premise and invest based on that.
578  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Hosting companies that don't ask for KYC? on: December 22, 2023, 09:06:38 AM
I want to create an e-commerce website on WordPress and was thinking of buying a domain and hosting a website on Hetzner but I have heard that they ask for KYC verification, is that true? Does anyone know any good and cheap hosting website that will let me buy a domain and host a website without KYC documents? It will be good if they accept Bitcoin and altcoins but that's not mandatory. Don't suggest a random list, recommend one that you have used successfully.
Namecheap gives you various payment options, including Bitcoin. They have all the basic features you are looking for in addition to paid services. Their server prices are reasonable and they have a good Cpanel, with email address forwarding and SSL service. In terms of trust, we are talking about a well-known company, but I don’t know if you will remain anonymous or that your data will not be provided to the authorities, please read the terms of use and try not to violate them.
579  Economy / Economics / Re: Why do people rush in to buy things when rates are about to be lowered? on: December 22, 2023, 08:56:01 AM
The timing of the Federal Reserve raising interest rates will be at the end of the first quarter or the beginning of the second quarter, and at that time halving will have occurred with expectations of a correction. Therefore, if the ETF is approved, the price will be in the range of $60,000, and then the price will collapse to $43,000, and if it is not approved, I think we will be at $30,000 to$ 40,000 by then.

What governs the word correction is the timing in which you look at the chart, as if the price returns to $30,000, it is a correction, but it is not the case if we take the measure of a year.
580  Economy / Economics / Re: Currency is Passé on: December 22, 2023, 08:36:25 AM
The simplest approach you can think of is to have bank cards that work like Visa and MasterCard, where you can create an account, complete the identity verification, replenish your balance with Bitcoin, and use it for all daily payments. If you need to use the Bitcoin network, you withdraw to the network and use it for specific payments, such as buying a car or when moving between countries, but It will be difficult to build a complete system on the blockchain that is better than Bitcoin.
