This is such a wonderful idea, and I'm super excited to see the final product! Shocked

Quote
2018 INVISIBLE --- 23 mm

FYI, the invisible penny is 25mm, same as the silver penny.

By the way, I'm sending you a 2019 Short Roll (check off the 2019 AMD and 2019 SN), 2020 Short Roll (check off the 2020 SN too), and a mint condition 2018 DSC penny to complete your collection.

Thanks again for all your hard work on this project, Mopar! Wink

Regards,
Chris

good catch on the invisible - I would have remeasured once I had one in hand but I will update the list as well.

and thank you for the coins - they will be put to good use!

I will mention you in the way you behave. If that forces you to retaliate with lies, that’s on you. Frank said 200 coins.

Anyway, I like to order whole full set of your chips and I think they are nice. I was analyzing your chips today and I do see some creativity. Sen me the total including shipping.

5664  Economy / Collectibles / [Raffle]LTC Block Coin #009, Poly scrip note, Capn_Hash .01 BTC chip - Ended on: October 05, 2020, 07:25:07 PM
I have 3 miscellaneous lots. They are as follows:

1. The first is a "FRESH LTC Single Coin" I managed to get two of these and have decided to keep only one. The coin is loaded with .5 LTC, address: LUMp9S3pGtc2bgCmZVbZKdotvrZJJm6Fke
Threads concerning the coins are here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5269080.0   and  here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5266687.0

2. The second lot is a Polymerbits Scrip Savings Note Series B1 - I got this in a lot with about a dozen notes, I preferred to have one that was not redeemed (as this one is) so I have found/purchased an un-redeemed note and thus this is an extra - might not be any good for redeeming but if you don't have one, it could fill that void in your collection.

3. The third lot is a Capn_Hash .01 BTC poker chip with hologram #0076 - I bought one too many so I have an extra. Whoever wins this lot will also receive 2 undisclosed A&G minis.

5666  Economy / Collectibles / [Raffle] 3 Sets of crypto stamps - 16 slots on: October 05, 2020, 06:51:47 PM
I have 3 sets of crypto stamps. They are as follows:

1. This set is still sealed in the wax paper direct from the Austrian Post Office - it has not been unsealed so the SN and colors are unknown - only that there is one of each Honey Badger, Doge, Llama and Panda.

2. The second set is an all black set with one each of Honey Badger, Doge, Llama and Panda. They are still sealed - but were scanned by looking thru the bottom. They were not added to any online collections.

3. The third set is a mix of colors but still one of each Honey Badger(yellow), Doge(yellow), Llama(blue) and Panda(black). These were opened to be scanned (before I realized you could scan them without opening them) They were not added to any online collection.

Just received confirmation that my order shipped - and sorry for the ones that asked, I was not able to add additional to the order - these were shipped out prior to the posting on the site so in fairness I could not add any additional coins to my shipment. Will post pictures when they arrive.

Mopar, are they offered in their site now.

Check AlpenCoin.ch - as you claim to be the finder of these coins before anyone else knew of them, you should be able to figure it out.

5671  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [ANN] [INTEREST CHECK] Polymerbit Basic Project on: October 05, 2020, 02:45:42 PM
I had actually sent them an email about doing a project (custom notes) that I would have done with denominations like .0005 to .01 range and possibly some without denominations about a week or so ago.

I was thinking of starting it next year around April. These may fulfill that idea/need.
5672  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [ANN] [INTEREST CHECK] Polymerbit Basic Project on: October 05, 2020, 02:05:20 PM
nice idea of course
but i would like to welcome other variants as well
like e.g. 0.0025BTC, 0.005BTC, 0.01BTC, 0.02BTC and so on

yes! I want at least one of each! maybe more!

5674  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [ANN] [INTEREST CHECK] Polymerbit Basic Project on: October 05, 2020, 01:38:52 PM
I like the idea of this, but I would avoid putting a denomination on the note on that case... just knowing it’s supposed to be used for a “cold wallet” would avoid confusion of what’s loaded on there I would think.
The picture in the OP shows two variants as far as I can see. One where you write your own value and one with a fixed value.

ahhh quite right! I could not read that small print on my phone - but I can see that on my PC. so good - hope they do both variants!
5675  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: minerjones on: October 05, 2020, 01:34:56 PM
reason is simple - the eBay listing is not accurate - the seller was mistaken it was not a #3 of 18 --- the "3/18" was the date that PJ signed it.
The seller once made aware dropped the price of the item from near $200 to $22 just yesterday.  I got this clarification from PJ directly.

I believe he also had interactions with that eBay seller and may have thought your account was related to that seller. I am sure he will chime in.

The only numbered set is the one that is being sold here that was made custom for another forum member.
The red and black ones may be bought from PJ's site directly for $40

Well, not to my surprise, he didn't chime in, just as he didn't bother to explain why he deleted my posts or answer my PMs (two of them).

Please note I have never accused him of anything - I just described what happened and asked for explanation, since he didn't provide any on his own.

I fully trust clarification mentioned above and it's safe to assume he hasn't done that to mislead the buyers, but I'd still say he's an asshole...

PS: That auction is still 200 USD, btw...
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Crypto-Mixed-Art-BTC-Cryptocurrency-Art-By-Artist-PJ-ORourke-NUMBERED-3-18/233375526431

minerjones may have you blocked - possibly thinking you were the fraudulent eBay seller.

As for the price, the seller must have raised it. I have a screenshot of it lowered to $22 - he must have raised it back up. The prints can still be ordered from PJ directly and he will sign and date those as well.

I agree - cold storage wallets should have no denominations. now gift notes like gift certificates could have an amount. maybe do ones with denominations and ones without? server two purposes?

5678  Economy / Reputation / Re: [UPDATED] Ban-evasion by user Alamjob239/Bla2kja2k/acemax/RainbowSky [UPDATED] on: October 05, 2020, 04:51:26 AM
I was just grasping for straws.

I know it's frustrating but the only thing that really works is some sort of combination between ignoring/not engaging the troll and reporting their disruptive posts to moderators. Even if the troll gets banned for plagiarism or ban evasion they'll likely be back with an even angrier sockpuppet, which apparently has already happened once or twice with this particular specimen. But not getting a response and/or seeing their posts disappear hits them where it hurts.

I am also just making my threads self moderated so i can just delete his garbage going forward.... he now claims i get away with murder because some cousin of mine is some legendary member?!? news to me, I would like to know who else in my family mines besides myself and my grandson lol -- well my son is starting when his miners come in but they aint here yet
5679  Economy / Collectibles / Re: [SALE]Bitcoin Poker Chip Wallet Set of 5 on: October 05, 2020, 02:51:18 AM
I will continue to sell these as sets until Oct 15th - on Oct 16th, I will create a new post listing which numbers are available for each chip at that time.

So far, sales have totaled $540, so $108 is the current total that will be donated to bcrf.org - I hope to get a few more sets out and increase this total

Original thread had to be locked due to rainbowsky inability to stop. it is posted here - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5270080.0 if you need any information from that thread.

As many know, I am relatively new to the collectibles area and as much as I love to buy the Bitcoin Physicals, many are too expensive to actually utilize them for what they are - many also demanding high premiums.  We all know that no one is handing out Casascius or Lealana coins - and I don't blame them. Maybe some are handing out Satori's but even those fetch a decent premium.

As I began to buy and participate in this great collectible section of the forums, I happened upon some poker chip wallets from capn_hash at https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5245893 and from guigui371 at https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5267152 - I really liked these and bought about 2 dozen from capn_hash, as gifts for my children and grandchildren, I saw an opportunity for Mopar Mining, LLC to also provide affordable wallets that forum members could fund and easily give away. These wallets are standard 39mm poker chips and fit in the provided air-tites without rattling around. Included in the set are 5 Bitcoin denominations labeled as .001BTC, .0025BTC, .005BTC, .075BTC and .01BTC.

Full set:

The holograms are tamper evident; I tested them for quality and have posted the results below;one of the test included a QR code under the hologram which was printed at 1/2" and it worked great. For a better seal, I would suggest printing it at 3/8" instead.

I also preformed an integrity test to see how they would hold up when wet; as you can see from the time stamps, this chip and hologram were submerged in water for about 12 minutes and worked as it should.

As I am not a registered money transmitter, the chips will not be funded. If you need help on how to generate a private key, I am happy to help walk you thru the process. The sets are numbered sequentially, i.e. the first set is 001, 002, 003, 004, 005 - second set 006, 007, 008, 009, 010, etc; there were a total of 500 chips made (100 possible sets).

A set of 5 chips are $40 shipped in the US or $45 for international. I am only selling full sets at this time. Each chip will be encased in an Air-tite and carefully packaged and will include 2 matching serialized holograms; if you only need one hologram for your chip, then I suggest shredding the second to avoid potential theft of your private key.

Also, for all sales made before October, I will donate 20% of the total sales to Breast Cancer Research Foundation (https://www.bcrf.org/),(hence the color pink); the funds will be sent to BCRF and proof will be provided on this thread. The pink chips are special for women, as they convey an urgency to eradicate a horrible cancer affecting many women (and men) today Smiley

After October, I will sell the chips individually for $8 shipped in the US or $9 internationally.

Payments can be sent to the following address (do not send funds to any address other than the ones listed here in the OP)
