581  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IEO exchanges not required KYC on: October 21, 2019, 12:39:59 AM
Welcome to crypto. KYC in a centralized exchange has been a norm, this is maybe due to regulation since there are countries that are not allowed to invest in crypto currency. If you want to invest in crypto thru IEO, you have no choice but to comply. To add, some exchange requires KYC to increase the limit of your withdrawal.
582  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What can make more profit ? on: October 20, 2019, 08:01:13 PM
Obviously, since ICO days, most people wait for the coin/token to get listed to buy them cheaper than ICO price. If a project survives, that is the only moment that it will crawl its price way up to its ICO price, which sometimes takes time. I guess the same goes with IEO, the price drops after the crowd funding.
583  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Donating the Gambling profits on: October 20, 2019, 07:07:37 PM
Have you ever thought of donating the gambling profits to a charitable cause ?  Sometime people won a big lottery or very high amount of money from betting & gambling games.  Do you ever think of being generous and helping the poor with this money?

Well, if I win a lottery jackpot, why not? I mean lottery jackpot is more than enough for an individual. I guess giving some people or charities help would not hurt your money. I'll consider it as a blessing, and would not hesitate helping other people. It is like giving some of your blessing to those who needs it.
584  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Worst Day of My LIFE - Dice on: October 20, 2019, 06:35:24 PM
Why would you even borrow money to gamble? This is not good, as a gambler, you should know that such a thing will happen. When you gamble, greed and being unable to stop your self even when you are losing happens. Never take gambling as a chance to gain money quickly. I hope you learned your lesson and this might stop you from doing the same mistake over and over. I gamble sometimes but with only the amount that I know wouldn't hurt me if I lose.
585  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Scammers are to be blame on: October 20, 2019, 06:00:35 PM
It is the main reason why most ICOs failed after numbers of ICO scammed a lot of investors, crypto had been tainted with a bad image as a scam. A lot of scam developers created a scam project since conducting an ICO is not that strict and they don't have to comply with any requirement, just a good team, a plagiarized white paper and good marketing strategy.
586  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Aegis Authenticator, isang maganda alternative sa Google Authenticator/Authy on: October 20, 2019, 05:25:56 PM
587  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Crypto-friendly Bank experiences on: October 20, 2019, 04:42:47 PM

Any experiences? When withdrawing from Coins.ph/Abra.

I think it is better not to disclose na galing cryptocurrency ang source of income since there is no clear information kung accepted ng mga banks dito sa bansa nating ang income through cryprocurrency. Pwede mong ideclare siguro na through freelance or online job ang iyong income. Mas better to be on the safe side when it comes to your money.
588  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Ukraine President a pro-cryto president on: October 20, 2019, 04:10:57 PM
It's actually great that there are some leaders who look at cryptocurrency in a good way. This will be a good opportunity for countries since their leader is positive when it comes to cryptocurrency. Countries who are positive in crypto is making a huge impact in cryptocurrency as a whoele increasing the market volume, and not to mention those countries who are developing their own ideas in crypti creating projects and companies that are blockchain based would help in adoptation and awareness. Let's hope that Ukraine's president would inspire other leaders in accepting cryptocurrency.
589  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I just turned 40 today and want to be part in BTC Community (Beginner) on: October 20, 2019, 02:58:59 PM
Happy Birthday and welcome to cryptocurrency. I admire how you educated your self and the idea and knowledge you have acquired about crypto as a newbie. Well, not most newbies would even dare about learning basic stuff and would just jump off on "how to earn in crypto." Well, the reason why there are over thousands of cryptocurrencies out there is that, as you have mentioned each cpin has their purpose and function, developers create different coins for deifferent and sepcific purpose. And of course some are just created for profit, only few altcoins existing today has their final product and has real function and use case. That is why as an investor it is your responsibility to dig into the project before investing.

591  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Kelan dapat magtrade at hindi magtrade? on: October 20, 2019, 05:04:22 AM
592  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If You Died Tomorrow, What Would Happen To Your Crypto? on: October 20, 2019, 04:29:31 AM
It's best to let someone cloae and someone you trust to learn about crypto and know how to access your wallet just in case something happens. Making a will just in case something happens is also a good way to secure that someone else in your family will make use of all your hard earned cryptocurrency. Haven't known of Safe Haven before but I guess it will be good to have a third party taking care of your assets aside of your attorney to assure that your cryptocurrencies are secured. Death is inevitable and it would be a waste if your family will not be able to atleast use your hard earned crypto in case of death.
593  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price is controlled not just manipulated but controlled on: October 20, 2019, 03:30:33 AM
The price is driven by the demand and the free market and it is true that bots exist in exchange to keep the trades and offers going in the market, but the big factor of the market price is done by the traders themselves. It can be manipulated if you have a big amount of bitcoin/fiat but the result of the price still depends on how will traders or investors react once a massive buy or sell off occurs.
594  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: how i can protect offline wallet ? on: October 20, 2019, 02:39:44 AM
my friends lost his coins from offline wallet when he was chatting online on facebook messenger
sure he can't restore his coin
so how can protect offline wallet ?

Hoe did your friend lose his coins in an offline wallet while chatting on facebook messenger? You should've elaborate what happened. The only way I can think how your friend lost his coins is if he saved his private key in messenger, or on his computer which might be hacked or has malware. That is why it is safe to keep your private key somewhere that is not online..
595  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Legality effect on: October 20, 2019, 12:15:34 AM
my mind always asks, if one day bitcoin gets legal regulation, and is recognized all over the world. will fiat currencies continue to work? which country will be saved by the economy? and which countries are negatively affected? Or not effect in country. because in my opinion. when the legality of bitcoin is recognized throughout the world. There will be no currency difference. all values are the same. or will become commodity items such as gold etc. Give me your opinion

If crypto gets regulated and massively adopted, it doesn't necessarily imply that it will fully take over fiat. Fiat money had already our system and it is difficult to replace a system or medium of exchange that had been there for a long time in a snap.

597  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Inheriting Bitcoin on: October 19, 2019, 03:18:05 AM
While I was browsing the latest Bitcoin news to search for an update positive and negative once then I stumble upon this article that insists that you can now pass on your Bitcoin when you die when you used their service,

And this is Casa's Bitcoin inheriting Service that I think will surely be helpful in the future when you passed away (knock on the hood) and your family and relative doesn't know a thing about cryptocurrency and your Pass Phrase as well, Well I think there is a risk involved in this kind of service your relatives can sure recover your Private key but it can be also an exploit to be stolen as well, but they had promised a multi-sig system that can make the inheritance safer what do you guys think?

Put your seed words in a bank safebox and have it in your will. Or any variant thereof. All you need to give are those seed words, use your imagination how you could securely pass them. The will could contain the instructions, or point them here lol.

Mind you, you can make a multi sig wallet yourself too, its not like you need to pay others to do it...

I think this is ideal or put your seed in a sealed box and put it in your will if ever something bad happens and let your attorney do the stuff along with the instruction what to do on the seed or private key in the safe. I am skeptical using another party's services handling my private key.
598  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Beware!! Bitcoin can be the future but a lot of work is to be done on: October 19, 2019, 02:38:44 AM
Bitcoin had come so far and it's only been almost a decade since it had been created and yet it had reqched an incredible milestone changing the way we transact and develop services and product through cryptocurrency and blockchain technology. We are not yet in a point where crypto is globally accepted, of course there is a lot of things to be done and it takes a lot of work and effort, bitcoin and the crypto as a whole still has a lot of room for improvement and development, people are endlessly thinking of ideas and innovations to make it better as time emerges.
599  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Union Bank and bitcoin on: October 19, 2019, 02:16:10 AM

I am not aware na may bitcoin ATM sila.
600  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WILL Bounty campaigns Ever Keep to their Rules and Regulations on: October 19, 2019, 01:44:44 AM
The thing is during 2017, the number of bounty hunters were lesser and there are tons of good projects and the ICOs success rate is high due to the bull market. Compared today, there are tons of bounty hunters making the bounty pool divided into sometims hundreds of participants and having a successful ICO stage at a designated time is not that high.
