1141  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Cuban government stance on Bitcoin, blockchain and cryptocurrencies. on: May 27, 2019, 07:14:30 PM
That was the only crypto news I remember reading about Cuba
"December 6, 2018, will be a major milestone for the history of Cuba. It will be the first time that residents are able to access the internet on their mobile devices. This could potentially let Cubans embrace crypto. With the news still breaking, no exchange has made a push to access the region. However, it is presumed that there will not be any firewall restrictions.
....
Now we now that they can have cryptocurrencies lol. It would be nice if after the next step people in Cuba would get access to money. Why should anyone bother about this country? There is no projects there and even most people in Cuba are not wealthy enough to own any amount of money that can make an influence on crypto market.
You are actually underestimating Cuba.. look at Venezuela, for example.. they were in the same situation as Cuba (or even worse) a few years ago and nowadays they have a really huge community inside the cryptos world.
You can't forget that it is not only wealthy people that can influence the cryptos market

Well, Venezuela's economy is suffering today due to hyper inflation and not even crypto can save them. The link had been published last 2018 and upon looking for further news on how is Cuba doing with regards to cryptocurrency adaptation I cannot find any sources or articles regarding it. I never knew that Cuba lacked businesses or infrastructures that focuses on internet, they had been late when it comes to technology and cryptocurrency. I hope that crypto will soon reach the mass so that everyone can take advantage of it's convenience and opportunities.
1142  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Arkonix.eu - Newbie wanting to invest in this website on bitcoin mining - advise on: May 27, 2019, 06:45:40 PM
www.Arkonix.eu

Is this is legit website for investing in mining btc

Newbie wanting to invest in this website on bitcoin mining

Please  advise

It's better to buy btc than to invest in mining btc in random websites. I think there had been no mining site that is legit and has survived until today. If you can create your own mining farm do so, if you have the capital. It's safer than to risk investing into someone else's mining site.
1143  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: Trying to gain traction on: May 27, 2019, 06:43:46 PM
I have a pretty decent crypto website. In desperate need of users. Got a raffle contest going. Share my site if you like.
Win up to 1 BTC in upcoming raffle contest.
http://www.almostfreee.com/raffle-contest

You should find other ways to promote your website than just asking them to click on the link. People here in this forum is cautious in clicking links since there's a risk that there are viruses or malwares installed within it. You should've also included information regarding the raffle and the website just to inform readers here in this forum regarding it. Good luck.
1144  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC counter reaches zero. Now what? on: May 27, 2019, 06:38:24 PM
Well we might not even be here when this happens. No one actually knows what will happen to bitcoin once all bitcoin had been mined. The market price of bitcoin would've been massive by that time, and I think by that time bitcoin already had a solid foundation and already adapted by the mass.
1145  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: what is the "real" bitcoin, "Satoshi vision",... on: May 27, 2019, 05:59:56 PM
The best thing to do if you don't like what someone else is doing is to not talk about it.  The mega haters are just bringing more attention to CSW and Satoshi's Vision, they are falling right into his trap.

There are a lot of altcoin that claims to be the real bitcoin. We all know that the only bitcoin is bitcoin core and all the fork coins are just fake bitcoin. I agree, each has their own belief just ignore what things that you don't like to read or hear. A lot of people will claim their coin is the real bitcoin.

Any bonuses and promotions for new-comers? I also want to know if KYC is required upon registering or withdrawing funds, most gamblers avoid this due to it's inconvenience. Would also be great if the site will be accepting other crypto not just bitcoin.

Checking the website the interface is good and user friendly, I also tried some games and it also looks good.
1147  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: When will NBA teams start paying Bitcoin to their players? on: May 27, 2019, 03:34:42 PM
I know this is crazy for non-Bitcoiners, but for me, it's a possibility.

I came across an article from Bitcoinist about NFL players preferring to get paid in Bitcoin than fiat money. They're joining the revolution.

Source: https://bitcoinist.com/pay-in-bitcoin-nfl-players-join-russell-okung/

In the NBA, the Sacramento Kings are the first NBA team to accept Bitcoin payments via BitPay, and Golden State Warriors' sponsor, Rakuten, bought a crypto exchange.

I wonder when NBA players will start doing their own revolution by forcing their respective teams to pay them in Bitcoin?

I would love to see this coming, but what are your thoughts on this one guys. Any feedback will be appreciated.

Cheers!

Well, this is something to wait for. If NBA stars gets paid via bitcoin and they will start using or holding it this can boost the market and raise awareness. I think this will come soon, most people will have an option to get their salary payment in BTC or fiat. This will be convenient for both parties since it only takes a click and seconds for the payment to go thru and without using banks which will cut fees.
1148  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Invest in thinking, Do not worry later. on: May 27, 2019, 12:57:08 PM
At present, the situation in the market. There is no chance of becoming an overnight buyer in BITCOIN. So think about investing more often than new investors. Many of them have seen their capital being wasted. Due to investing without understanding,

If you trust the market and cryptocurrency there's no need to think that much. Just make sure that you are aware and have knowledge about cryptocurrency, how it works, and at least an idea about how the market works. Being too skeptical sometimes leads to opportunity loss, and investing because of FOMO also  might lead to losses.
1149  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What will happen if we find THE REAL SATOSHI ?? on: May 27, 2019, 12:47:17 PM
Just curious  Wink I have seen many news about who claim to be satoshi and who might be satoshi. Let say we skip the part where we got the proof satoshi then what.

Will the price go up??
What will he do next Huh

Smiley Smiley Smiley Smiley Smiley Smiley Smiley

Well, I think there will be a complete ruckus since a lot of people are really curious about the real identity of satoshi nakamoto. I think this will put the real person behind satoshi's name since his creation created a great financial phenomenon. I think there won't be too much change but people will focus on following what the real satoshi would post, announce or say.
1150  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price Will be 11,500 by June 2019! on: May 26, 2019, 10:59:18 PM

LOL! Actually there had been a lot of speculation about the price of cryptocurrency, especially that the price of it is increasing as time goes by. A lot had been expecting this since there is almost about a year before the much awaited halving.
1151  Economy / Speculation / Re: 2020's gonna be lit!! on: May 26, 2019, 10:41:43 PM
One of the reasons why I am stacking up my stash, I am also waiting for 2020, and I think this will push for another bull-market and possibly it could break the recent ATH. Accumulate as much as you can and be patient.
1152  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin jump to 8500USD, will it hit 10k this week on: May 26, 2019, 09:52:36 PM
Bitcoin just jumped to 8,5k USD, with a new high compared to previous uprise, will this be the turn above 10k USD, seems to be easy for BTC this time

If there will be more  positive news, events and hype that will occur there might be possibilities that hitting 10k is reacheable. The price jumped to quick and it could go further more or just go back a little. The market is really difficult to speculate, just be prepared.
1153  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does Low Risk Gambles Create Success ? Does this made you a Smart Gambler? on: May 26, 2019, 09:49:08 PM
A smart gambler knows his limit and follows his own set of rules whem gambling. I personally set my own limitations  when gambling, and honestly there are times that I break them, this is due to greed and the feeling that you are in the moment which most likely wnds up in a bad way. I think it takes a lot of discipline to know when to stop and limit your self.
1154  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What do you consider the greatest underdog story? on: May 26, 2019, 04:27:58 PM
A few years ago when Leicester won the Premier League won the title at 5000:1 odds got me interested in what you all consider the best underdog story of sports and what were the gambling odds if you can find them.?

Can be any sporting match, horse racing, etc.

Well, I wish I had money to bet on that game. But, I doubt people would be betting on underdog teams. It's really exciting to watch games especially when an underdog team is winning. Just like when Mavericks took the championship in their match with Miami way back 2011. It wowed a lot of NBA fans since Dirk Nowitzki was the only star player of Mavericks against the all star team of Miami during that time, won a bet with my friends during that time.
1155  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: EXPOSED: The real creator of Bitcoin is ... on: May 26, 2019, 04:17:31 PM

Satoshi Nakamoto is a pseudo name to cover who the real creator is, and since the name sounds or similar to Japanese name many thinks Satoshi originates from Japan. Up to this day, nobody knows who really created bitcoin and I think this will remain as a mystery for a long-time, or maybe forever. There had been a lot of claim to satoshi's creation, but a lot failed to provide proof. I guess it's best to remain that way since Satoshi really intends to remain anonymous leaving no proof of his real identity.
1156  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Money Illusion on: May 26, 2019, 02:06:52 PM
Episode 8 is about Crypto but it is very quick to get to starting with Episode 1:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DyV0OfU3-FU

I think Episodes 1 to 7 is when he was in ancient history time and in Episode 8 he still sticks with Gold.

Well presented lectures but a bit biased, what do you think?

I think it's pointless to watch and comment on a 25 minute long video that has been published back in February 2013.It's a waste of time.

Well, honestly the date when it was published doesn't matter as long as the content it self is informative and is intended for education and information purposes. The video talks about money and how currency affects the power to purchase, and that our true wealth is our time and freedom and money is just a trading tool that keeps us away from our time and freedom.
1157  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: CRYPTO RELATED DISCORD WITH HIGH GIVEAWAYS on: May 26, 2019, 01:44:25 PM
I rarely use discord to join crypto community, I joined a lot of telegram groups but most of them are just a place to promote referrals. So what is this group for?

I agree, people rarely use discord to join crypto community, I also only use discord whenever it is required to join in certain bounties or if ever there are generous give-aways, or important updates that is only announced in discord. If your links are intended for referrals this should be removed since it is not allowed in this forum. You should've also posted some information that you have posted for readers to have an idea.
1158  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Looking for fair & trusted site? on: May 26, 2019, 01:23:49 PM
I agree that Stake.com and Primedice belongs to the list of online crypto gambling site that is fair and trusted in regards to gambling services. It has been trusted and proven by a lot of gamblers. They have a huge number of supporters and community who trusts and like their services a lot. The team makes sure that all their supporters problem and query are attended and answered as soon as possible. They provide quality service and gambling experience.
1159  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: --< Building your future on the price of Bitcoin >-- on: May 26, 2019, 01:16:30 PM
True, people should not rush in investing and earnig in crypto. A lot of people think crypto is a quick way to earn money. However, people should know that crypto millionaires started investing in crypto when it's price is very low and patiently hodl thei investment till today. A lot of people had lost a lot of money due to FOMO last bull market, I think this will serve as a lesson to think before investing. Crypto can be your way to earn or loss money depending on your investment plan.
1160  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: BitcoinCasino.com The Most Dishonest Casino, Here's What To Expect on: May 26, 2019, 11:00:09 AM
Thank you for sharing your experience here. I think you should also get their attention here so that they can defend their side and give you further explanation about the situation. Every site ToS should be clear from the start and if ever there are changes on it, evety players or users should be informed a few days before/weeks the changes and when changes is done.
