1281  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Would you like to setup your own crypto exchange if upfront costs are low? on: May 21, 2019, 06:47:11 AM
If upfront costs are low and there is revenue sharing model, would you like to start your crypto exchange and test your marketing/non-tech skills?

No, it requires a lot of work, skills and effort. Not to mention you will have to find trust worthy people to work along woth you to be able to create an exchange.
1282  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Ethereum drop below $240 again do you believe? on: May 21, 2019, 06:27:20 AM
Will Ethereum drop below $240 again do you believe?

The bull-market has not fully started yet, so we can expect that there might be some market decline that will occur from time to time. The market is unstable so anything can happen. However, once the bull-market starts we might not be able to see ethereum at this price, so it's better to buy now.
1283  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Welcome to the future on: May 21, 2019, 06:16:08 AM
For me. I only make cryptocurrency a place to invest.
I can't say support or not, that in the near future people won't have a choice but to embrace cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
But, I'm sure crypto will be our solution, a technology advance.

How will be crypto a solution if you only see it as an investment tool. Crypto was created to be an alternative payment tool, not just a mere investment tool. It was created to be used as oayment to bring convenience to it's user, not just to provide profit for those who will invest on it.
1284  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Andrew Yang or John McAfee? on: May 21, 2019, 05:58:58 AM
Lesser of two "evil'? I would sure choose Andrew Yang all day long over John "eat my dick" McAfee. I mean who the in the hell would take John seriously? What would he do when he become the next POTUS? But I don't think that either one of them will win though, it will take them a lot of luck to be even nominated or get the nod of their parties.

Of course, it is already given that neither guys will make it to the White House. Against many established names with much bigger machinery and money,  a candidate with limited resources can be facing an uphill battle. But then again, in my opinion some candidates are not there to really win but just use the opportunity and the political platform to send the message to the electorate. And that is what these two guys are doing. Now the next is question: Are they doing disservice to the bitcoin community when after all they are destined to lose?

Well obviously there is no chance for them to win. However, any form of publicity is a good publicity. This might be able to push cryptocurrency awareness. But, I don't really trust Mcafee, he always wants to be on the spot light seeking for attention. But, as long as crypto will be exposed to the mass then just let him be. Let's just hope he won't be eatig his genitals when he runs for presidency. Grin
1285  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Cycles on: May 21, 2019, 05:51:25 AM
You should at least post your thoughts as well and just not posting random links here. Are you the owner of the said blog? Didn't click the link, but here are my thoughts on bitcoin cycles. Of course this market has this sort of cycle runs, bears/bulls because of one important event that happens every four years, that is the bitcoin block halving, so that alone is a cycle in itself.

Agree, OP should've included his thoughts about the article/blog that he posted. I don't click random links. But I agree that the market has a repeated cycle if you will look at the market chart. The halving usually affects thw market demand of bitcoin and this is where the bull-matket starts. After the bull-market there comes the major price correction and massive dump or the bear-market.
1286  Economy / Gambling / Re: BitcoinCasinoAffiliates.com -Affiliate Program Reviews/Comparisons, News, Events on: May 21, 2019, 05:41:19 AM
It's a good website since you can find lists of affiliate program in one place. However, most of the affiliate programs that are in the website are not familiar to me. It's also good since it has an updated lists of conferences that that is to occur. This could be a good reference to check affiliate programs and up-coming events and conferences related to bitcoin gambling.
1287  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto for the homeless day 9 - halal truck food - the homeless probably ate bet on: May 21, 2019, 05:19:42 AM
If I will be able to earn better here in crypto world, I want to do the same thing as well. It's fulfilling to share all the blessings and profit that we're earning here in crypto world with less fortunate people. I hope that there would be more people who will aim to help just like what you're doing, Op. Kudos to you and to the truck owner. I'm sure that homeless people are grateful for what you did.
1288  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Less than 1 Year for Block Halving on: May 21, 2019, 05:11:20 AM
I don't think we could reach $100k faster and easier this year. We all know how Bitcoin reach $25k last 2017. It has been through a lot. I believe that halving has a big impact on bitcoin's price but it couldn't make it reach $100k. I'm being positive but as of now, Bitcoin still needs to reach the same value as it has reached the last bull run.
1289  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Evolution of the Bitcoin Logo on: May 21, 2019, 04:12:21 AM
I prefer the simple orange B compared to the other Bitcoin logos, as I find this orange B much simpler, and it gives less emphasis that Bitcoin is actually a coin(bitcointalk's favicon give's a bit emphasis). I heavily dislike those bitcoin images(like the one below) that most articles are using, as it can give false impressions to people who don't know much about bitcoin; thinking that bitcoin is something physical.

I agree with you. This one is simple yet shows a deeper meaning. Bitcoin's logo doesn't have to be artistic because Bitcoin itself is already an art. This logo emphasize the function and importance of Bitcoin in the Blockchain technology. For me, it's more attractive meaningful.
1290  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: TRADENANCE - PUBLIC REGISTRATION MAY 29TH 2019 on: May 21, 2019, 03:45:38 AM
I hate to say this but I'm not well convinced with the description that you have stated. You should post in complete details next time so people would never doubt about it. There are lots of projects which are offering too much that causes people have a second thought. What we really need here is transparency and assurance because most of us are tired of fake and scam projects.
1291  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The "Church"(call it whatever you want) of Bitcoin on: May 21, 2019, 03:15:53 AM
If there would be a Bitcoin church, are you willing to donate something to a charity? Are you going to be a channel of blessings to help other through your earnings in crypto world? You should set an example on how Bitcoin could change the whole world so that you could attract more people to trust it.
1292  Economy / Economics / Re: Jobs Created by the Blockchain & Bitcoin on: May 21, 2019, 02:32:55 AM
Lucky are those who are spending time with Blockchain technology because they are able to gain the best profit while earning and being able to sustain their needs. Truly, Blockchain has been opening and providing a lot of better opportunities to employed or even unemployed people. It's a big help and it has been making our lives lighter.
1293  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: One type of trading strategy on: May 21, 2019, 02:05:50 AM
It's our choice to choose a strategy where we feel comfortable to use when we are trading. As for me, I would rather use the basic way and normal way to do trading rather than putting too much complications. I would just want to do a simeple way rather than relying too much on technical analysis.
1294  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrencies now days are more than money! very high cost and fees high now! on: May 20, 2019, 11:41:19 PM
That's the risk of bitcoins price increase, the fees are even getting higher. As for me, we have our own views and perspective in cryptocurrency and yes, fees are making things hard but I still see the bright side of cryptocurrency there. Transaction fees aren't new so we should just deal with it.
1295  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: CBS '60 Minutes' 5/19/19 on Bitcoin. Will it cause FOMO or FUD? (Take the Poll!) on: May 20, 2019, 11:19:56 PM
It doesn't matter if it's Fomo or Fud. They just want to be on the mainstream and make sound because Bitcoin's current price is in the mainstream as well. What I observed is they lack an explanation so it became pointless for me. I guess their main goal was just to promote and to advertise.
1296  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Kevin O'Leary's Take On Bitcoin! on: May 20, 2019, 10:52:00 PM
There's no sense in debating with someone who doesn't believe in crypto. It doesn't even make him smarter to call Bitcoin a garbage. Bitcoin would defend and speaks for itself through its works and success. Those people who are trying to put Bitcoin down would realize and regret things that they're saying about BTC.
1297  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A notary office in China uses blockhain on: May 20, 2019, 08:01:30 PM
There are actually different adoptions and implementations involving cryptocurrency which we can't recognize at some point. There are universities in our country which accepts cryptocurrency and some small stores because the owners are well engaged to crypto. China would surely go more and could make every businesses involving crypto more successful.
1298  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: MORE TYPES OF BITCOIN SCAMS on: May 20, 2019, 07:39:30 PM
Some of us have learned these things to experience. We could easily stay away from scammers if we don't trust people easily. Also, we must be keen and observant about people's intention around us. We should do some research before doing a certain step like choosing an exchange or a trading site. Being scammed is frustrating so we should protect our earnings.
1299  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Check if your exchange is fractional reserve day ? on: May 20, 2019, 07:12:16 PM
We can do that but the attempt wouldn't be successful because exchanges are in control of different transactions and they can't accomodate a huge number of transaction that you're trying to say. We will just ruin the flow and destroy most of exchanges through that so I guess that isn't a good idea.
1300  Other / Off-topic / Re: A GIFT FOR MY PARENTS on: May 20, 2019, 06:53:15 PM
That's a good choice of present but you shouldn't end up by just giving them that amount of BTC. You should let them know how Blockchain works and what is the risk of investing in crypto so they wouldn't expect much out of that investment. You're thoughtful by the way.
