61  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is DingDang.io is the next PEPE? Investing in it is worthy or not? on: January 13, 2024, 07:06:33 AM
I don't trust new projects with inexperienced teams. I've been burned by several solid projects with new teams that couldn't deliver on their promises. Recently, I came across an airdrop for an upcoming meme project called DingDang. The interesting part is that the team successfully launched Kikswap in 2021, which performed well. The presale participants gained a 10x return at launch, and they raised 506 BNB in the initial seed sale. With many trending meme coins in the market, I'm considering investing in DingDang during its early stages. What are your thoughts on whether it's worth it or not?

dingdang.io

I haven't seen or analysed this project named dingdang but there are so many wasteful projects that are made to make money for themselves. I would not recommend investing in any of these and if you want to invest, then follow the step principle.

1) Invest in a very small part of your portfolio.

2) Try to invest early in such projects when they are on DEXes. Once they are listed on centralized exchanges, its hard to make profit at that moment.
62  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When is the next alt season? on: January 12, 2024, 11:33:33 AM
The majority of my portfolio is in altcoins and I am currently 29% in profit which I am happy with considering the Bitcoin halving is still 3 months away.

This is my first bull run over the next few years so I am just wondering when do altcoins usually start really pumping, is it long after the Bitcoin halving?

These days, we do not see the absolute altcoin season, usually when bitcoin is pumping, all the altcoins will also pump at the same time and the same is true when the bitcoin is in dumping mode, altcoins dump even further. This means that we may have multiple mini alt seasons throughout the year and the major one will come when bitcoin is at the peak of the bull market.
63  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about TON? on: January 12, 2024, 11:04:10 AM
I've invested some money in it and waiting for its growth but it's kinda stable rn. Also I'm wodering should i invest more moeny in it or no. When do you think it will grow and will it grow at all? Really want to hear the opinion of some more experienced traders

This looks like a new project. Can you give us details from where you invested in TON and at which price so that others may also get some inspiration if they like the project?
Also how much dollars do you have invested in this project? Generally specking if the project turns out to be a good one, your small investment can turn into big amount of money.

Iftikhar Cha-cha Comes to the pitch and we will see some maximum boundaries.
Ohh my Allah, ifti chacha hitted six at first Ball.
Pakistan can win today's match if any player can bat aggressively especially Babar Azam who is unbeaten so far. If the wicket keeper Azam Khan can bat well, if Pakistan can bat like this, maybe they can come to the end and win.
First match of this series I was not expecting New Zealand will start like this but still they have done good job and have massive target for the Pakistan which is unpredictable and mostly go on SENA tours without any homework having serious problems.
After 15 overs we have good chase from them while needed 68 from 30 balls which is completely fair game for the both sides on this small ground Babar Azam and Azam Khan on crease, and we can expect anything 226 is big score against Pakistan, but recently they are completely down with their bowlers are leaking too many runs and batting is also not going as they required.

In today's match, Aamer Jamal didn't take any wickets, actually he bowled a player of New Zealand but on no-ball, and after that ball we never saw any out from him.
Today was also a debut match of a very great player whose name is Abbas Afridi and in his first match, he took three wickets, before this match, he played in leagues and PSL, and U19 trophies but now he has succeeded in taking his place in the team, and as you know, cric info tells MVP to Abbas Afridi, he is the best player from his team.
65  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is this the end of excitement on: January 12, 2024, 08:57:59 AM
I have been buying small amounts of bitcoin for over 10 years. While I was always knew bitcoin would grow I did hope that some events might make it jump up in price say 3 to 5 times. Events like etf approval, a harvening etc. I still remember those charts that had predicted supersonic prices by now. But now read that both the etf and harvening aew now priced in and yet the price is not even an earlier all time high.

Does that mean the excitement days are over. Has bitcoin become boring in terms of big price fluctuations☹️

If you compare the previous halving, you will know that the bitcoin prices usually dump post halving and then slowly start to recover and then we will witness the bull season peak about one to 1.5 years after the halving event. So how can you have that halving event are priced in already? You need to see and understand the halving effects before you come to such conclusions.

Also, for the Bitcoin ETF, we will see gradual constant demand of bitcoin mainly because of ETF and ETF was never a pump and dump event. Here you also need to understand what is ETF and how it will affect on bitcoin in the long term duration.
66  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Want to know what etf really is on: January 12, 2024, 06:50:56 AM
I think the best explanation would be that it is a regulated investment option for institutional investors to buy Bitcoin without actually buying and holding it themselves.

I see Valkyrie Bitcoin Miners ETF (WGMI) performed very well in 2023... going up with 257.2% ....so imagine what will happens with the ETFs that were approved now.  Grin

In the long run we will have very good and strong results for bitcoins in terms of price and adoption, however many people were speculating that we may have a big pump right after the ETF approval news. That did not happen and many people are disappointed because of this. Many people see things in short term and this price behaviour of bitcoin may have disappointed them.

I think the ETF approval was already priced in, even before the approval and now we may see gradually increase in the price of bitcoin as companies and people will invest in the Bitcoin ETFs.
67  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's the view of an average citizen About crypto currencies on: January 12, 2024, 06:36:40 AM
The future of crypto currencies is unknown,  but it is a new generation of Money which is already replacing the paper currency, especially Bitcoin been the most popular and successful among other crypto currencies so far, bitcoiners need to know that currently Bitcoin is trading low from its all time high, Bitcoin should not be viewed as a short term Investment, but should be seeing as a long term life changing investment due to its liquidity and high returns when trading high.
Bitcoin is a digital currency that has come to stay, as long as the internet stays , most persons that didn't believe in Bitcoin 10years ago regretted it, that will be also be the case for people who don't be in it now come 2034.so think positively take the risk and Investment in Bitcoin today.

The future of cryptocurrencies especially bitcoin is not UNKNOWN. Seeing the progress of bitcoin from the last 10 years and here we have now the bitcoin EFT approved. This would mean that bitcoin is not going anywhere and it is the future.

If the average citizen thinks and denies the bitcoin and cryptocurrencies then we can have no words for the ignorance of such people. They will just remain back in society if they are still conservative about accepting bitcoin.
68  Economy / Speculation / Re: Heading into 2024 crypto year: what are your hopes and fears? on: January 11, 2024, 03:12:39 PM
Nobody can tell for sure what will happen or of we will break the immense psychological resistance of 100k, but we can talk about hunches or sentiment.

Taking into account the news about incoming ETFs, the halving in the next months, the price action of 2023 and the pattern of cycles that repeat every 4 years approximately, I am quite optimistic for Bitcoin, and I'm almost sure that if Bitcoin takes off, many alts will have an incredible ROI, especially low caps.

We could lose it all too, the future is uncertain by nature, so I would avoid going all-in too, not to get our fingers burnt.

From what i observed yesterday night, I think there is every possibility that BTC would touch $100k or above if the BTC spot ETF is approved, BTC rose to $48k last night after a fake rumor of SEC approval hit the net before retracing back to $45k after it was observed the news was fake. It is now clear to me that the approval will definitely impact the price action but would BTC dip below $20k if it is rejected, that's the question i haven't gotten answer to

About this, we cannot ask anything because nobody knows what is the feature of Crypto Currency but at least we can share our advice. If we look back so in December of 2023 Bitcoin increased its price by 12.6 percent so I think in January Bitcoin rates will come down, and if the rate of Bitcoin came down so I think it is the best opportunity to buy because I think after January again go up.
69  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: We dont own enough bitcoin on: January 10, 2024, 08:05:08 PM
Not we, because some of us has a lot of Bitcoins already in their wallets and they think it was enough. They are only hodling and waiting for the bull run to sell their Bitcoins, and after that they will start a new journey again. For the person who is greedy, they will always want more even if their Bitcoin is already huge in number.

I guess this isn't bad as being greedy on gambling, and similar things or activities which has a greater risk. They only want to make sure that the money that they use to buy a BTC have came from a good way.

@OP, getting BTC at this point is more rewarding because the value of it is higher than last time.

First of all, those who do not have enough money to buy a full bitcoin, they can still buy any amounts of bitcoin and it will be beneficial for them in the long run. They should keep buying it on regular intervals and this will give them the best average price for their bitcoins.
Even if someone bought bitcoin at higher rates, doing the DCA will help him getting the good average of the price.

Central Districts Vs Otago
Central Districts and Otago faced off in today's Super Smash 19th match. Otago won the toss and sent Central Districts into bat. Central Districts lost the wicket of Bayley Wiggins in the second over. Will Young and Cleaver put on 108 off 71 balls at the break of the second wicket, Cleaver getting out for 50 off 33 balls. Will Young's unbeaten innings of 101 off 63 balls helped Central District to 187/5. With Otago chasing a target of 188 runs, neither batsman could stay on the pitch properly for long. Ajaz Patel took four wickets for Central Districts with 24 runs in 4 overs. Otago were eventually bowled out for 135 and Central Districts won by 52 runs.

Today we witnessed the 19th match of Super Smash, and in this match man of the match was Will Young, this match toss was won by Otago, and they decided to bowl first while they had also the option of batting.
The umpire of this match that is present on the ground is Cory Black and Derek Walker. Billy Bowden was the TV umpire of this match, and the reserve umpire name is Jason Leahy, and the last match referee is Sue Morris. This is the some main details about this 19th match of Super Smash.
71  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will any other coins like Bitcoin be discovery in the future? on: January 09, 2024, 07:27:07 PM
Bitcoin is a decentralized currency It is very difficult to say whether such coins like Bitcoin will be discovery in the future. But in my opinion such coins will not be another discovery.

What is yours opinions?
First BTC was not discovered it was invented by Satoshi Nakamoto, I don't have the intention to discourage you, it's just, that I thought you should know the difference between invented and discovered, if you already knew then never mind my comment.

I don't think there would be any other coin that would compete with BTC because BTC has 50%+ dominance which means it has the most dominance over other crypto or to emphasise the importance of this we can say, it covers half of the market cap of the crypto industry alone.

To compete with BTC, many coins have to spend years just like BTC did, even the forks of BTC were not able to compete it while they were the advanced and improved versions of it. ETH comes at second number but still it can't compete with BTC because of volatility of BTC.

Well, we never know about the future and currently, there is no coin that can even compete with Bitcoin but still bitcoin won't remain forever and at some time there is will be something better than Bitcoin but this is not going to happen anytime soon. Maybe it may take 50+ years for some better invention and by that time none of us would be alive to see that invention.
72  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's Your Exchange to Wallet Ratio? on: January 07, 2024, 07:53:15 PM
Does anybody leave a percentage of their BTC on the exchanges, or do you guys store all your BTC in your wallets, etc?

There is not anything as a ratio like to keep 20% in exchanges or 80% in the personal wallets but it usually depends upon the position size of the trade that you will take on the exchanges and the funds that you will need to move that amount in the exchange. I will usually move the coin back the my personal wallet if i bought it in a spot market.

If you are trading in a future market, then there is not any option but to keep those coins on the exchange till the trade is finished.
73  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What happens if all Bitcoin is lost? on: January 07, 2024, 11:40:44 AM
What would happen if all Bitcoin is mined and all Bitcoin is lost?
I guess that at that point bitcoin would not exist anymore, that's it. You are mentioning bitcoin but it's the same with anything else: what happens if we extract all the oil available on our planet? It's done, no more oil. What happens if we kill all the elephants? No more elephants. And so on. Anyway a scenario like the one you are mentioning is extremely unluckily to happen, why would people choose to deliberately get rid of something that has a high value?

I do not understand why people think such useless things that have no head or foot and it is just a waste of time if we just keep on thinking what will happen if all the Bitcoin is lost and all such stuff ?
Bitcoin is there for the last 10 years and nothing has happened to Bitcoin credibility so why people are still worried and keep on asking such things ?
I mean seriously don't have any other important thing to think about or if they have nothing to think about they can at least think of all they can accommodate bitcoins and invest in bitcoins other than thinking of this useless thoughts.
74  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: League and Domestic Cricket discussion on: January 07, 2024, 11:10:18 AM
India u19 is looking in great form. They way today indian team chased target by losing only 4 wickets are impressive. above 250 is average score in ODI match and bowlers could defend but SA bowlers couldn't able to find more wickets after two early at the start. Musheer khan and Uday make a very good partnerships at the time of pressure. Priyanshu Moliya  then done his job and finished well which was need at the end. India have 8 points which show that India will also win the series

Yesterday the match between India U19s taking on South Africa U19s and on it, the Indian U19s team won the toss and decided to bowl first and as they planned they did that.
South African Under 19s team batted first and they made 256 runs and on 256 their all team was all out, but then they had a hope that they could do something good in bowling but there was also no special. Indian team easily chased the target while 2 overs remained, and they made 260 runs and they lost just 4 wickets,
Indian team played much better than South African U19 team.
75  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is the bull run begun ? on: January 07, 2024, 09:45:06 AM
With the current performance of Bitcoins, should we say that the Bitcoin bull run has begun or we should expect the real bull run  after the halving as usual.
The current market state is already bringing joy, is this a sort of trap or what could have led to the current positive market performance.

I do really think, sharing experience can help one learn and avoid the shock of greediness on investment. Tell us your view on bitcoins market performance recently

Many people are of the point of view that due to ETF approvals and all this stuff, this year's bull market may be different and we may see all time high even before the halving.
Some analysts are the point of view that after bitcoin ETF approval, there will be a prolonged bitcoin bull market of 6 to 8 years and there may be no bear market.

I think these sentiments are too emotional and nothing of that sort is going to happen. Rather I think Bitcoin will behave like previous cycles and there will be no change whatsoever.
76  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: January 07, 2024, 09:23:22 AM
I will appreciate the bowling of Otago. The bowlers done a very good job, first they restricted the Northern Districts team below 130 runs. And Especially I will appreciate the two bowlers I mean Jake Gibson and Jacob Duffy. Both of them collected 7 wickets. Which I think a big achievement. Jacob Duffy collected 4 wickets and Jake Gibson collected 3 wickets. So ND made only 128 runs and Otago chased the target in 17 overs and lost only 2 wickets. Congratulations to Otago for this excellent performance.

The match of Canterbury and Auckland has been finished and this match was won by Auckland. The team of Canterbury batted first and they were able to make not too many runs but at least they made 140 runs, while they picked a loss of 5 wickets, and after their batting innings.

Auckland came on batting and started their innings and they don't any stress of runs they chased the target without any pressure even they made pressure on Canterbury, and Auckland team chased the target in 15 overs where they had a loss of 2 wickets and they made 141 runs.
77  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: January 07, 2024, 08:31:21 AM
Super Smash Competition:

Northern Districts team won toss and win chance for choosing Bat or bowl and ND team decided bat first. This game was held on Seddon Park Hamilton stadium. ND team gave very low target 128 runs in 18.4 overs and entire team dismissed. OTAGO team easily chase down this target and won this game by 18 remaining and 8 wickets. OTAGO team scored 132 runs in 20 overs by losing 2 wickets. G Phillips effort in this game was brilliant and he awarded a player of game. G. Phillips scored 53 runs in 30 balls and he hitted two 4s and five 6s. D.Foxcroft also scored well and 55 runs made in 48 balls and he hitted six 4s and one 6s.

As you know, the Super Smash league was started and at the same time, this was also played in women, and today was the match of Canterbury Women vs Auckland Women's and the same match played in men's cricket where this match was won by Auckland and also in women's cricket this match also won by Auckland Women, means both times Canterbury team afford a loss in men's cricket and in women's cricket.

This was not good for Canterbury Cricket in Super Smash they lost the match from both sides. In women's team Auckland women make more runs than the men's team.
78  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you actually think a Bitcoin ETF will be accepted this month? on: January 07, 2024, 08:03:28 AM
Three days from today, questions like this will be answered, and I think on January 10, there will be another rise in Bitcoin's price value. And it is likely that other altcoins will also have a bounce in price values that currently have short-dumped their prices in the market.

That's why I think this is the opportunity for us and other traders to buy potential alts in the market as well, and I also think that the SEC will actually approve what will happen to bitcoin spot etf that too; it seems unlikely that they will actually approve anything for that matter.

I guess it will be either that bitcoin ETF will be approved by 10 of January, if not, then we may not see getting it approved in this month. I do not know if delaying it further can cause SEC to face some legal issues too.

Tomorrow is Monday 8th Jan, and I am hopeful that SEC will approve this on Monday or Tuesday, if not, I guess they are not going to approve it or going for delaying tactics. Whatever is the cause of the excuse, bitcoin will have the selling pressure.
79  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: January 06, 2024, 01:20:58 PM
The World Cup schedule has been announced and according to the schedule, India has four matches to play in the group stage and these four matches will be played in between which team and which ground and at which time.

India's first match with Ireland is on Wednesday and this match will played in New York, India's second match is set to play with Pakistan and this match also will be played in New York on Sunday, and the third match of India will be play also in New York between USA on Wednesday, and Indian team last match is with Canada on Saturday in Lauderhill.

As you know T20 World Cup 2024 groups were announced so I think the most easier group is for New Zealand because New Zealand is the only team in their group, which team had a top 5 team ranking in T20 at this time, and they had the first match with New Zealand and then West Indies and then Uganda and after that, all they had a match with the smallest team Papua New Guinea.

And from these, all New Zealand team can easily win it, but New Zealand was the most unluckiest team that's why they don't have any T20 or ODI World Cup, they just one a Test Championship against India and Champions trophy.
Will see how this world cup will turn out to be for the New Zealand's team.
80  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: January 06, 2024, 11:51:22 AM
In the first one-day match between Zimbabwe and Sri Lanka, the Sri Lankan team batted first and lost one wicket, but they were under some pressure, but the next batsmen are batting brilliantly. The way the Sri Lankan team is batting, it looks like they will score 300 plus runs. If Sri Lanka can give a target of 300 runs to Zimbabwe then Sri Lanka will easily win today's match. The bowling line of the Sri Lankan team is more excellent than the batting, so it can be said that if Sri Lanka can score 300 runs, the Sri Lankan team will easily win this match today through their excellent bowling. The current score of the Sri Lankan team is 175 runs for 5 wickets in 33 overs.

And if they played like this so maybe much faster their team would be all out and just a few minutes before the fifth wicket of Sri Lanka was fell which was the wicket of Sahan Arachchige, and after this wicket only Charith Asalanka left batsmen and other remaining who will do bat is a bowler.
