901  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | The Honest Online Casino | Hop In On The Action 🇦🇺 on: November 09, 2019, 01:50:29 PM
There is nothing wrong to be a Co-onwer of Roobet but i don't know it does create some confusion in the mind, maybe because the site is new one. However i think if your signature campaign manager endorsed this, then all the confusion will be removed as he is trusted person here.
If roobet.com will scam customers, will the signature manager compensate the damages?

Why would he ? Signature campaign manager is responsible for the campaign and payments to those who participate in the campaign. If any issue in payment of campaign, only then you can held the campaign manager responsible.

Becoming a campaign manager, does not mean that he has become the owner of the business. He is only doing a Job.

Hi! I'm not the single owner of the site, but I do work on the site.
Can you explain how you work on the Roobet.com site, please.

It is very risky for Roobet.com if there is unofficial ann topic that manage by a stranger who does not have any relation to Roobet.com.
Yes, I'm a part-owner of Roobet Smiley I'll make sure we make some sort of direct link back to this thread to show it's official.

903  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: With Bitcoin Options, How to Achieve Hundred Times Profit on: November 08, 2019, 08:49:36 AM
So what exactly is Bitoffer ? Is it some sort of leverage platform or a trading platform ?
You have explained a scenario but you did not give any clue regarding Bitoffer. That's strange. I can only analysis, if i see which platform are you talking about ?

Quote
Tom spent $5 to earn $500, the rate of return is 10,000%.
How is that possible unless there is some leverage involved and who will give the leverage of 10,000% .
904  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: November 08, 2019, 06:36:58 AM
Tomorrow we have 3rd T20 match between Australia VS Pakistan, and Australia has leading the series with 1-0, there is any chance Pakistan can level the T20 series? or tomorrow also match going to end with one side.
With T20 the match can turn anytime, but looking upon the previous two matches played between both the teams the winning probability for Pakistan is very narrow. The first match was supposed to be a win for Australia, but it was no result game. During the second match scoring 150 is easy chasing score. The match to be interesting at least it requires 180 runs on first batting.

For OZ if couple of players bat then they are easily able to reach score of 180 around with the like of warner and other . As such one cannot say for Pakistan team who can make such big scores that regularly though they can bat but chances between two Australia becomes favourite .

Australian are easily the favorites to win this last T20 at Perth. Australians will be missing their main bowler Pat Cummins but it does not matter much when they are playing against the weakest side of Pakistan.
Aron Finch , David Warner or Steven Smith, any or all of them can easily win the match and the series today.
905  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Phishing email ask me to install or update brave browser. on: November 08, 2019, 05:40:17 AM
It's better to use your built-in browser. There's a lot of browsers out there with injected spyware on it. So always be cautious about using them. If you are using browsers like Google chrome or mozilla, don't save your pass as it can easily be backed. Also don't just add browser extension of it's not needed. Some of the has copy paste virus. Their address will automatically paste when you paste other address. So be cautious about that.

Also we should only install the browser from their original websites. It is always danger to install the browsers from third party sites and if someone email like the case of OP, to install from a link, it will be surely a virus or a malware.
I do trust Mozilla and even store my password on it, but after reading some views here i will remove all my save passwords from the browsers too. Its feels everyone is looking to scam the other rather than being honest   Sad
906  Economy / Gambling / Re: Beat the Bookie ( Round 2 ) - Updated Today 07/11/2019 - Special Offer! on: November 08, 2019, 04:42:29 AM
Were 5 mins away can Big_daddy be the first to beat the bookie! 1 more goal in the rangers game and he wins!

Does this mean that still none of the players win and you are again lucky for the 2nd day.  Smiley
I will play with you but first i am waiting for a day when anyone wins here and see how it goes on from there.
907  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: No Wonder Satoshi Disappeared... on: November 08, 2019, 04:26:58 AM
Money is big business.

Ripple is literally a business, though.  It's not a valid comparison with BTC and satoshi.  Bitcoin isn't an entity that can be sued for giving investors fraudulent advice.  Ripple is.

Ripple is centralized and as they claim that banks will be using it. I still looking which banks are actively using it in their daily transactions ?

Doesn't matter Satoshi did not disclose his entity, bitcoin was made to be anonymous and therefore you can understand the reason.
908  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Hardware wallet for $5 - Don't be fooled! on: November 07, 2019, 05:21:53 PM
In the sea of fraud we see every day, there are some extremely stupid ones like this one, but still, there are people who will think something like this might be true. Only $5 for Ledger Nano S is just to low price, and if you order something like that, most likely you will get nothing, or in the best case, you will get a device with pre-generated seed or tampered hardware.

Too good to be true, 100% scam in most cases.

Whenever you decided to buy the hardware wallets, never buy them for Ali Baba, Amazon or any third party websites. Only buy from the original manufacturer site like https://shop.ledger.com/ , even if you have to pay a bit extra.

Am I the only one curious and thinking about buying one to unbox and see what is that? Cheesy
Edit: Nevermind, looks like there is a minimum order buy of 50 units. Definitely won't be doing that.

Why would they want 50 minimum order buy ? So that they can scam at once ? This is ridiculous.
909  Other / Meta / Re: How did you chosen ₿itcointalk username at the beginning of registrations? on: November 07, 2019, 04:07:40 PM
At the time of my registration here, i was totally new to bitcoin and crypto. For me Bitcoin was a great thing, it is still great for me though. I was too much excited and enthusiastic about bitcoins, and the name which i choose was from that love and inspiration from bitcoins.
910  Economy / Speculation / Re: This Is Why Bitcoin Price Could Hit $55,000 Next Year: Crypto Zombie in Trader’s on: November 07, 2019, 02:54:06 PM
If you’ve ever watched Bitcoin-related videos on YouTube, you’ve probably gotten to know K-Dub. K-Dub is a 32-year-old from New York who broadcasts live each day on his popular channel Crypto Zombie.

Without a doubt, Crypto Zombie is one of the most popular channels around, with an astonishing number of over 90,000 subscribers as of writing this. Every night you can meet him on YouTube, and when I write ‘meet him,’ this really describes his attitude toward his thousands of loyal followers.

K-Dub’s daily streams combine aspects of technical and fundamental analysis. He analyzes the Bitcoin charts while speaking about the day-to-day crypto news.
Please do visit this link for complete information: https://cryptopotato.com/bitcoin-price-could-hit-55000-next-year-crypto-zombie/

You are probably advertising a Youtube channel ?
I know many such channels who give good technical analysis but none of them can provide correct prediction. Most of them say that price can go up to x amount or dump to this much amount and their predictions are always right because they have given predictions in both the directions.
911  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 190 Indian Banks Raided in Fraud Crackdown – Can Bitcoin Be an Alternative? on: November 07, 2019, 09:44:42 AM
Now that 190 banks from India are being raided for fraud crackdown, do you honestly think that this will open the door for Bitcoin once again in the Indian market? For me, I'm not sure yet and may take time before it really happens. Let me know about your opinions and thoughts on this one guys, especially crypto enthusiasts from India.

Cheers!

No, the doors of bitcoins will not be opened even though the banks are on the red alert. The government has not announced anything like they are accepting crypto or making it legal. Yes, people can keep their money save in bitcoins privately, and govt. not been aware of this.
This is the case with many countries where their financial conditions are not good and governments do not allow bitcoin to use freely.   what a pity.Sad
912  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Market Price Vs Limit Price on: November 07, 2019, 09:00:46 AM
Do you prefer to use limit price or market price when doing crypto trading? What are the pros and cons?

I use both the limit price and market price when doing the trading. Sometimes when i see a coin has pumped and is towards the dumping phase, i usually place market order to get my coins sell at the current good rates and do not risk waiting.
On other cases, i place limit orders where i want to sell / buy coins at my pre-decided prices.
If you are a professional trader, you will be using the both.
913  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Are you guys studying chart? on: November 07, 2019, 08:38:14 AM
Nowadays I'm looking for the good chart reader for the study.
Would you mind let me know the good website for studying chart or good index kind like RSI MACD etc
What's your favorite things in the chart?

First you should understand the charts and all the trading concepts. The best and free way to do is to search Youtube videos tutorials on charting and analysis. You do not need to spend any money, everything is freely available on you tube. Once you get good knowledge then you can start studying the charts and do your own analysis to see if you analysis is correct.
914  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Are Airdrops worth participating in? WHERE to find all of them? on: November 07, 2019, 05:19:54 AM
Does anybody know for a site which shows all avaiable airdrops at the moment?
Thank you!

You will find many airdrops sites some of which are listed in above posts and there is no shortage of them. Regarding your question in the title, is they worth participating is something debatable.

They are only worth participating only if you
-  do not have any other source of income
-  do have a lot of free time
-  do not want to waste time in social media and utilize that time for Airdrops fetching

because most of the airdrops in the end will be worthless.
915  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: The best way to buy and sell bitcoin on: November 07, 2019, 04:39:11 AM
What is the best way to  buy/sell bitcoin with fiat with lowest fees?
I tired localbitcoin and paxfull both has high fees.
Is there any other methods.

localbitcoins do charge the fee but then they offer you good escrow and you feel safe when you are dealing in buying selling the bitcoins. You will not find any service which is free from fee.
One way is that you try to create a thread in currency exchange section where you can buy or sell bitcoin with your local currency but then you will hire an escrow for it and he will charge you also.
916  Economy / Gambling / Re: Beat the Bookie ( ME ) - Special offer for Bitcointalk Forum Users! on: November 06, 2019, 05:00:20 PM
Hi! ill update the main post in a moment, to confirm its not 5/8 the 8 games are simply the selection on offer you need 5/5 to win Smiley

So as i understand, we have to put a bet on 5 matches and also win that 5 matches to be eligible for x20 ? If we lose a single match bet, we will be denied the profits and we will have to Pay 0.0001 BTC. Is this right ?
In case, any persons loses and does not pay you 0.0001, then what will be your stance ?

Correct, you need to win 5/5 bets to win 20X your stake, if you win 4/5 or 3/5 you lose, and have to pay your bet amount. If someone doesn't pay, i will advise the community they are a scammer Smiley

I'm hoping to prove that you don't need a big exchange to bet, my payout will be instant. within 10 mins after the games end.

Don't you think it will make our chances of loss more because it is difficult to predict 5 straight correct result ?
This is similar to Parlay betting where the winning amount is too much tempting to give it a try.  Wink

918  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How someones made 184 Billion Bitcoin appear out of nowhere on: November 06, 2019, 03:57:51 PM
The hacker recognized a flaw in the early Bitcoin blockchain system: While there was a fixed maximum supply of 21 million Bitcoin, the code for checking Bitoin transactions did not work if the outputs were large enough to cause them to overflow (hence the Value Overflow Incident). The hacker, with one transaction, managed to create 8,784x the number of Bitcoin (BTC) that should never have existed.

Do you know that one of the major factor of bitcoin price rise is its limited supply. If for any reason (its impossible todate) the supply of bitcoins get increased, the price will shoot down to the floor.  Fortunely there is no more flaw in bitcoin block-chain and everything is smooth and the people confidence is intact.
919  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Spending-bitcoin.com - The biggest directory of webshops accepting Bitcoin! on: November 06, 2019, 02:42:12 PM
I just saw your website and was really excited to find many online stores under one roof.  Suberb.

Can you tell me if the listing on your site is free and also do you check if the sites listing on Spending-bitcoin are trusted ones only ?
920  Other / Meta / Re: Is it legal to send messages to bitcointalk users? on: November 06, 2019, 11:50:19 AM
Is it legal to send messages to bitcointalk users for advertise and marketing?without my account suspended.
Is it has a limit number for messages i can send?

Newbie has a limit of PM that he/she can send on daily basis but a lot of people have blocked Newbie Message them in the "Personal Message Options".
Your account will not get suspended on this basis but if you advertise anything illegal then people can report you and your account can be subject to tag.
Its better if you can advertise here on the forum publicly rather then PM to people. Those who are interested in your services, will contact you themselves.
