881  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What type of Cryptocurrency is used in the Deep Web for transactions? on: November 13, 2019, 11:20:23 AM
Bitcoin is very commonly used in the dark web but due to the high transaction fees, some others prefer to use altcoins. Like Monero, Ethereum, Litecoin, Bitcoincash, and Dash. But Litecoin has emerged as the second-most popular cryptocurrency that being used in the Darkweb.

See this link, https://www.investopedia.com/news/litecoin-gains-ground-bitcoin-dark-web/

As we can see, Litecoin has gained 30% that has made transactions in the Darkweb aside from Bitcoin that mainly use.

Wouldn't it make sense to use only the privacy coins on dark web ?
This is interesting data because i though people should have used XMR or other privacy coins more on dark web making it even to difficult to track the transactions.
882  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Free ATH for everyone who has ETH! on: November 13, 2019, 05:27:48 AM
I came across an article where - Emin Gün Sirer, professor of distributed systems at Cornell, introducing Avalanche (AVA), a new crypto protocol that is described as a platform for platforms.

One such platform to run on AVA is Athereum(ATH), a friendly fork which basically replicates the ethereum network, including all account balances and contracts, onto the new network.

In many ways it’s similar to a chain-split where 1 eth is equal to 1 corresponding coin, in this case, 1 eth plus 1 ATH (athereum).

There is no chain-split however, there’s no contention or anything, but everyone who has eth gets ath. The reason is because they want to showcase the new protocol which is based on what is claimed to be an anonymous paper.

"It describes a new family of consensus protocols that combines the best of Nakamoto consensus with the best of classical consensus. Huge breakthrough,” Sirer said on May 17th 2018.

>> Question: Do we really get free ATH if we have ETH? Will it be same as ETH?

Source: https://www.trustnodes.com/2019/11/10/ethereum-fork-to-give-free-a-eth-meet-ava

It looks like he want to make classic fork of ETH.

If he do this correct, then YES, you will get 1 ATH for every 1 ETH.

Same have been done with BTC when Roger Ver makes fork and created BCH.

The question is, who needs that?

For me it is another trick to make money, nothing more.

Does not matter even if its a trick to make money because a fork of ETH with free ATH will really create a lot of hype in the market and it will increase the value of ETH to great extent. Do you have the knowledge of exactly when this will happen. I would like to know the authenticity of this fork news.
Also i hope that there in no chain split as a result of this fork.

How do you think fork increases the ETH value?

It's exactly the opposite. People think that after the fork ATH will be the new ETH, and after all it will turn out to be worthless just like BCH. The forks like this only bring chaos, nothing more.

I think you are new to the hardware and software forks of the coins. I am not talking about the new product coin like ATH and its value high or low. It is the greed for the people to get free ATH coins and for this they will buy more and more ETH and this will increase the demand for eth and hence its price will pump. This pump will last till near the hardfork and then it will dump fast. This is how you can take advantage of the fork , if you are a crypto trader.
883  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How can i make 50.000$ fast ? on: November 13, 2019, 05:00:08 AM
I was here for 2-3 Years and I haven't even got $5000 let alone $50,000. you must be deluded if you think this forum will give you a way to make $50,000 in that short period of time. Seriously guys, If you want to invite people here in this forum make sure to educate them some basics about it, don't sugar coat your words by telling them that this forum is the lost Island in the National Treasure's movie.

You cannot make 50,000$ fast through this forum and as a general normal user it is impossible to gain such big amount from here.

There is no short cut in life, if you have some special skill you can make this much amount but if you had any such skill, you wouldn't be as asking here.

885  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Justify feedback before you trust anyone on: November 12, 2019, 09:52:12 AM
If you need to decide if you want to trust someone, then reading their recent posts, and making a couple of searches is more reliable in my opinion. Don't forget that accounts can be sold or stolen here, and you need to determine the trustworthiness of the current controller of the account.

Something similar has been discussed on here Red Trust Manager? and Put A Neutral Trust if you have LENT someone as well.
It quite clear that we need to check the on why the actual trust rating was given and do not blindly trust anyone.
Even still it is difficult to trust as in the case of OP. He could have never thought Zerbis could scam.  Sad
886  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Beware of iqoption on: November 12, 2019, 08:13:36 AM
Binary trading apps were promoted by youtube as well, then if its a scam then why they are doing it.I know the things will changes from demo trading account and with real money trades but how they still able to survive if they are stealing all trader's money?

Do you believe that everything that is promoted on you tube is legit ? The big channels gets a lot of money from companies to promote their business /websites with biased reviews. There are very few you tubers who will give you fair analysis of the sites.
Also note that binary trading is more like a gambling, rather than a proper trading platform. Personally i do not recommend to use iqoption or similar website.
887  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Beware of iqoption on: November 12, 2019, 06:22:45 AM
I want to use this opportunity to warn newbies who wants to trade using app like IQOpTION, its available on android and ios too, the fact is somehow iqoption only wants your money no matter how good you are in trading, their trading is fishy and not a real legit trading platform

iqoption is binary trading and all the binary trading are sort of scam. Many new traders think that they are doing real trading on binary option which is exactly not. If you want to do trading, do it on real exchanges like binance , bittrex etc and avoid websites like  iqoption.
888  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ripple CEO: As many as 99% of all cryptocurrencies will likely go to zero, on: November 11, 2019, 04:16:51 PM
Ripple CEO believe that the 99% of crypto-currency will go to zero as those coin has no use to solve any real life problem. And some coins have grown just because of hype in the market https://cointelegraph.com/news/ripple-ceo-only-1-of-todays-cryptocurrencies-will-survive .

Ripple CEO believe that all of the crypto currencies will be dead and only one percent will survive. Which crypto currencies  will be that lucky to be included in that 1%.  It would be Ripple as per the thinking of Ripple CEO Cheesy
I do know that there is no future of shitcoins but there is also no future of centralized coins like Ripple.
889  Economy / Reputation / Re: Red Trust Manager? on: November 11, 2019, 03:17:05 PM
Doesn't red trust mean symbolize bad image?
if so, do you still believe in projects managed by well-known managers who have red trust?

and frankly like @Wapinter

Well yeah but it depends... for example Atriz got f***** up because he managed a scam ICO project which it led to his demise although to be honest he was one of the best campaign managers alongside with yahoo (personally i think that he should given a chance) but sadly i agree with visarog once you got fucked up in campaign managing well companies will not hire these managers.

If you check ATriz profile, he has been given red tag by multiple persons and even if few of them agree to give him chance, it is not possible as all of them won't change their opinion. Signature managers should study the projects themselves first to avoid such situations later. Also there are few others managers too who are in the similar desperate situations.
890  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Fake Coinbase Giveaway, Stay Away on: November 11, 2019, 06:37:23 AM
The website- coinbasereward.com, claims they are coinbase and to celebrate 50 million accounts on their exchange, they are giving away 5000 BTC.
Fake!Fake!!Fake!!!
This is a scam attempt, please don't fall into this. They are not coinbase, nor they will send BTC ever.

This is just a silly attempt to gather money by scamming. Who would spent 0.1 btc only to verify the address. Only the newbies can be trapped in it because a person like you and me who have been dealing in crypto currencies knows that this is not a realistic demand from them.
Shame that these scammers first register the domains similar to popular websites and then try to fool the innocent. The money which they collect by these wrong acts can never help them.
891  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Busting A Shady Telegram Channel on: November 11, 2019, 04:08:34 AM
Thanks for reporting this.
Telegram is full of this scam channels.
It is scary to see that over 3800 people joined them...

A few months ago i was added in similar sort of telegram channel which was run by the name of Binance. And they were also giving a similar giveaway. Perhaps the same team started another channel. Angry
The worse thing about these channels are that there are many members in them which make them look legal channels while they are not.
892  Economy / Gambling / Re: Beat the Bookie ( Round 3 ) - Updated Today 08/11/2019 - Can you be the 1st? on: November 11, 2019, 03:03:26 AM
What happened here ? Are there no more further rounds ?
Also there is no update from the OP on the result of Round 3.

Took a day off Smiley!

To Ninjabitcoiner, i am allowed to take a day off, this doesnt make me a scammer and i really think your comments are unfair, i have not and will not scam anyone. I cant help noone has won yet, when they do they will confirm payment. Please stop screaming scam when ive done nothing wrong.

All tonights matches are in the OP, if youd like a different bet as normal please post it here and ill accept / reject it Smiley!

Goodluck! can someone beat the bookie?

Your trust rating tells otherwise  Roll Eyes

Ive been left feedback by someone who has never posted in this thread or any other ive commented in. Why do you insist on thinking this is a scam?
Because you have never showed or escrowed the bitcoin you are willing to pay if someone wins so it's a clear scam. i am glad no one else played. And what is the progress of the website you were launching lol?

No, he has not been given the red trust for scamming here because he has not done any scam as yet.
The Red tag was given to him for another post by Vod where he was looking for a loan without any collateral.
893  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Loan app on: November 10, 2019, 12:15:26 PM
I'm so sad for today I have many loan,to play primedice.com,but I'm not lucky I'll loss everything.....I thing I comet suicide,,,,

What i understand from this is that you had taken loan to play gambling and then lost all in gambling. Don't you know that gambling is risky and not to play gambling with loan money.  By the way how much amount of money did you lost ?
Suicide is not the solution to the problem, you should have thought twice before doing this act of gambling.
894  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: November 10, 2019, 08:00:20 AM
This was the real exciting end to the series and you can say it was the repeat of the world cup final where also England beat the New Zealand in the super over.
The weather was not so good today for cricket in  Auckland today but both teams show great entertainment in the 11 overs allocated to them.

Personally I am not comfortable with these "shortened" T20 matches. I guess 20 overs still gives too much advantage for the batsmen over the bowlers. If you reduce the number of overs any further, then you are completely erasing the role of the bowlers from the match. Look at this match.. the bowlers were going for 15-20 runs per over, on average. If that is the case, then what is the point in having specialized bowlers? They'll just be fine even if they go to the match with 11 batsmen instead of 7 batsmen and 4 bowlers.

You are right to some extent because when you have only 11 overs to play, you have nothing to lose as a batting team and only have to go for each and every ball. But these both teams didn't knew at the start of the match that it will end up in 11 overs a side match. If they knew it before i am sure both teams would have include more batsmen and all-rounders instead of specialist bowlers.
895  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Longest Break You Have On Not Gambling on: November 10, 2019, 07:17:48 AM
It's hard to take a break from gambling if it's become a habit, what's your Longest Break You Have On Not Gambling, in my case my longest days of break from gambling is 30 days when I take a vacation from a place when there are no casinos, and no internet connection.

I do not play gambling regularly. Sometimes during my exam i have no time for gambling while on other free days i play twice or thrice in a day. I am very inconsistent when it comes to gambling and i also cannot recall properly how much time i remained away from gambling. It can be from  3 to 5 weeks, not really sure of it.

^^^ Are you claiming that death is a hoax?

I have asked this question here and few of the people do believe that death is an Hoax. Few believe that there is another world after the death while many of them says that we will just decay after death and that's all in life.

I think no one has gone come back after the death to tell us what exactly happened after the death but its scary. Isn't ?
897  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: November 10, 2019, 06:03:21 AM
Thrilling match going on b/w them. England are near to that target of 147. Just need 20 off 10 balls. What a way to end the series  Cheesy

The match went on to the super-over, and was won comfortably by England. Now they are even closer to the no.1 spot in the ICC rankings. New Zealand completely lost it, when they asked Seifert to open. Guptill got only one ball and in case he had opened the batting then the outcome could have been different. Anyway, the series is now over and England has won it.

898  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: {Warning}: Fake Trezor pops up in Google on: November 09, 2019, 04:23:21 PM
For those beginners/newbies,

If you used Google to search for hardware wallets such as Trezor, just be careful because there's a lot of ads popping in the first page which is either a fake or a phishing site. Please be careful.

You can bookmark the official page, https://trezor.io/.

I urged everyone to report it here: https://support.google.com/google-ads/contact/vio_other_aw_policy

I have reported it but seriously whats wrong with the google ads.  They are showing the scam site on the top  Shocked
Anyways we should double check all the sensitives sites, before performing any activity on them to avoid getting scammed by these phishing sites.

900  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have You Counted Or Estimate All Your Losses And.... on: November 09, 2019, 02:22:57 PM
Some people are losing $100 daily or $200 a week or $500 a week how about you
Have you counted or estimate all your losses and thought what all your losses could you buy, do you sometimes stop and think on all of this.
I'm not a big gambler but I estimate I could already buy a good class mountain bike with all my losses, how about you?

Well, the amount people losing depends upon how much they invest in gambling. If anyone is losing 500$ in a week, he might be investing much more than that because in gambling you will win some and lose some. If you precisely calculate your game play, you can end up in profit at the end.
I mostly stay on the even side, the amount which i lose in gambling, i cover up that in my next few games and i always make sure my seed money is always saved in the end.
If you plan on how many games to play with how much amount, i am sure that losses can be minimized.
