Your deposits and withdrawals you made to the website would have been all credited. To me this seems like calling up your airline and demanding expired fly miles from a year ago when you are banned from flying and then refusing to comply with the basic things support asked for. I'll look into your account now but assuming these are all the facts I cannot promise much Edit: On sept 3 of last year your account was suspended for suspicion of accessing from a banned territory. After you affirmed you were American and then went back on that but refused to prove otherwise your account was moved from suspended to banned. I will reiterate that all your gameplay, deposits, withdrawals were paid out. Support had previously given you ample responsibility to work with them and you denied that. There is a reasonable possibility that this account has even been traded around as we've had issues with this type of abuse recently. You violated our terms and conditions last year and your account was suspended, all your deposits and withdrawals have been paid out. We don't have any objective to prevent you from money you are owed, but I cannot see how you breaking our rules and then refusing to comply with basic requests and having your account suspended entitles you to special privileges and generous VIP benefits of accounts in good standing. |

I mean it is a million dollars, it is a ton of money, I do not remember any place to give away a million dollars before and now we are talking about the same thing once again which will make it two million dollars in few months. That is really an awesome thing and I really did not see it coming at all. I do believe that it is definitely a great thing but I am worried that it is not going to help stake in the long run, I know a gambler worrying about the finances of a casino doesn't really make sense to many people because we should all be wanting to profit here by gambling and earning which means stake losing, that is the "goal" of gamblers, BUT at the same time I want to see stake be around forever and with millions of dollars given to gamblers could mean something bad for stake if they do not earn enough. You are the first person to worry about the house making money or not Stake is doing well and it's worth the investment to keep our players happy and be the most competitive option around. There will likely be even more million dollar races or bigger! |

First of all I'm sorry you had a bad experience,
In terms of responsible gambling, stake support demonstrated how you could self-exclude your account which I believe you did. However it is unfortunate that the team did not pickup that you were not in your right mind. The website has grown tremendously the past year and it has been a challenge to try and keep up with every single player, we try to offer self-service options but we'll review this and try to do better in the future.
Your complaint to me seems centered around being denied a monthly bonus. My question is did you reveal to Stake support that you were accessing from a banned location and thus your account was banned?
As far as an affiliate telling you that you could access from a banned jurisdiction I would be interested if you would PM me the chat logs you had with them. That is not something that we allow our affiliates to do. If you can do that then I'll personally follow up and see if I can do anything about your complaint regarding the monthly. In the future if you have any questions you should ask stake support not an affiliate, stake support would have immediately told you that you cannot access from your location.

Loving the prop NBA bets coming to stake.com. I’ve wanted to suggest this for a while but I’m glad to see you’re already on it. Just in time to catch the end of the NBA playoffs. I consider whales issue a big issue and they should resolve it right away, but I don't think this particular issue can be considered a scam, it's a bonus issue, something that can be resolved, Stakes is the top gambling site in the Cryptocurrency industry and they have many players and many tickets to resolves since it is now posted here you will get the attention for your issue.
That's a bonus and there should be no issues with that one since they are the one promoting it not unless OP did a terrible mistake on abusing that Bonus. There's always a problem on big money, especially on the issue of AML but since Stake is the top gambling site, hopefully they can address this issue. OP didn't respond here anymore, I guess it resolve already. The bonus OP is talking about isn't promoted. At the beginning of each month VIP hosts give out cash bonuses to their 'top players'. AFAIK nobody is 'entitled' to it. I've heard rumors it's the top 1,000 wagered players, but only from other players. If this was something offered to OP before hand, they would have a legitimate argument. But, I don't think this is the case. Basically they just give out money to whoever they want at the beginning of each month. It seems they didn't want to give any to OP for some reason. This point exactly, these bonuses are not a guaranteed entitlement. The account in question was suspended in March. What is surprising is that Stake actually paid out bonuses even after that suspension for the user to withdraw and yet they are still here posting this. This account was overpaid bonuses when they should have reasonably been immediately cut off. |

Did stake lost the gambling license? There's no license seal in the footer  The information I find that the license is suspended since 2020 I don't know the reason there may be an unresolved issue I don't see this as a problem because the stake players are still active and even continue to grow Where did you find this? I also looked for it, but from what I found, I think Stake still has its Curacoa license. I don’t understand how difficult is it for people to verify about Stake License, because it took me less than a minute to check it and it was right there in the footer. Also if one has any doubts and needs clarification their live support chat works just fine, so why not contact them first and solve the doubt, because actions like these leads to FUD spreading here so let’s try and avoid spreading FUD.  Stake still has its license. Curacao has changed their seal system and is replacing it with some certificate system. You'll notice most sites that have the same seal as us are missing their seal. |

Nice job on the live streaming Stunna. Not really a person who watches any of those sports but I do have to say I've been hearing more and more every now and then now about NBA since Top Shots became a thing and maybe that kind of exposure is gaining the sport more global fans. I wouldn't be surprised at all actually if more fans were gained from easy access to live streams. That's how football gained my following, from streaming at local shops:)
Live streams are a charm and adding it to work at Stake, Stunna and team did a great job as well as caught my attention to watch the gameplay and keep me focused on the same. I just miss that 'fullscreen' option that doesn't come along with the stream so need to watch it in a small screen only as I use my mobile phone for that. Yeah unfortunately sportsbooks have restrictions on size of streams they can display, full screen is only allowed on mobile. Big news!! As some of you may have noticed Stake has signed a major multi-season livestreaming deal for all NBA, NHL, MLB events. A few country restrictions do apply but the deal is global! That means you can watch and bet on some of the biggest sports without the usual TV delay. To my knowledge this is a first in the crypto world!
Pardon me asking, but how the hell did you manage to do that I mean we are talking about NBA, NHL and MLB here. Sure NHL is not as global and MLB is not as global as NBA, that one is a huge one. Just in my nation it costs around 4 million dollars simply for the live "tv" rights, maybe digital one for streaming could be smaller of course but that is just ONE nation, even if it is one tenths of it we are talking about 400k for one nation. You are talking about global and that has to be tens of millions of dollars. Maybe it is not, maybe it is cheaper, I really can't ask you how much it totally cost you, maybe you can say that or maybe there is an NDA on it so you may disclose. However if you have the permission to talk about how much it is, that would be a great start because I would love to hear how much that cost you guys, that is just insane! We can't disclose the details of the deal but I will say it is something we have been working on getting for many months. To my knowledge only 3 websites have almost completely global rights for these streams. I just wanted to say that the website seems to be running smoother since the last update. Particularly the login experience. I also had my first experience with the affiliate program and was surprised to see how easy it was. It’s great to see when your affiliate link is used and be able to monitor those stats.
