It's always great to get positive messages sent in like such! Can't agree more with Bitcoin being a more convenient way to gamble than fiat.

Quote
Hi,

Having played Primedice for a total of two months or so, and playing through over 250 BTC in wagering, I wanted to drop you a quick line to let you know that I have been consistently impressed with the level of service offered here.

I am a frequent casual gambler. I play in FIAT, and Bitcoin since finding Primedice. In total, I believe I've won about 12 BTC here - although it might be more.

Everytime I have withdrawn, it has gone through instantly. Not once have I ever stopped and questioned the legitimacy of your service - and that is rare in the Bitcoin space. I have made deposits of 15 BTC and more into PD, and never once have I worried that my funds aren't safe.

You are a prime example of how a casino should be run. Instant deposits, and instant withdrawals, without any of this "Manual Approval" fuss and nonsense. For the record, if I ever experienced a "Manual Approval", and had to wait for longer than an hour, I would probably never deposit on Primedice again - purely because most Bitcoin companies cannot be trusted (as I'm sure you know).

Still, with that out of the way, I'd like to thank you for being such a responsible operator, and paying out frequently and instantly. I'm sure you don't get too many love letters - but I thought I'd send you a bit of love.

Much love,
Icematikx

Primedice does not accept US clients to the best of our abilities and don't plan to any time soon.

Did you do some pre rolls there?  Because if you did 61500 bets at that amount you bet, you are looking at about  a 30BTC total?  Were you using some form of martingale or something else?  If you just did 61,500 bets you are down about 26BTC:(

gladly i did most of the run with faucet... since you asked, this was my method:

  • started from faucet in a manner to max the number of rolls
  • first mistake was to raise the bet so each faucet only resulted in 9 bets (plus a waste-bet).
  • then again i lost patience plus fell for gamblers fallacy and deposited some
  • lost more, semi-raged
  • found courage to do a 2x bet since i already noticed i had gone too far (and remember me to don't do that again)  - was visible on high rollers with that 0.7x loss
  • something strangely reminding to martingale back on 9900x happened
  • it hit after losing like 4.7 btc while i was busy at work and i already was thinking about quitting my gamblers career
  • thought about how stupid i am for the rest of the day....

here is a comparison with the latest hits (all other from faucet, though):

anyone having a primedice bot ?
Yes there's a bot developed by user "seuntjie". link to his thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=307425.0

there is also a list of links to bots and pd scripts here:

http://pdstats.co.nf/y.html

Always be careful running any script regardless of who vouches for it. I do recommend knowing and fully understanding what code you're running before touching 3rd party scripts.

With that being said Hui's list is definitely the most trustworthy and reliable place to look for the such.

You know what? Give me ten successful PD stories.

Tell me how much good this website has done to people.

You can't.

It's designed to make people lose. And come back, and lose again.

You can argue that is not scamming, fair enough, it's just business. But why do we need to feed a business like this that never pays back?

A business that makes people crippled? And ruined?

Yes that is a scam to me. Worse that straight-forward stealing. I hope Stunna is happy with his creation that lead to many people destroying their lives.

And this is now, I know what they had to do to reach this point. And that was not pleasant either.

Not replying further.

Gambling is one of the most basic forms of entertainment that has been around since the dawn of man. Primedice has taken the typical online casino model and cut the house edge into a tenth and provided tools to allow complete transparency and provable fairness over bets. We even allowed for 0% house edge PVP for 6 months + and it wasn't used at all because users would rather instantly use our service.

Are you watching the "real money" world at all?  "Non gambling" fantasy sports games have been cheating their players for significant sums while taking large fees. Here's a reality check, almost every single business in this world is designed to generate profit for the company and it does so by providing a good, service or something else of value. PD takes a significantly lower cut than any real money casino I've ever seen and provides a much better all around service/transparency. We've seen countless dozens of bitcoin casinos rig bets or accept and then run with investments and you claim that an extremely visible 1% edge is "worse than stealing".

By the way, thousands of people have made money playing. At this low of an edge it isn't unlikely to make money in the short run. There have been months where we have lost significantly. Players who lose are still granted with that temporary entertainment and the fair chance to win coins rather than blind and abrupt loss.

Primedice, always with problems. What's new...

All issues are not related to Primedice, but the Bitcoin network. Please read previous posts.

All deposits & withdrawals will be promptly acknowledged once the network has proved their legitimacy.
992  Economy / Gambling / Re: Primedice.com | Most Popular & Trusted Bitcoin Game | Huge Community | Free BTC on: October 10, 2015, 01:07:17 AM
We're working on getting a handle on some of the issues that have been caused by this recent attack on bitcoin that has seemingly effected a minority, yet still a large # of users (primedice accounts for a significant % of bitcoin transactions).

https://twitter.com/sbetamc/status/652389308553383936

A lot of transactions are seemingly in limbo with people's wallets claiming it is either confirmed or pruned/nonexistent. This has to do with the transaction malleability attack that took place on the bitcoin network. You have my word that I will sort out every single legitimate issue caused by this attack. At the end of the day, if you sent us coins and two transactions were created as a result of this malleability attack, we do not care. If we received your coins you will get credited just please give us time to sort through this, our system likely did not credit you as a security measure but you will be manually taken care of.

I insist that everyone read: https://bitcoinmagazine.com/articles/the-who-what-why-and-how-of-the-ongoing-transaction-malleability-attack-1444253640 to get an idea of the situation. This issue will hopefully be resolved in BIP 62, we'll look to making some improvements to our wallet software to better handle this.

Thanks

EDIT: We've just credited 30 transactions that were impacted by malleability. Please refresh and check your balances now.

Average support ticket time has gone down to less than 4 hours. We're going to work on getting that even lower now that we have a viable way of being able to create a trustless system to deal with support issues.

Let me know if you ever feel our support team is not up to standards and we will review the tickets individually and ensure we work on any mistakes. This quarter at Primedice, our main goal is user interaction with the admin & moderation team to create a flawless and intimate gaming experience for all the users. We want everyone to know they are not only constantly interacting with the community but also the people who are running the site.

More on our updates support system later...

More than 12 hours PD is unaccessible to me. The page with "Loading the world's most popular Bitcoin game" is loading forever.

Hope they will fix it soon.

Working on a fix, for now load the page in incognito or using a different browser. Should be resolved soon.

999  Economy / Gambling / Re: Cloudbet.com - bitcoin sportsbook and casino | high stakes LIVE NFL and NCAA on: October 06, 2015, 02:39:14 AM
Randall(a PD mod) made two accounts on your website, in his words:

"I made two accounts and forgot to change IP country, and I didnt know they'd freeze both accounts if you had two accs from same IP"
His account email starts with a v (your site doesn't have usernames) and he's owed 0.18+.

Honestly policies like this are stupid enough, but even when services like coinbase/changetip suspend accounts they still refund the user the balance. As long as he wasn't cheating, double-spending etc there's no reason not to pay him out his balance. Please resolve this and change your TOS

Thanks
