I tried to register but did not receive the confirmation mail. tried to resend the confirmation mail a few times without success.

who will take care of this problem?
thx

Looking into this now. Was working previously.

It is nice that there is an initiative for making everything fair and standardized. Few questions though, I'd like to discuss this in-depth.

1. I would like to know if you plan this to be something like the ICANN of cryptocurrency gambling?
2. How will this foundation enforce their laws onto gambling sites?
3. Who will govern the foundation?
     a. If there would be a governing body, who will vote?
     b. If there would be election, who are eligible to vote?

I'll think of more questions and you'll surely hear more from me here on this thread.

Realistically we can only enforce rules onto gambling sites that join up with the foundation, much like a gaming license provider would enforce rules onto their license holders. Since that isn't the case this is all the more necessary. As far as voting on matters we'd probably work something out so all websites get a vote and individuals are able to vote with a weight that makes sense relative to the two.

Also, I would like to stress that this isn't just about provably fair, that is just one piece of it. Realistically, abusive terms and conditions are an equally big issue in this space at the moment. Further, I don't think this is something that will work until we manage to decentralize in some meaningful way.
522  Economy / Gambling / Re: ⚖️ Crypto Gambling Foundation ⚖️ - Fair Gambling For All on: September 15, 2017, 06:20:31 AM
Could we know, what's kind forums will be present? That's would be talking about whole of casino to disscuss? or something different than "Section Gambling" this forums?

Please check here: CGF Forum . Open to suggestions, let me know what you'd like to see.

Nice initiative, I personally support TrueFlip Lottery who claim to be an International anonymous blockchain lottery with instant payouts, open source code, fair draw process and transparent prize fund. You should probably contact them since they aim into being "Fair", it's pretty easy to contact their team on Telegram https://t.me/joinchat/AAAAAELcwT-fgH2zG7xEng

Disclosure: I hold TFL Token bought during ICO.

A lot of the ethereum based websites and ICO businesses are doing a lot of innovative stuff with regards to fairness that even us in the bitcoin space can learn from.

Announcing the Crypto Gambling Foundation

The Crypto Gaming Foundation is going to be setting a standard for transparency and fairness in our gaming community. Online casinos are amongst the least trusted businesses in the world with only 34% of people believing that online gambling is fair and can be trusted.

Personally, I remember when this community was much smaller and websites with poor fairness and dishonest practices were shunned. It worries me that crypto gambling is becoming more and more similar to real money gambling with some of the top crypto casinos regularly taking advantage of players with abusive practices.

Because of this I am happy to join and help this group encourage fair gambling in this space. Check it out, browse our articles and join the forum. Membership is of course free.

70 BTC+ in transaction fees over the last 6 months on JUST withdrawals Shocked . Majority covered by PD

And you needed to ban/steal my 0.05 BTC from my account and stop giving answers to my valid arguments. Primedice banned my account with 0.05 BTC and didn't let me withdraw. I'm very disappointed, after so many time playing on primedice and losing about 0.25 BTC they banned my account.

I don't think they would scam you for 0.05 BTC, they throw so many BTC in the air in the form of free giveaways. I could suggest you raise one more support ticket about this issue.

PM me your username. Typically accounts are only banned for mass/abusive faucet farming.

I am really surprised that you are still given him a chance after all those unfair posts that he said about your site.

Most sites would of told the guy to "pound sand" after all that verbal abuse.

We're not always right, it's always worth double-checking on our end.

525  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚩 Bitcasino.io – the FUN, FAST and FAIR gaming experience! 🚩 on: September 15, 2017, 02:30:49 AM
Hello.
I have won 20BTC with deposit of 0.26 btc(on slots). Here my problems started... After trying to withdraw they asked for KYC, I have sent ID + utility bill, they asked for new utility bill I have sent, they asked for photo with me holding id close to face - I have sent, have conversation for about an hour with manager I have replied to all his questions... then they have sent me e-mail that my verification failed (all what they wanted has been approved by someone) and other things like that I have more accounts, I have bet too high (they found rule about 6mbtc max bet which is ridiculous if they give 1000 in bonus...) and that my friend which has sent me money for deposit (I have exchanged money for usd with him) has been playing on their casino ( yes ) excuses by excuses... now they owe me 19.2 btc which I has been trying to withdraw for 1,5 month and they always decline with message declined because of security review.
Please someone help me to deal with that.

I have one question for you:

Did you bet more than 6mbtc per spin while you had an active bonus?

If so then your shit out of luck buddy. The term is clearly laid out on their website in the Bonus terms and conditions. Whether you think its ridiculous or not if you broke the term while using the bonus to obtain your 20BTC balance then you clearly have no case. It's up to you the player to carefully read any terms and conditions when you accept a bonus at any online casino. Most have a term in place that limit the amount you can bet while using an active bonus. And at most fiat online casinos this amount is usually much less and is also very common practice.

Next time you take a bonus at any online casino read the terms so you don't break the rules again. This was a very costly mistake you made yourself.

Yep, before you play at a casino for fun you should read pages of fine print to avoid having your winnings seized. Is anyone starting to realise that deposit bonuses are predatory at best or scams.

What's weird about this situation is instead of just notifying the user immediately that he couldn't bet that amount, they let him continue to play and withdraw then collected all sorts of KYC from him and then hit him with this. It's almost like they were digging through T&C and trying to find an excuse to deny it. Ultimately I have to ask why your software doesn't enforce this arbitrary bonus max bet limit.

It seems pretty unreasonable that people will defend casinos Terms & Conditions as if this is a totally reasonable thing to do. Maybe it's how normal online casinos operate but it's still blatantly unfair and is probably why the vast majority of people don't trust online casinos. Remind me to update all my website T&C's to add something like "If a user wins 5 times in a row they should not be cashed out" and then choose to exercise it when someone wins big. See how ridiculous that sounds?

That being said I don't have a ton of info about this particular claim but it's really questionable to direct someone to askgamblers, an affiliate website that is paid by your website to complain about an issue.

Try out the blackjack on www.Stake.com and let me know what you think. We use 0.4% house edge rules which is the lowest I've seen.
It's not the lowest.

https://www.bitcoinblackjack.com is offering blackjack with only 0.36% house edge

You should recommend they fix their fairness so you don't have to change your client seed every hand for peace of mind. What's silly is when I play on that site and set my own client seed, they will override it every next hand with their own. Unless you can commit to changing seed every single hand or truly trust the operator is the edge really that low?

Stake offers 0.4% with proper fairness & higher limits. If they change how their system works I'd recommend you play there over our site.

70 BTC+ in transaction fees over the last 6 months on JUST withdrawals Shocked 70% covered by us.   Cheesy
That's great and all but why don't you switch to SegWit addresses and cut that number by ~1/3

Currently segwit Txes are only at about 1%. Would be a bit of work but that seems worthwhile to do soon.

Yeah its really funny how for years people were saying that "Bitcoin needs SEGWIT", "Segwit Rules", "Yah Segwit is locked in", "Yay Segwit is activated" and right now less than 1% use any Segwit addresses because the transaction spam ended and the mempool is empty again.

I think either that spammer got tried or ran out of money or just is focusing on BitcoinCash. But either way with Segwit or without Segwit, if someone with enough money starts another transaction spam we will be in trouble anyways.

Depending how much BTC that individual has left to burn, it would last for years. Segwit won't help.

It will take time but Segwit will slowly increase in %

regarding Plinko can you add an option to roll n number of balls at a time.

This is an eventual goal for us, right now we are rushing to rework how bets work to reduce lag.
533  Economy / Gambling / Re: STAKE.COM SCAM? on: September 12, 2017, 02:53:20 AM
If you aren't running multiple bets at once, then explain this.

http://imgur.com/a/xX4Mb

Shows two wins at different values, then two resets back to base bet.

There's a lot of weird stuff going on in this video.

I'd like to preface this by saying that this individual has 20 support tickets open for a variety of issues including that he was being cheated because "when autobetting on 6x, everytime you get two greens in a row, its always a red" and has continued to play and report new issues and ask us for money. I wonder why not just quit if you're encountering all these issues.

If you feel you've been cheated and wanted to help us actually see what was going on you could change your seed so we can verify what's going on, otherwise this video is pretty unhelpful. I haven't been able to reproduce this issue or heard any other reports regarding this.

If you were able to help us reproduce and prove the issue I'd offer you a reward but it seems you're more interested in proving the website is a scam given your spam on stake forums and handful of videos and tickets.

It is one of the irresponsible replies from a reputed casino owner.

Did you mention in your site it is full of a bug so if you see any issues please stop playing?

If you can't reproduce this issue means are you saying that OP has reported fake video? If not, your site is not stable so immediately shut it down.

Check you mean thread people are reporting so many issues and you playing with peoples money.

I can see why you'd feel that way, maybe that was an immature response by me but I take accusations like this very personally.  It's very easy to edit the page elements to gain this result, but just because the user has falsely reported before doesn't mean that's necessarily the case here.

We take all reports seriously and we spent time trying to reproduce the issue and the user needs to change server seeds for us to be able to verify the results of the bets and see what's going on. If there is a potential visual bug I want it fixed more than anyone.

We offer bounties for reports that we can reproduce and fix. If there's any question that we don't take these types of issues seriously, on Primedice recently a user experienced a visual bug on a 10 BTC bet which made him think he had lost instead of won the bet despite his balance correctly updating which resulted in him placing another large bet which he lost. In that case we were able to reproduce and ended up reimbursing the player 10 BTC and fixed the bug.

https://youtu.be/rUaA0YuqogY?t=38
Right at this timestamp the auto bet kicks in and appears to wager 19 satoshi to a loss but in reality his balance was deducted by 29 satoshi.
https://youtu.be/rUaA0YuqogY?t=52
Here, it bets 36 and appears to have lost but in reality the balance was increased by 6 satoshi.
If OP would unlock his account and let people look at the full bet history then it would be easy to see if this discrepancy originated from Stake or the user.

Yep, that would help us see what is actually going on. Until the user agrees to do this, there is nothing we can do and I see no reason to respond further.

the lags really affects the way most users play especially on mines, really hope this will be fixed asap, and also on dice, rolls take a few seconds to load as well, anywho ill be patiently waiting for it to be fixed before i make another deposit! I still love the site and the variety of games here! Grin

All games are affected by the crazy lags which makes us see too long delay for every bet we made. It is obviously killing the fun of the games. I dont know what causes this lags, but I dont think that they need too long time to fix it. Maybe they should close down the site for a while till they fix it.

And now site looking down for me. I cant log in to stake.com, anyone have same problem now? May be site under maintenance or its only my connection problem? If its because of maintenance i really hope site will up shortly and after that all issue about lag in this site will be fixed.
No stake is up, it's just lagging very badly. was playing mines, i selected 3 tiles, then tried selecting 4th and so on, it just takes forever to show the result, i did a refresh and it's working good now.

We should be able to push that change tomorrow which changes how bets are generated and stored and will fix lag permanently. Withdrawals may be delayed over the next 12 hours
537  Economy / Gambling / Re: Why has no fiat casino adopted provably fair gambling? on: September 09, 2017, 03:43:06 AM
There are almost no fiat casinos with only proprietary software, nearly every single one licenses out lots of different games from providers like NetEnt, Quickspin etc.

I've talked to owners of big fiat casinos and they aren't interested in 'provably fair' games because they think putting a 'provably fair' game next to a normal game would imply that the normal games aren't fair & ultimately the end consumer doesn't care about it yet.

Also, getting the 'RNG' approved for a Maltese/UK license when you offer 'provably fair' games is challenging because technically provably fair utilise deterministic number generation and doesn't exactly check all the needed boxes. That being said, we previously sent a whitepaper to the Maltese Gaming Authority and they seemed willing to work with it.
538  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com | The Greatest Bitcoin Gambling Experience Ever! | 12 Exclusive Games on: September 09, 2017, 03:36:21 AM
Most of the available dice sites offer 1% house of edge ( bitsler,duckdice,yolodice....). 999dice 0.1% house of edge. Do you have any valid reason why people should choose stake (here dice house of edge is very high 2%) over other dice sites
Firstly, disregard 999dice completely because they are a scam. The dice game is 2% at Stake which is true but the other games are 1% edge, with blackjack at 0.4%. (Stunna, I would still like to see the Blackjack house rules for verification purposes). There's also a variety of games here [most of which are 1%] thus unless you are exclusively a dice player, it should compensate the doubled edge which most people shouldn't touch.

The blackjack house edge is very low. If you like dice I suggest you look for another site as you said. But the blackjack here is nice. Look at that nice clean interface. It looks so easy on the eyes. Smooth too. It just feels right.  Yes 999dice uses the 0.1% house edge to our you on then steal your bitcoins by not paying you out on a win.

Yep, this exactly. Dice is intentionally higher to not cannibalise Primedice, this may change later on. I recommend playing our blackjack at 0.4% edge.
