I am trying to make a point, why take a loan with alt coins when is the same thing??? oh just because is bitcoin means im trying to buy trust, I can go to an exchange an alter the bitcoins, what is the fucking difference? few minutes of my time thats all. Alt coins should nt be considered collateral when I can just get bitcoins for them. you guys asking for alt coins dont make anysense Your point makes no sense. It is essentially me saying I'll give you $120 as collateral if you loan me $120. If I'm using alt coins, I'm saying I'm giving you 110€ as collateral and you're loaning me $100. It is not accepting deposits. Its just paying dust because they are still "fulfilling" their contract by paying out. No scam can "become legit again". |

So the trust score appear if you receive any trust include positive and negative on default trust and out of default trust ?
That's what I'm curious about. If someone trades someone out of default trust does it still raise the score? Or is the only way to raise the score is to trade with default trust? If so, that does not seem right. I do understand that you shouldn't trade exclusively with default trust nor do I, but if someone has alot of successful trades with other members that are not on default trust, that does not seem right that they would not get some sort of rating increase. That of course if trading outside default trust does not change your rating. Numbers in trust rating increases only if you get positive feedback from default trust list users. I can and do understand the reasoning behind this and its purpose, but, idk. Seems like their would be a better solution. Maybe a untrusted feedback ranking score as well. Untrusted feedback score can easily be manipulated. It won't have any "good" use. I feel that default trust can be manipulated as well. So I do not think that argument is valid. I don't agree. A user can simply create alts and leave feedback on himself to bump up their untrusted feedback score. A user cannot create alts that are on defaulttrust. While that is true, and I do agree with that, but its also true that trust buying goes on here as well. It may not be monetary funds or even cryptocurrency, but the fact does remain trust can be bought. All I'm saying is the system is always ready for improvements. We just have to think about what those improvements could be and implement them to see if the desired effect does work. I still don't see the problem. If you don't like the people on defaulttrust, you can build your own trust list. |

What do you look for (fees, limits, restrictions wise) in a Bitcoin funded prepaid debit card?

Try AdvCash. It's a prepaid card but it is worth buying. There is no much different between prepaid card and debit card.
Checked their fees and they are better than Bit-X at some point. Can you please tell me whether we can use these cards in order to verify PayPal accounts? AdvCash offer both physical and virtual card. I don't know about verification but I think it should work. It worked for me. Their fees and limits are definitely better than Bit-X, and its the one I'm using right now. |

I would like to know if it's profitable to buy a S5 miner on hashnest and let it mine there.
My plan is probably to mine to Nicehash, which seems to pay enough to cover electricity fees and give a bit profit.
But would it be really profitable ?
If not, is there a pool where it could be profitable ?

If you buy an S5 on HashNest, aren't you limited to it only mining on AntPool? I don't know, I thought we could point to an other place. Is it not possible ? Is there an other miner which we can decide where to mine ? Or is there a miner seller/hoster where we can decide ? You cannot choose the pool, you are limited to Antpool only. Is it profitable, nobody can tell you that, too many variables in the game. It s obvious you re new in the BTC world, I would suggest you go slow, invest a bit and see how it works and them move from there. I do a bit of cloudmining and a lot of more of investing into PoS coins. I think staking will be the future of crypto, much more efficient. I like DMD Diamond coin, for example. Also, if you buy a whole miner on Hashnest, what you get will be derived from the PPLNS method, which means that it is variable and there is no guaranteed earnings. If you buy GHS however, then it is PPS, which means you know what you'll get, but the GHS price may drop. |

Never drank coffee or visit StarBucks in my life time. If they do accept Bitcoin in my country, I might try them. It is good to see another notable company accepting Bitcoin as payment. They already helped Bitcoin community so much yet they still promote Bitcoin by giving 20 percent discount. What a good company.

It is only Hong Kong Starbucks? They are independent from central in the USA and can do such business decisions on their own? It is probably decision made to test the waters of bitcoin and see if that is really good idea to push acceptance to every branch. If some 'exotic' market will succeed with bitcoin then next we will have "Bitcoin accepted here" sign in every Starbucks shop. Good news for bitcoin.
